We had purchased Onida LCD on 25/07/2011 from STAR CJ NETWORK INDIA PVT LIMITED..The model no is ONIDA 32"LCO32XMSHCJ LCD TV(ROI) .The LCD is not working properly since purchase .After 15 days of purchase their was a problem in LCD. Now the display of the LCD is not working properly.Do the need full asap,otherwise we will take further action.

Onida LCD- 32" — not working poperly

We have purchased Onida LCD- 32" on Oct 27th 2008 from Sony mony. TV has some problem in its circuit
last month i have registered complaint 2nd time it took company almost 1 month to rectify the problem. when asked to replace the whole unit they refused to do so. on top of that they insist to extent worrenty so that next year there will be not much head each. the parts are costly and we don't want to waste money due to defective product, i need replacement with good product.

    Good Morning,

    I would like to let you know about the foolish choice I made in my life by buying a Onida Power Convection 20 Chef MWO which has never worked since purchase.

    17-Mar-2013 Sunday : I purchased the product from Reliance Digital store in Chennai Nolambur.
    18-Mar-2013 Monday: The product was delivered at my home.
    19-Mar-2013 Tuesday: A person from Reliance Digital visited my home for a demo to explain the features and usability of the MWO.
    19-Mar-2013 Tuesday: After that person left I tried using the MWO and it didnt work.
    20-Mar-2013 Wednesday: I registered a complaint.
    21-Mar-2013 Thursday: A technician visited my home and said that the magnetron should be changed, after diagnosing the product.

    It has been a week now and nothing has changed.

    I have wasted INR.8000 of my very hard earned money on this useless Onida MWO.

    Onida Power Convection 20 — Bad customer service

    We bought "Onida Power Convection 20 DLX" (http://www.truthatonida.com/beta/products/ovenprod.asp?prodid=217) about 8 months ago from Metro Cash and Carry. Compared to other products within this price range, this one fared better. After installation, Onida representative come home for a demo. We understood product feature and operations. This one worked very well for about 6 months.

    After 6 months display stopped working. Complained to customer care, they did send someone for diagnostics within 2 days. The service person identified faulty circuit board, promised to replace it. It has been about a month and half, no action taken by the company. Finally, I had to escalate to Onida HQ[protected]. I wanted discuss issue with MD (CEO) - obviously he/she was busy, end-up talking to customer relation executive (?). Still waiting...

      i purchased onida lcd tv from pai international in udupi city one and half year ago. after one year of purchase the tv went blank , but we can hear sound. the company service man came and told me that tv pannel has to be changed which will cost 8000 rs. but at that time tv warrenty was over. service man called me four times to my mobile and repeatedly asked whether i would like to get the tv repaired. i got suspicious and asked a local tv repairman who told there was no fault in tv pannel but the heating strip was out of order. he got it repaired. this confirmed that company service man was a fraud. after few months the tv again had the same problem. local tv repair man again changed the heating strip. noe again the same problem is being faced by me after few months. the tv is again blank. i am feeling frustated and having a sense of betreyal by the pai international shop, the onida company, onida company's so called service center in udupi and the local tv repair men. i lost 18000 rs which is the cost of onida lcd tv, then 1800 rs and 1600 rs from the local tv repair men. totally i have lost 21,400 rs. now who is responsible for this and whom should i ask for the loss i incurred.???

        I am extremely disappointed with the response from ONIDA service team. Just to give a brief about our case, I’m one of the ONIDA regular customer from Bangalore and using almost all Onida products from day one. But recently my Color TV Model:21SLU250 got some problem and complaint registered, engineer attended the complaint and charged Rs.1500/- , but after he left my TV completly dead and not working, again i called but his mobile is switched off. my entire money got waste.

        Details as below.

        This is really ridiculous, even after paying Rs.1500/- problem not resolved, why I have to suffer like this, now you tell me how to trust ONIDA.

        We have called so many times to your ONIDA service number and response was very bad every time they say that the technician will attend but till today nobody has turned to our residence for checking our compliant. As a customer I was shocked to see this. By seeing thisk kind of service attitude I have decided not to but any kind of Onida product itself. I have never experienced such kind of poor customer response from any company till now.

          We bought Onida Micro Owen in March 2012 (We bought this from Adishwar , HSR Layout). The day when Onida installation person came he mentioned that there is a PCB issue and even insisting by us to replace the unit they were not ready told that they will only replace PCB. After that the micro own not showing the display then again service person came & did some part replacements. Now again it is not working (with-in one year) then service person came says PCB board is gone (since our 1 year warranty is due in few more days) they are playing with us saying PCB board not available, since warranty is close by we can't replace the unit also. It is been more than 7 days us complaining to them & the Onida people are playing with us.Can we get some help esp., we want to replace this unit & get us a new one otherwise we are sure that with this unit we will end-up doing these kind of service problems every 5-6 months.

