Hi all,
Actually i have bought a new split ac from onida before 3 months and we are facing cooling issue now. So i have logged a ticket in the onida customer care 3 days back.

First day: i got a call from local onida care manager and he fixed a time to me. After that again he confirmed service engineer will reach us @ 3.00 pm. I took permission from my office and went home. But no one came to do service. When i tried that manager number it was in call waiting status for almost 3 to 4 hours. Finally they picked the call and told engineer will come after 6. But there is no response. So again when i called to the same number they disconnected my call and sent me a message " i will call u later".

Second day: again i got a call in the morning around 11 am and service enginner was in call. Eventhough i gave a clear address he went to some other address wrongly.
And he fixed the appoinment again afternoon. Again next day i took permission from my office and i waited for him. But he didn't came. I keep on calling him and he piced the call and said he will be coming at 5.30pm. So i waited till 6 pm but there is no response. Finally again i called him almost more than 20 times he not even picked the call.

Altalst a girl called me and said engineer will visit tomorrow and she is not ready to answer to any of my questions and disconnected the call.

I have few open questions to onida:
> when your engineer is not able to visit the customer place within the time, what is there to commit time and date????

> customer care is the place where agent has too clarify the customer and not to irritate the customer with their response.

Now this is the fourth day after i logged the call. Still no one visited.

Please take some action.

Onida have some good name. Please don't spoil this.

    No service report was given for my onida tv, they took the tv before 18month when we track them for details they ask us to buy a new tv, its a authorised service center of onida, Chennai. No customer care number!! No reply from the company, no reports provided!! better take a good action against them. All documents are filed with me and when we talk to the manager, he respond rude and use a very bad language against us and ask us to file a complain so that he may face the issue!! Is that onida give a way to all this or..????...wat we do now????

      I have logged multiple complains to Onida Bangalore for servicing my Window AC. Its now 2 months till I received any response from Onida. Initially they sent a service person and he for no work took service charge and assured that next week he will come for service. Till that date I am continuously following up with Onida but no response. My complain number is [protected]

        I purchased onida ac 1.5 T in 2011 and now having problem in the compressor . As warranty of compressor is 5 ye I called onida customer care to repair the same. Their technician came twice opened the ac and went back without doing anything . On several calls and reminders now the customer care is saying that your complaint has been cancelled as your ac was opened by some outside technician before our technician came hence company warranty is lapsed. So now they are not considering the ac in warranty and will charge for visit and repair if they repair it. So I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the same as ac is in warranty and it should be repaired for free or else they should replace the ac.           Re : Replacement of Onida 32” LED purchased on 6th Sept
          Dear Sir,
          I had purchased Onida 32” LED from Cool Point Engineers, Mansarovar Jaipur on 6th Sept 2013, Sr No : [protected]. The LED was faulty from inception. I had complained nearly 8-10 times at your Service centre during these last 10 months. The technicians also visited my home to repair the LED. They have come to my place nearly 15-20 times. Initially there was remote problem, then sound, then picture. When the problem persisted they took the LED to the Service centre for repair and also changed the mother board. Now again there is problem in the set.
          I am very much upset with the LED and want its immediate replacement. Since this is warranty period atleast my set is being attended. After warranty period I will have to pay for everything. More ever it is my mental harrassment to waste so much time in repair.
          Following persons from your Jaipur service centre have attended the complaint and have recommended change of set:

Delay in services we have called them more then 50 times and they took more than 20 days to complete my services 3. Charged me 2 yr AMC (3200/-) instead of 1600/- due to some defect which was not there Request to refund AMC money

              I am in possession of an ONIDA make 6.8 K semi-automatic machine purchased in 2006. Since its purchase it has regularly been under AMC which expired in April 2014. For the last over one month I have been lodging complaints with ADONIS - the service centre in Jammu, J&K requesting the agency to send somebody for registering an AMC and also deliver an inlet pipe which is damaged but to no avail. It was, after I lodged a complaint on line through Ashoke complaint service that two lads appeared on my premises for rectifying the defect in the machine. Though I had specifically advised the agency to deliver the pipe and get an AMC for the machine it is quite unfortunate that the techinicians had been sent by the agency for rectifying the defect which did not exist at all and for which the complaint had not been lodged. It was highly irritating. This smacks of the casual approach of the service centre who (1) did the send their representative for about of a month for AMC and (2) do not give proper directions to their representatives as to what they had to attend to. This is also indicative of the fact that the company (ONIDA) has no control over the activities of its service centres vis-a-vis the commplaints lodged against their products etc. In view of the above I feel it to be a foolishness to purchase an electronic equipment of the company in future.

