My LCD TC model Xria 32' brake down during January 2015, and your service engineer from Trivandrum, Kerala attended the complaint and reported that the power supply Board and touch has to be replaced. Till day it has not been resolved on my final inquiry last week they informed that the parts are not available hence not able to do any thing. The Model : : Xria 32' Srl.No: 4000077, L032XRGBG My complaint registration No: [protected] Please confirm the problem is rectifiable or not.

    Its just been a year and my onida led 46 inch Tv screen has turned out to be black with no video but only sound. I had my warranty card with me but was unable to find it. Later i went to the place where the TV was purchased and i got the details of the warranty from there. Ive found out that the warranty was valid till 2nd june 2015. My TV got spoil on 1st June, i spoke to the concerned person later from onida and i got the complaint no. Later he also visited and said that screen needs to be changed costing Rs. 35000/-. Tv itself costs about 55000/- plus its not that warranty was over long back. Why cant the screen be replaced for me? I am not looking for free things but in this case why shouldnt i get whats being promised. Shobhit +91 [protected]

      Dear we have purchased a led tv from onida, After a week the TV was not switching on we logged a complaint they gave us the complaint number 80409 and thats it no one turned back after that, when ever we call they say within 10days it will get resolved and nothing is happening, If this continues who will buy indian products further.

        I sent email to [protected]@onida.com twice but no reply at all. And its the worst experience i have been through in my life, i never used onida product before and i never will after this.. i bought a new 32inches LED tv from disbuter in my hometown in april there was a fault in the tv and there was only sound working display was not working and now again the same fault last time i took me 2 months toresolve the issue and still that problem persists, , Thats how the poor service is from local companies like onida.thats why other companies like sony and other are good..i would never recommend anyone to buy onida product when a customer buys the onida product he is just one increased count in thier sales that it to hell with the customer...           I am Anish Ahmad and my Company Name Saifco Agrotech Ecngineers (India) and I was Purchesed a Air Conditioner 1Ton Date 30-May-2012 and warrenty to 5Years but my Air conditioner is faulty . and I have Complained to Onida Company for service and Complaint No.1506C[protected] and Onida care Agent(Mohit And Mobile No.[protected]) come for service and check and take 400Rs. but again AC faulty and AC compression is faulty and againt complaint to onida Company Complaint No.1506C[protected] but No response for Service .             my top load washing machine hydrofall 80s washer was not working, i lodged a complaint my complaint no is1505d[protected], it now nobody turned up i made the complaint 19th of last month, i called the service in charge in mysore mr chandrrashekar, he said he wil send the concerned person nothing happend stil what am i suppose to do

                  i buy onida 1.5 ton window ac on 5.5.13 from naveen electrotech pvt ltd . my ac in under warranty. i registered complaint [protected] on 8 may 2015. after long time they change my compresor and charged 3300 rs . but my ac do not work and they cant hear my complaint . very poor service . please help me

                    Hi Our newly brought Onida LED tv got repaired and we called customer care number[protected], Service man came to see service after 5 days. He took circuit board from tv on May 19th. But there was no response from Service center from past 1 month, We are also approaching different customer care number, But there is no response from them. Complaint no: 1505D[protected]

                    Any update from onida customer complaint team. I am reaching out service center number, but there is no response from them. Can you please escalate to onida customer support higher official. Also, can you please suggust, how do we approach this situation legally.

                      Hi Customer Care, I requested for my ONIDA AC service (# 1506C[protected] by calling the CC number on 6th or 7th June 2015. The service guy Mr. Mohit (Mo: [protected]) assigned for the same contacted me on 9th June 2015 and sent a technician on 10th June. The technician, not sure what he checked but charged me 400 rupees as the service charge and promised to send someone on 11th June to service my AC and gas refilling. Unfortunately nobody came after that. I tried calling Mr Mohit (ADONIS electronics pvt. ltd. Rajnagar Ghaziabad, U.P.) many times but did not answer any of my calls. Today is the third day after they got paid and havenot showed up for service. I am very much frustrated with the service and hereby request you to kindly speed up the service process else return my money. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks Praveen Saugat [protected]

                        Well I have given my ac on 1st June due to some leakage problem, which can't be fixed at my home according to the techenician..and the problem is still unknown to me I am unable to sleep from 1 St of June since it is very hot here in bhopal..when he took the ac he committed thet I will get it in maximum 2-3 days.i hav been contacting them but there is no solution (Ashok bahd, Mr Choudhary, Sharad) they don't know how talk to client, hav been very rude and ineffective..                           hi, I am shiva prasad from bengaluru, I got my Onida washing machine model: Onida Hydro Plus- 55V ( serial no:[protected]) at december 2014, and I complaint to customer care Complaint no: 1411A[protected] this is third month but complaint has not solved and not closed yet now. bengaluru customer care says, . when we got the part from company, we will fix it. until wait for it. Is onida washing machine company does not keeps its parts or waits for another injured machine for extra parts. service executive said this matter to me. I am feeling bad that I have selected this company. Please complete and close the complaint as soon as possible.

