I have purchased 32'' ONIDA LCD TV from Pratik Electronics Vadgaon Sheri Pune 14 in April 2011 , Now The TV has got blank. I have logged complaint at Onida Service Station Fatima Nagar . But they are charging 250/- as a home visit and other repairing charge will be extra. it is really shocking to except that one of the branded and well known company's product having such critical problem in only one year. i have purchased 32 inches colour onida lcd tv from ketan electronics, jamnagar 2 years ago . Now The TV has got blank. I have logged complaint at Onida Service Station Fatima Nagar . But they are charging 250/- as a home visit and other repairing charge will be extra. they took more than a week to repair and than also not given proper answer that what is the problem . we approach so many times and finally they told that approximately 180000 Rs will be the repairing cost. it is really shocking to except that one of the branded and well known company's product having such critical problem in only two years.     i bought a onida lcd 24 tv from prem palace phase 2 mohali on 11 april 2011.after days tv creates problem while wall mounting its screen goes white and no picture came. i have called many times to owner of prem palace he askes the enginner of onida would come next day but there is no one came from 4 days .onida products are very bad quality and sevice is also bad. anyone can me what action to be taken against the company.my father is very affected with this bad service.we arranged money for tv with great difficulty.so please plase help me.

        sir
        my tv is out of order ky thunder model (21blt3). i left it in your rohtak service centre. they have refused to repair it they told me there is no availibility of parts. this is a huge harrasment to get this information that company has no availibility of it's products.i think you should not sell such kind of products.i will go to consumer court for this matter.

          I have lodged a complaint quoted below regarding non functioning of Onida split AC purchased two years back .Complaint no-3,dt 21-03-11 at Onida service station, Sambalpur (Mr Panda, recipient of the complaint) The service men came on 08-04-11 and took AC-remote to get it repaired and assured to return the next day.Till to-day ( dt.[protected] they did not return, in addition the AC went dead completely. We , two old man and woman, stay here. Would any one kindly help us.


          "I have purchased ONIDA split AC two years back.This is my third summer I found fault in my AC, which is not cooling.
          Complaint- 1- up to 20 deg it was cooling well. After 20 , only fan was working. Complaint lodged in Onida service station ( complaint No-3, dt[protected] Ph no[protected], to Mr Panda, who sent two men for
          repair. They billed Rs.2500/- (twenty five hundred) telling Gas filling-Rs.1400/-+ capacitor change ( old one)
          Rs.800/-+ service chage Rs.300/- . After reminding and ringing many times no body turned up and the problem still persists. Kindly suggest."

            Sir,
            I purchased IGO 21" ultra slim USB 350 last year on 5 may 2010 and in my tv , two vertical strips of 5 cm width with extra shine are coming from last two months. The complaint of this problem was done to the service centre and it has been repaired twice in between ,but the problem has not been sorted out completely.

            Therefore I request you to sort out this problem as soon as possible.

              ONIDA COLOUR TV — I have a warranty of my onida colour Tv but still they are not repairing it.

              I have logged a complaint of my Onida Tv to the dealer from where i purchased and it was in warranty of one year but as i have logged the complaint 2months before the warranty expires but still to date they havnt repaired it and they are giving the reasons that they are not getting the parts in the market and they are going on delaying...

                    I have lodged nos of complaints for my Onida Washing Machine Hydrafal 70 Kgs .It is not working since 11.03.2011.The Complaint nos are [protected],1649 & 2698 dt 12/03/11,18/03/11& 29/03/2011.
                    Their Technicians visited my palce 4-5 times to repair the M/C but all in vein.In the Last visit of the Technician Sh Abhimanyu,gear box of washtub was so called replaced but it is still not working properly.I tried to contact Onida,s Delhi Head office cusomer Care incharge Sh Naresh Tomar on his given no 32449736 but failed as no body is picking up the phone.

