I BOUGHT ONIDA LCD 22" XARIA BRAND NEW TV ON Nov 2009 FROM ONE DEALER IN CHANDIGARH. UNFORTUNATELY REMOTE GOT BROKEN AND ITS ONE MONTH PASS. ON MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS THEY STILL WAITING FOR REMOTE.
I HAVE CALLED THEM MANY TIMES BUT THEY ARE SAYING ITS NOT COMING FROM HEAD OFFICE.

WHAT SAYS HEAD OFFICE THEY DON'T KNOW AND SAID IT I HAVE DROP MAIL TO THEM THEY ARE NOT REPLYING ON THAT SO TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO?


ONIDA IS OF VERY POOR QUALITY. PLEASE DON'T BUY IT. SERVICE IS VERY POOR.

    i purchased Microwave oven from Vasanth & co Madippakkam branch dated 15/08/2011. They promised the service person come and show the Demo. Till now no one come for Demo. I called many times and directly visit 2 more time. They told same recorded voice tommorrow will come surely.

    Onida/Microwave Oven — request for Demo

    Hi,
    I am Satish Kumar Kannayagari, Last month(17th Apr) in the BigBazaar(Abids Branch) i have purchased the Onida Microvave Oven(convection model) and at the time of purchasing they have promised me that they will arrange for the Demo max with in a Week but up to now no body has came for the demo and i have called so many times and no body is correct response and when ever i call they are simply telling that they will arrage for the demo in the next working day and after next working day if i ask for the same person with whom i have talked before then he is telling that he never spoke to me.

    I requst the Electronic people to arrange for the Demo.

      We purchased ONIDA LCD in month of May'11.
      Now, we complaint on[protected] regarding LCD not working.
      Service engineer checked & replied that its POWER SUPPLY need to be replaced.
      As per committment by service engineer he will fixed it by 16.09.2011 but still it is not done.
      We spoke to Nagpur division ( MR. Rajendra Gautam), so they replied POWER SUPPLY has been despatched on[protected] from nagpur & it had reached Bhandara on the same day.
      Then we spoke to Bhandara service engineer Mr.Kuldeep Meshram on 15.09.2011 to fix the problem. But he refused to come on evening & promised to come on 16.09.2011 at 10.00 AM.
      When he did not come we were calling him at a stretch but he is not attending customer.
      And now today 17.09.2011 problem is still pending & no reply from ONIDA for any further action.
      It feels that ONIDA enjoying customer's suffering by not providing service on time.

      It shows that ONIDA does not require any more customer like us.

      Overall ONIDA service looks like hopeless.

        We bought a new LCD Onida TV (Model no:LCO24MMS ) on 06.07.2011 on the occasion of my only Sister Marriage as gift from her family to In-laws house. Unfortunately your product failed to perform its efficiency within no time. On the 10th day of purchase a green (depends on the clarity - Yellow) line appears vertically over the screen. Initially we thought that is the problem with the cable connection. But in the video also, it is appearing. We have lodged a complaint on 22.08.2011 over phone to customer care, but the in person appears on 25.08.2011 and conveyed that the screen got a problem that have to be replaced and given a complaint number ([protected]).
        But after that day, he never turned up, after a continuous calls the person visited on 10.09.2011 and took the TV with them, giving the assurance to return it back within in 4 days maximum.

        Since 10.09.2011, the person is not attending our calls on regular basis, fortunately yesterday he attended and said it will take another 4 to 5 days. We took the decision of the tv , with the brand name, quality but there is no use.
        As a human being from India,you should aware what will be my family situation in-front of my Sister In laws. You people don't have any humanity and the customer service is very much pathetic, disgusting and gruesome.
        Being a Engineer i could understand the Electronic products wont have the definite life period but the response and the customer service what Onida is providing is very much least in the Market. Within 45 days a screen problem? its very horrible to understand the quality of products manufacturing by Onida.
        Request you to take up the issue on war-foot basis and i want the replacement in next 24 hours. Whether you take this as a warning or a request from a painful human being.

        Onida — Disgusting customer service

        Hi, I had purchased an Onida Tv 21oxygen thunder march 2007. from the time of purchase i m dis-satisfied by the quality of the product. It broke in just a month and the woofer started giving me problems. Though i was attended om time they took a long time in repairing the problem with the circuit in the Tv. After another 2-3 months again it broke and agian they took a long time to replace the IC. Now when the Tv was working fine after one and half year again it broke n this time also the Tv was not working. The technicians tampered with the board inside the TV so many times that the originality of the picture and sound quality was lost. Though Tv started working AV mode had some problem and i was told the board has to be taken to the main center till then i will not have tv to watch. I approached onida service center but i was given a care a damn attitude by the personel staff. I asked for the total replacement of the Board but they refused i even agreed to pay inspite of my Tv being under warranty. It is still under process.

