I have ordered a 3 jeans pant in online clues website but am receiving a material is totally different in the terms quality colour fitness. So I want to return this product asap

I purchased combo 5shirts in 1 item and received the item on 12 Sep, 16 but i am very unhappy to see these items because all shirt's size Long and colors are not correct as on seen yr advertisement image so i want to refund the money because i can't truth on your company again.

I have ordered London looks 3 blended denim jeans combo size 30 SKU code: LL 3 jeans 5; Rs 1099 CIN 437370 order date 1 sep 2016. I have already mail you and contact you for return my order it is totally different and worst in quality but there are no any follow up taken by you against my complaint registration no 12527. So plz immediately tell me about your procedure for return and refund my money.

I had ordered LONDON LOOKS Blend of 5 cotton shirts on 07/09/2016 through Onlineclues.com.

I have received a set of 5 shirts today i.e.[protected] by Blue Dart courier AWB [protected].

After opening packaging, I got shocked as the colour, quality etc of none of the shirts match with product which I had ordered as per the images shown by onlineclues at the time of placing the order. Colour of the shirts is totally different. Quality of all these shirts is very very poor. Size also seems to be different.

I had received a call few days back to confirm the order and at that time I had asked that guy to confirm whether the colour, quality etc will match and he had assured me that the same will match with the ordered ones. I have recording of the same available with me.

As the item is totally different, I would like onlineclues to take these shirts back and arrange to refund the money with immediate effect. If no action taken, i will move to consumer court.

I have paid Rs.1099/- (Rs. 999/- cost of shirts + Rs.100/- shipping charges) to the courier guy in cash at the time of receiving the order.

I had not ordered this type of product in model also, i have selected only which displayed in online when i ordered is completely different in colours and model also and quality also very poor which i recieved today. So, i don't want this type of shirts. Hence, return my amount.

I received this item sep 8, I checked packed, totally wrong packing and what that time ordered 5 shirts is not there in packing, Your are send Wrong Color and Wrong Product delivered, and I'm not satisfied with item.I'm not impressed to your product, and I'm not satisfied 100%. I try to these numbers [protected]/39 not connect to lines and i try to number of times, finally I raise complaint send to mail, they respond to just mail, and i did complaint to done 72 hours not further communication, Please Refund my Amount As soon as possible.

After opening packaging, I was surprised to see that the none of the delivered shirts match with ordered ones which was placed as per the images shown by onlineclues at the time of placing the order. Colours are also different. Quality of the same also different from the images and seems to be very very poor.

I had received a call few days back to confirm the order. At that time I had asked that guy to confirm whether the shirts will be of the same colour, size, quality etc. The guy had confirmed that shirts will be same. I have recording the same as well.

As the shirts are different, I would like to return the same and want Onlineclues to arrange to refund my money with immediate effect otherwise I will move to consumer court.

I had paid Rs. 1099/- in cash (999 - cost of shirts + 100 shipping charges) to the courier guy at the time of receiving delivery.

Dear representative, I had placed an order for a product on onlineclues.com on 19th July 2016. The product which i ordered was a combo of three Linen Shirts of size "Small". It was miserable when i saw the product which i received on 23rd July, not only it was significantly different but also the size was "Medium", the color of all the shirts was different, the material was highly cheap and was not at all a slim fit pattern as it was mentioned on the website. This was not at all expected by me. Since Monday i.e. 25th July i have been trying to call them but nobody is picking up. Even After my multiple emails and follow-ups, they just have been assuring but still my return/refund request has not been processed yet, not even a single action has been taken yet. I got a completely different set of product from the one that I ordered. Nobody is receiving the call made on number provided on their website. No return option is mentioned in the website either. I have orderd a combo of 3 shirts from onlineclues.com but they have delivered totally different product and quality was not good at all. More over when I try to call the customer care no... No one receive my call. This is not a good online site to shop on. This site should be banned.