                To, ONIDA MAIN BRANCH Sub:- Mental Harrassment b y the service centre of Ahmedabad. Ref:- Complain no.1406C[protected] I had purchased 1.5 Ton spilt AC from:-Super Air Condition on 10/9/2009 due to some technical defeat, MCB for the switch of AC got tripped and fan of the compressor couldnot start.                   I want to file a complaint against onida company and also against the dealer WORLD VISION KACHI CHAWNI CHOWK JAMMU JAMMU AND KASHMIR My name is Romesh chand i have purchased 1.5 ton AC almost 1year. After 6 months o[censored]se, I have asked to the dealer for service but he asked us to go to the service centre and ask them i also went there and asked them but the dint even bother to listen now its almost 6 months gone and on 2nd of june i again asked them this time they told me they wil com the next very day but they dint come after three days i again asked them but again same response. We have filed complaints for services for almost 4 times but they didn't respond. Even the dealer World vision dint give us the warranty card i have asked hm several times but they said your bill is your warranty card.my AC's Model No. is- w18flt2s.no-13cc3-003481purchasing date - 22/06/2013

                    Sub: Replacement of faulty Compressor- Complaint No. [protected] dated on 06/06/2015 ONIDA WIN AC 1 TON W12TRC3
                    Sir,

                    We have bought a One ton window AC of ONIDA Make from M/s. Super Electronics, Uttam Nagar, Delhi (the Retail Invoice is enclosed herewith). After thorough research through the market dealers & discussing with them I reached to the conclusion that the Onida is the best package as per my need. The dealer provided me satisfaction and stated more peace of mind in terms of service assistance and durability of Onida’s product. But as far as my experience after the purchase, I felt that it was the biggest blunder of buying Onida. Initially, there was no demonstration after the installation. Later, after some months I made a request for the routine check-up & service provided by the company. After my rigorous follow-up they send an engineer many days behind schedule. He came and did the service as per his knowledge and norms. But I was not satisfied by the way he carried his work. Anyhow I have compromised on this because I had already gone through the pain and agony in terms of getting the routine service.
                    In the last week of May, 2015 the AC stopped working and servicing people checked it and informed that the compressor is not in working condition. Meanwhile an engineer on checking the problem stated me, the problem occurred due to improper service. I made a complaint in this regard on 6/6/2015 no. [protected] and I was informed that within 48hrs I will receive a call as such. But the same scenario was there and same kind of reluctance which I had faced earlier in terms of service. Now my faith is totally shattered. As per my experience the service is pathetic and the engineer’s are not up to the mark. They have informed us that the compressor will be replaced with in fifteen days as it is under warranty period.

                    After so many calls to your service personal and including yourselves and the complaints registered at Super electronics, Uttam Nagar compressor was replaced in the first week of July, 2015. It has been noticed that technicians/service personal deputed by your company are not properly trained and inefficient. They have wasted the gas and even burnt his hand while welding.

                    After the replacement the AC ran for two hours and suddenly stopped working. We had switched on the AC from the remote device then suddenly entire power of the house dripped. We have informed Mr. Naresh Tomar and he advised to check the electricity connection. The Electrician checked and told us that there is no fault in electricity connection/wiring. After so many calls and after a week passed, your service personal came and checked the compressor and informed that the compressor is dead. They have assured that it will be replaced with in two days. Even Mr. Naresh Tomar assured us over phone that the faulty compressor will be replaced with in two days. But ten days passed nothing has happened and nobody bothers to answer/attend our calls. I am totally exhausted with a kind of turmoil I have gone through with Onida’s system of handling its customers. I also requested Mr.Prabhakaran ([protected]) that you please look forward to my case. I have also mailed at [protected]@onida.com but no reply from your side till date. The amount of suffering and hypocrisy I have found doesn’t make me to believe in Onida.
                    If, within two days the faulty compressor is not replaced, we will be compelled to file a complaint in the appropriate consumer forums for redressal.
                    It is pathetic on the part of Onida and it gives unnecessary pain, anguish and agony in buying Onida Products.