        Onida is nothing but crap they do not have any value for their customers. They say be indian buy indian but this is what Indian products offer after all they need to prove themselves that they r true indian company. I regret my decision of not choosing a multinational brand like samsung or LG. Never i will buy any onida product in my life.
        It is very true that Indian companies are very disgusting when it comes to customer service their sole motive is just sale of the product later do hell with the customer. Onida claims to be a reputed company but there is no quality at all. Its a crap company.
        UNFOTURNATE CUSTOMER OF ONIDA 32HMS LED TV


        I bought a new LCD Onida TV model ONIDA 32 HMS LED TV on 03.07.2011
        and wallmounted on[protected] by the company service men, at tht time i observe the audio disturbance in our tv but he says its the cable operator problem. And day by day the noise is more n more then i called customer carecentre. the service man rectified the audio board problem and he massaged that his higher offecial, after that somany calls n somany communications of my personal contacts finally it will changed and solved the problem it takes the time of 3 months at tht time my warranty period is wasted at service. Once again the audio disturbance occers at[protected] and i registered complaint bearing the #[protected] after 2 days service person attended and he say the audio board is problem since from the day i cont get communication with him or any ONIDA CUSTOMER CARE. To day i requsted the customer carecentre what the status of my complaint they give the CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE NEAR OUR CITY DAVANAGERE KARNATAKA phone number[protected] they said that SPARE is no stock, after that i reqsted their senior officers Mr.ZABI his number [protected] he said AUDITING is going on so he regretted for lated service and also said it will be cleared the problem at[protected] i tryed so many time to contact his cell number he is not attending my call.
        How can i call an AM PROUD TO OWNER OF ONIDA TV. PLEASE ANY ONE CAN SOLVE MY PROBLEM .

          Dear Sir,

          I have complained 25 days back to Onida customer care centre about our Onida Hydro Fall semi automatic washing. But till today nobody nobody attending the problems. I am calling everyday to Onida authorised service centre M/S. Adonis Electronics P.Ltd basavanagudi bangalore -560004 but there is no proper response from them. Acutally I have taken warranty for this machine. Please look into this matter & do the needful.

            Myself shrinivas arsola, purchased an AIR CONDITIONER on 04/April/2010
            MODEL No: S18SPD[protected] from SHREE GEE electronics, indera market ,DURG, CHATTISGARH.
            since then the products has encountering many problems regarding display and PCB . PCB has been replased once within the warrenty period just after 4 months of purchase o[censored]nit. But the problem is still within the product. I have replaced twice PCB as AIRCONDITIONER on my own expenses. Now it’s the 4th time PCB fails. This is harassment by your company’s product. I request you to replace the whole indoor unit as soon as possible or take such the DEFECTIVE PRODUCT from our country. I am very much disappointed by ONIDA “AIR CONDITIONER” performance. With the same category other company product performance is quite good. Your company had INDIRECTLY CHEATED us by launching such a faulty and non reliable product. If you people have confident in your product, why don’t you extend warranty for at least two summer season?
            As AIR CONDITIONER we use only for 4months a year…..
            Your PCB is even not able to work even a single season i.e. 4 months, what is the utility of purchasing products of your brand…..?

            I request you to consider this is a special case and replace the PCB from company end free of cost..
            If not then otherwise I will return the WHOLE UNIT as a DONATION to you CEO/owner of the ONIDA Company….
            I am not going to waste money in repairing PCB twice a year, better you stop sale of this product in India or give better services and product to customers…
            I hope you better know the quality and performance of your product, and also knowing the faults regarding the product, and take necessary action at the earliest to avoid such grievance towards our company product…
            I hope that you will look after this issue as soon possible, which will help us to retain FAITH ON your company’s product

            i purchace new split ac on 2-4-2012 at tirumala music center at puthlibowli hyderabad AP.after three days instlated the ac. 5 days it wil run after 5days it wil showing on display E1 . then after i call to tmc cusmter care to compliat after 2days tecnisian came to my home he se the ac and it tell to me u will call to onida custamer care then i will call. after 2days tecnisian came his telling PCB problem sir he will taken the PCB and REMOUTE. iwill replace it and i get tomaro. after 3 days i cal the tecnision his telling me PCB not available sir. till today no PCB

              I had purchased an onida ac split 1.5 tonne in 2010, which was working fine till a month back. I lodged a complaint with Onida Service center and coordinated with Rashid ([protected]) supervisor with onida service center in Patparganj The technicians came and checked the ac and came to the conclusion that the inetrnal PC need to be checked and changes. The technician who came and checked the AC as per my understaning does not even have the knowledge and try to make fool of the consumer. Its been a month and no one is responding to our complaint. Whenever I call , they just tell me to wait for one day , nobody has attended the complaint. The ac is supposed to work during the summers and I dont think that I would be able to enjoy the ac this summers.
              Please look into the matter and do the needful. I hope with your help I would get justice.

