To whom so ever it may concern. This is with reference to the complain lodged on 12-08-13 at your customer care department (Complaint number is [protected]), for my LCD purchased on 11-04-13 from one of your Onida Gallery (Sulchase Corporation). The model number of my LCD is LCD-LCO32DMSH101L, & after the complaint was done one technician came & after the examining said that part replacement is required & confirmed that very soon the said part will be replaced which till date is pending & upon calling they either do not receive the phone or make all lame excuses. I fail to understand that what kind of service is this? On calling your customer care executive they confirm that the complaint is still pending. Please do the needful in the matter as soon as possible & get our LCD's part replaced or else get the entire piece i.e., the above said LCD replaced, as its been more that 15 days & all our requests are unheard & unsolved. Please look into the matter & solve our problem as soon as possible & get the part or the whole LCD replaced. Awaiting your early reply. Vijay Shukla

    We are regular viewer of your TV show & admirer your genuine effort to work for the noble cause. We too have come across with the same problem & request you please help us, as all our efforts were completely unheard & all in vague. We have also come across with similar kind of problem. We have bought a LCD of 32" of Onida Company from the Onida Company's Showroom (Onida Gallery Sulchase Corporation , Ahmedabad) this year in the month of April'13, but in a few months time i.e from July'13 some linings in different colours started to appear on the LCD's screen (two different colours was displayed on LCD's screen), so we reported this to the Onida customer care care and after much explanation they registered the complaint and issued complaint number [protected] and after 8 days their engineer visited our home to check the LCD TV in subject and after examining he conveyed that the LCD panel would require to be changed but the final confirmation would come after he submits his report. After 10 days and after many phone calls to Onida customer care followed by number of emails on the company's email-id, sms & also many phone calls to the local Ahmedabad customer care department & also to many technicians on their cell number as provided by customer care department again which all went unheard when no news came from Onida. Again after that as usual we regularly followed up with the same customer care dept. & the technicians but nothing happened as they kept saying that the complaint was in the process and also made excuses at times saying that it would take more time & then finally one of the technician admitted that the panel would be replaced and new panel has been brought from Mumbai and the same shall be replaced after testing for 2 days but even after 5 days nothing happened, then on the 7th day they said that all procedures for testing have been done & the same will be replaced at the earliest. In the meantime we had also requested them to get the whole TV changed as considering this apathy we were sure that some similar problem might arise again in the future. Weeks after weeks passed but the technicians kept making excuses for the replacement. Finally after getting all fed up of this nuisance after more than 2 months of this issue on the morning of 19th September we called the customer care dept. & told them that till date nothing have been done and asked for the contact details of their concerned / authorized person as we were fed up, hence wanted to register this to the consumer forum, this was not the first time when we made such requests to them as earlier also Onida company representatives were unfazed by such warning of consumer forum case registration. But again during this call on the 19th of September only false assurances were made but no action was taken which now seem to have become Onida company's usual practice. The Onida's showroom from where we bought our LCD is closed now. Hence, I am providing the name & the contact numbers of the owner the name Mr. Vinay Patel & the contact number is [protected],[protected],[protected]. Today in the evening we have made a phone call on the phone number provided at the end of your program namely Fight Back on Bloomberg which is[protected], I have given my name Vijay Shukla & the number contact number provided is [protected]. I would request you to please consider our problem being senior citizen it has given me enough mental torture & help us resolve this problem to get replaced the defective LCD with brand new LCD as we have tried to contact with our grievances at every possible platform of the company.       I have an Onida air conditioner and I have been extending the hardware warranty on that A/C since 2009. For the initial 3 to 4 years I rarely had any complaint with the product but since last 1 year or so I was facing one or the other issue with the product. I have been registering complaints with Onida service center and they were not able to fix the issue. This year(2013) in the month of April the hardware warranty on the A/C was getting expire and before it was expire I called Onida Service Center with the ongoing issue ( A/C) not cooling. I was told by the technician that the A/C has the hardware Warranty so they will fix the issue free of cost. The technician worked on my machine few times and was not able to fix the issue and by then the hardware warranty got expire on the A/C. I got a call from Onida asking me to extend the hardware warranty but I refused saying that there is an ongoing issue on my A/C that needs to be fix then only I will extend the hardware warranty. Since then I have been complaining about the ongoing issue but Onida refused to support me with the issue and over that they have stopped replying on my complaint emails also. I have all the written complaints with me and I can submit the required documents to prove what I have mentioned on this complain.         Hi, I am writing to express my frustration with a problem I am having with the Onida AC purchased from Sales India located at Prahladnagar (Ahmedabad) on 24/05/2013. One of the AC had a leakage problem and hence we filed a complaint by calling the customer care. Complain no - 170209. One of the engineer came to check and said that the back panel is broken and needs to be replaced. It's been 2 months now but nothing has been done and since then there has been no revert from the customer care too. Every time we have to call them and they keep on saying it will take 10 days as they need to order the part from Delhi. I wonder how far Delhi is from Ahmedabad and why is it taking so much time (i hope they do not use rickshaw walas for transportation from Delhi to Ahmedabad). I have also sent an email regarding the same to [protected]@onida.com but no reply from them too, I wonder why they have an email Id then. I am not sure how you solve the problem but if you can do it then I will surely appreciate your help. If nothing happens then I will have to go to consumer court.           I have Lodged numerous complain on mail as well through telephonic conversation(Onida Management team & Grievance Cell). But this complain Dated 12-April-2013,Complain No:1304A[protected], Modal No:AC W018 -WAC [Serial No:0804KA003686] & Modal No:ACW018 -WAC [Serial No:4KA003096] Date Of Both AC Purchase: May-2008, And AMC Extend date 22-June-2012 To 21-June-2014.

