sir with kind regards i purchased a washing machine 20 days ago dealer said it is one and only brush in built machine i got it and on the same day brush dislodged,saw a hole in filter and machine not working on 15th speed limit i told dealer and service centre they came once after a week and said these parts are not available when we got it will be done
how i can bear this i paid cash 8400/-and on the very first day it is futile for me and behaviour of service centre is not satisfactory
kindly look into the matter i want new machine now im not agree to replace part otherwise i will go for legal option this is final my mob [protected]

    I had lodged a complaint for my ONIDA HYDROFALL 70 washing machine on 25th June 2011, both on the company website complaint section and with the customer care on[protected]. I was told that the servicing will be done on Monday, 27th June 2011 (complaint no [protected]). I called on 27th and was told that the engineer would be there for the servicing on the same day before 6pm. No one turned up. I called on 28th morning and was told that the person would be there at my place by the afternoon, and i was given a local no for the vashi servicing centre, 27827583. This number seems to be not in service anymore. i called up the customer care in the eveing and the person who answered(Rahul Thakare - if i'm not wrong, who claimed that he was the senior there) was absolutely rude. Very Poor Service.

      My Onida Lilliput Washer is not working properly from last two week then I submitted the complain in Onida Customer Care on 15/06/11 then after so many follow up Mr.Rajesh Pathak came at my home for repairing but they do while that person damage the timer. my problm is not solb till today.so I request u pls do some thing

        WE BROUGHT A ONIDA WASHING MACHINE F/A/FRONT LOADING 5KG TUMBLER.WITHIN ONE YEAR THERE WAS A FAULT IN THE CONTROL PANEL.WE INFORM THE ADISHWARA PEOPLE AND ITS APPEAR TO BE SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED OUR RESIDENCE AND REPLACE THE FAULTY PART.THEREAFTER ONCE AGAIN DURING THE 2ND WEEK OF MARCH 2011 WE NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A LEAKAGE IN THE WATER DRUM.HENCE WE ONCE AGAIN CONTACTED THE ADISHWARA AND BROUGHT NOTICE OF THE FAULT.AGAIN SO CALLED THE SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED OUR RESIDENCE AND CHECKED THE UNIT AND TOLD US THAT THE WATER DRUM OF THE MACHINE HAS BEEN RUSTED, THERE IS A CRACK IN THE WATER DRUM,AND THE ENTIRE WATER DRUM HAS TO BE REPLACED.FOR WHICH I HAD TO PAY THE MATERIAL COST AND SERVICE CHARGES. I HAD NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE BUT TO PAY THE AMOUNT, THEN THE SERVICE ENGINEER REPLACED FAULTY PART AND REPAIRED THE MACHINE.NOW AGAIN,THERE WAS A FAULT IN THE CONTROL PANEL AND WHEN I INFORMED ADISHWARA ABOUT THIS AGAIN THE SAID SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED AND TOLD THE FAULTY PART HAS TO BE REPLACED FOR WHICH I HAVE TO PAY RS.3,000/- AND SERVICE CHARGES.FOR WHICH I DECLINED TO PAY THE AMOUNT AND ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE SUBSTANDARD MACHINE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE,BUT ADISHWARA PEOPLE HAS NOT REPLIED PROPERLY TILL TODAY.SO THE WASHING MACHINE HAS KEPT WITHOUT REPAIR AND IN AN UNUSABLE CONDITION.

          We purchased a Onida fully washing machine on 7.5.09 and entered into AMC with the company valid up to 15th July 2012. We have filed a service complaint on 14th June 2011. the service executive said it will be resolved within 48 hours. till now it has not been resolved. we called Mr. Prasanna Rao mobile no [protected] and Mr. Muralikrishna [protected] and till now there is no response.

          Onida Washing Machine Fully Automatic — spin function is not working

          machine name is onida hydromatic washing machine
          last 2 month spin function is not working properly
          please give the service .
          Please advice how to make spin function into order for the onida hydromatic 62 washing machine

            i have a window air conditioner of Onida in warranty period, it is not working properly from 3th June 2011.
            i have fire complaint against the same on 4th June 2011 at[protected]complaint number-[protected]). after that i m facing so many problems.

            i called up on so many different contact numbers n number of times but no response.

            on every call i got a new number to get feedback against my complaint.

            few people are saying contact on this and this numbers. your air conditioner is not in this workshop. i got diferrent numbers and different address on every call.

              I BOUGHT THE ABOVE MENTIONED MODEL "ONIDA1.5 TON AC" ON 20.04.10. THE AC WORKED FOR THAT SEASON WELL BUT IN THE STARTING OF 2011 SEASON, THE SWING BLADES WERE NOT WORKING. I TIRED TO CONTACT THE SERVICE ENGINEER "MR. ANIL MOBILE NO. [protected]-JAIPUR" FOR MORE THAN 3-4 TIMES. EVERYTIME, HE PROMISED TO COME BUT DIDN'T TURN UP. FINALLY IN THE MONTH OF MAY, ON 16TH, HE ,SOME HOW, MADE IT WORKING BUT THEREAFTER, IT WAS NOTICED THAT COOLING WORKS FOR 10 MINUTES ONLY . AFTER THAT IT GIVES NORMAL AIR AND AGAIN AFTER 10 MINUTES, ITS COMPRESSOR START WORKING FOR NEXT 6-8 MNTS. THE SAME WAS COMMUNICATED TO ENGINEER "MR ANIL" IMMEDIATELY. HE CAME AFTER 3 DAYS AND TOLD US THAT ITS THERMO-STATE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

              THE SAME COMPLAINT IS WITH 1.5 TON ONIDA AC OF MY ANOTHER AC AT MY ANOTHER HOUSE.

