I bought one tone Ac from onida on[protected]. Which came with a worrenty of 5 years for the compresour. The compresour fail on[protected] and i called customer service at[protected] and registred a complient with them under complient number [protected]. I was told that my ac will be fixed in 48 hours. I waited for 48hours but no one came to fix my problem. Then i cald the customer service again and ask then why was my issue not addressed. With the help of the complaint number. Customer service agent told me that my issue was assigned to their service partner Sri Sai Airtec which operate from tiruvotriyur. And also gave the machanic karthik phone number [protected] and supervisor Gafoor [protected]. I called karthik right away. Karthik stated that he will send ac machinic today[protected]. But no one was sent. Latter i calked karthik butno answer. The next day that is[protected] i called customer service back and explaind them abt the problem. Thy stated thay will ask the sceniors to talk to the service partners. Later i cald karthik again and he conferenced my call to sri sai airtec..the attender over their stated that he will send a mechani before 4.30. But no one came. I called karthi again several times but he did not pic the phone. Please help me fix this.

    Air conditioner installed 3 years back suddenly started leaking water inside the bed room. AC mechanic from Udupi, Royal Electronics (supposed to be authorized) visited charged Rs 450 one time, Rs. 200/- another time and made another two visits for the same complaint. Today it is 5th time over last 2 months and each visit will take 5-6 calls and will take a week to attend. All visits are for the same complaint – Water leaking inside bedroom. The technician just meddles with drain pipe fittings, inserts rods, wires and screw driver and says it is fine now and leaves the place without even waiting for the results of his meddling. Hence it is now 5th time he is visiting and today the technician says there are visiting charges.

      i am purchase Onida 24 inch LED Television on last 3 year, but this Television is stop working March 2015, i am contact onida customer care and complaint .Onida engneer came to my home and collect to television and go his service center but till date not come return (28 may 2015) Onida service is very bad and LED Television is not proper so do not purchase ONIDA Television

        My complaint on 9/5/2015 - "Dear Sir, I am having an Onida TV - Ultra Slim 300, Model No.CO21JWP300BMR, Sl No.10F103284 purchased on 13/08/2010 and the same is covered under extended warranty contract from 13/08/2011 to 12/08/2015 by Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd, Perumbavoor. From yesterday onwards my TV is not working properly and when the plug is switched on the blue light in front of the TV is switched on & the same is switched off immediately. I request your good office to do suitable service to my TV." My complaint on 25/5/2015 - "One of your representatives reached me on 09/05/2015 itself and reported that some spares are to be collected from Head Office for completing the service. I had contacted more than two times for the completion of the service. I got the reply that the spares has not yet been received. Nowadays TV is not a luxury, but an essential item. Myself & spouse are senior citizens living lonely and it is very difficult to pull on a day without TV. If more time is needed to get spares, I request you to provide an alternate TV till my TV is repaired." TILL NOW THE COMPLAINT HAS SORTED OUT. I REQUEST YOUR GOOD OFFICE'S INTERVENTION.           sir please help me ... i purchase onida 1.5 ton split ac at ahmedabad, from febuary, there is no cooling in ac, so i wrote complain on toll free number of onida, but there is no reply and they cancelled my complain, i again complain at 9th april 2015 registerd mobile number is [protected] and complain number is 1504D[protected] and i repeatdly call customer care till now a days but they anser single after 24 to 48 hrs technisician solve yr problem but never reply from ahmedabad customer care or national customer care, daily call customer care but never reply or nor solution of my c0mplain... so i dispoint with onida company so plese solve my problem also my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com and my name is dr sirajhusen m, desai

              I have purchased 1.5 ton Onida split AC in 2012 from DG World(Swift associates) Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Within warranty period, the compressor failed and had to be replaced. While replacing the same the service agency in Kamothe charged me approx Rs 4500. After replacement of the compressor there was inadequate cooling and vibrations with lot of noise. But the agency did not pay any heed. After a few months, gas leaked. Gas was topped up without carrying out any prssure test etc. Within a month and half the gas leaked again and in this period the AC was not used as I was out of station. Now there is no cooling, the agency sends various technicians for inspection, and has till date not attended the issue. Further the agency has told me that there is only one month guarantee of gas refill and I will have to pay Rs 2500 again .The problem is due to incompetent work done by the technician whle replacing the compressor and they make me suffer and pay also.

                  My name is Prakash from Chennai. I bought ONIDA Inverter AC in 2013. Now at present it is not in working condition it shows some error. After I switch on the AC it runs for 5min and automatically switch off and shows P0 error. I contacted ONIDA service centre and registered the complaint on 06.05.2015, my complaint no.[protected]. But till now it has not been solved and im very unsatisfied with their service. Give me your feedback immediately to this issue.

                    Micro Oven became defective before the warranty period, Already complaint twice and more then 50 calls in last six months to call center. But now it became a wast of time. Today I have to purchase a new micro oven thus a financial loss is 11000. and mental pressure is more then that.