                    Sub: Biggest Mistake to buy Ondia Product

                    Dear Sir,

                    I bought an Onida window Air conditioner (1 ton) from M/s Super Electronics, Uttam Nagar. Bill enclosed. After thorough research through the market dealers & discussing with them I reached to the conclusion that the Onida is the best package as per my need. Moreover, I even talked to the customer care in comparison with Onida like LG, Samsung etc about the product and vice-versa. Majority of dealers provided me satisfaction and stated more peace of mind in terms of service assistance and durability of Onida’s product. But as far as my experience after the purchase, I felt that it was the biggest blunder of buying Onida. Initially, there was no demonstration after the installation. Later, after some months I made a request for the routine check-up & service provided by the company. After my rigorous follow-up they send an engineer many days behind schedule. Since he came and did the service as per his knowledge and norms. But I was not satisfied by the way he carried his work. Anyhow I have compromised on this because I had already gone through the pain and agony in terms of getting the routine service. After almost a month has past of service, I faced a noise problem. I registered a complaint No:[protected] dated:- 20/4/2010. I made a complained at customer care but no response from them. I again made rigorous follow up on the complaint because of the same experienced I had in the past. At Last I received an engineer (Mr.Amit) for the rectification of the problem after one week. He stated me, the problem occurred due to improper service which led the water to enter in the circuit/Pcb mechanism. He rectified the problem but I asked for the assurance in regard for the smooth functioning of AC. But I again faced a haunting noise after couple of weeks and which force again to make a complaint in this regard dated:-16th May.2010 complaint No:[protected] and I was informed that within 48hrs I will receive a call as such. But the same scenario was there and same kind of reluctance which I had faced earlier in terms of service. Now my faith is totally shattered therefore I asked your people that to refund my money and take your product back. As per my experienced the service is pathetic and the engineer’s are not up to the mark. Meanwhile In this regard I tried to contact to you senior persons associated in Onida. Hence, I came across Ms. Lalita:-[protected] on 24/5/2010 (M/s Adonis Electronics Pvt.Ltd.) at your head office in Delhi situated at Mathura Road. Ms. Lalita after going through the whole problem given me excuse that the system got hanged therefore no person was able to arrived at your place. I was unable to understand exactly that if there has been a system failure then, how I was able to get the complaint no. mentioned above. After all she planned Mr.Amar:-[protected] to visit my place and equally offered me a replacement with latest model of N-series running at present. Mr.Amar visited my house on dated 29/5/2010 and with complete inspection at his end; he also reaches to the same result. He committed me a replacement with the new A/C and added with one year additional warranty as a regard along with the commitments made by Ms.Lalita earlier on the phone and I was promised to receive the new N-series by Thursday: dated:-03/06/2010. After discussing with my family, though I wasn’t interested to keep further relationship with you because by this time I ‘m totally exhausted with kind of turmoil I have gone through with Onida’s system of handling its customers. I am still adamant of not to have an exchange but to have refund. Later I again spoked to Ms.Lalita about not receiving the new AC as per her promised of day & date. Hence, she transfers my case to Mr.Naresh Tomar ([protected]) (BSI) and he told me that he will replace it and now I will receive the new AC by Monday. I said there is no need to replace because your company is least bother about the after sale service. Moreover while talking him (Mr.Naresh Tomar) on phone has no Idea about the problem and the commitments made so far in the past. Being unaware he was totally guessing during the conversation about the problem and commitments made by the earlier persons. He was not even aware that I got one year extended warranty with the new AC against my old one. It really gives me an idea that your company has not system, therefore I demanded for the refund and I requested Mr.Tomar to tell me the complete procedure in such regard. He told me that he will call me by next day between 11am to 12pm. On the next day of his call he comes up with the new solution which I have to accept in any circumstances. He told me that now after escalating this matter to the senior officer, he gave me an option of exchange of AC with the same model (which I’m using at present-WS) and on the other side if I will not accept this offer he will repair the existing AC. I felt very bad on hearing such words. Hence I decided now that, I don’t want to keep further relationship with your brand and I want a refund. Hence from the above process so far, I reached to such conclusion and learnt a lesson that your company is not the reliable company. However you are only bother to make money while selling but least bother to provide service. Therefore a trust for ONIDA as a BRAND OF CUSTOMERS is not your principle and the core value of the company. I also came to know that my complaint has been closed by your person (Mr.Javed Anwar) himself without consulting me or the higher officials of the company.

