I purchased onida 21 oxygen 500 2 years ago. the TV suddenly went off. we called the SE and to my surprise he asked me Rs. 1200/- towards component charges and 350 towards service, whereas the components are available at a cheaper cost in the market. He also insisted to go for a AMC for 3 years assuming any repair will happen in another 6 months and will be replaced free of cost.
This type of luring customers to go in for AMC is not justified. Now only I feel that I purchased a wrong TV.

i purchased onida oxygen 21 tv before 3 years, now the tv front speaker one side doesnt work, can you help me?
I have given my DVD player to Jamshedpur Service centre & my service complain NO-6686 on 07.11.07.
But till date they giving wrong feedback to me. Request you plz look in to this matter.
Its a serious problem because i brought the product few months ago & using 5/6 times. But the problem is raised from very begning but i thought the problem may in CD or DVD that i insert in my DVD Player.

i am submited my tv in your service center korba whose are in chhattisgarh in july month.vendor/manger said to me you will come after 15 day and take your tv.but after 15 daye again said you come in next 15 days.this process are continue...at the time.
i am thinking i am cutmor and why i am rounding in your service center.so the best solution is consumer forum........

I have purchased Onida TV 21 " in yrar 1997 , 10 years back exactly . Now from last 4/5 days there is display problem on TV . When i asked vendor, he told me that picture tube is gone and you need to replace TV because replacement of picture tube has no garranty .
How can you help or advice me about this problem .
i alwayz said to bye the product But if problems with product ......... Please solve the problem ....cause we pay for it ,otherwise there is no longer relation of custumer with this ONIDA brand name.

But some disc's not playing. While insect disc commant coming is Unknow disc.
Why?

I bought Onida KY Thunder/29 NV, 650 Watts TV 6 to 7 years ago and Now all of a sudden TV has switched off & it is not turning on, It was been working perfectly since the day of purchase. People from service centre at RAVI CORPORATION the dealer of ONIDA at BHARUCH, GUJARAT are not responding in proper manner and are always delaying their decision despite of continous complaint from 01/05/09 and its matter of concern.We believe in your company's service and trust in it So now you advice me that what should i do to get it rectified.

so picture clarity and sound clarity is not good. my younger brother pressed display and vsm buttons on the remote panel at a time. then service settings were appeared, and my brother changed all the numerical values of settings . sir kindly mail me the original settings of my tv. requesting you sir, thank you! waiting 4 ur reply !

Dear Sir,
I purchage one TV ( ONIDA ) Model - Black Neo, last one year four months ( 12/02/2008 to till date).But one day i seen the TV Sudenly TV off and no picture found another time to till now.
so i requeste to you kindly advice me what i do. I am already contac my local purchage shoping centre they reply and said customer care no contact immediatly but not available any phone no to me.
When we switched on Tv - suddenly sound came out of it and stopped working. TV set was purchased in the year 1993
. Now it has also completed warranty period. Please just have a look whether it will work in future or not???
i bought onida ac before 11 months. company person never come for service and right now i have gas likage problem they are not able to repair they took 2 months for vist n still not solve problem and one more problem added.
not follow up on 15 days after many times compiled to cos' service center in warranty period
I was many times complain of my ONIDA 21" color tv at ahmedabad service center by complain no. 9290253 and[protected] and also many times reminders for the same.
please action for the same and oblige.

The remote control of the aforesaid TV broke. For this I had applied for new remote control at my nearest ONIDA service center Guwahati, Chandmari, Assam and the complaint no. is F/6/425 Dt:25-06-08.
Sir, I had followed up complaint many times but there wasn't any response. So I would like to bring your notice into the matter which is already delayed and I hope that you do the needful.

i have purchased the abovr model onida tv from VAIBHAV REFRIGERATION, 6-7-8, ajitnath awas, beside mahavir petrol pump, rander road, surat on[protected], bill no.174. please solve our cpmplain as soon as possible. My cell no. is [protected].
Onida is really a third class company & the service centre employees are illiterate & goes on speaking lie everytime, I purchased a microwave last year in Feb, 2008, despite of complaining they are not attending the problem.