          The whole summer Season has been passed in Lodging Complain Or in mailing You & Your Service Center/Grievance Department For Resolving my Complaint But After 4 Months also My Both A.C Conditions is As it.

          Onida service department took my ac two times for servicing in Service center,i don't know what they do in my AC still now it is not in working condition,& another A.C got Riffled more then 2 times & it's PCB got Changed 5 times in last 4 Months but A.C Compressor/Riffle are regularly leakage,Fan Not worked Properly & New PCB not supported in my AC.

          Sir After complain on Dated 12-April-2013,Complain No:1304A[protected] , Onida service center not resolve my complain in 4 months , i have already mail Onida Management team & Grievance Cell but they not reply me / Not take any necessary steps regrading resolve my Grievance.

            I purchased an onida hydrocare 60nc from bismi appliances kochi on 8 10 2012. I faced a lot of problems from the beginning itself. If you search the complaint history you can get it.

            The wash drain switch made some problem. The spin motor failed next time.. After repairing all this once again now also the spin motor is not working. Wash drain switch again failed. Now i am not able to use the machine. I launched a complaint on last week of july 2013.so far nobody has attended the complaint. I am not able to use the machine. I request you to replace the machine with a similar one as this may have some manufacturing defect as it is facing same problem again and again.

            Onida — washing machine

            my name is vipul i have got to complain about your product onida washing machine which is not working properly.the service is done 8 times but the result is zero there is no effect of getting my onida washing machin repaired so i request you to take so action on it & the company also told to replace the peace but nothing did all was in vain.no actions are taken on the product or the company.
            Dear Madam/Sir

            I had bought Onida Window A/c 1.5 Tn from a local Dealer named "RAHUL REFRIGERATION", before 1.5 yrs.

            After 2 months of my purchase, I had a gas leakage problem in the AC, which was resolved by the dealer lately. It worked for about a month after that properly.

            Now during summer time, we again started using it in month of March and Immediately had a same problem. The dealer charged us Rs 1500, which we paid on the condition that the same problem will not occur again.

            But only after a week, there was a same problem, the dealer then again took it at the workshop for a check and returned it after 3 days.

            Now again after a week or so the same problem has occured.

            Even then if I am ready to pay for the repairs of the AC I am not getting any feedback from the company even after i launched the complain at the local office in Vadodara. The technical head Mr piyush whose mobile number is [protected] who is a damn has rudlessly told me to do whatever i want to do, and he is not going to solve my problem at any cost.

            How bad is this company.

              I am sure to have made a mistake in purchasing a onida product , how ever that is been done, now I am paying for it
              I have register a complaint at your service centre complaint no1308A[protected] and they promised to send the technician the next day , let me make their life easy
              I delivered my T.V. set to there service centre on Saturday, till this Friday there is no call from the service centre

              I have made more than 20 calls , the phone is never answered ,frustrated with their attitude toward customer I call the call service no given in the owners manual.
              No wonder they do not have any escalation contact no’s or e-mail id , they straight refused , helpless I took the help of the net and called the corporate contact no. that too remains unanswered
              may that is the culture of the company,

              I have been left with no choice but wait for the mercy of the service people . and take up the issue with consumer forum

              Onida — Warranty card & user manual is not available with the carton

              I have purchsed Onida make Micro wave oven24th Dec 07 and I was informed that user manual and warrantity card will be inside the packed box.. After opening the packing box I found that no manual and warranity card with product.

