I have raised a complaint that cooling not done by AC on 25-Mar-2015, the 2 technicians Akash and sharafat visited after 12 days and did the service of the AC and checked the Gas and told that now it is working fine. But still the problem is same no cooling and they have taken 400/- bucks We want to take the AMC and you are treating your customers like this. Waiting for the resolution ASAP.

    ONIDA Window A.C. 1.5 Ton - Model: WG 18 N TRENDY PWS 3-Mar-15 to 12-Apr: Unit taken to service station and still awaiting delivery. Senior citizens suffering Chennai heat from asthma without AC for over 45 days !! 3-Mar-15: Registered complaint ( 1503 B[protected] for AC not working 3 days later, Technician (Azad) arrived. Resolves it as gas leak. Quotes Rs.2600/- and takes unit to service centre, Madippakkam with a promise to return it on Monday the 9th March. When contacted on Monday, they mentioned the leak is deducted in the coil and hence it will be soldered and painted and the nit will be ready by the next day i.e., 10th March. Even after 4 days the unit was not delivered. After a week, it was stated that the compressor was not working and needed to be replaced. They asked for bill copy so that it can be replaced under warranty. Nothing was heard after we provided them the bill copy. Upon follow up in the next few days, they stated that the base is corroded and hence the replacement compressor could not be fixed on it. Again after several telephonic inquiries, they said that the coil is completely damaged and it had to be replaced. Every week we hear one new part that is not working. There is nothing left in the AC that they have not mentioned as a problem after over 45 days since they took the unit !! Reached out to Sales Manager Mr Delli Babu who promised to see that the unit is delivered duly filled with gas in a day or two. As senior citizens battling chennai heat and asthma, we are helpless and hope for Onida's executive management to provide us some respite. If not, we have strong reasons to believe the whole after sales service is a big scam at Onida to rip helpless people of their retirement funds in the guise of repairs.

        I am lodging a complaint against ONIDA company. I have bought a washing machine about 2 years ago (Model No.: WO65TSPLDD1LR). Since then, I never called service centre for any kind of servicing. In February 2015, the filters of washing machine have broken and I called the service centre (No. 079 –[protected] for new filters. They said it will cost me Rs.150/- per filter and their technician will visit my home and replace the old filter. My complain No.(s) are: 1. [protected] (14.02.2015) 2. [protected] (24.02.2015) 3. [protected] (23.03.2015) After 10 days when I didn’t’ get any response from the company, I called them again to know the status of my complain. They assured me again that I will get filter within 48 hours. It's been about more than 1500 hours and I am still waiting for the same. Neither any technician visited at my home nor any call I have received from service centre. I have called Mohit - [protected], and Jignesh – [protected], based at Ahmedabad service centre, several times. After speaking with them, they stopped picking my phone call. This is serious issue and I want the company to take stern action against the 'culprit'. This is to inform you that I am suffering with mental harassment since last two months because of serious negligence in providing service by the company.

          I BROUGHT IGO ACE 23" LED TV ON FEB'2013, IN APRIL 2015 THERE IS A WHITE SHADE IN DISPLAY, I CALL CUSTOMER CARE 3 TIMES THEY GIVE COMPLIANT NO [protected], TECHNICIAN TELLING DISPLAY NOT AVAILABLE. I CAN SELL THE TV IN 1200INR APPROX. IF THERE IS PROBLEM WITH THE MODEL(SPARE NOT AVAILABLE) THEN ONIDA SHOULD REPLACE THE MODEL. 2ND THING THE TV NOT LAST LONG PICTURE QUALITY IS GOOD BUT LIFE IS LESS. COMPANY SHOULD TELL CUSTOMER TO EXTEND WARRANTY. I SPEND 14300 FOR THIS TV. PLEASE HELP AND SUGGEST.

