I have microwave oven which was taken 4 years ago and the model number is 21GTP13W and Seriel Number is MO21GMD07C00569, i gave a complaint by calling customer care number on 17/01/2015 complaint number is 1501A[protected] and service person visited my place on 19/01/2015 and he charged Rs. 400 and said that touch pad is not working and need to be replaced after this i haven't got any response and then i called customer care number again and registered complaint 1501A[protected] and then i called to Mr. Vijay, Supervisor for Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd. Bangalore on his [protected], he said the part which has to be replaced is not available and their is no supplyof that and we can't do anything.And today i called customer care even these people are saying this is not our service only that service dealer has to solve your problem Onida has the worst customer care in the world and no proper contact of higher authorites are available

    i had bought 19 jan Onida 39"LED TV from Rubycon Electronics, which I got delivery and installation on 21 jan during installation it came to notice that TV's On/Off was not working so installation guy sent service engineer who told me that they have to repair pcb and connector, so i demanded for replacement stating that if it had worked for even 10 - 15 mins than i would gladly had let u repair but it has came faulty from the beginning i need replacement to which dealer agreed and since than he is asking me for two more days for my replacement tv to come but it's 20-25 days and yet my tv is not replaced.

      Complaint No# [protected] One of the worst services i have ever experienced in my entire life, i do not know what kind of Ethics does Onida have ? Does they have any concept called Customer Satisfaction ever ? My Onida TV stopped working due to a shock circuit, we have complained, one Technician named Kareem visited our home abd said that the Tv should be repaired with Horizontal LED's. After that it has been more than 1.5 months, whenever i call technician he will never answer, accidentally if he does, he will say "today i will come to your home and repair" the same thing he has been telling since 1.5 moths. Area incharge Mr. Harinath is of same category, he never answer any calls, Customer's should get fedup with this type of bloody Onida Service which they have.

        Hello sir, I have bought a onida LCD TV last year.i have already filed the complaint in customer service on 13 jan, 2015. My complaint number is [protected]. I haven't got any positive response from ur technician as well as ur customer care. The technician who visit my house his name is J.B Joshi the contact number is [protected]. I already paid the service charges 600 rupees and he haven't Give us any receipt to us. He always make several execuses. kindly plz look into this matter or i have take the strict legal action towards to ur company...

          First complaint done on 22nd Dec for Onida semi automatic washing machine for dryer not working. That has been attended and on 31st Dec the motor been replaced. Next day it didnt work, the same issue with motor, again did complaint. Another visit of the engineer again motor got replaced but didn't work. Now third time on 19th Jan I made complaint for the same but till now some or the excuse i get to know like parts not in stock or audit going on. The no. of the East delhi Zonal Manager been given to contact but MR. Manoj Rawat either doesnt pick up the phone or same excuse(few lot of motor parts has a problem and the whole lot is defected said..by Zonal Manager, Manoj Rawat. I am making call everyday to customer service at 3988 9000 but unsatisfied, issue not sorted yet. People should not buy onida products as they cant serve properly. I have not stored my complaint no. but my mobile is given and can be identified [protected]

            Lodged complained on 7th Jan 2015 for TV not working. Following since then with various people in Onida. Evey one is clue less. One gentleman even said that Onida employees have not got their salary so the service centre will not work.Compliant number [protected]. Reach me on [protected]

                Job Ref: [protected] The replacement board has not arrived yet and the customer support staff does not have any clue when will I get the replacement. The TV purchased on 5th May 2014 and is in waranty. Please can you speed up the process. Regards Vijay

                When I checked with the regional service center, they told me that the part will take another 4 days to reach. Seriously are they joking? The support technician visited my home on 7th of Jan and to get part replaced they need 14 days or more.
                I am not sure if this complaint reach the right person but this kind of delay will spoil the reputation of the brand.
                Now I feel I should not have purchased this product at all. I will never let anyone go for this.

                    The worst service ever seen, technicians are so rude and call center is a total waste.They do not provide a solution for customers query instead the divert the customers by giving so much of contact numbers.Such a big company but third class service providers.No respect for customers and no turn around time given.Technicians call whenever needed and say 'i am coming within 15mins'.Is this the way they provide service and no one gives a proper contact person to escalate the issue to any senior athourity.I suggest not to take this brand as it has THE WORST service.

                      This is the worst service centre I ever see in my any other product. Even the service person didn't respect the customer, he speaking like a rogue. Actually my onida tv is under AMC he ask me to bring my speaker to there service centre then why should I put for AMC?.. The service centre name is "Adonis Electronic PVt Ltd Nungambakkam" Worst service centre..Please do not buy onida product...They are worst...

                      True. They are not identifying the exact problem, they change parts based on what ever gives them more money... and when we say the problem is still there they wanted us to take the whole TV to their service center to check further. Almost 1 month and they agree the problem is still there and could not rectify. Worst...they have a center in Velachery opp to phoenix mall.