              Onida — 20000 rs dumped for free to onida

              Its not even one year and my a/c is not working.. after so many complaints and sending letters to onida(mirc electronics) no one has turned up to fix it...To make it working i have to spend rs 1500.00 extra while the a/c is still under warrenty... I will go and post this note on every blog and will try my level best to reduce the share prices for onida; jai hind.

                ONIDA CO. — SPLIT AC

                I bought the AC in january 08. But when I started to use it regularly in March, water started to drip. Then they told me to change the plastic pipe used for the drainage of water;. Then I got it changed, they said there was dirt inside and did servicing also. Then it was all right . Now again from May 13th it is dripping!! I called them and asked for an explanation for this dripping. The person in charge said let the men look and decide what is exactly the cause.!! So I am waiting for them to come with a permanent solution.

                  We own a Onida 24inch LCD TV, we took it to onida service center around 6 months back, as it has the problem of not allowing us to use any controls to change channel and sound(its like not operation are valid), after few minutes.

                  They kept with them for around 4 months and didn't do any repair, after we call them up they said like TV is repaired by replacing a motherboard, so we got it home and checked but still the same problem exists,

                  So we took it back to them and waited for around 1 month, and in between we were calling them up to know the update. The response from them is very poor. at last we went to receive the TV at their specified date and time.

                  When we went there to pickup the TV, then in front o[censored]s they are getting the TV from store room and fitting one more motherboard, and we have to wait there for around 3 to 4 hrs for observation.

                  Then we took the TV home, in a very anxiety we switch on the TV, the TV picture clarity is good but there is no sound, and the first problem also exists, We give to service center to get our problem recovered not to get a new or some other added problems.

                  We are feedup with the their service and response from them, The people at the service center are very negligent, irresponsible. Even after three consecutive deliveries also they were unable to fix the TV.

                  I still have a question that even after keeping for one Month they didn't even touched the TV for repair, and over phone they are pretending like they are trying very hard to repair TV.

                  We are really disgusted with the service provided by Onida, our money, patience, time, effort, are wasted upon which we have undergone mental torcher with the your service and response.

                  Upon all these effort of ours, we see the our TV without any sound. how disgusting it is, we curse ourselves for buying Onida and for your valueless service.

                      THIS IS TO BRING IN YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT I HAVE PURCHASED AN ONIDA AC IN APRIL 15th ,2008 FROM SHAMLI FROM MUKESH ELECTRONICS HANUMAN ROAD SHAMLI. SIR WE HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAIN AGAINST THIS AC ON MARCH 14TH , 2013. THE COMPLAIN IS THAT THIS AC IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY THERE IS SOME ERROR IN ITS COOLING COIL AND DISPLAY. FIRST OF ALL WHEN WE REGISTERED OUR COMPLAIN NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ON IT FOR A MONTH AND WHEN WE TOLD THEM THAT WE FORWARD THIS MATTER TO CONSUMER COURT ,COMPANY SEND HIS ENGINEER BUT YOUR ENGINEER IS INCAPABLE IN REPAIRING IT WE AGAIN MADE A COMPLAIN AND YOUR COMPANY AGAIN SEND THE SAME ENGINEER.. BUT NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN IN OUR FAVOUR. AFTER MAKING COMPLAIN TWO OR THREE TIMES AGAIN AND AGAIN TODAY YOUR COMPANY'S ENGINEER HAD COME AND DECLARED THAT IT IS NOT IN HIS HAND TO REPAIR THIS AC.. SIR I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT WE HAVE THIS AC IN GUARANTEE PERIOD ND EWC OF THIS AC TOO. SIR WE WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS MATTER i.e. WE WANT A NEW AC OR WE WANT THIS AC TO BE REPAIRED COMPLETELY.. UNLESS WE WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT.

                          I have mailed my below mentioned complaint to '[protected]@onida.com' two weeks back but no body has responded back

                          I bought a microwave Owen (25 lts,Model no:25cjs26b) on 3.02.2013 from Navrang , laxmi nagar, Delhi. After 15 days o[censored]se it started giving display related problems. I called up ONIDA service center and the engineer temporarily fixed it but again the display started giving problems.

                          On May 9, I lodged a complaint no.[protected] and the engineer visited my premises and informed that panel need to be replaced. Since then I have been frantically chasing helpdesk , local customer care center(Mr Tomar, Mr B k Nanda) but till today there is no progress. A very shoddy service culture.

