I bought Onida AC in chennai, and installation was initiated by the dealer partnership with Elite Enterprise Authorised Service Center, Madipakkam, Chennai They didn't install properly, they didn't fit to wall properly, Now water is leaking inside, Blower Noise is too much Cacophonic. Software of Indoor Unit also has issue that it is not staying at particular angle, after 10 minutes it is automatically set to highest elevation. Please don't buy any Onida products, there is no support at all

Going for Legal Action against Eagle Electronics & Elite Enterprise, Madipakkam, if not resolved in two days.

Also Onida Customer Care has no power they are not escalating this much big issue to higer level to Onida, So Onida is also responsible for negligence.
for past 10 days I was calling CC, but they couldn't do anything.
they gave some name & numbers thats all

Munuswamy: Porur (onida service) [protected] (This person gave name of otherone Suresh then Suresh gave to Elite Enterprise the Main Culprit of all the problem)
Elite Enterprise main head is very arrogant. don't mess with him.

Prabhakaran: Chenni nodal officer: [protected] (Called many times but never picked up the phone and didn't call back)

but useless nobody is interested to solve the issue, they never bothered to call back to provide any info.

Legal Action will be taken for Onida also for not providing proper consumer to Company Loop or Feedback service. They should call and ask whether we are satisfied or not with Service Center Work
Very Pathentic service nobody try to resolve the issue mr tahir ali never pick my phone and all off them are very bad guys.

    I am not getting a satisfactory reply from Your customer care (no[protected]. Because I had complained 6-7 times that my A/C is not working properly, please send somebody for repairing it, however there is no action taken by your customer care executive . I bought this A/ C last year and sorry to say that I am very disappointed from Onida. Regards, Kamini

          This is Vijay from Chennai. 5 days back We purchased Onida A/C but still not installed the A/C and i called onida showroom in Chennai, Porur Branch there is no response.( onida showroom contact number[protected] and[protected] We did a big mistake by purchasing Onida. Meanwhile we planned to purchase 4 more A/C for my office. Thank God we just stopped that plan. If product is problem that is fine bcoz its electronic item but If service is worst there is no use of purchasing Onida. Really we dont refer any of my friends and relatives to buy the Onida even we will promote not to buy the Onida for people purpose.             i have filed a complaint on 1-04-15 as my AC was not working. my complaint no is 1504B[protected]. i filed my complain again on 7-04-15 and called them hundreds of times but every time they gave silly reasons and promised for the service soon but now they are neither solving the problem nor picking the phone. its been 15 days they are nor responding.the worst service i have ever experienced.

              Please provide as much information as possible...i have patches onida split As in 2009, then 21/04/2015 AC not working m complain to onida costumer care, he told me 48 hr. your Copland solved, but not 30/04/2015 no solution my Copland, onida costumer care Copland no.                 Hi, My Washing Machines Hydrofall Shakti was not working properly (problem in draining) for last 10 days and I logged the complaint with the customer care of Onida on the same day. Customer care person told that the technician will come within 24-48 hours but nobody came up to now. You are requested to look into the matter for prompt action. It is also submitted that this is the first time we are facing such problem with Onida after sale services

                  Hi,

                  My 32 inches Onida LED stopped working on 20th April I logged the complaint with the customer care of onida at aproxx 10:40 AM on the same day.
                  Customer care team told that the technician will come within 24-48 hours but nobody came up to now.
                  I followed up with them and they provided me the various numbers of technicians and all are the false numbers, on some numbers when I called they told me that they have left onida 3 months earlier, some told me that they are not from my zone, some did not picked up the call.
                  Than I followed up again and asked them too provide the number of seniors so that I can escalate the issue to them, they again provided the wrong numbers.
                  Then from somewhere I got the number of there senior team member, then I called him and he also provided the same answer as there customer care team and other team members that technician will be available tomorrow, but nobody came yet.

                    Dear All, This is Mari Gowda A.C from Bengaluru, I had bought a 24 inch LED TV made of ONIDA in the year 2012. As the TV is not working now, I raised a complaint with the company on 04th April 2015 for getting it repaired, on 8th April a technician had arrived for inspection and said a component called Dry board is corrupted and is to be replaced for which he would charge RS 2200 and said it is available in a weak. Still I am waiting even after 20 days for the technician from the company to get the TV repaird, neither they come nor giving proper answer to my phone calls, they keep on saying it would come soon. I feel it is an inordinate delay, and a company should not take our patience granted. While every body is competing each other to give better service, ONIDA is very much behind in this aspect.                       I have purchased two units onida split ac in march 2015 from retailer in chennai .last three days back I have lodged a complain with onida helpline at chennai for faulty functioning of one ac . they gave the number of one mr jayant who is the local service provider and assured that he will call me in 24 hrs. he has neither called since 3 days and nor showed any interest even after my call to his number. I am not able to understand what to do and how to get the service. I am working in dept of atomic energy as a doctor and my number is [protected] I live in kalpakkam township near chennai.

