I am in Annanagar i have purchase ONIDA TV (slim ultra) in vasanth & co four months before, after that my tv is not working . i have registered my complient in onida customer care on 08.10.11 , i have not received any proper answer from annanagar branch, i have spoken many times to all (more than 20 times) they told me you have to pay Rs,2500 and i also accepted to that, after that one new board has been changed but channel board not changed due to unavailability from Onida on 02.11.11 , then they told we will change channel board after few days . i have paid 1000 for this board on the same date
After that tv is not working properly, daily i am calling to annanagar branch, they are telling we will come and see, but they are not coming

I want to tell you onething to Onida people, I am really uncomfortable with your service, I never seen such kind of service in my life , you are cheating your customers , this is rediculous service, you people are wasting my time and my money to speak with your staff, I am mentally upset (Video con and philips and all other companies they are doing very good sevice but ONIDA IS ............??????) dont give STUPID advertisement like we are good and stupid thinks
I want to replace my TV, i need new TV , I am requesting you to help and resolve this issue,
If i am not getting any response on this I am going to file the case in consumer court, this is for your information

Onida Washing Machine — Bad:Worst:Onida Customer support
Its when i own an Onida washing machine for the past 2 Yrs and face a technical problem for more than 40days now. The problem does not only lie with the machine, also the philosophical term of Customer Support as being meant by Onida organization itself. As with the case of mine, i had called the unified customer support[protected] more than 8 times.But to my surprise i had a registration no:[protected] first on 13-July-2009, second 56382375 on 20-July-2009 and third 66380402 on 11-Aug-2009 afresh. Doesn't it sound rubbish and unprofessional hearing, all the complaint nos pertain to the same unresolved service problem. The efficient unconvincing reasoning on this case has been mentioned on human error, technical snag, operational procedure, blame game on the individuals, every other time you reach the customer support. But to the sadness, none has turned-up to resolve my issue yet and clueless when such would ever happen. Does Onida ever understand what Customer support least to be meant? Does the fate of the customer has to be suffering only with their franchisee M/s. Adonis? as the Onida website too do not work specifically only on the feedback page.Before requesting fellow countrymen to eject them out of business, the hunted customer feels for livelyhood of many individuals associated to the company, but why not the same be reciprocated by its employees on whom the company is built of.