                          I am really appalled by callousness of your staff who simply are asking people to call local center and they in turn ask to call head office.
                          I was totally misled by sales representative who coaxed me to buy Onida Product for which I had reservations related to after sales service. But he misled me citing that aftersales is supposedly best in Industry.

                          If this is the state than I am at loss to fathom this.

                          Can anyone look into this?

                            I have purchase a Onida AC model Number S18FLTN3 in Vasanth & Co. Nanganllur Branch in chennai on 31st March 2012 at 9pm.

                            I have given a complain to service my AC on 27.05.2013 and complain number [protected]. 28.05.2013 one of your service person Mr. Mani (Mobile No: [protected]) came and seen the AC and told AC is working properly but i complained him to bring any of your senior person because we are facing the problem after fixing the 2 fall ceiling. He has informed his senior Mr. Nataraj (Mobile No: [protected]) and he called on 31.05.2013 and told he will be coming today but till now he has not came. Today i have called him, he has told will check and call after 5 min but no call came from him, i was trying his number from 2 pm he is not picking the call. If my issue has not sorted within a week, i will file a complain in consumer court.

                            Onida AC — noise in AC

                            We bought an ac of onida and it has on 29 march and that noise which is not been corrected. i feel cheated all the same. despitev repeated complaints no action is taken. DONT BUY ONIDA AC I SUGGEST

                            Last year i took EWC from 25/07/08 to 24/07/09 vide EWC No.2208670 for the Product SG18TRD. For this I made first complained on 20.04.09 vide complaint no.E7751. it was solved after 7 days. But after that this AC is working but not properly. In last three years (i.e. from my purchase) this AC has created problem for 7 times. I do not know what product they make. They claim by saying "garmi mein sardi ka maza". Instead of saying this they should say "Buy Onida AC" and get "Tension and Irritation" absolutely free.

                            I will be very thankful to your site if you solve my problem.

                            I had bought Onida TV the month of 5th june 2007 at Chennai Jeyachandra store. One year no problem After that one week continuesly one sound (spark) coming offan while working, switch off/on inside the TV after that fully stopped no display.
                            Regarding this I have registered compliant in the customer service at Chennai

                            One person came and serviced and collected Rs.1500 and extended one year warranty.
                            In between this one year many time stopped and many service man came and serviced after complaints through customer service. As usual stopped again. I have registered compliant in the customer service.

                            One gentle man came from service centre he asked Rs.2400 to extend one year warranty.
                            But really fed up this fellow, and also onida company. I didn’t payed any amount to them. Only gave service charges.


                            After that we used regularly call to the service centre and Service manager .He will tell one day and another day we will do it.

                            I am really fed up of calling Service Engineer again & again.

                            Then I had one more request to onida please send and rectify with out charges keep some able persons in prime areas.
                            I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem. Otherwise I will throw and broken on the main city road in front of media SUN Net work.

                            I bought an Ondia AC from rathna stores in chennai about one and half month ago. Recently I had a problem witt my AC that it got water leaking through the indoor unit.

                            As i had your Call center number i has registered a complaint on saturday (25th June 2011 around 0930 hrs) and there was request from my side to your call center executive that I will be not avialable on monday as i will be moving out of chennai for my official work and as per your executive (call centere) told that it will be done by monday. On this I have requested one of my friend to take leave and be at my home so that your technicain can do the work hassle free. But your service technicain didn't turned on that day.

                            When I call Upon the Call center on monday they had given Mr. Rajesh's (service incharge mobile No. [protected]) of that area and asked to contact him. I have called him on monday evening he has told it is due on monday and he can send the person only on tuesday (28th June after 1500 hrs). I have requested him to depute his technician atleast by morning so that the friend who is waiting at home atleast turn to his work by afternoon and he has agreed upon this and committed that the person will be reaching the site and complete the work betwenn (1100 hrs to 1300 hrs).

                            When I have called Mr. Rajesh Again on tuesday after 1300 hrs hs he has asked me conatct Ms. Roslin to check the status of Technicain and after two of struggle i got the numebr of your Technicain Mr. Hari when I called upon he told he will not be able to come as comitted and he can reach only by 1900 hrs. On the same day I got a call from one your technicain around 2100 hrs whether he can come to service the Machine by this time.

                            Request you to take up this issue. I don't think night 2100 hrs is suitable time to service an AC at home and don't let the customer waste their time and money for getting service done which is under warranty. Please request your person to be comiitted to their timings as in today's world time is important. I can't sit in my house waiting for your technician till midnight.

