Hello Sir, I have purchased onida G510 with serial no. G[protected] on 15th january 2010. which restarts many time and having network problem. I have been to the mobile dealer first to inform about the problem. but the dealer directly sends me to the service center. where i submitted my handset on 20/01/10. which is still there and there is no sign of getting repaired or any other task as the handset is new. the company is sort of spares. sir please work on my complaint as soon as you can. i am very badly effected by the company dealer and the company service given already to me. as the customer is nothing for the company. i have also problem with the operation software of ONIDA mobile as it is totally a chinese software and firmware. i need the replacement of handset as the problem comes in the new handset.

I brought an onida dual sim handset model no G550, IMEI no.[protected] and 2nd IMEI no.
[protected].The service providers are BSNL AND VODAPHONE.They send me massage that your IMEI numbers are duplicate and not registered with GSM society.They
ceased my service yesterday.I serprised that onida like company makes foud with costumer.
I request onida company to registered the IMEI numbers in GSM society.Now what can I do.

    We had purchased Onida Lexini 32 inch LCD in 2007, and it was running fine till 1st week of January '10. It stopped working, and only audio was coming.

    We registered a complaint with Adonis that day itself and were told that one technician will come in 3 days time, and since we are not in warranty period, we have to pay Rs. 850/- for this.

    After 3 days, a technician came, and he switched on the TV. He just looked at the TV, and immediately decided that the panel has to be changed! He didnt even open the set to look what the problem is. He further told that this will cost 80% of the TV cost (Rs. 24,000/-).

    We were shocked, and contacted his group leader (Mr. Prakash of Tambaram branch). He told that all electronic products have this risk, and can fail. He said he will try to get it completed at a discounted price of Rs.20,000/- all inclusive (panel, tax, service charge etc).

    Having already invested Rs. 40,000/- in this TV, we were left with little choice but to go with this option. We paid 10,000/- as advance, and gave the TV for panel replacement on 11 Jan 2010.

    All the time they took for rectifying the problem, we didnt have TV at home (during pongal festival) and finally when they were about to give the TV, the lead technician (Mr. Munusamy of Nungambakkam head office, Adonis), innocently puts it saying if we had told that we didnt have a spare TV at home, they would have given a spare! He never told in the first place that they have such a process for LCD tv's, and he plainly put the blame on us for not asking for a spare. How can we know their process if they dont disclose ?

    After taking 11 days (citing all kinds of reasons, like pongal holidays, courier and finally delivery van!!! ), they delivered the TV yesterday (21 Jan 2010).

    When we switched on the TV, we noticed that there is a very degradation of performance of TV. When objects move on the screen, its not rendering fast, and the appearance is somewhat ghostly. In some channels, this is very prominent.

    Do I have no option other than to pay the rest 10,000 Rs/- and live with this not very well perfoming TV just because I did the mistake of buying the TV in the first place from this wretched TV company ?

    Please advise what should I do for this faulty, imperfect and delayed service?

      purcheased an onida tv 14 " on 2-6-2006. foot ball world cup, with 4 year warranty. now this has power supply problem... get off intermittently. asked for free service .... but it was refused by the service center.
      kindly help me to solve the problem.
      if no action taken i will file petition at consumer court ernakulam

        I have purchased one 29 OXYGEN THUNDER 1200 DUAL TONE CTV on 01/10/2009 from one of your dealer M/s.Chellamani & Co Trichy within a few period that is during last week of December we heard a blasting sound while watching TV and later we found that the KY bass is not working in the Unit. Immediately we contacted the dealer and we was informed that the service person will be send to check the issue. Later we again contacted the service point and a service engineer attended the complaint and we was informed that the reason for KY Bass not functioning is because of failure of IC unit in the part and also he assure to replace the IC within a week and now we was replied yesterday that there is no supply of the parts from the Manufacturer .Hence we finally want our problem to be solved immediately orelse we will be in a situation to flash that the product is failure in parts supply.

        Expecting a positive reply from our side to avoid further hardships

          My TV has stopped working since FRIDAY. I gave a complaint(NO 0006) to the Hyd Office. I had the same problem earlier and was rectified at Rs.1800.00. Mr Rajesh visited promptly on Saturday and said it will be repaired by Tuesday.

          WHY SUCH A LONG TIME> DO NOT YOU KEEP SPARES> WHY DID THE PROBLEM RECUR?

          I called their office on Tuesday and Mr Rangaji said it will take another two days. I am waiting. EVEN IF THE PRODUCT HAS TO BE IMPORTED IT WILL NOT TAKE SUCH A LONG TIME.