            I purchased Onida 21" Ctv sr.no:1833 on dated 10/07/2012. From chandur railway after a month tv not working properly , so I register the Complaint in online help line no gave me comp. No: [protected]
            After 3-4 days technician will come and they have no one parts of tv said I came after 2-3 days after that tech will repair the the tv then problem resolved after 10 days . My tv run properly.,but on 5 december same problem arised I again call helpline no of company and give me Complaint no .[protected]
            After that techinician visited my House 20th dec 012 but he check it try to repair kit but he remove kit from tv and say it repair in SERVICE center and I come with ur tv kit after 3 days but he dose not come back upto 2nd jan 2013 he fit it but problem are remain same I comunicate with his service head they not reply me sastifactory answer after that I register call pn date 12 jan 2013 Complaint no:[protected]
            another techician will come they also try to repair of that kit but they also remove kit and go SERVICE center with Tv kit. I call so many times in amravati service center but they fake me . There after I again login the complaint on 23 /01/013 Complaint no: [protected] but again same process are repeat after two Day problem are created I again register the comp. On 14 feb Complaint no.[protected]
            On dated 18 feb they repair it one Day run properly but another problem is created in tv so for this I reg the Complaint today [protected] I request tp u please reslove this issue and I irrated by service of onida I think my tv set is exchang by new one . Please healp me ...!

              i am using onida co21ohtla model tv .i got some problem with it so i took my tv to ADONIS ELECTRONIC PRIVATE LTD customer relation center ayanavaram chennai on 17th jan 2013 (complaint no :[protected] ) they said they will call me back.but they didnt call me i waited for more than 10 days. i call them and ask what happened they said no service engineer we will call back and then i waited for a week no reply from them . i call them once again and shouted they said no power supply we call u soon after power comes .no reply from them i call them again 5 days back they said some problem in ic chip waiting for that to come from the company.today (21st feb) i call them they said problem with board so i will tell how much amount it cost to change i waited in call for more than 15 mins no reply.once again i call them they said we will call but not.. I CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON THERE WHETHER THEY HAVING MY TV OR NOT I DO NO

                I purchased Onida 42"LCD,Model no-LO42XRVBBHD9A4000044 with much expectation of quality,durability and performance.But the product failed within the gurantee period previously and the defective part was replaced. Again the same was failed in the month of November/2012 and I registered a complaint. I am continuously contacting the concerned people of onida and also the customer care. But my efforts were failed in solving the problem of rectification were proved invain. In action of failure of your customer care troubled me in getting mental unpeace.I am approaching the consumer forum for the replacement of a faulty product with a new peace and compensation for Rs 1 crore for the mental harrasment caused by the ONIDA group.The necessary action on the employee for their mischeviousness by the management group at Hyderabad.
                Now I am feeling that I had selected a wrong product leaving other beat LCD T.V.s in the market.Hence I request you to look in to the matter with a special priority and put an end to this burning problem immediately as the customer satisfaction is the prime requirement to your company.

                    I'm extremely frustrated about Onida and thus, I'm writing you to report my deep grievance with Onida Service center and the WORST SERVICE that I ever had with any company. All my friends and acquaintances advised me to NOT buy Onida product as it is an Indian product and so you will never get a good service.. I ignored them and trusted Onida being the product of India, I truly hoped you will prove them wrong.. But now I completely REGRET of buying Onida product despite their advises and I now 100% believe why people say that and DON'T buy or even recommend Onida product to others.

                    Onida doesn't care about their customers and has simply outsourced its valuable customer service to someone who doesn't even know what a good customer service is eg: Mr. Rajesh kumar from Spotcoolingsolution. Honestly these things only make the over all sales of Onida poor compared to other brands (Samsung, LG) though their products have issues they are always ready to provide a very good customer service and always care their customers.. Unfortunately, it is completely missing from Onida service centers.

                    For your record, I'm producing a few of the complaint numbers that I got whenever I reported an issue.. All these issues happened in just 1 month of time and the 3rd one is still pending for MORE THAN 60 DAYS..

                    I bought this A/C only for my computers as they run 24/7 they require some intensive care but having paid more than 25,000 for something that do nothing than just occupying some space in the room then why should I have that product at all...PLEASE TAKE THIS PRODUCT AND REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!! I will by another Samsung product and I will be tension free once and for all...