                      Hello sir..i want to draw ur kind attention to my prob. i bought an Onida window AC model no.-W518UVA2/ 2009...it has been out of warranty..and some 5 months back i.e. in oct 2010 it broke down..on filing my complaint at the dealer who also claims to provide some technical person from authorised service centre,
                      a guy named Aakil attented my AC and told me that it has something with capacitor which needs to be changed...
                      I feel pain saying that till today that particular guy hasn't turned up nor other person..when i went to the dealer who, is responsible for filing complaints and act through trained onida technicians) never gave me satisfatory answers on when this particular guy will show up( always some lame and unbelieable excuses)..it's been more than 5 months and still my Complaint has not been looked upon seriously.
                      This ultimately leads to a bad impression about your service and response to complaints.Some people has made this a big Joke..and Onida as i always thought of being neighbours envy and owners pride is going vice versa...
                      hope u take this matter seriously and do the needful...thanks

                        I bought Onida 1 Ton Split A.C from one of the leading stores in Chennai.They have installed on 21.03.11without proper care.When switched on water leaked from indoor unit.Technicians could not solve the problem.They immediately opened the panel without advice & guidance. Even after that they can not arrest the leakage.Then they called their supervisor.They have tried their best to rectify the same but they could not succeed in their attempt.They left by saying that it will be attended by Service Engineers tomorrow.On the next day nobody turned up.The following day we have called the service centre by registering our complaint. Then the technicians came & attended the fault. They also could not be able to stop the leakage.They referred the matter to Mr.Rajesh.After speaking to him for very long time he has told me that it has to be discussed with his boss & the outcome will be known only next day.Till date (26.03.11) He has not take action on our complaint.                           I am of course getting calls from the service people, though nobody is reaching home.                             Picture tube not working , service center bad response
                            I have a ONIDA 29 inch Oxy TV , picture tube is gone . The Adonis person changed to new picture tube on 23/03/2011 for Rs.6000/- and next day on 24/03/2011 , the picture tube was again not working .

                            We asked for replacement , why should we pay again ? They had installed china made picture tube . Adonis Thane center never picks up the phone
                            [protected] /[protected] never working ) , service is disgusting.The call center is more worst , they dont have the latest telephone numbers of the service center .

                            Onida should think about it's service centers , they are spoiling their reputation.

                              Bought a new purchase Onida AC on 26th May'2010
                              form Komal Electronic Dhule (Maharashtra)

                              From the date of puchase one month later problem raised.we are given a complaints to Onida Autorise
                              Service Centre Dhule (Mr.Shaikh) his machanic came & see 1st time he said that,indoor unit net was dusty it was clean but no result then the season end.but during the period no need of AC now we have facing a problem no cooling from this unit some time his machanic said sensor not working. After 15 days sensor changed but no effect,now they said that PCB not working regarding this they said that PCB will get within 15 days .
                              So, what we will do?

                              We want concreat solution because we are facing a problem since last year season & no result in hand
                              Hope! You will be taken a step and look in to this matter carefully.

                                Within one month , thats 20 days, the ONIDA AC split S[protected] SLH 5star has stopped cooling. After many complaints and worst reponse from officials(named RAJESH), it took weeks to approach us. They agreed to replace the whole unit, but till now no response from their side. Im terribly frustrated by their useless actions, even my grandmother's became frustrated and her health is in terrible condition due to this( because she only bought it and she was worried about her money spent in it). I bought this piece of junk from the Famous Cheaters RATHNA FAN HOUSE.

                                  Pls read the complaint story and help me to solve this issue. (Model No: S18CFL3)

                                  When I am using the ac with cool mode (with low fan speed), with in 5 or 10 mins automatically fan speed has been increasing. I have logged a complaint on 22nd Jan 2011. Service engineer visited and conveyed me that PCB is not working and should change the same… After a week time another engineer visited to my home and changed the PCB, but the problem is not rectified and also indoor display was not working.

