I have purchased the Onida CTV 21”(USB),Model No.:-Carbon 300W Sr. No.:-1440 from Anil Electronics Corporation ,Ahmedabad on dated 19.09.2012 but from Purchasing day I have not satisfied with product due to it is not running properly and I contact to Onida care but Mechanic not given satisfied answered. And problem remains problem and not resolved yet.
So please look in to the matter change my product with immediate effect.

    We Have Purchased A Onida 1.5 Ton Window AC From Sarthak Electronics, 17 A, Block
    A, Rajapuri, Dwarka, New Delhi On 07/06/12, But On 13/05/13, it started giving
    trouble: The MCB Trips When the compressor is on.
    We Complained for this to your company on 13/05/13 itself & The Complain No Given
    to us was: [protected].
    It was attended by your persons on 15/05/13, they inspected the AC & told us that
    the problem is with the compressor. Your Engineer asked us for the photocopy of
    the bill which was provided to him.He told us that the compressor will be replaced
    within 3 to 4 days.
    Shockingly when the next day we called at the company's no: 011/39889000 to
    enquire about the status of our complain, they refused that the complaint No:
    [protected], against which our complaint was attended was registered in our
    name &b told us that this complaint No Is Registered on some one else name.
    Then they gave us a new Complaint No:[protected], for our problem of
    Compressor.
    Now on our calling the company is making one excuse or the other.
    I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter & Do the
    needful & Please don't force me to knock the doors Of The Consumer Court & The
    Media For A small Issue. Please revert me back for the same as early as possible.

      I bought a ONIDA LCD TV 32”(LCD HDG) Above the bill no and shop dealer., the TV delivery from Gooden in sharp

      Tronics, after my purchase it was defected on the date 17/11/2012, I informed the onida service center, the complaint no

      Is CO 277 DT 17/11/2012, they didn’t attend the complaint. Again I told them complaint no CO016 dt 2/05/2013,. They attend the

      Complaint 4/05/2013 and told me that TV panel is gone (out)., the worth is rupees 15000/=(fifteen thousand),after the complaint I am paid Rupees 800/=(eight hundred)

      For service charge bill no 067082 dt 4/5/13.(actual complaint mentioned LTA 320 AP 02

      (Samsung) 8c BBKN4VOF 027.) Same date he told orally this type of complaint found

      Rare case in one or two in a year. You talk with manager.

      I am upset because the TV purchased in EMI based (Bajaj consumer loan)., finally I finished

      My EMI after that month the TV was defect. I went to the ONIDA SERVICE CENTER IN CBE,

      To meet Mr.Senthilkumar (manager) dt on 4/05/13.,he attend us I explain him about my complaint

      I asked him about my previous complaint why don’t you attend? He said the complaint will be erase

      In a month automatically. Repeatly you have to call us then only we can response you ,and he told

      Me to give a letter to our HR. and I gave dt 8/5/13. and he told me I will call and inform

      You but he didn’t respond my letter and me, after a couple of days I called him date 15/05/13,

      The call transfer to mr.basker attend the call and told me after two days I will call you ,he also didn’t response me again I called him dt 20/05/13 ,Mr Basker attend the call and said that , we send-

      The complaint letter to office it is sanctioned for you Rs 13,300/=already you have paid for the

      Service amount Rs 800/= So take your TV and come to the service center.I asked them when to

      Come whenever you can come you have to pay rupees 13,300/= for the panel service,I was shocked

      And asked him why I have to pay he said sanctioned means you have to pay the balance amount

      2500/= only company will do favour to you.then Mr.senthil kumar called and said If you want more than that DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT you would have bought any other brand, why you bought this brand (ONIDA).manifactured defect don’t put in my head (customer). For rupees

      21000/=(twenty one thousand ) I watched the TV for one year only.