Every time I call them most of the time I will only get a Busy tone or I will be disconnected after a full ring Or a person will attend to just give me a false promise that someone will call me back in few mins which they never did.. I'm totally sick of your service and I really don't want your product anymore!!!!

                    I have 3 products of Samsung including TV, Fridge, Computer and a LG washing machine for about 6-7 years now.. I never faced this kind of worst customer service from them.. For the first time I bought Onida with lot of hesitance and you proved your quality.

                    I initially thought of extending my warranty but now I'm really afraid if this would be your quality of service and if this is how you treat your First time customer whose product is under warranty then I can't even imagine how bad the service would be if my product warranty expires.

                    Honestly, I don't even want to service this product because I'm not really sure what other issues are awaiting to hunt my wallet when my product is out of warranty.. I haven't turned ON this A/C even once ever since December 2012 and I'm sure if I had used this then I might have added few more compliant numbers above.

                    I never had any intention to make this issue an official one but the kind of service I received from Onida made me to do this.. I've also wrote about this on www.consumercourt.in.

                    Unfortunately I bought Onida window AC in 2007, from the very beginning I am in frustration and trouble.
                    Gas leakage is in routine even in this short span of life compressor has aslo been changed, very less cooling and after sale service is very poor.
                    Sir, I requested to Onida company more than 10 time to replace the piece but thy refused, finally yeaterday agin gas leaked. I dont know, what I do in this burning summer.

                      I had purchased onida 32 mms lcd tv . From the beginning the stand provided by the company could not sustain the load of TV and it was imbalanced. Eventually the stand broke and the TV fail down and the panel was damaged. I brought the fact to the notice of the company. After consistent follow up the company gave standard reply in legal terms that there is no design fault and declined to replace the panel costing arround Rs. 15000/- . I have photos of broken stand .                         Bought the above TV set from Capital Electronics, Ultadanga in Kolkata. After few months problem of background humming noise started when complaint informed and Onida sent their representative ADONIS ELECTRONICS PVT LTD, based in Kolkata.The technicians came a number of times but unfortunately could not fix.To make the complaint short the technician opened the set and changed the inside board twice but did not work. I requested to replace the set but who will listen? Then as the warrenty was running out over a year it was renewed at a cost of Rs 5200/ till Dec 2014. Sadly the TV packed up completely without picture on Thurs last when phoned I was told that as the next three days are holidays nothing can be done before Monday i e 28th Jan. Had a call that someone will come to pick up the set at 6 pm but nobody turned up at the end. What a frustration indeed! Having spent a large amount of money when purchased the set and see the end result. We are without TV for sometime now.
                        Hence we do not have any choice rather to make a formal complaint hoping action will be take immediately and the set will be replaced.

                          Onida LED 32" bill no 313910 purchased from Snehanjali retail pvt Ltd Kalyan(W) on 7th Jan 2011,Got non functional in July 2012 ..Motherboard was declared failed by the technician,however it was told that replacing a motherboard will take ample of time,as the same is provided from Delhi Office,but after repetitive requests the same was replaced(As per technician)on 2nd August 2012.However no warranty or guarantee was given for the Motherboard by the company and Rs 3850 was paid, receipt no 460222(dated [protected]. Now on 14 th January 2013,there was problem with the screen,hence Technician was called,as per the technician again the Motherboard had to be replaced for which we would be charged again 3850.Now how many times would we be charged for purchasing an ONIDA LED tv.

                            I have purchase Onida Lcd at Snehajali murbad road kalyan on 07/12/2011 due to sound is not come i complaint at Snehajali on 08/12/2012 Onida techanician attained the complaint after two day he said the motherboard is not working properly hence we change the motherboard within few days
                            he taken the zerox copy of recipt on the same day but he not come to replace motherboard till today i.e on 12/01/13 hence this complaint forwarded

                            Hi Everyone,

                            I am a resident of flat No K-45 Ridgewood estate, Phase 4 DLF, Near Galleria Market, Gurgaon staying there from the last 8 months. I took the decision to stay in Ridgewood Estate just because of Security. Security was my only concern. I am very unhappy with the DLF as my Bike got stolen on 1st of June 2010 from the parking area no K-18 below the building inside the campus at 3 PM where around 200 guards take care of security. No action has been taken by Police and DLF Security as the FIR was lodged on the same day itself, FIR no 212 in Sector 29 Thana, Gurgaon. I called several numbers of times to DLF Security but no one gave response and disconnected the call. I waited for the police to come till now and now it’s the time to make aware people about the DLF societies is no more a safe place to live. I would request you to please forward my request to the concerned people to necessary action to take place. You can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com .