                Onida air-conditioners – A major pain in the wrong side:

                I had purchased an Onida 2 ton split AC from Vijay Sales, in April 2008, for INR 25,000; and I regret that day I did that; that was the biggest mistake I ever committed in my whole life. It had started giving me problems right from the 3rd month of purchase, and has been doing so regularly in intervals of 3 months. Till date I have already spent more than INR 30,000, on repairs and service charges.

                The after sales service provided by Onida and its vendors sucks big time, and I have never seen bigger crooks than these vendors in my life. Recently there was an issue with its remote sensor in the main unit, they replaced it, but said that the component does not have any warranty. Till date, I have had to refill gas in the unit approximately 6 times, and each time the vendors charged me INR 3000, for the refill. When I questioned them on the frequency of refill being needed in the unit, their answer was that one refill would only last for about 3 months and not more than that, and they are hell bent on selling AMCs than providing a good service. The people these vendors send across are the biggest imbeciles that I have ever come across. Twice they refilled the gas and forgot to tighten the valve and the gas kept leaking, and when I questioned them about this they said it is normal, and when the pressure went low because of this they refilled the gas and sent me a bill for their mistake, which I obviously did not pay.
                I have been using a Hitachi AC for the same time duration which was also purchased on the same date as the Onida one, and that has never given me any trouble or maintenance. This clearly goes to prove that Onida can never live up to the standards maintained by the Japanese companies like Hitachi.
                Not that this complaint is going to make any difference to Onida’s customer service or the crappy quality of products manufactured by them, but it will at least save some agony to the many customers planning to buy their products. So, my advice to the people who wish to buy an AC would be to shell out the couple of thousand bucks extra and go for any other AC than Onida.

                  I have purchased the Microw oven of ONIDA make modle no Mo 25 GJP 25 b Sl no 10G00558 from M/s Sowndarya Shopee ( a unit of Sri Rama Marketing ) on 03.09.2011 for Rs 9000/- vide bill no vss-3759 with out observing the MRP rate on good faith.When I came to house my daughter in law find the rate and told me that there is clearly mentioned of Rs 7290/- ( including all taxes). That to not given free supplied cookwares along with guiding book. When asked over telephone to Sri Pondurang ,who is owner of the unit regarding excess charging by intentionally, keeping cheating mentality. Hope this visakhapatam Zone is almost all are illiteracy and may be cheated by this firm. Pl take steps to avoid cheating . If kind enough pl advise him to repay the cheated amounts.

                  One should not cheated like this in rural belt of visakhapatnam by charging huge amounts more than MRP printed rates. This firm is very big in Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Visakhapatam dist head quarter under North Andhra Pradesh. max customers are good and illiteracy and trusted mentality on firms in good faith. Pl z take little serious steps to avoid cheating to customers.
                  Pray to daddy to protest for innocent rural belt folk to get it correct rate.

                    To keep it brief. I made a complaint in month of june 11 that i am facing screen blinking problem. First I was said it will take 20 to 30 days to repair so I said no because I found people were after my TV So I said bring part here and repair. Just to iritate me there where several calls made and engeniers visited saying have power supply problem. I was asked to pay for the part and service charge saying part cant be repaired. Again after 2 days problem started again several calls received and owner of the service centre says repair your TV from the person who called you. Lokendra Sing(Pune Onida) said part is sent to service centre but it never came. TV was take to repair saying it is another problem. Again problem started after 2 days ...and till now I am promised it will be done in 2 days after3 months of complaint.,,,Please help.

                      Despite complaining about the alignment problem of my newly purchased ONIDA TV from M/s MANAS ELECTRONICS, Prime place, Aravali marg, Faizabad road, Lucknow on 01.09.2011 vide invoice no. ME/0466/11-12. Despite calls by the service engineer and promising to come at a given time by him, he never came & despite complaining several times to the service center about this & getting promise from service center several times of speedy redressal of the complaint nobody has come to solve a simple problem as yet. I don't know when my problem will be sorted out.

                        My Name is Vijay. I had purchase an Onida tv. on[protected] from New Uma Electronics Lalbangla, Kanpur-7. After 9 month i faced a problem in its screen, its screen goes blank. I called customer care and make a complain no-[protected] named Rahul singh. They sent engineer but he could not solve the problem. i made complain again and send the Tv to service centre near situated sec-b Aliganj, Lucknow. after 15 days they returned the tv without any repairing and without any satisfied answer. I have its full papers with warantee/guarantee card. I have wasted 1000 rs and my study time for exam.
                        I request to solve my problem as soon as it could otherwise i will knock the door of consumer court. I have only 2 days if no satisfied action is taken i will proceed it ahead.