      I WANT REPLACEMENT MY TV OR MY MONEY BACK

      LCD Tvs — Loan for Consumer Electronics

      Hi All,

      Bajaj Finance is a company. You try their landlines, no one picks up.
      Even their mobiles, nobody answers the mobiles even once. I hv personally tried
      more than 100 times. Especially their Bangalore Branch sridhar and abhishek
      naidu are choothyas. I do not know whether they are serious about their business or not.
      I think they go to office for time pass. Not answering any calls or may be the company
      itself is like that.

      we buy LCD TV in Jan 2010.Just after 2 years the TV has fault.we ask the authorized dealer and mechanic,they said panel has problem.the dealer said us ' not to worry,i will do something.i may replace it.'now month r gone ,no steps r taken. now he says to repair the TV in cost of 8500.i buy the TV in 15000

        ONIDA IS A FROD COMPANY
        I bought a Amc from onida and after 7 month my got some problem a was not working and I filed a complaint on 11 may, 2013 my complaint number is [protected].
        One of there executive camed on 15 may and said there is a problem in the indoor unit and said they have to take indoor with them to there office and will bring back tomorrow on 16 may 2013 but not camed yet till 18 may 2013 we used to call many time but they always lingeron will come after 2 hour 3 hour and in evening they say will come tomorrow but today they are not picking up the call and I have called to customer care regarding my problem but they also don't know any thing so I want to file a consumer complaint regarding this and I suggest all not to buy onida products and they don't provide any customer service.

          I bought an AC on 04/05/2013 from Shree Jain Traders, Thane. The model no is S12SPD-M3. The same was installed at 10.00 PM on 06/05/213 and i was charged 1200 rs which i paid. While giving demo, the technician told that the AC is not working properly and asked me to lodge a complaint. The display unit of the ac always shows the fan speed low or average. It never shows High or Turbo or i-Cool. The AC fails to operate in any other mode than normal mode . I made a complaint on 07/05/2013 and the contact no registered was [protected]. A technician who identified himself as "Vivek Sinha" called me on my mobile no [protected] from his no [protected] at 01.00 PM on 07/05/2013. I requested him to come after 6.00 but he refused to do so. As i work in Thane and my house is situated in kalyan and no one is available before 6.00, i requested him to come after 6.00 or at least inform me 1 hour prior to visit my home so that i'll be available there but he refused to do so. When i inquired from my society, it came to my notice the technician had never arrived on 08/05/2013. As i had to get the ac repaired, i took a leave from the office and requested the technician to come on 09/05/2013. After much persuasion, the almighty technician obliged to come and inspected the AC. However, as expected from such a consumer friendly company's technician, problem was not solved as he had no spare parts with him. I just failed to understand that why company sends technician to solve a problem when there are no spare parts available with them. He informed me that he will come again with spare parts but still like monsoon in Maharashtra, i'm waiting the almighty technician's arrival. Hence i request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action. It is also requested that though legally you should replace the ac as the same is faulty since installation which clearly means that you have sold a defective item to a customer, still i'm requesting you to rectify the same. However, still if your technician has no time to make a faulty ac which has been sold by you, then please take your ac back and give me a new AC with all the damage charge and compensate me for the mental agony you gave me by selling a defective item.

          Onida — air conditioner not working properly

          onida airconditioner the worst service centre.i bought an onida split a/c on 22/5/07 from the day one it has not been working properly and i have made a complaint for more than 20 times and no proper response from them kindly let me know what i shall do further
          A.C filter clean . I Will take AMC for Rs .1100/-

          ONIDA / Air Condition — Part are not available

          Dear Sir,

          I have bought a Air Conditioner in May 15 2011 not one month later its display sensor / remote is not working I have register my complaint with customer care on 13th June 2011 i have made several calls to customer care as well as to service head but no body is respoding us they said that is the new model and they dont have spres in their stock.

          SO what i do why they launch a new product and the time of repair parts are not available.

          KIndly lookinto the matter and resolve this issue at the earliest.

            I have a onida 1.5 ltr split ac which i am using since past 3 years. During the start of summer 2013 i lodged a complaint with onida customer service as my ac cool was less . After lodging a complaint onida customer service had sent somebody and tried to resolve the issue. After i met the service person who said that he is from onida confirmed that ac gas is low resulting in less cooling. he repaired and i paid him Rs1600 as repair and service charges. Surprised to hear that an service man sent by onida says me that ac is old and kindly change it and also he offered me a 2nd hand ac which he used in aero show and he wanted to sell that to me.service man name wasim.This cooling effect of ac was there only for 2 days and after that i had to follow for 10 days to do my work rectified.