                          We deeply regret to state that the mysore service centre has not able to provide complte service in regard to the washing machine Model No, 70DLX Complain No. -- [protected] dated 27.11.14. The above equipment was procured from M/s. Mangaldeep, Mysore K.T.Street, Mysore on 23.03.13. and expiry of the warranty is two years and now there is only 3 months left. and no service is provided. Hence, when service cannot be provided within the guarantee period why I should not take the issue under consumer court. as after the warranty period I do not feel that you people would render service.                             Dear Sir/Madam, I Lodged a Complaint for a LED TV Repair on 22/12/14...The response from the service people is very very poor.. Its been 10 days still i didnot get a single call from the service team.. When i enquired them, they are simply saying material is Out of Stock... They are least bothered about the customers... The telephone no gave by them is not working... They r not saying in how many days they will repair... When i asked them, i will lodge a complaint against they simply ask me to do whatever i want... Im really disappointed with the service sir... I lost faith in Onida Service... In this Competetive World, the kind of service u r providing for thee customers is simply regrettable...                               I own Onida washing machine from last one year, and 29th Nov 2014 its dryer not working and I raised complained against that. Even after three visit from Onida technician he could not resolve the problem even after changing the motor part same problem continues. And ultimately even today till 24th Dec 2014 my query put on hold and no one from Onida ready to take my call. I am very disappointed by there after sale service and demand for replacement of my product immediately. As its winter and I am unable to use my washing machine dryer, my all complained details mentioned below. Complaint number : [protected] (its closed without my consent and new request raised by them only) new complains its last five digit "80529". Need help for urgent resolution.

                                I had purchased Onida LED - 24 inch TV on 02 Aug 2014 with challan number 17143 from shop Comfort Cell, 11 Indira society, Datta mandir Nashik road. Well in november first week, we got a screen problem in same, so we reported same to company authorized service centre in nashik with Complaint No. 1411C30638000. After this we got the same in a week. but same problem again occurred so we again reported complaint. But sorry to say that till date we haven't got any positive response. its really painful to see so bad service from a leading brand.

                                  I am having a big problem with ac always water drops near the swing if I call and complaint they come and clean the filter and go. After two days same problem how many time I should call to book a complaint .Even though I work In WHIRLPOOL my friends Intimate to buy ONIDA because of good service .But I think that is not true .                                       Dear Miss Sarah Pereira, This is Monica Bhalla here I have been trying to get in touch with you even on your whats app no [protected] with my grievance but in vain. My Onida ac is giving me problem from a month now and your authorized service contractors Unique Enterprises have been attending to it in the most unprofessional way. Its been a month of trouble making now by these most irresponsible service providers Unique Enterprise. They earlier took a month to resolve a simple problem of gas leakage and when they came to fit the ac back after a month they took 2days to fit it and then said panel also faulty needs to replace, I was fine with it as the ac is under warranty. But inspite of all changes and time taken just after fitting the ac after a month the ac again stopped cooling within 4-5 days and also water started leaking from the inside unit. Also would want to bring to your notice that the have also damaged the inside unit of my ac during transportation to their workshop and back. The unit is badly scracted damaged and the complete asthetics are spoilt and not to mention the ac is not working that means not cooling at all.My registered number is [protected] Monica Bhalla and in the last 6-7 mon ths I have purshased 6 Onida 1.5 ton units for my residence and this one is the very first one bought.My last complain was made on 10/11/2014 and with my registered contact no you can retrieve all my complain details.You should also taken this as an alert about your service providers UNIQUE ENTERPRISES who are not only troubling your customers but also taking ONIDA for a ride by spoiling their reputaion and also again again not able to solve a simple problem of gas leakage and I am sure for the parts the change within warranty they must be billing ONIDA for it.This time homing a positive respone and service from your side.Thanks, Monica Bhalla[protected]

                                        We had a problem with onida washing machine ( fully automatic). I file a complaint on 21/10/14. but the service man came on 28/10/14. worst service done, he said that we have to change the board it cost 2500/- after that you will not get any problem. but on the next day itself its not working. totally we paid Rs 3600/- after that several times i made call to that service man. but till now he is not responding. they are not rectifying the problem. we suffered lot within this 15 days. we need a proper solution, either they have to refund the money or else replace the product. very bad experience we met with this onida product. complaint id - [protected] dt- 21/10/14 ( not properly serviced) new complaint Id- [protected] dated - 05/11/14

                                        WE bought a onida washing machine on 05/01/2012. for the past one month we had a problem with it. so made a complaint on 21st oct.2014. Ref id : [protected] . but the service man came after 1 week. but they dont have the spare parts. again we compaint on 05/11/14 Ref id: [protected]. they dont even bother about the situation of the customer. they said the mother board has to be changed so we paid the amt Rs. 3600/- ( including service charge). worst service done by the serviceman. the product is not working till now. the service center gave another number . Aminijikarai service center, the owner dont know how to talk with customer. such a worst service we never ever had. such customer service center should be closed and authorisation should be cancelled .we need justice, as a customer we want the prompt service otherwise please return the money.