                            We purchased Onida 42" LED TV on 22-Mar-2015, within one month there are vertical black line appeared. We made a complaint in store (Vasanth & Co, Tambaram, Chennai). We got customer complaint registration ticket number as : [protected] Dated 13-May-2015. But we after 20 Days there is no response from Onida. We personnaly gone to Tambaram office (16 kms) and Chennai office (60 kms). But no one ready to address our issue.

                              Dear sir, i bought on onida s123flt-l at vetri home apliances porur chennai.but they delivered S123usl l for extra payment and they have taken three days for installation since we can't use this. Bad and irritative smell comes from the ac and the cooling is not well. If we use this suddenly get cold and resiprotive problem. And i complained several times to the vetri home apliances they did not give response and they ignore my complaint the owner of the shop also not give any action.kindly do the neefull.                                 i complaint firstly 20th may com. no. [protected] after 6 days.. i complaint once agin in onida care they provide new conpalin no. [protected]... then after 2 days they report PCb dead n come n take from hear.. n says it may take 6 -7 days .. today 5 th june .. they didnt response anythink...

They came & told your free service is expired, we will do service on payable basis. Hence kindly raise a complaint & arrange for free service.

                                    Due to lightening my Onida LCD Tv is not working .when I called its service center technician came and said that the main board is gone and there is no spare available for this TV.I bought it on 2008 and cost about 30000/- With in 7 years, and wont be able to get a spare for it .What will I do? I need spare for it. Please help me.I cannot afford a new TV at present.

                                      I Sudhir Parashar a serving army officer have bought a 1.5 ton AC 3 star model no SAC S183DFL-T from delhi.I wanted to install that AC in my hometown sonepat.On 1 june 2015 Mr Ravi and Mr Ajay have come to install the said AC.During installation following malpractices have been observed by me. 1. Only 3 fixing bolts were fixed in outdoor unit instead of 4 and when they were told to correct it they simply denied. 2. They have not connected the earthing wire which is a serious safety issue and when they were asked to connect again they told this is the procedure they follow which again puts a question mark on installation procedure. 3. Only 2 locking nuts were fixed in the stand of outdoor unit instead of 4. 4. They have not used all the accessories required for installation. The above mentioned problems were told to them and they did not pay any heed to it.Moreover they have taken full installation charges without giving full satisfaction to the customer.I want you to look into the matter and complete my installation taking all safety measures and ammend your installation procedures and organise proper training for your service engineers for safety and well being of customers.

                                        I purchased my 1.5 ton Split AC in Feb-2010. I understand warranty of my compressor is void. I called customer care on 15-May and launched the complain #1505C[protected]. Since then no one has showed up to attend the complain. I received a call from service engineer on the same day. I was thrilled assuming it was quick; however, he did not turn up. I called him again and he responded saying I do not have any other complain in your areas so once I receive I will attend. Since then I have called customer care several times but no resolution. Lately, I called again on 28-May, Spoke to three different agents and asked to get me the supervisor on the call. None of them got me connected to the supervisor. This seems to be a call centre outsourced to someone in Mumbai and it sucks. None of the agent are properly trained and know how to be courteous or follow hold procedures. I could feel the dead air. Finally I was able to speak to the supervisor and he assured me to get this resolved. I requested a call back with the status, he assured me after confirming with the service center in Ahmedabad a technician would visit me on 29th. I waited for a day, called the customer care again on 30th and spoke directly to the team leader (Sanket). He again assured me to revert with the status. Within few hours I received the status with the same reason no complain in my area so this getting delayed. I had to ask him to provide me the contact number of the service operations Manager. I received the number of Mr. Jignesh in Ahmedabad. I am still hoping they come and fix it. Onida customer service sucks and is not bothered for customer satisfaction forget customer delight!.If this issues is not resolved within 48 hours from Monday. I am going to get everyone in trouble.