                      I have a 2.5 ton Onida air conditioner. It has recently stopped cooling and for that, I called the helpline number where I lodged the complainto multiple times. They kept dodging the complaint and finally asked me to contact the regional office which I did, on the 10th of may '15. Even after calling the concerned person Mr. Praveen multiple times each and every day, still no action has been taken and they keep giving me false information of how the technician is on his way and is going to reach ASAP. We have been spending our days in terrible heat. Onida is so far the worst brand that I've invested in as no matter how the product is, service matters more and your service SUCKS. I would never ever invest in this brand again and will suggest all friends and relatives to do the same. You guys do not take complaints seriously, why should people spend their hard earned money on this crap service?

                        I have purchase one Airconditioner ONIDA - S122DFLN=000428, packed during 12/2013 one year back. This was purchased at Girias, Trichy Road, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. In this the chillness is very poor at icool stage and temperature number also not visible.. I have sent so many mails but no response. The main dealer and retailer think, once the product is sold, their responsibility is over. But they were not at all responding or looking any complaints has received. At least after seeing this complaint i hope some body will contact and rectifying the problem- D.D.NARASIMHAN. [protected]

                            sir, i recquired a memory chip with model number ST92195C3B1/MBN for Onida KYthunder800. iam getting the picture but iam not hearing the sound because the failure of that chip on board. can u send me a chip r suggest me where can i get that chip. please provide me a service man also sir for that problem. iam the fan of onida brand. most of my home appliances are Onida brand sir. thank you sir

                              I have register a complaint to Onida TV service center on last Tuesday that I can't view video in my onida t.v, only can hear the audio. But still I have no response from there. I call upto 6 times, they are not respond properly. I am totally upset by ur service . Please take this complaint sincerely and do the needful.                                 Dear Sir, We had complained for onida window ac on 25.04.2015 vide complaint no 1504A476A80214, technician visited, identify and noted the fault of compressor, but no response till today. We reminded our complaint many times & a lot of phone calls have been made in service centre, the take no action and giving us many time a new complaint no. by cancelling our earlier one which was pending by 25..04.2015. Compressor is in guarantee period. 02/05/[protected]A[protected] & SO ON... Please resolve the issue as earliest as possible.

                                  Please note that I was purchase ONIDA split AC before one year. During purchase there are 3 service free but after service register repeatedly no body visited customer place (complain number [protected] & [protected]). Baroda service head Mr. Pravin Patel was not pickup customer phone. If by luck they pickup phone response not professional. They close service without visit customer place by writing false reason. After so may follow up one technician was visited to customer place and identified faulty parts in warranty period (complain number [protected]) dated 7-Apr-2015. However till date not got any satisfactory response from local service provider Mr. Pravin Patel. Recently I come to know that they was close my complain with out visited my place. Now my warranty period was completed and My AC not working properly. I am highly dissatisfied with ONIDA service in Baroda.

                                    i booked a complaint on 15th of may, 2015 morning. but still the problem is not attending by the service person. complaint no. 1505b[protected] when i am booking, i clearly mention the problem as "water leaking from ac and it falls in booster and the power socket. and meanwhile i mentioned my baby's cradle is very nearby.- so, please make it as urgent call." i felt this is the worst service and not bothering about the customer. customer care people doesnt know the meaning of that. they speak very rood manner. in the service center too. cc people said we have to call all the service people and follow up about the complaint. how the customer know who will attend the call? i cleaned the ac myself. sivasakthi.n, mylapore, chennai [protected]

                                      After A.C. working fine for first season, this summer when i got it serviced i observed that the remote was not working i called Onida People raised a complaint, the person shows up a week later and at that time my bad luck that i was not available and was coming home, the person said that the PCB on the A.C. has gone bad and needs to be replaced, then left with a phone number, when i reached home called the numbers, they were fake and i actually disturbed someone else unknowingly, then i called again, they said that the complaint has been closed, my question is HOW, how com a complaint gets closed without customer service been provided, nevertheless i am stuck with it so i raised a complaint again, CUSTOMER SERVICE(Worst) they talk like i have called them to ask for a loan and they do not want to lend me, rude and careless they can ever be, every time i choose option English from the IVR and person always i mean all the time answer in Hindi, let it be, lucky i speak Hindi, so again a rep picked the phone he did not know how to open or even close a call, giving me hold line when disconnecting the phone and with the ego that could through steel, so there i have an A.C. not working for over 45 days, customer service who always promise i will get a call back, which never happens, and do not know who to contact how to contact, i could easily say with this service, Onida will only sell a unit in one household because no one else would dare to buy another one with this service and so called customer care which do not give a hell about customer and do not even show empathy that someone has paid money to buy something and cannot use it. I know this would be another comment unnoticed, but why not give it a try coz i am a Onida customer.

                                        i had bought onida 1.5 tone 3 star s183sgc model from madhraj air zone gujrat rajkot 360001 there is a noise in indoore unit like takk takk and after 15 days on behalf complaint no.[protected] madhraj air zone replace the new one pic indoore unit but again there is same old prblem the indoor unit make a noise like takk takk now i want refund from onida company or madhraj air zone pls help and i also did the complaint again for that new raplace pic and the complaitn no. is [protected] my cont.no.+91 [protected]