            2nd instance he came and told me that the copper pipe has become old and it needs to be replaced. i asked him to replace and i was charged 3000 rs for the same. cooling lasted for 4 days and i kept on trying them but nothing happened. nobody responded to my call. after so much follow up i feel i am cheated. i feel my ac was working fine and the service man had goofed up with the ac to make some quick money.

            Request you to take strict action.

              This is regarding my AC service. My service compliant is "[protected]". Am put up in chennai and AC compressor went bad , which is under warranty. Adonis Madipakkam service personnel confirmed that compressor went bad . First serivice person came on April 2 rd and confirmed about compressor went bad on April 3th. Its been more than 1 month , Adonis madipakkam people saying replacement compressor had not yet arrived from ONIDA. Am not sure where the problem. Its hot summer in chennai now. Any one from onida please help us !

                On 12/3/13 I had done gas refilling in my airconditioner by lodging complaint in Onida Customer care. Their service center perosn Mr. Syed Noor from M/s. Cool Air Systems, Mehdipatnam,Hyderabad had come and done the gas filling and charged me Rs.3300/- which I had paid and collected the receipt. Exactly after one and half month now again there is problem and no cooling effect is there. Immediately I called the Onida customer care and lodged complaint. I told them last time they had sent Mr. Syed Noor. Now they had sent experienced person and they said that Mr. Syed Noor was inexperienced person. They identified that the problem was due to leakage of gas again. Mr. Haleem who is the incharge of M/s. Cool Air Systems is now asking me to pay again Rs.3300/- for filling gas in airconditioner. I told them that it is the mistake of their person who didnot do the work properly and they must rectify the one at free of cost. They reluctantly went away and afterwards I spoke to Onida customer care twice and take the number of Mr. Srikanth who is incharge of ac's service. He also told me that they will do the filling only if Rs.3300/- is paid.

                I request the to do the justice for me and do the needful.

                split ac 1.5ton — non fuction

                I have purchased 1.5 ton split ac 2 years back from your dealer Narbheram jamshedpur. It is not functioning since 2 weeks. your men inspected and told that motor is not functioning. What is the life of motor? They have told me the price of new motor is Rs.3500+Taxes. We have 4 more Blue Star split ac and they are functioning well.

                I have purchased Onida 1, 5 split ac from ORBIT VIRGUMBAKKAM. 2 years after i was shift my house and split ac. shifting charge : 2500RS. with in one week i have facing leakage water problem from AC. leakage service charge : 2000RS. then with in one week the orbit service people says gas leakage the gas filling charge ask : 2500RS. this type of bad quality products affect the customer. the service people and brand manufacturer no one take responsible.

                I recently buy onida ac in 2 month and I am not use more then 24 to 30 hours now after 2 month I have to shift my ac to another house then company mechanic came after my complain and fit on my other house and he says gas in less. how could be possible I am not use more. when I call onida mechanic supervisor or whatever person he says when ac remove from your first installation place then valve leak by mistake so your gas is less. why we called company mechanic because we trusted they care his brand name and our product. if they are made this kind of silly misspeaks. and we bare to removal charge 750rs + again fix other place 1500 now say gas is less again they want money If you made money this kind of way not buddy will buy your products and I am never suggest onida brand. any other person I will fix problem local repairer person. thanks for your last product celling me. I never buy onida brand Item or suggestion to other.

                    We have purchased a 47'' 3D TV from Onida on 1st Jan 2013, but it had a minor problem of video getting flickered sometimes here and there, complaints [protected], [protected], [protected] registered, and TV replaced with another one having much more problem in it.

                    Initial TV set which is much better than replaced one with the serial number 12K4000031 Onida 47'' iTube 3D - model: LEO47UEFWIN3D

                      i have purchased air conditioner from ONIDA (MIRC Electronics Ltd.) in 2008.
                      In 2011 our air conditioner has been stopped working. i have complained it at our onida service centre, kota (Rajasthan). They called that its display stop working and it is not available at kota service centre. it will
                      be come from jaipur. I am waiting for it from last 2 year but display can not reach at kota yet and my ac did not repiar yet.
                      i have complained for it at jaipur office (Mr. Pankaj Mob.[protected]) and also Mr. Ranjan Sarkar (GM)(mob. [protected]) but Mr. Pankaj always says from last two month that today we are sending these