          Do YOU REALLY EXPECT ME TO BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT OF ONIDA. I VERY MUCH ENVY MY NEIGHBOUR AS HE DID NOT BUY AN ONIDA TV>

            Dear Sir / Madam

            I have purchased one new LCD TV ( model - L032XRTBBX1 ) from MCIE, Mathura Road,Delhi. Onida company dealer on dated 01/06/09, Rs/- 25,350 with invoice no. [protected].

            During this 6 month i have faced lot of problems in my TV, which is as below :-

            1. TV remote not working properly, as per expert there is manufacturing defect in it, due to that same was replaced by the dealer.
            2. Voice hanging problem.
            3. Unwanted line on screen
            4. Panel Defect


            For all above we have called Service Representative of ONIDA ,as him there is big manufacturing problem in the TV. due to that he want to take this TV at their service workshop for required repair.

            From the last 20 days TV( LCD ) is with Onida service center but there is no replay from there end.

            Sir, if there is big fault in TV , which is not understood by experts kindly arrange new tv for the undersign.

              Our micro wave oven (25 ltr.) developed problems of cooking for 3-4 minutes without completing the full cycle and after some days, total non heating. I registered the complaint at Kolkata vide Complaint Docket No. [protected] dt. 10/12/2009. Some technician visited our home after 5-6 days and booked our complaint in his register. He also assured that the parts required for repairing will soon be available after 1 week time. Even after 2 weeks of complaint, there was no response from you side. This forced me to speak to the call centre today and after discussing with 2-3 persons, I got the Kolkata service center no. There ONE MR. B.HALDER (M : [protected]) spoke to me and he also couldn't assure me when the spares will be available (within 1 month or at all available!! ). He gave me a cell no. of Center head Mr. Vivekaknanda Ghosh (M :[protected] and I just repeated the same old story which I was telling to each and every person of your service centre. He requested me to give my cell no. for further information and promised to look into the matter.

              I have already started telling people not to go in for any Onida products as they are making fool by telling good after sales services to the customers.

                I have purchased ONIDA Fully Automatic Washing Machine Model : HYDROMATIC-62 from M/s. Kalpana Enterprises, Kothi Rd., Vadodara on 17/07/2007 . Which having 02 years warrantee.
                Machine having problem and I had called ONIDA Service Center at Vadodara ( Ph No : 3988900 ) on 05/05/2009 and registered complaint No : 5/1055.
                Engineer had attended call on 07/05/2009 and told that machines BODY has to be replaced. As machine was under warrantee, He assured that within 2-3 days he will be come again and will replace body.
                But No one turned up. So I again call on 16/05/2009 to Mr. Rajendra Patel ( Mobile No : [protected] ), Head, Service Center, Nizampura, Vadodara. He told me that it will take some time as BODY has to be Import from KOREA.
                Again I had call him on 21/05/2007 & Today 26/05/2009, But he replied me same that It will be take some time and It is not in his control.
                As I am suffering lot because of non working of my ONIDA Washing machine Since 07/05/2009 and Nobody answer me when it will be work.
                This is mental as well as physical harassment to me and my family.
                Therefore, Kindly look into this matter and solve problem at earliest.

                  I had purchased Washing Mahine Hydro shakti (Hydro fall 70) one in last week of June 06,
                  There is problem in function which was serviced 10 months back by service men, and he has replaced only dust collector bag but he did not attended problems related to machine, Local dealers are not even attending calls.
                  I am mentally harrased due to this attitude of co towards cutomer as I own most of the white goods from ONIDA but this time I am feeling guilty for purchasing.

                      Respected sir,
                      this is vignesh from tiruvarur which is in tamilnadu.we bought a onida oxygen 300 tv which is 29 inches 2nd january 2009.after three month tv starts a problem.so i complaint in onida service centre 23 april 2009 but the serviceman not perfectly solve the problem.due to this once again i complaint in onida service centre 15 september 2009. from the date the serviceman not come to solve the problem still.he is cheating me.due to this i am fully upset.this is the right way treating the customer like this? I Hope you that you may solve my tv problem.otherwise me and advise my friend not to buy any other onida product.

                        Dear Sir,

                        We have purchase a TV (ONIDA OXYGEN 29 THUNDER 1200 OXTS) from RA ELECTRONICS PVT LTD , "Samir" Bldg. Kothi Road,Vadodara.

                        After approx three months this TV get damaged and they provide us reparing and then after they have also make a replacement of TV but now new TV also get damaged and they are not giving us proper responce.

                        Please do the needful in this matter.

                            bought a Onida DVD player, Model-HDR - 5522 ATOM in October, 2009 and had hardly used it for 5-6 times since then. Its remote control had stopped working. There is no provision on the DVD Player to play and rest of the functions.

                            I appoached the Agency from where i had purchased the DVD Player along with bill and i was informed that there is no Warranty on the remote.