            Sir I am jayakumar from chirayinkeezhu.one and half before I buy onida washing machine form onida agency chirayinkeezhu. Include two year warranty also.after three month washing machine out of order.my wife call onida service centre.they come and check they said electronic board complant they change board.then they told us again Rs 1800 additional warranty we paid for two years.again we face same problem after five month. We call service center they come and check told us electronic board complaint.you want again repair this machine shoud be paid Rs2500. Until now they not repair this machine.               Hi, I have contacted Adonis Electronics Pvt.Ltd. for service of Aircondition on 24th March 2015. The service request no. is [protected]. I have been calling for service and after 4 days mechanic visited our home and identified that there is a leakage of the gas which need to be fixed. He mentioned that he will register the complaint wiht the team to take the A/c to service station to fix it. I have talked to Srikanth ( [protected]) for more than coulple of days and I can see there is no improvement. I would like to bring to your notice that if you can help on this.                   i gave compliant on 19/3/2015 at call center Ref. No: [protected] but no one responded till now 3/4 times called again call center many times they tell server down. I do not think this is true. ONIDA is MNC company never have this type footpath issues. Call center executive gave Hyderabad Manager number ([protected]) but always he is disconnecting the phone. Why this type of persons in service as manager. I am in AMC EWC No: [protected] even i called 'COOL AIR SYSTEMS' and gave online complaint number also. They are also telling they will send executive but no use. Called again call center people telling that Complaint sent to RSM and State level head (3day back status). no response today. When onida not having suffient staff to provide service why they are collecting Anual Maintainance Charges.

                    Hi,

                    Have purchased an SPLIT AC ONIDA 18SPDN3 on 31st March 2014.

                    Immediately after installing the AC within one month i found the AC was not providing cooling.

                    I visited Several times from i purchased the AC he told that he would ask engineer to visit but even after the whole month the guy didnt turned up.

                    Finally after rigirous followup a guy came attended the complaints and told that the part is faulty and he would come and replace the same next day.

                    But there was no sign of the person for next 15 days and later it was informed that there is no stock of the spears part.

                    After replacement same days the AC worked correctly but again the same issue month on month.

                    And what the best part is that after raising an docket at the Call Centre these dockets are closed without any cross verification with the customer whether issue resolved.

                    Every time the docket is closed without resolving the issue.

                    Below are the complaints which are registered.

                    I have not even used the AC for more than 200 hours in last 1 years.

                    I need an replacement of this AC immediately failing which i would forced for filing an legal.

                      I have bought onida lcd TV now the lcd board is not worKing i have Given my tv at vadodara Service centre since one month they says that company is not making lcd board it is obsolete i want to ask you that what kind Of Service it is. IF it is obsolete then what about those customers who have bought Your so called Obsolete product if thiS kind of service you provides than customer wIll not buy your product in future. give Me solution i want my tv to be reaired

                        Hi, Ondia AC compressor is not working since a month. Had complained multiple times, but no one listing. Had gone to the dealer, but he is not responding. Tried calling the service center, but they inform that their systems are down and they can't take any complains. They keep on false promising of calling back which never happens.                         Following up on this complain I called up the customer service center again, and was given a local number for Mr. Mohit - [protected]. On calling him he was unavailable and his associate Sagar attended the call who was extremely rude and asked for the complain number. After which he informed that Mohit is busy and to call him later after some time. I am not sure what to do and where to go.

                          Bought Onida AC 1.5 ton on apirl 2014 within one year no cooling. Service man came and said it was gas leakage but after that they are not responding I filed complaint on[protected] and man came on[protected] saying it is in warranty, pls contact our office in vijayawada[protected] Mr.Ramarao [protected] our complaint no [protected] no one is responding worst service and worst product too within one year this AC is not working worst customer service and we will never buy any product from this onida company. Please understand the words are used under frustration, in this summer children are suffering.. and that too after 10 days of positive waiting.