                          This is a direct question to Onida:

                          Have you ever quality tested your products before launching them into the market?

                          What about sturdiness? What about customer experience? & What about product quality?

                          Check the support base provided for LED TVs, 24 HMS - higly fragile, cheap and IMPRACTICAL!!!
                          Will such a component provide a stable, balanced base to the panel - NO WAY!!!

                          When such a product is delivered to the customer, it mostly ends up with a broken base - then the customer makes hundred round-trips to the distributor - who will gladly say "OUT OF STOCK"!

                          What kind o[censored]nderstanding goes into ensuring that such a component is not a part of a product?

                          My advise to all people: AVOID ONIDA TVs - 22,24 LED models - until the company improves the base!

                            Onida F970 the Worst Cell i ever used
                            While i bought it for 3G fast Internet, video calling , but after using it, i found it a total waste of money. While indeed it offers fast internet & video calling with 2 cams, But it is useless due to:
                            1. Its font are very small and difficult to read, while in my last nokia, i was easily able to read all.
                            2. That i bought 2 pieces of this cell from flikcart and both after using 2-3 months , started very low volume in earpiece, so one can not talk, unless speaker pjone ok, which makes using phone impossible at public place or even at home, conversation is heard by all, else in normal mode, hardly any voice comes.
                            3. After next few weeks, even message, contacts etc are not being able to acessed and some non sense errors comes on screen and blocks all function.
                            All this makes this cell totally a garbage and full waste of money. And the phone and email given on the box on Onida cell [protected]@onida.com and Mumbai cell, simply never answer, least to say of any replacment or responce. may be some consumer forum will remind Onida, that they may be fined, not just have to give replacment, if they selling it in open market, with false warranty.

                            The biggest part is the seller http://www.flipkart.com has even DARED to remove this review, so that other use may NOT get cheated by ONIDA , which is still in catch of google, here:

                              I have purchased Onida Micro Wave from Vijay Sales on 07/08/2011 and after using we came to know that the food is not getting hot and burning smell comes. I had already made a complaint on this issue and i got cal from the customer care that they would send the concern person in two days time but still so far no one has turned up, If i dont get proper service from your company then i have take some necesary action.

                                i have purchase a ac s18slm3 srnumber indoor - s18slm[protected] indoor- s18slm[protected] from you company alleged dealer namely vijay electronic having its showroom in hansi road bhiwani on dated 30-4-11 vide bill number 14784 amounting rs 29500 and he have also handover me a guarantee / warrrenty card and some turn and condition also print upon the above number bill now your company ac is not functioning well from the very first day i made savrell complaint to your dealer after registered so many compliant to your dealer he send some one as saying its that he is a perfect mechanic and have full training in your company to remove the greviones, but when i inquired with that person on the last visit that are you company employer then he told me we have not concerned with the company we are the private mechine and do job privately we have not got any training from the onida company in the above circumstances my request to you to send a competent machine to remove my compliant the fan and cooling is not doing proper work and some sound like nuisance createing by the both the instrument Indore and outdoor with out any delay and other wise i will in the com paling position initiate legal proceeding against the company as well as dealer for my all relief plz take necessarily action regarding my complaint.

                                  i had bought a lcd t.v of onida in 2010 january and from past one and half month it is out of order.a complaint was lodged with local service centre and the engineer visited the site and found it's power supply being damaged. the supply was asked to be either replaced or repaired but till date nothing has happened into it.the local service centre people are showing helplessness in getting it rectified due to non availability of part.

                                    DAMAGE OF PICTURE TUBE
                                    I bought ONIDA OXYGEN THUNDER Television 11 month back. On 25.11.2009, a technical snag developed in the T.V.. The local sales centre at Kashipur (Uttarakhand) was informed and the engineers of the company (Mr. Deepak) visited us on after complaint. After inspecting the T.V., they informed that Picture Tube is damaged and needs replacement. They told that since the part was not available with them, they will get it from the company and replace it. After about a month they told us that the part has arrived and the T.V. should be sent to Your Auth. Dealer M/s Jyoti Electronic for testing of the Picture Tube.

                                    When after a week I enquired about the status of the T.V. on phone with one Mr. Mayank Goel, they told me that they have changed the Picture Tube. But till date I am not received my T.V. after a month.

                                    Even after one month of the defect in the T.V., the company's service centre is not able to set the product in the working condition.

                                    If such type of service is provided by a so called reputed company, then people should stop buying the ONIDA Products

                                        We purchased Onida 29" Inch Tv from Nandilath World, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur on 23rd Aug. 2009. On 9th Aug. 2011 the transformer started sparking. When we complaint about this they inspected and informed that transformer is not available.
                                        Requested to supply the parts at the earlist.
