I placed a order for a pack of five shirt. But I will not be my home for some days so I wish to cancelled my order. So I request you please cancelled my order. This pack contain 5 shirt rs 1099 including 100 delivery charge but I am not geting any order id or relivent information. When I try to cencel my order I unable to found any option to order cancelation. So I wish to cencel this order.

Size mismatch and poor quality..I ordered 3 jeans which was very good on site..and when it came it has poor quality. And size of all three jeans is not same...Jeans color is not at all good.. i tried to get in touch with customer care but no response even i have sent them an email regarding the issue but as usual no update. This shows how poor customer service is of onlineclues.com. While buying they said if you dont like product u can return it.. Hassle free return. fake it is they not at all look at customer once product is sold. Requesting to get the issue resolved.

Onlineclues is a fraud company. I ordered 3 jeans and they delivered totally a different one than what was suppose to be sent. They have not displayed there contact number also on the site. I am going to fire a complaint against them.. I have complainted on customer care and now they are not picking my call and nobody contacted me as they said that i will get call from company regarding return of my order

When I saw the product on line that’s good but when I have received the both product when have they delivered quality and colors both are changed and also have received the very bad quality product. Hello,

I have purchased the product ofLondon Looks Men's Cotton Casual Regular-Fit 5 Solid Shirts! and the quality iof product is worst and not at all suiatable to wear and I have tried to call multiple times but it always comea bust as if they have blocked my number and also i have send the email requesting the retun form which is necessary to retun the product and there is no response .
And after 3 days they will not accept the return.

Please make a complaint against this as all the customers are facing the same issue

This is the worst ever online service. I have ordered 3 jeans set with Order ID- CIN440897, I got this package, but the stuff is very poor and the sizes are also not standard so i want to return this product and want my money (Rs. 999) back as this order was COD.

Also i have been trying the customer care number from last 4 days and it always shows busy. This is clearly not the way to serve your customers.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