                            Bought Onida five star AC 1.5 ton on apirl 2015 within one year no cooling.service man came and said it was gas leakage but after that they are not responding we filed complaint on 23.03.2015 and our complaint no 1503D76380390 no one is responding worst service and worst product too within one year this AC is not working worst customer service and we will never buy any product from this onida company

                              This is N.S. KISHORE BABU from Andhra pradesh. I bought 24 Inch Full HD LED TV 2 years back and the television stopped working on 1st of this month. I gave a complaint to hyderabad office and the complaint no. is 1503C[protected]. On 3rd March a service engineer came and said the TV needs a Board and for that he is going to charge Rs1650/.(Including Service charge) and will replace the part in 4 days.He took Rs 500/ in advance without giving any receipt. From then on he is delaying the repair for reasons not known and the service center person is not attending his mobile phone. How long should we suffer without replacement of the said LED component. The important thing of making this complaint is that when I called today referring the complaint no. they said it was solved and there is no pending regarding. I would be forced to take legal action if you don't respond immediately

                                Complain no : 1503 b[protected] Hello all, I would like to start with an appreciation for your customer service as "worst service ever experienced", is the best suitable one according to me at this time. we very happily orderedonida leo50fc 125.7 cm (50) full hd led televisionbut it was just one day happiness., it got delivered perfectly by snapdeal on monday i. e., 9thmarch'2015, and since then we been chasing for service technicians on phones to come and install but then no one bothers to response. called the below customer services numbers :[protected] and[protected] and they say very simply just 24 to 48hrs for the tech to come and install. and that 24 to 48hrs never ever comes for onida i suppose. its been 6 days still onida customer service is living for 9thmarch. iam so damm frustrated and can go upto consumer court to lodge a complaint against. my husband and me are both working and we take time to call continuously just for tech to come and install but no one ever bothers. Oh we were also given some numbers to contact as area-wise and here are those[protected] a lady answers who dnt bother to listen and hung up the phone. [protected] — not sure what number it is, but no one answers, was given by call center people to contact the service technician. [protected] — swamy (technician) says coming and very near but then later, never answers the phone. What the hell is going on.. when u dnt know how to care for a customer better dnt promise anything. i seriously dnt know how to and what to say for your service. Hoping for a quick response or at least let us know how to where to return the product. Thanks, chaitanya sherla,

Since then, I have talked to Customer care roughly 20 times, to Mr Prabhakar, Regional manager, delhi 3 times but the issue is not even attended till date. I have never seen such worthless customer care services. I will strongly advice all tom, dick & haryy to not purchase/avail any Onida Product/Service.                                     This is to bring to your notice the struggle a customer has to go thru when he wants to website but no revicing done for onida product I have an onida microwave oven & had registered a compliant for the same on 27 feb 2015 Complaint No being[protected] I was told that technician will visit within 48 hrs but when I didnt see anyone I called up again on 3rd March to be told that the complaint has been escalated & will be looked into. Even then the issue persisted & no one visited. When I called in again on 6th march, to my surprise I am told that the complaint logged on 27th has been closed. This was without any service & without any confirmation from the customer. When I questioned, they didnt had any response & I was provided a service centre number to be called to asking for service. the height of ignorance was that the number provided was of a person who has already left onida & your staff is not even aware of the same. Is this the way service is provided to your customers? I havent seen any service more pathetic than that of onida. Why is the call centre being setup when the customer themselves have to followup with service centres? moreover, your website does not give any response when we try & register a complaint!!! Will you look into this & help resolve at the earliest. The customer care is not even aware of the email Id where the mail is to be sent Pathetic, just pathetic!!! I called on 39889000 before 10 to 15 Days. They provide me [protected] number.This person give me Lalbaug Onida No, [protected] this number is only ringing then again i called on 39889000 they give me no.[protected] this is wrong no bcoz. the person on this number told me that Onida provide wrong no to everybody.Again i called 39889000 they provide me [protected] there is no response from this no.Again i called on 39889000 they provide me [protected] This person told me that he closed with Onida long back & he given me no.[protected] & the same story with it. This is the story. I really very unhappy with Onida service. I think i took a wrong decision to purchase the Onida washing machine INSTEAD of LG. My question is, Is the Onida does not have any proper customer service people Or they do not have any technician to send the customers visit on their complaint? I want that technician should come in this week. Please give me proper response on [protected] / [protected] No thanks.