                        i have lodged a complaint on Onida fully automatic washing machine.i have purchased 2 years before. while purchasing the machine the dealer assured that if any problem persist in and out of warranty period service will be provided immediately, but its reversed, the service engineer didn't turned up for the complaint lodged for the machine. we almost rang 20 times to the service centre that didn't respond properly. we informed the problem to the dealer where we purchased, for them also they didn't respond properly. we totally fed with the onida products (washing machine).i kindly request the higher offical to address this issue as early as possible. i bought the machine in order to reduce the work load of my mom, but with the problem of machine the work load of my mom has increased. whenever we contact service centre they have readymade answer that we will send the engineer immediately.

                          I am using Onida 32 inches LCD for the past 1 yr.. Once the warranty got over it started giving problems. The first time i complained the technician has tried reaching me.. But i am not availavle during the time.. Also that time the problem was not very frequent.
                          But when the problem occured again very frequently, I had to call the support to fix my TV issue. which i tried calling them for 2-3 times. everytime they give me a new ticket number.. I keep calling them & they will not have my record.. I remember calling a customer care in Onida on 9th saturday April.. I vent out my frustration, but nothing has happened.. This time i called up the custome care they gave a new ticket number 1304A[protected]...Which i am hoping my LCD will get fixed..

                            I purchased a onida split AC in may last year. BUt since the timing I purchased this, its giving me a lot of problems.

                            1. Sometimes Its never start.
                            2. Sometime fan not work.
                            3. Now its creating cooling problem.

                            I have register a lot of complaints to its service center but did not get a permanent solution.

                            Please help me to resolve this.

                              We had purchased Onida LCD on 25/07/2011 from STAR CJ NETWORK INDIA PVT LIMITED..The model no is ONIDA 32"LCO32XMSHCJ LCD TV(ROI) .The LCD is not working properly since purchase .After 15 days of purchase their was a problem in LCD. Now the display of the LCD is not working properly.Do the need full asap,otherwise we will take further action.

                              Onida LCD- 32" — not working poperly

                              We have purchased Onida LCD- 32" on Oct 27th 2008 from Sony mony. TV has some problem in its circuit
                              last month i have registered complaint 2nd time it took company almost 1 month to rectify the problem. when asked to replace the whole unit they refused to do so. on top of that they insist to extent worrenty so that next year there will be not much head each. the parts are costly and we don't want to waste money due to defective product, i need replacement with good product.

                                Good Morning,

                                I would like to let you know about the foolish choice I made in my life by buying a Onida Power Convection 20 Chef MWO which has never worked since purchase.

                                17-Mar-2013 Sunday : I purchased the product from Reliance Digital store in Chennai Nolambur.
                                18-Mar-2013 Monday: The product was delivered at my home.
                                19-Mar-2013 Tuesday: A person from Reliance Digital visited my home for a demo to explain the features and usability of the MWO.
                                19-Mar-2013 Tuesday: After that person left I tried using the MWO and it didnt work.
                                20-Mar-2013 Wednesday: I registered a complaint.
                                21-Mar-2013 Thursday: A technician visited my home and said that the magnetron should be changed, after diagnosing the product.

                                It has been a week now and nothing has changed.

                                I have wasted INR.8000 of my very hard earned money on this useless Onida MWO.

                                Can somebody help me?

                                Onida Power Convection 20 — Bad customer service

                                We bought "Onida Power Convection 20 DLX" (http://www.truthatonida.com/beta/products/ovenprod.asp?prodid=217) about 8 months ago from Metro Cash and Carry. Compared to other products within this price range, this one fared better. After installation, Onida representative come home for a demo. We understood product feature and operations. This one worked very well for about 6 months.

                                After 6 months display stopped working. Complained to customer care, they did send someone for diagnostics within 2 days. The service person identified faulty circuit board, promised to replace it. It has been about a month and half, no action taken by the company. Finally, I had to escalate to Onida HQ[protected]. I wanted discuss issue with MD (CEO) - obviously he/she was busy, end-up talking to customer relation executive (?). Still waiting...

