I ordered three branded shirts for rs. 799. They gave me some cheap secondhand shirts, altogether different from what i saw on internet while ordering. I want to return it and i want refund. They did not even gave proper invoice.
I tried cancelling order, the very next day after ordering, but it didn't got cancelled then. Now all of sudden, they send such cheap clothes.

I tried calling them, now they it is not sent by them and they are not answering properly to sort this out.

So it's clear that there's some group who is working by your name and fooling people. Why don't you act on this as this is causing harm to your reputation among customers too ? I'mean, now I would never dare to order anything from onlineclues. You should take strict action against it, since many people are fooled by your name.

This is first time i order jeans online a
I hope that was good stuff and same as shown in picture but it was totally differnt...I want to return my jeans because these jeans are totally diffrnt fron which i order the color or design..and this is not denim and the picture which shown in onlineclues shopping are differnt from the jeans which i get when its feeting is very lose and it is very uncomfertable for me so plzz take a action and return as soon as possible..

I ordered a london jens 3 blended denim combo packet on 2 sep 2016. I selected the color and quality on internet and ordered but they send me the worst quality and other colour jens. Now i want to return my order and get my money back but they didnt attend my call or there number is busy always. Please help me out from this trouble and punish this website for this. This type of site is always use there fraud techniques and cheat the public. I already send email on that site 4-5 times but there response is negative.I am in defence and i use to be polite and true with our nation and they are doing this with us. Really i felt very shame to these type of fraud sites. Please sir take necessary action against them.
I hope you will take necessary step against them.