              THE PROBLEM IS
              1. FIRST TIME WHEN CALLED, ENGINEER DIDN'T TURN UP WHEN THE AC WAS IN WARRANTY PERIOD. IT SEEMS THAT IT WAS INTENTIONALLY.
              2. WHEN CAME , HE DIDN'T ATTEND COMPLAINT COMPLETELY.
              3. NOW FOR CURRENT PROBLEM, EVERY TIME IF HE PICKS UP THE PHONE, HE HAS BEEN GIVING SOME OR THE OTHER REASON FOR NOT REPLACING THE PROBLEMATIC PART OF AC. MOSTLY HE DOESN'T PICK UP THE PHONE IF HE IS CALLED FROM MY MOBILE.
              NOW 3/4 OF THE SUMMER SEASON HAS PASSED AND STILL HE HAS NOT ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT.
              IT SEEMS LIKE ONIDA HAS SOLD THEIR DEFECTIVE MANUFACTURED PEACES TO US.

                This is worst airconditioner provider in its category. I have purchased 2 ton AC and results are even poor after so many calls . And Electricity bills are so high after 3 star rating(not sure whether they bypass the systems). with the company and the way they manufacture the third class products. Just believe me and take my sincere advice never go for ONIDA products. Bluestar, carrier are the best. Dr.anurag srivastava, 58, kalyan colony, tonk fatak, jaipur.

One technician came and attended and told that the PCB BOARD has some and he wanted to remove it. And he removed and taken to his service center. In this hot summer after an hundreds of phone calls one week later he came and fixed. But not working. Again I complained, but till not problem not solved. I request you all,...

                  my complaint regardingsiplit ac installed at A-18 bharat nagar Talab Tillo Jammu registered vide my above referd Complaint no. is unaddressed , despite lapse of a month now. The siplit AC does not cool the room and the problem was identified to leak age of gas. Last season also, i had to suffer on account of the same problem (non cooling) and the problem was attributed to same. Gas was refilled last season.This season Jammu service centre express thier inability to adress the complaint on account of non availibility of gas in the market/centre.An absurd reason. the ac is also due for service which is also unattended. Kindly intervene to help solve the issue urgently M.K.Mahaldar

                    There is a huge delay in servicing Onida AC and now there is no response from Onida service center located in Koyambedu. The Customer Service call center people providing some escalation contact numbers but all are either switched off or no response to the phone call.

                    There have been multiple phone calls since 22-April-2011 till 11-May-2011, no response and no engineer visit to repair the AC.

                      I purchased an Onida Microwave oven (PC-23) on 4-Feb-2011 from NEXT outlet at Ernakulam. The same failed on 20-Feb-2011. I registered a complaint regarding the same. (Complaint number is [protected]. date: 21-Feb-2011). A technician from Adonis came and said that the issue may be due to low supply voltage and he left. I noticed that the explanation is not true as my oven stops functioning even at 208V supply. I again raised a complaint (Complaint number [protected]. date 06- Mar-2011). This time another technician came after two weeks and replaced the magnetron. This did not solve the issue. My oven continued to fail even after that. So I registered another complaint (Complaint number [protected]. Date: 11-March-2011). This time the technician identified that the problem is related with the transformer and the same should be replaced. two weeks later they replaced the transformer but the problem was still there. When I informed them, They have taken the oven to service center and haven't returned the same. When I called the service co-ordinator to know the status, he said the same will be repaired and bring back in 2 days. But they haven't brought back the same. I called them many times after that, but they do not even pick-up the call.

                      Within the two months from purchase I had to raise three complaints regarding the same issue and Adonis is not even able to identify the reason. The worst thing is that, whenever I call them to ask the status, they won't attend the call. I am totally dis-satisfied with the product too

                        This is to inform you that I have purchased ONIDA Window AC Model WG18N 1.5 Ton with remote from M/s Sachdeva Electronics (P) Ltd, GL-22 Jail Road, Hari Nagar, New Delhi for my personal use at my residence at A-5, Plot No 14,Sec-5 Apoorva Apptts, Dwarka, New Delhi vide Bill No 11014 (Book No 2201) on 14.5.2010. At the time of purchase, I was informed that the AC is covered under warranty for a period of one year which is expiring on 13.5.2011.