                                  i purchased onida lcd tv from pai international in udupi city one and half year ago. after one year of purchase the tv went blank , but we can hear sound. the company service man came and told me that tv pannel has to be changed which will cost 8000 rs. but at that time tv warrenty was over. service man called me four times to my mobile and repeatedly asked whether i would like to get the tv repaired. i got suspicious and asked a local tv repairman who told there was no fault in tv pannel but the heating strip was out of order. he got it repaired. this confirmed that company service man was a fraud. after few months the tv again had the same problem. local tv repair man again changed the heating strip. noe again the same problem is being faced by me after few months. the tv is again blank. i am feeling frustated and having a sense of betreyal by the pai international shop, the onida company, onida company's so called service center in udupi and the local tv repair men. i lost 18000 rs which is the cost of onida lcd tv, then 1800 rs and 1600 rs from the local tv repair men. totally i have lost 21,400 rs. now who is responsible for this and whom should i ask for the loss i incurred.???

                                    I am extremely disappointed with the response from ONIDA service team. Just to give a brief about our case, I’m one of the ONIDA regular customer from Bangalore and using almost all Onida products from day one. But recently my Color TV Model:21SLU250 got some problem and complaint registered, engineer attended the complaint and charged Rs.1500/- , but after he left my TV completly dead and not working, again i called but his mobile is switched off. my entire money got waste.

                                    Details as below.
                                    Complaint registered to Onida authorized service centre : M/s Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd - Wilson Garden, Bangalore

                                    Bill amount paid Rs.1500/- , Bill no : 4187 dt: 07 mar'13

                                    This is really ridiculous, even after paying Rs.1500/- problem not resolved, why I have to suffer like this, now you tell me how to trust ONIDA.

                                    Need ur help in resolving the above issues.


                                    We have called so many times to your ONIDA service number and response was very bad every time they say that the technician will attend but till today nobody has turned to our residence for checking our compliant. As a customer I was shocked to see this. By seeing thisk kind of service attitude I have decided not to but any kind of Onida product itself. I have never experienced such kind of poor customer response from any company till now.

                                    i have onida Tv oxy 21" it is in warrenty period. it is not working. the shop from where i purchased it has been closed . i do not know the serivice center in Bhavnagar Gujarat. will U please guide me where to coplaint for it and get it repaiar.

                                      We bought Onida Micro Owen in March 2012 (We bought this from Adishwar , HSR Layout). The day when Onida installation person came he mentioned that there is a PCB issue and even insisting by us to replace the unit they were not ready told that they will only replace PCB. After that the micro own not showing the display then again service person came & did some part replacements. Now again it is not working (with-in one year) then service person came says PCB board is gone (since our 1 year warranty is due in few more days) they are playing with us saying PCB board not available, since warranty is close by we can't replace the unit also. It is been more than 7 days us complaining to them & the Onida people are playing with us.Can we get some help esp., we want to replace this unit & get us a new one otherwise we are sure that with this unit we will end-up doing these kind of service problems every 5-6 months.

                                        I purchased Onida 21" Ctv sr.no:1833 on dated 10/07/2012. From chandur railway after a month tv not working properly , so I register the Complaint in online help line no gave me comp. No: [protected]
                                        After 3-4 days technician will come and they have no one parts of tv said I came after 2-3 days after that tech will repair the the tv then problem resolved after 10 days . My tv run properly.,but on 5 december same problem arised I again call helpline no of company and give me Complaint no .[protected]
                                        After that techinician visited my House 20th dec 012 but he check it try to repair kit but he remove kit from tv and say it repair in SERVICE center and I come with ur tv kit after 3 days but he dose not come back upto 2nd jan 2013 he fit it but problem are remain same I comunicate with his service head they not reply me sastifactory answer after that I register call pn date 12 jan 2013 Complaint no:[protected]
                                        another techician will come they also try to repair of that kit but they also remove kit and go SERVICE center with Tv kit. I call so many times in amravati service center but they fake me . There after I again login the complaint on 23 /01/013 Complaint no: [protected] but again same process are repeat after two Day problem are created I again register the comp.                                         On dated 18 feb they repair it one Day run properly but another problem is created in tv so for this I reg the Complaint today [protected] I request tp u please reslove this issue and I irrated by service of onida I think my tv set is exchang by new one .
