Dear Team I have purchased a software form nokia ovi store the details of which are as follows Purchase number:[protected] Purchase date: 19 February, 2013 11:42:32 AM IST Charged to: Your !dea phone bill Purchase description: Adobe Reader LE 2.5 Price: Rs. 35.00 (plus applicable taxes) The software didnt get installed in phone but the amount was deducted. I mailed to nokia for the same the interection no's are as follows 1-[protected] 1-[protected] but they replied to get in touch with the service provider(IDEA) for the same. Idea in reverse do not reply any mail and refuse to refund on phone calls. You are requested to interfare for the matter and resolve. Sir in this way I shall Stop using BSNL Services.