                            onida service is very poor in chennai.it is just one year not completed since i have bought.the compressure makes terrible noise and not getting my room cool.i complaint them.they got outdoor to the service centre.after my many many phonecalls they brought it after 2 months.instantly again same problem.they are not responding well.i spent more expenses through mobile and got lots of tension.still they talk arragant.and also i made amc.the branch is at kk nagar.the service head Raja.very worst fellow.the service people also do not know answer the question regading ac.why do they come to job.very bitter experience within 1 year.take action immediately.do it for your better marketing otherwise u will be out of the market.

                                Sub: Poor Response from Onida Services from Pondicherry – Reg.
                                I’ve registered my compliant (Oven Repair) with the local onida service centre on last 10th May’13. After, I lodged the compliant, I had requested for more than 6 times and subsequently had the discussion with the local manager Mr.Sivakumar(3 times) and for the past 18 days, even a single guy didn’t turn up for the service?? Is it a way as a company servicing for the customer centric? When, I lodged the complaint on the same day(10th May’13),I had purchased one 1.50 Ton new Onida A/C and the service Executive(Mr. Raja) demolished here and there in my house and in it’s own, he has fixed the A/C in my house !! For such a incapable service by Onida, I’m totally torchered and mentally agonied. Kindly look in to the matter (“owners Pride and Neighbors envoy”) and solve the problem at the earliest.
                                Note: When, I called Mr.Sivakumar, he use to tell the same story like, will send the person within 1 hr or simply avoiding?

                                SIR, I HAVE TAKEN AONIDA MICROWAVE OVEN ON 22/03/2009,MODEL MO28CJS14S, THIS IS THE MOST COSTLY & TOP PRODUCT OF ONIDA INDIA. BUT ALL IN VAIN , IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY TILL 1ST DAY. HAD COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES TO THEM ,BUT POOR SERVICE DONE BY THEM, SO RESULT IS ,BECOMING OUT OF ORDER AGAIN & AGAIN, NOW I WANTED TO KNOW IF THERE IS THERE IS ANY PROCEDURE TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK , WHY SHOULD I LOOSE MY HARD EARN MONEY BY THIS METHOD, WHEN LOW AND ORDER IS AVAILABLE IN OUR COUNTRY, WHO WILL LOOK AFTER MY PROBLEM.                                 we bought onida mobile 8 months back.its not working good.when we asked about that in poorvika shop they not responding properly.they said its battery has gone and they are not responsible for that.totally dissatisfied with poorvika.we need a solution else we complaint to company dealer.

                                I had complained to ONIda customer care regarding my microwave oven ( Power Grill 17 DLX) not working, twice I called them, got a complaint number on both the occassions but its been more then 10 days no one has responded till now : Complain Numbers 1st : [protected], 2nd complaint Number : [protected] every time I follow up they say they will inform the concerned service team of the same and try to give one more complaint number which am already having two of such. AT 2.15 THEY HAVE INFORMED THAT THE FAN IS NOT FUNCTIONING AND ONE MR KAVIARASU WILL ATTEND. WHEN I REPEATEDLY CALLED HIMHE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY CALL. I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED YOUR CALL CENTER WHERE MR PRABHU INFORMED ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE FAN CHARGES IF IT IS BEING CHANGED.
                                    FOR A NEW PRODUCT HOW I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FLAW?
                                    WHEN I AGAIN CONTACTED MR SHANKAR AND TECHNICAL HEAD THEY HAVE INFORMED ME THAT A NEW TECHNICAL TEAM OF PERSONS WILL ATTEND TODAY WITH IN 6 PM. REALLY WORST SERVICE.

                                    WHAT A TECHNICAL WING YOU ARE HAVING? ARE YOU NOT ASHAMED OF YOUR SERVICES?

                                      I registered a complaint with onida india for attending to the installation of my onida split Ac model number S12SPD3

                                      on 25 April 2011. Complaint no. Is [protected]. technician from onida came to my house after a weeks time and

                                      install AC but find out there is a problem in PCB he took PCB with him saying i will repair this in office and

                                      tomorrow will configure these in AC, he removed all component of AC and just put these on the floor. Since then I

                                      have been contacting them every day on phone and I am only given false assurances that their service engineer will

                                      visit my plac.Till today, the 15th of may,2011 no has visited my place nor have I received any phone call from them.
                                      i am not getting any reply from onida and the AC is also damaged by them and also they took the parts from AC.

                                      Requesting you to please take necessary action against them and provide my money back.
