Dear Sir, we bought Onida washing machine front door, 6kg model no. Hydroplus 60, N.W 060 FLT1WH09320313 on 09/01/2010 from Noida. while our shifting it got jammed.We complained for this, they told some pump problem, then no response from their side for 4 months. again we complained, they said pump of this model is not availlable, change your machine. you tell me is it possible for a middle class person to purchage a new washing machine within 3 yrs, then what is the use of service center and its responsibilties.we got fed up, and we complained on 1st nov 2014, but no satisfactory response so far. I have mentioned all the complain no with date below. Please do something AEAP.We have a faith on your company, dnt break it.       Still my problem is NOT RESOLVED even after 10 days as of today. I have raised compliant(1410B[protected] for my onida washing machine 10 days back(19th Oct 2014). From then daily i am calling customer service to know about the status, every time they are saying sorry and giving phone numbers of supervisors and ask us to follow up with them. To my disappointment those numbers are INVALID. I had to call again and again and finally able to get working phone numbers. Then new story begins, i called them up and they said they will send the technician and i waited till the day ends, but they did not turn up. when i call them back they don't lift the call. The same case repeats every day and still continuous. I have called central customer service more than 15 to 20 times, but till now unsuccessful. The main person who makes me disappointed by giving false statements is SUNIL DIXIT(phone: [protected]). Most of the times the customer personal are speaking me in Hindi even though i opted English language. I escalated the complaint many times but no response. Overall the ONIDA customer service disappoints me very much and takes out all the good will and faith from me.

          Your customer service executive has no sense in how to deal with customer (his phone number is [protected]). He is a basturd, he doesn't know how to talk to a female customer. Secondly, our complaint is as under: I Purchased Onida LEO39FD, last year in Oct, 2013, from Vijay Sales R3 Mall, Ahmedabad, with a name of my wife Kantu Kamal Tolani.The problem is when i increase the volume of my TV by more than 50%, the sound effects becomes such that I'm unable to enjoy the sound effects and the volume which I should be otherwise..I already complaint above the same to the company, but till date i haven't received the problem solved. Please remember that Customer Relationship Manager should look into this matter as soon as possible, as the probability of spreading the bad word of mouth is 12 times higher than that of a good one.Looking forward for your revert. It has yet not been solved.

            I Purchased Onida LEO39FD, last year in Oct, 2013, from Vijay Sales R3 Mall, Ahmedabad, with a name of my wife Kantu Kamal Tolani.The problem is when i increase the volume of my TV by more than 50%, the sound effects becomes such that I'm unable to enjoy the sound effects and the volume which I should be otherwise..I already complaint above the same to the company, but till date i haven't received the problem solved.                 One of the worst company and felt like being cheated by such a big company. I gave my mobile for repairing at 70 Beckbagan Row; 1st Floor; Park Circus; Kolkata Pin Code: 700017and now their office has shifted and no one receiving calls as well. I don't know what to do, They have cheated first it was very tough to find their service centre and even the person in office was not willing to take mobile for repair and now don't know how to get back my mobile. There customer care is also very less knowledge and have no information whereabouts of their new service centre and giving me same old number where phone keeps on ringing.

                  I have bought this TV on Nov'2013 and since that time the picture quality was very poor. Last month my TV was completely down and it is not able to start up. We have lodged the call and the service engg. found that 'PICTURE TUBE ' was down. They confirmed me that they have placed an order and soon they will repair the part. Till now we are keep on following with every one and they are confirming that part is not available. My TV is down since last month i.e. Sept 2014. I don't know what to do with it as we have escalated to their high level but we are not getting proper response. Thanks & Regards, Amit kumar [protected]

                    Dear Sir, I have brought Onida 22''LED(LEO22FTF)on 13/10/13(Bill No:[protected]) on 13/10/13. My TV didn't working -2 weeks back(not even ON)I have informed to customer service at vellor.They send one technical person after 2 days from my complaint.He came and check the TV.He told that "some issue is there in board & we don't have spare now.We need to indent than will change the board.It takes 1 week''. After 1 week -He came & installed the new board.One more problem came-Line formed mid of display screen.Finally says, ""handover the TV to service centre-vellore''. I have spend Rs'100 for shift the TV to service centre. They told it takes another 5-7 days. I am totally unhappy for the service. I ask ''why it is happened.They told it may happened once again also.Please make AMC. Minimum 15-20 days takes for service. Kindly replace new TV with warranty How to believe your product ??. .

                      Hello, Its been more than a month the washing I'm having is not working and there have been a irresponsible behavior from your service team. Product Serial Number : W062T5B4AG5001520 29-Aug-2014 : Raised complaint that washing machine is not working. The washing machine stops after some time (2mins~) Technician (Lokesh) visited in 2nd week of September and said its sensor problem. He replaced some part and left. When I checked it was found that the water comes into washing machine, fills the tub and overflows out. There was no spinning of drum /washing. I called up technician and informed the problem. 19-Sep_2014 : Even after a week when technician didn't turn up I contacted customer care. To my surprise it was told that the complaint that I raised is closed that too without a verification call. Then the customer care executive raised new complaint request. 20-Sep-2014 : Onida technician Lokesh (phone number : +91 [protected]) called me and informed that he will visit on 22-Sep-2014 to fix the washing machine issue. 22-Sep-2014 : Since the technician didn't turn up I called him. He informed that he will visit on 23-Sep-2014. 23-Sep-2014 : Again the technician didn't turn up. So I called him. He said he will give phone number of another technician named Mallesh (+91 [protected]) and said Mallesh will visit my place to fix the washing machine issue. I called Mallesh and he promised to visit my place on 24-Sep-2014 at 5:00pm. 24-Sep-2014 : To confirm the time I called twice to Mallesh. He didn't answer.So I called call center and got to know that the complaint is closed. The customer executive said he cannot do anything but raise a new complaint request. So a new complaint was raised Complaint # [protected] The customer care executive shared with me two numbers 1) +91 [protected] (Rahim)(Number temporary deactive) 2) [protected] (Shekar) and speak to them. I called +91 [protected], one lady answered and asked me to contact +91 [protected] (Chandra). I called +91 [protected] who asked me to contact +91 [protected] (Omkar) The unruly reply from Omkar has made me to write this email to you. It has been a harrowing ordeal with Onida Service, that too after paying Rs.1250/- for AMC (EWC No: [protected] Date : 26-Apr-2014). I was skeptical while buying Onida Washing Machine but there was a person from Onida at that time in the showroom who promised that Onida is very focused on improving its relationship with customer and there will be no problem in dealing with the service centre. I request you do take necessary actions to fix washing machine issue ASAP or refund the amount I paid towards the purchase of washing machine and AMC else I will be forced to file against you in consumer forum.                         I gave one complaint before 3 months. My Complaint NO: 7MO27. Already I spoake to Onida service centre so many times. We had not get proper answer. Till date it is pending. Sorry we have very wounded for this company service. Very Very worst service in Onida