                            Also, I requested the president and Vice president of the society to take care of the issue. They just sympathized once and nothing has been action so far .

                            I have also requested people through other means to take care of their transport means and house equipments themselves as there is no more safety in DLF societies and flats.

                            It’s been 25 days now. I am without the transport. I am aware how much it is difficult to live without transport.

                            mother board — not repair

                            we have already went to Nehru palace service Center and given mother Board to them for repairing but till now we have not yet received any response.Service center people have returned to us our mother board without repairing..after reaching to my home we have check the same but still same problem we are facing..and our call id is this gbtbfj[protected]dw...please check the same i am very very disappointed with your services.

                            Computer Motherboard — Repairing / Replacement

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have purchased the Motherboard from Talcher (Orissa),mother board model of ASUS sl. no. A9MOAD449014, P5KPL-AMIN, when I work at Orissa.The warranty/ guaranty period total 3 years & guaranty period is remains 2 years appox.

                            Problem:- Frequently the system not working, some time it became OK.

                            I return the Motherboard at their customer care / service center at 19, R.N.Mukerjee Road, (Kolkata Branch) on 27.10.2011 vied challan no 10454972, RMA no.[protected] .

                            Now they are telling Replacement / Rectification can not be done due to Physical damage (any pin has been damaged as per their inspection), though at the deposite time the system work frequently.

                            I already spend for the same Rs.2500.00/-for purchase, now they are telling to purchase another one due to not rectification or Replacement.

                            I shall be highly oblised if you kindly help me about the matter.

                              Hi i possess aonida 21 inches tv .After a long time it encountered a problem.I locked a complaint at onida customer service centre on dec 3 2012 and the service engineer had visted my home after 17 days and he asked us to pay 950 rs for change of speakers.Even after the replacement of speakers the problem was not rectified and hesaid that he will be visiting back and till now he hadnot visited and when i call him heturns off his mobile.

                                Six months ago, I had purchased Onida semi automatic machine from Vijay sales Opera house branch. I have received the machine with manufacturing defect. the button functioning for "heavy" "normal" and "drain" is the same. From the time I have received the machine, the button is not functioning properly. the company's technician has replaced the button seven times. this will happen tilll it is in warranty period. What after that? I have asked for replacement but have been deneid for the same. Please help!

                                  we have purchased Onida Grill Microwave - 21GTP13 from Hedda appliances kolhapur in 2008 but its electronic keypad is not working since last 2 years so we have registered the complaint in the show room but the person who visited our location have not offered us the proper solution for the visit only they asked us abt 350/- charge and for the repair it will be add on. as we didnt get the proper response from the company person we are using our oven as a cupboard. so the scenario now a days for us the ONIDA GRILL MICROWAVE oven is food storage department for us not the cooking one.

                                  so requesting you to take a look on the same and try to give us the proper solution ... keypad option for the oven as in kolhapur we couldnt find the same.

                                  Is Website pe koi shikayat nahin karen. Yeh log dhoke baaz or chor hain, shikayat hatane ke paise maangte hain aur do din baad aapka login bhi nasht kar di jayega. Aur ek shikayat ki 10 shilkayat banate hain aur apnee anek website pe dalte hain. inke saath aap pe bhi mukadma ban sakta hai, Bacho inse, savdhaan !

                                  In bewakoof angrezon ko hindi bhi nahin aati hai... isliye yeh sandesh hindi main hai. Jai Hind !

                                    Don’t Go for Onida... they are manufacturing the product only for 1 year...After completing the warranty period the product will stop work. Also the spare part will be very costly... In my case MY Onida 24"LED TV did the magic... It’s stopped working 1 year and one month.

                                    And such a small board (the power supply unit) they are asking rs.4500/- if the same was in samsung it will comes only 1200/- ah what a difference... also they are not sure that it will work for more than 2 months... What a beauty... Thanks onida for the best product which you given to me...

                                      I purchased Onida's microwave oven . Last month it got repair .
                                      I logged a complaint - [protected] . It has been since one and half a month . Still now it is not resolved.
                                      Onida Service Center
                                      RBR Electronics No 26, Nagendara nagar , Velachery main Road ,Velachery .
                                      I heard that this is the center working on this complaint . We are asking on the status of the complaint to this service center weekly. Every week they say , we havenot yet received the part .
                                      We are really frustrated . Already escalted this to Manager Balu . Still no use.
                                      Please provide higher authority contact/escalation point .