                            It is really frustrating that I had purchased a Branded DVD Player only for the sake of warranty and quality. BUT it had stopped working so soon when i had hardly used it and on top of it there is no warranty and simply they told to purchase nw remote which will be in range - Rs. 400-450.

                            ONIDA/DVD Player HDR - 5522 ATOM — No Warranty on DVD Player

                            I bought a Onisda DVD player, Model-HDR - 5522 ATOM in October, 2009 and had hardly used it for 5-6 times since then. Its remote control had stopped working. There is no provision on the DVD Player to play and rest of the functions.

                            I appoached the Agency from where i had purchased the DVD Player along with bill and i was informed that there is no Warranty on the remote.

                            It is really frustrating that I had purchased a Branded DVD Player only for the sake of warranty and quality. BUT it had stopped working so soon when i had hardly used it and on top of it there is no warranty and simply they told to purchase nw remote which will be in range - Rs. 400-450.
                            I bought onida 5957 & used very minimal times. it's stopped working after 4 months. but i was told that,
                            lence is gone bad need to be replaced by paying additional Rs 1200/-. i simply thrown out the player.

                            I request people not to buy any onida products. It has only good features but no quality.

                            I had purchased Onida HDR 5522 DVD player from Reliance Digital. Its remote did not work and when taken to Reliance they refused to check. They gave the number of Onida which never worked. After downloading the same from Internet, the call center refused to take the complaint of the remote. As already stated in the complaints above, the system do not have the manual controls. This has made my money going down the drain.

                            I hope Onida management hears this complaint and good sense prevails upon them and the systems are rectified.

                            I purchased Onida HDR 5522 Atom DVD player from Bajaj Electronics Hyderabad in 2010. I might've used it hardly 10-15 times since then as it always used to give some or the other problem. Mostly the remote controller is non responsive. Within 6 months the power supply board in the player packed off. Got it repaired against warranty from service center. Remote problem still remained irregularly. Finally now new issue arised, the lens gone faulty and Onida Service Center Palakkad asked 2000 Rs for resolving. Remember I might've used it hardly 10-15 times. This is highly failed product of Onida. Both player and remote. And the worst part is service center persons are highly irresponsible and charges heavily.

                              In April 2009 I have a gift from my friends.Its ONIDA F950 handset.But last month its became a repair.Its problem that its could not charging.I thing its charging problem.Last week i went into ONIDA service center but they asked me that they can not handaled without purchase reciept.I can missticallyl distroy the purchase reciept. So I have many problems for using your company handset F950.Please help me. kindly.

                                My microwave ovenr was sparking. So I called for repair services from n onida service center in Andheri East. An engineer/serviceman came over and checked out the appliance and informed me that a part had to be changed. It was accordingly decided thatnhe would obtain the part from his agency and come back again to complete the job. This was a month ago. My calls to their telephone number is either frivolously answered or ignored.

                                onida / microwave oven — DEFECT IN MICROWAVE OVEN

                                I HAD PURCHESED A ONIDA MICROWAVE OVEN ON 24/03/2010 FROM SALES EMPORIUM, 443 JESSORE ROAD,KOLKATA-700074 AND UNFORTUNATELY WE NOTICED SOME DEFECT IN THE OVEN. IMMEDIATELY WE LODGED A COMPLAIN TO ONIDA SERVICE CENTRE, ON 11/01/11 AND
                                COMPLAIN NO.1452. AFTER TWO DAYS ONIDA TECHNICIAN CAME AND INSPECTED THE OVEN AND TOLD US THAT SOME PARTS TO BE RENEWED AND THE JOB WILL BE DONE SOON.BUT IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT SO FAR(MORE THAN TWO MONTHS OVER) NOTHING BEEN DONE IN SPITE OF REPEATED REQUEST.
                                THEREFORE, I WOULD REQUEST TO YOU LPLEASE TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION TO PROCTECT THE CONSUMER LIKE ME.

                                    jst after 20 to 30 from buying the tv it strted givvvbad sound as if its speaker is torn out.
                                    i contacted the dealer he told that because of lcd sound output is low u will listen the same sound.nw is my money gon waste. please help.

                                    I purchased Onida Xaria in Oct. 2009 at around Rs.14, 000/-. I hardly use my TV. In Nov. 2010 the display was started giving trouble.. I called the customer care.. they are telling that the Display Panel of the TV has gone which costs around Rs. 7, 500/- to repair.. What is the worth purchasing the TV which gives such complain within a limited span of time. And at the same time it was told that the extended warranty requires Rs. 2, 000/- per annum which is not calculative. Better check before purchasing any LCD tv

                                      One month ago took one LCD TV at SONY electronics located at Chandanagar, Hyderabad.

                                      LCD and remote is not working since 20 days. We called so many days regarding the same, no body is not responding and they were answering very carelessly.What should i do, Please help me out on this.