                                  After 10 days engineer visited with another PCB and changed but the problem was not rectified. After one week another engineer visited to home and he told me that indoor sensor is not working properly and should change it and changed the same. But problem was not rectified. He told me that Indoor Fan motor is not working and outdoor gas % is little bit low, Advised me that to change the Fan motor and refill the gas to 60 or 70%. After a week time Service engineer came to my home and changed the Fan motor, but problem not solved. After 3 days(on 5th Mar 2011) service engineer had come to my home with Technical Supervisor (from Coimbatore- Tamil Nadu) and checked the AC and refill the gas. But, till date problem not yet resolved.

                                  I HAVE RAISED THE COMPLAINT ON 22ND JAN 2011 TODAY IS 14TH MAR 2011…..

                                  IF IT IS NOT IN WARRANTY PERIOD HOW MUCH I HAVE TO SPEND FOR ABOVE SAID SPAREPARTS???? (PCB, SENSOR, FAN MOTOR, OUT DOOR GAS REFILLING AND SERVICE COST)

                                  Pls take this issue very serious and solve it ASAP.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am using Onida Speed cool 1.5 Ton . Some times cut-off was not working properly that is often cut-off is coming often a short period with in seconds.
                                  I was lodged complaint, nobody came to attend the problem. The Service facility offered by them is very very worst. Buying time also, I paid whole money, I got it only after two weeks later.
                                  This time I booked a complaint( No:[protected]), they came after long struggle and removed the part. Before remove the board the technician strongly beaten the board located area for problem correcting. Is it a correct method for solving electronic problems?

                                    Just see the photographs of the SPLIT AC attached all are self explanatory,
                                    Within a period of almost 18 months all its copper pipe from out door unit to Indoor unit - insulation has all gone.( Copper pipe is exposed to direct sun light as of now) . Dealer had done the Installation of all the 3 ACs that I had purchased & After that, as I was not convinced of the quality of Installation done at my home. I had registered complaints with the company 2 or 3 times immediately after the installation & their officers had come & argued that whatever done is all Correct & OK.

                                    But after 18 months when Copper pipes got exposed due to the poor quality of non UV resistant Poor quality of INSULATION Materials used by the company-
                                    A complaint was lodged by me first with the dealer, Dealers service personnels visited & commented that its initial INSTALLATION was IMPROPER & suggested to cut short all the 3 AC's cu pipe lengths.

                                      Onida 5 STAR AC stop functioning on 02/03/11 in warranty period. Dealer has sent technician on 03/03/11.

                                      Technician registered the complaint at ONIDA SC. 04/02/11 AC Technician from SC came and took one of the part.

                                      Mon 07/02/11 ( Chetan/Kasim) informed part will come on tomorrow and same would be installed on 08/03/11. From then no one called back.

                                      Today 17/03/11 again I’ve called ONIDA SC – they don’t know about part, No idea when the specific part is expected.

                                      Very poor response from Chetan and Kasim of ONIDA SC.

                                        I am Lakshmi Kantha.K.G, purchased a ONIDA Oxygen Thunder 29” TV, Model No. C0290XTS, Sl.No. BJ 4023310 in Hassan at Pai Electronics two years & three months back. I have a problem in the TV and lodged a complaint at Bangalore (Karnataka) via complaint No. [protected] on 21.02.2011 to repair it. One Service Engineer from Hassan visited my house on 24.02.2011 and he has taken away by telling that it is to be repaired and replaceable with spares at Hassan and confirmed in bringing TV Board within two days. Till date the Service Engineer is not yet coming to my house. Daily I am dialing to the complaint office, Manager, Service Engineer. But they are not responding. They are completely lying in these 15 days. They are not receiving my calls properly, they are neglecting my calls. They are telling in these 15 days, the board has been kept under observation, Service Engineer has taken away to your house to fit the board. But till date I have suffered from their negligence answers.
                                        In this fifteen days I have dialed Bangalore complaint office for two times. They also supporting them and saying we will go through the complaint, but not done anything in this matter. I have completely disappointed with your company services. I have decided to scrap the TV and go for another firms. Finally I request you Please, guide the Karnataka peoples to serve properly and to behave a human being. Unless you people will lost customers who trusted your company like me. This is the most bad incident I have ever faced. This is my disappointed wishes about your firm.