                    Hence I also requested Mr.Prabhakaran ([protected]) that you please look forward to my case. I have also couriered a copy of my mail to Mumbai Head office and at [protected]@onida.com but no reply from your side till date. I want a refund because it is very difficult to keep further relationship with you. The amount of suffering and hypocrisy I have found doesn’t make me to believe in Onida. The behavior from first service to Mr.Naresh Tomar and no reply from head office (Mumbai) have shown me the face of Onida. Since there is no response from head office of your company firms my believe that keeping further relationship will not be fruitful and healthy as they have become bitter in the past. Mr. Prabhakaran accepted incompetence behavior happened with me. How I will accept his offer now to continue a relationship with you. The Onida was not born yesterday; it exists from more than a decade. As you were also aware from above that I haven’t received a satisfactory assistance from your service dept since day first. Who guarantees of your professional standards in future. In hope that I will get the response at last through this mail or else I move to consumer court. Though I also faced a major difficulty reaching anyone of you since no one was providing anyone of yours E-Mail Id or Phone nos.

Civil Court Veraval, District-Junagadh, State-Gujarat as a Supritendent.I have purchased Onida LED 24 inch TV, model No-leo24NMSF100L, worth Rs.17500/- from Bhagyoday Agencies Veraval(PH.No.[protected] Dist-Junagadh, State-Gujarat, pincode-362265 on date-4/5/2012.After 2 years one day suddnely my TV has been not worked and not run. So I registered complaine. My complaine No is [protected].After few days your engineer came here and gave me Estimate for repairing is (1)TFT penal Rs.9500/-+(2) Main Board Rs. 3000/- Total Rs.-12500/- on date 27/5/2014. I asked engineer & dealer what is the problem, he told me that this is electronic item in thousand of TV sometimes such problem create. Generally TFT penal works more than 10 years but I am also shocked that how can spoil TFT penal in just 2 years. When I want to buy TV, I saw many brand in market but your brand name is very famouse. and review of your customers service is good, So I bought your brand TV, but I am not satisfied with your brand. Is your brand's TV life only 2 years ? Now a days in Rs.12500/- I can purchase new TV other brand, then why should I pay Rs.12500/- for repairing. I request you to give me maximum discount or give me new piece of TV otherwise I will go to consumer Court. Please preserve your brand value in market otherwise no one can trust in your brand.                           After complain any person not coming So, Agian complain on customer care reply.Your Complain is cancelled due to my House Address in not founded and he says( Mr. Dharmendra patel) Your Mobile not reply.so Your complain is cancelled.
                          And then give me a new complain No: [protected] dated 18/05/14 and Dharmendra Patel says two or three days replace your compressor.
                          After that 4 days i calling to mr.Dharmendra patel but he has not received my call still today.Now i am calling to customer care tell about Dharmendra patel and they are given new Phone No: mr. Savan Mourya.and Savan Mourya Say After 2 days he replace the compressor, but last 4 days Mr. Savan Not picup the call now What i Can do? How many time take for compressor replace.now todys in morning to still customer care fone is not receied.

                              Sir / Madem my tv is having color problem . I have registered by complaint in yr service center viz, Tridal service, Complaint no 2249 dated[protected]. But after repeated calls, one person from service center has came and charged 950 rupees and even not given receipt also . Soon after the next day the tv got the same problem, after lots of lots of calls no body is responding .
                              We feel cheated by this dual behaviour of the TV companies.
                              If you can't serve then why do you open these customer service centers.

                                I am very much disappointed to write to you, but as the no one is responding from the customer care nos given,
                                I am writing to you expecting a solution .I have purchased brand new air conditioner from online website snapdeal.com
                                Requested Onida local service center for installation of the same on 10.05.2014,
                                and same was installed by onida service representative. But at the time
                                of power on, the out door was not operating, further checking found
                                compressor problem.Service engineer informed to replace the same and
                                assured me to take action from their side.I am very much disappointed due to problem in new AC.

                                I have given complaints to customer care No.but there also no response found.

                                      I Sri T Ravi Kumar purchase the LCD Onida make Xviera model 18" with in the 2 years the picture tube gone as per the representative of your company says whether it is correct or not I don't know I immediately rush to the delear where I purchase he simply give complaint online and that product kept with him it is happen last 02 months I immediately give another complaint online then the agent came to my home and told that you pay another 8000/- I want to know if any item purchase such type of product if that product going to repair or defective then there is no responsibility of company to replace with new one what is the procedure to warranty about the picture tube. is the way to replace with new one with pay the amount of 8000/- I previously pay 16, 000/- and for new one 8000/- it comes to 24, 000/- for one LCD what the inner matter I not understand if the model is defective then why released in market and cheating with customers please solve the problem with in the stipulated period or I bound to go shelter of law and within the 07 days I went to Consumer court with full documents what are relevant ed with this case. so please justify or pay compansation wait for your reply my mobile No. [protected]