                        I am writing this complaint with very heavy heart. I purchased ONIDA split AC considering that ONIDA is trusted brand but malfunctioning in AC and response from ONIDA has broken this trust.First I made a complaint on 1-Apr-15 (Complaint No: 1504C[protected]and your technician (later I came to know that it is from some vendor and not from ONIDA) visited my place in 2 days and diagnosed that PCB of my AC has gone. PCB has to be replaced when I asked for price and warranty of it. The technician asked me to talk to his supervisor (Mr. Parimal, again from Vendor - M[protected]. Even Mr. Parimal is from Vendor and he was unaware of price and warranty. Even he told me that no customer till date has asked for warranty. He gave me number of Mr. Jignesh (M[protected]. I believe Mr. Jignesh is from ONIDA. but you know, he is so busy guy that he has never picked up my call in last 20 days in which I made tens of attempts to reach him. Even no response to SMS. Luckily Mr.Jignesh pickeup call from my wife and told us that it will be solved in 3-4 days but even those days are also gone.Later I got contact no of your stock Manager (Mr. Parmar[protected]. I talked to him, whatsapp him but no success.I thought to call customer care[protected] again to check status of my complaint. Surprisingly earlier ticket was closed and your customer care executive gave me another ticket (1504C[protected]. another shock.Even after 3 weeks I dont have single clue that when my problem will be solved. And I am losing hope day by day that my AC will ever be repaired by ONIDA.

                          We are purchased a Onida -Ultra slim TV on 06/12/2014. Which is a faulty and we have logged complaints twice, but till now issue is not resolved. 1st Complaints number [protected] dt. 31/01/2015 which is not resolved and closed. 2nd complaint number [protected] dt. 27/02/2015 is open. Service center tried to close 2nd complaint without resolution and register a new complaint. But we are not agree and for them to resolve isssue under same complaint number. As we belong to city's rural part. Service center people stated that we can only provide service on weekly basic on Friday that too on Friday they are not visiting after discussion to resolve the issue even we are on the leave for the day. Also they stated that they don't have the spare parts required to resolve issue. During complaining the issue to customer care they can assure us that issue will resolved within two days. So from last 5 months issue was not resolved. Do we exect issue will be resolved in this week or Onida can straightway state that they are unable to resolve the issue and replace the faulty piece ?

                          On last Friday technician confirmed that picture tube is also faulty and need to replace.
                          So in current status switch panel, circuit board and picture tube are faulty part in the subjected TV.
                          False commitment and no resolution till now.

                          Worst company with worst product and services.

                              Third class products accompanied by worst unprofessional service. Took 1 month to get complaint attended, . Then following up on daily basis to get compressor replaced. They even took 2500 rupees in advance for gas filling charges two weeks back as they said they only provide compressor in warranty and not gas. But since 2 weeks I am calling them daily but they are giving silly reasons every time. COmplaint number 1503B[protected]. I am going to complain to consumer court as well CNBC AWAAZ PEHREDAAR. Even tried writing mails and posted letter, but nobody interested to reply or take action.

                                This is for your kind information that I have a Onida Micro Oven ( age 1.5 years) (out of warrenty). The Product started giving problem from the month of Jan 15 this year which was complaint ( [protected]) and serviced by your service center engineer with payment basis. which was solved and within 2 days it came to notice that the issue not yet solved and again the device is not working. Thus we reopen the call and after several calls the engineer came to resolved the problem after 15 Days, but which was not solved at all. While asking they suggested me to log new complain as the issue is with the mother board. Thus I logged the complain on 20the Mar 2015 (vide complain no. [protected] -Sunil Datta) against but till date no engineer came to solved the issue. Whenever I call them (+91 [protected]) they say that they are out of cityand they will attend soon (Mr. Ashok). Kindly arrange to send the engineer to check and solve our problems. Else we have to purchase another Micro-Oven.

Repaired on 10/03/2015 complained on 14/03/2015 at chennai service center[protected] complain num 1503d[protected]the complaint made from A. Coimbatore onida customer service center person ( Tiru Manigandan) Came and Identify the problam on washing machine (25/03/[protected] after that daily i am asking to rectifi the problam (Tiru Baskaran) he told me there is no spar parts (gire box) still they din't atten the complaint. Kaindlly atten early please.
