    Sir, I have purchased one Semi Automatic washing machine at Gulbarga Karanataka on 9.4.2014, it is not working since 20th of this month . I went to the seller of the product he advised me to raise the complaint, which is raised on 25th of this month thereafter I met with the service provider at Gulbarga, he informed that he is not in a position to provide service . Then again I contacted to the customer care number on 28th and 29th and requested the customer care to give the phone number of any other higher ups so as to submit my query but they refused to give the same and at last on again and again requested to the service provider at Gulbarga then they sent Sri Siddu service men on 30th of this month he informed that the machine is not working because of the fault of ours and demanded to pay service fees, this is paid and got rectified the problem. This is the problem faced by me because of your product purchased whereas in other products we could not find this . I am holding other products also but wherein I have not faced this problem. Your customer care is also not bothered to provide service immediately they just say that it will be attended. I received the service after five days of the complaint raised. This should not happen to any others .         Sir this is regarding the compliant of the washing m achine(strome) which I purchased on[protected], sir from I last two weeks I am facing a problem with the operation of machine for which I compliant many times to your customers care, but they are giving reference number and assure to send some executive, but no one visited or called and when I re compliant then they telling your compliant already settled. And when I noticed the fact then they given me the local operator number where the lady assured to send some one but still from last 10 days no one called even your customer care operator bothered to solve complaint. Sir is this your assuernence of after service to the customer? Your executive repeatedly telling that my warranty of 2 years over, and I will be charged for which I agreed, but not ready to solve the problem, so I just wanted as onida whether your assuernence over once the warranty is over. Sir I really fed up to purchased the product from the company which is careless about customers.[protected]@hotmail.com

            We have purchased a Onida window AC 2 month earlier with lot of hope as it was our first product of Onida. But within two month we are suffering lot of problem in Onida AC which is related with draining issue . We have booked this complaint on 12th of August 2014 and our complaint No is "1408A[protected] ". We have contacted to; customer care, service Center and delear . Everyone is passing to other and we are running between one department to other like a government office. Now we have planned to file a case in consumer court, but before going ahead i want to try last time to resolve it with company . I will never suggest any one to buy any product of Onida because of its worst service.

                  Hi, I bought an Onida AC about 2 years ago. It was a 1.5 ton AC. It has been serviced on a regular basis. All of a sudden it stopped working. I refilled the gas and within two weeks the AC stopped working again. When I called the customer service, they sent an agent after 4 days. He suggested that we replace the AC with a new one and collected Rs 450 for that visit. It has been almost three weeks since we complained on July 26, 2014. The AC is still on the floor with a large opening in our bedroom. He did not even put the AC back after checking. We paid an additional Rs 15000 to Onida Service and we are still waiting for a new AC to be delivered. I would request you to stay away from this useless Brand. Dont be carried away by the costs of your product, they sell substandard products and their service is non-existent. Please invest in other brands. Regards.

                    From May 2010 till 2014 2 times the T.V. was taken to ONIDA agent spent Rs. 8000/- . the last one was in 2013 March - within one year the T.V. is not operational as expected. Within 1 and half hours time the whole picture become whitish and cannot see any clear picture. Now I have stopped complaining as I know no use again spend money at service centre and ead aches again

                      Sir i have many times call on onida customer care[protected]
                      And registerd complaint of my onida 1 ton split ac
                      Sir my ac's compressor is burnt and all i got from onida is that it is out of stock.. I m writing some of my complaint number. The ac has not worked for the whole season. It took them 1.5 months to figure out that the compressor is gone and they tried to fill some gas and make it work for the time being. And now that they agreed that the compressor is gone, they say it is out of stock. I am tired of making calls and requests. Plz tell me what can i do . Can i go to consumer court

                                1. I Purchased Onida Xaria Model No. LO32XRGBB, Sl No. LO32XRGBB8J4002307 in Bangalore 4 years ago. My LCD suddenly stopped functioning and when switched on there is no power supply is coming. I tried to some of the Onida Service centre at Bangalore who advised there are no spare parts available for servicing the subject power supply.