                        Even though the customer support is notified they cannot do anything else other than raise a new complaint ticket. The technicain asks to close the complaint, and onida customer support closes the complaint without verifying with customer.

                          Dear sir/madam, MY self Mrityunjai Chaturvedi contact no [protected], [protected] logged a complaint approx 12 times for defect in Onida TV. For the same their engineer came and correct it . But the problem in the product remain unchanged. I have all the complaint number. i am going to file a written complaint against them for misleading the customers. Companies are always responsible for any latent defects in their product. I would suggest others not to buy any product from this company this is the most currupted company for addressing the complaints they people just want to sell their product then they are not ready to listen the complainsts.

                            I have handover to My Tv in Onida customer care for the problem of speaker not working, Screen not working, inverter not working, when submitting time they told ' will rectify with in two week ' but it almost 25 days gone, i dint get proper respose while i follwed, I face most bad experience with this Led Tv, am not geeting any goog response form service center - Mod No - led24hrk, serial no - 13704#002843.

                                Dear Sir/Ma'am, I will like to inform you that i have made a complaint about the non working of the touch panel of my washing machine on 8th Sept 2014. The complaint number given to me was [protected] . The service rep came and took the service charge and defected part away saying that it will be replaced with a newer part. For five days, he said that he will come today, tomorrow etc. Surprisingly, after 5 days he said that part is not available anywhere. Now, here are two things that are really pathetic on the part of the service provider:- 1) I cannot buy the excuse that the part is not available. You mean if a wire or a screw or a IC is not available, so we should change the entire machine, esp a big brand like ONIDA? I am pretty much sure that there must be a way out. 2) The service person who sent the mechanic took Rs 400/- towards service charge. My question is for what? Just to come to my home and tell me that part is not available. Money is not an issue, but when i am calling Official ONIDA Customer Care they should ensure that it gets repaired if i am paying the service charge plus (cost of the part obviously) and if they cannot do anything, they shouldn't ask for service charge as well.Even a regular/unofficial mechanic could have given me the standard reply of part not available in Rs 100. Majorly, it was told to me by customer care that my service request has been closed, which was incorrect. It has been more than a week and i request your urgent action on them same.                                     Dear Sir, I purchased ONIDA LED model no LEO50FRZ400 on[protected], since last one month there had been a problem with the sound of the LED and we have not been able to watch TV at all. The complaint number [protected] was lodged on 28th August 2014 and after several reminders your technician visited on 1st Sept 2014 to inform that the sound card is defective and needs to be replaced. We were told by the supervisor that it will take still 1 week more atleast to get the same rectified. May I request your goodself to advise the immediate resolution of the problem.

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam, I have raised the compliant at Onida customer regarding the my split AC (2ton) dt. 11/07/14 vide complaint number [protected]. Technician was visited my home on dt. 15/07/14 and informed us, will visit again with part to be change i.e. outdoor PCB unit. But on one turned -up till 24/08/14. In this period I called-up number of time to customer care & Ghaziabad service center but no positive response from ONIDA side even called-up the branch head i.e. Mr. Rajesh / Mr. Sunil on his cell number but no response. on 25/08/14 I called up again on customer care & surprising to know my complaint number[protected] is closed without resolved my AC problem and force me to re-register the complaint again. Again raised the complaint on dt. 25/08/14 vide compliant number 81126. AC technician visited again on my address on dt. 26/08/14 without parts (i.e. PCB unit) & informed us to speak to Mr. Sunil number i.e. [protected] or land line[protected] to arrange the part once part will arranged AC will repair. I called both the numbers at least 50times but no response. Mr. Sunil picked once 27/08/14 at 3.15PM & disconnect the call by saying "I am busy somewhere you can call later" after that he did not picked-up the phone. Even I called-up Onida Customer care Delhi number dt.27/8/14 at 11.15AM (approx.), but did not get any solution b'coz your agent having goods excuse by saying "call will escalate to senior & someone will call you back in 10min time" but on one turned-up till now. I would like to know the reason to such casual behavior toward the customer of ONIDA's official i.e. r. Mr. Sunil & Mr. Rajesh & what kind of customer service setup Onida have. B'coz I have very worst experience with ONIDA & not going to recommend to any body to purchase any Onida product. I would request the Onida senior official to take administrative action against the technician (who closed my complaint), Mr. Sunil & Mr. Rajesh, b'coz they have harass me like anything & give me mantel stress and AC problem is not resolved, AC is down close to two months, resultant my family force to bear such hot temp.