                        I regret to inform you that during last one year, I find the above AC not working properly and on one pretext or the other for which I lodged number of complaints to get its defects rectified. The last complaint lodged was on 2.5.2011 vide No. [protected]. Inspite of number of complaints, the engineer who visited to get it repaired, could not give effective result and same problems still persists. The Dealer is being requested to get the AC replaced.                           I am simply shocked at the after sales service standards of Onida. I dont think i have ever seen such pitiful standards ever in my life. And then they advertise "designed with u in mind...." somebody at Onida needs to realise that a consumer durable also needs servicing and repair and then also they need to keep their consumers in mind!!
                          My Onida TV stopped working one fine day over a month ago (its only 3 years old!! I have never faced any problem with my Sony that is working for the last 8 years). Anyways, i call up Onida and after repeated calls they tell me they cant fix it and that they need to take the TV. Its been a month since, and i have been chasing them for my TV. ONIDA HAS THE RUDEST AFTER SALES STAFF ANYWHERE!!. When i call up Onida service centre for my TV, they tell me not to call up again and again and that they will send my TV once it is fixed. HELLO!! it is my TV and Onida is not doing me any favour by fixing it!! Then finally, tired of talking to incompetent representatives, i asked for the contact number of their senior aftersales staff, a certain Mr. Ramji at their service centre tells me he wont give me any number and asks me to "khud nikaal le number". I was shocked!! I am disgusted with myself for buying an Onida product!! Wake up Onida management, your brand equity is going down the drain.
                          Can someone from Onida get me my TV back??? I am sick and tired of chasing up with your highly inefficient and super incompetent after sales guys. Who is the head of aftersales at Onida?? He needs to call up his service centres and see what pitiful level of servicing his centres provide.

                              My 1.5 ton Onidia AC is not working after several complaints and phone calls another technician was sent who tweaked the AC vents and now the AC vents dont open and operate properly and there is huge amount of wated which pours out of the AC, so much so that I need to keep a bucket to collect the water.

                              I have tried reaching the ONIDA service centre numbers and spoken to multiple people, have launched complaint on 21st of this month but till date no response to it. We finding it very difficult to get basic service also. Before 3 weeks one Mr. Silambaraj from onida came and did service and renewed AMC also but still Ac is not working when i called him he did not reply properely. I have even tried calling the ONIDA customer Service number and filed several complaints which has resulted in no action. I tried calling their corporate office but could not get through and now have just gotten fed up with the whole thing. My Compliant number : [protected]

                              My request is to please help me with my AC, have someone attend it and fix it so that I can use it

                              I am writing hoping that you will be able to reach to the company and so something about it. I have very litle faith in service standards of Indian companies and the whole customer service levels of Indian businesses in general

                                I have small problem with my Onida G700 Mobile i had given for a service

                                They said need to change the Board then it tooks arround 16 days to repair

                                When i receve the mob after 30 min there is no disply again i went to Adonis Electronics for repair they are denie the service it is happend 30min after servicing i dont know wat is happend they are asking arround 1200 Rs

                                Please this is not the way shoud be To be frankley that service center doesnt have any kind of service there is a lady technician she is showing really rudeness to the customers . then i talk with the guy who were in charge of technical support his name is Kevin I never get like this bad impression in life he dont know how to handle a customer .Very very Poor services I purchase this mob 13/7/2010 I have the bill with me i[censored]r not caring at least ur customer i will go to court for justice

                                  My name is man mohan r/o B-68/7, Khajuri Khas, East Delhi-94 i have buy a New Onida Washing machine Model - 85S from Venus Glass & Automobiles pvt.ltd. Main wazirabad Road, Khajuri Khas, Delhi-94 on 11.02.2011, when I open it, i found a damage/Crack on whashing machine base, i have complaint many time to shop, company and Dealer also, but the washing machine not replace or repair from the company.
                                  Therefore i request you to please help the above mentioned compaint or replace my product from the company.

                                    I had register my complaint( S.No. C021FGLU) to Onida service center to service of our ONIDA TV its giving problem (blank screen with center line)4 days back but nobody turned up for my complaints its really very bad service of Onida .
                                    its like a tourcher given by ONIDA company we never recommend anybody to take Onida product in there life .

                                    i have purchase one Nova model TV from kalewadi shop before 2 months ago...but from 1st day i have blank display problem bt i think is there any voltage problem...so didnt complained. but after that after 2 week the problem is permanent...there is no display on TV. & i launch complaint for that before 2 weeks but i didnt got service from ONIDA service.one Engineer came & he took some parts with him & told us to my parents that this part is not working...& i will be revert back to u in 2or 3 days...
                                    but he didnt receive our call...& he gave us one of his Boss no. 1st time he pick my father no. but after 1 day...he also not responding our phone...ONIDA service is the awful service i saw in my life...thatz it...plz if someone read from ONIDA plz take some action on It...It will make ur productivity bad impression on customer...
                                    Even the same thing happened to me also, finally I carried my TV to their service center here in Sanatorium, Chennai. The made a bill af Rs 8500/- without informing me after keeping my TV for more than a month. Never take any Onida product, you will regreat whole life.I took Onida LCD because it was Rs 1500/- 2000/- cheaper than LG or Samsung, the problem was reported in TV just 1 month after the warranty period was over.I will never take any Onida product in my life :- (