                                2. Can you please suggest me an alternate source from where or from whom I can get my LCD to functioning stage or working stage or repaired please.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I'm writing this mail in total disappointment with Onida's product and service center. 1st Complaint registered at Onida Customer Care :1404A[protected]April 12 (This ticket is raised and closed by the Onida Service representative (Technician ) without our knowledge saying service is completed and the ticket is closed) 2nd complaint registered at Onida Customer care :1407A[protected] (Now the washing machine is not at all working.) 3rd Complaint registered at Onida Customer care for extended warranty :1407A[protected] We had requested for extended warranty from the Onida Service executives who came home for the repair and they said they would bring the documents /papers next time when they would come home.) For the first ticket :- We have been following up with the service person for the past 3-4 months, At last they closed the ticket without repairing the machine . During this time we had requested for the Extended Warranty as our warranty comes to an end in June, They (Customer executives)said I could do it at anytime and they would provide it when they would come for the next time visit and they never showed up again. Initially the Issue was Washing Machine used to make Big Noise while operating. Sticks supporting the Drum were misplaced and initial Service Executive had checked and said the spare part is not available and they would get in touch with me when the spare part is available. After 1-2 weeks I contacted again and they said spare part is still not available. Again after 1 week I contacted again and at this time they said they would send the executive with spare part after a week, After a week service executive came and opened the complete machine and tried to fix the spare part which they had brought, then they realized it was wrong spare part which they had brought. So they said they would get correct spare part after 1 week. After this they never contacted. And about 10 days back my washing machine totally stopped working and I raised another complaint, I checked with customer support and she said that previous ticket is closed mentioning that its resolved, And this time I requested to reopen the ticket and she said its not possible, Then I requested for filing another complaint and executive came and checked the machine and again started the same old excuse of mentioning that the spare parts are not available we need to wait and we are waiting for another week for the parts . we tried to contact the Onida Customer care 5 to 10 times and Finally tele executive picked up and told us that we need to WAIT. I Followed up the ticket on 14-July-2014, After half an hour of waiting in queue for getting the customer care executive, Some lady picked up and talked so casually as if she doesnot belong to Onida and she cannot resolve the issue and anybody hearing her conversation would Think why we got this Brand Onida. She gave at last one Mr Raheem's number's [protected] and asked me to contact him, I again emphasized on the problem then she said she will transfer the call to senior people and I waited for another 5 minutes and she dropped the line. Extended warranty we have been requesting for very long time, but nobody is bringing to us. We got the reference of the Branch Managers phone no. whom we have been trying to contact for few days :[protected]-Mr.Janardhan either his phone would be out of coverage or he never picks up. Here are few executives who have come to resolve the issues but never turned up again to resolve or fix or repair the machine ..as next time we contact they wouldn pick phone or they would have resigned from Onida Ravi :[protected] Arun:[protected] and few other executives too for the closed tickets which we did not track it... Mr Vinay:[protected] Following up the latest ticket, Came once to check the machine, Today tried multiple time to contact and at last picked up the call. He mentioned that the washing machines electronic part has short circuit so we need to wait to get the parts. We have been calling ONIDA Customer Care service for the past 4 months to repair the Washing Machine but the only response that we get is NO Spare parts ...we have contacted many departments but they would have only one answer Employee resigned or spare parts not available. We got this machine 2 year back and it has 2 years warranty and we have intimated the Customer care department and the service executives that our warranty period is getting expired on June but they said they would extend the warranty next time they come up for service but they haven't come yet .. We got this washing machine ...considering the brand name ...It is very hard to survive in family where Maids doesn't come in India daily and we depend only on electronic machines.I request to solve this issue at the earliest . Would request that INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM would help us solve our concerns as we are waiting for the past 4 Long months to get our machine repaired Thanking You, George M Kurian [protected] BANGALORE Karnataka

                                      I have lodged Window AC complaint under Complaint No.1407A[protected] on 7th July, 2014. Technician who attended the complaint informed that the AC needs gas filling and said that another engineer will come to fill up the gas. The engineer (Mr. Shoukat) who came to fill the gas came to my house and tried to fill the gas but he DAMAGED THE COOLING COIL and told that this AC requires cooling coil replacement and said the we have to pay Rs.3500. In this regard, it is to inform that we have taken AMC but he denied and asked for the money. It is surprising that he damaged my AC and demanded money whereas I have already taken AMC to cover AC faults. Onida is making money by charging Annual Maintenance Contract of Rs.1800 per annum but DOES NOT provide service. POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. DO NOT BUY ONIDA PRODUCTS.

                                        I have lodged complaints by mail to you firstly though Ashoka and then directly to you. It is surprising to note that neither did the representative of the company nor the Service Centre In Jammu (ADONIS) attended the job. The job involved checking of the 6.8 HF washing machine and registering an AMC which has expired. In addition I requested the service centre to deliver an intake pipe but to no avail. I have been making frequent requests for the same but there do not seem to be any takers. I request you to convey displeasure to the agency and direct them to attend to the job expeditiously.
