I had ordered for Shirts from Onlineclues.com, by paying COD.
But the shirts i received is of not good Quality, Color is faded and it is dirty.
Also size doesn't match and product not what is shown in website.No one is give a proper response.This is my 3rd comolient regarding this issue.can u plz refund my money.

I have ordered 4 combo shirts of 3 .. the size wanted is M but they delivered me size L for all 3 of them.. i want to return it. please refund my cash.

I have received order but it is not as a have seen online...so i want to return it...

I ordered 3 denim jeans 1 month back... but the size is inappropriate for me.. so I registered complaint for returning of goods .. but 1 month over...no one come here &pick up the goods... complaint no lF378..i tried to call customer care of online clues...but it always says no is busy......

and that was fully different from the image given by you in the screen

I have ordered a combo of 3 shirts and product was delivered on 2/3 august but i found colour missing in the product so i requested for a return they provided me a complaint id 9423 after one week they didn't make any responses so i called them again and asked what should i do then they said me to courier the shirts on the shipper address i have done that too... But i didn't get my money back yet and one thing more their phones are always...

Its been 3 days no responce of my order and not even a single call has come from company so what should i do and after seeing this bad reviews should i belive them and continue shopping...

I have ordered on aug 7, 2016 3:07:04 am.

I received it on 15.08.16. After receiving i found that it was different in colour so i called customer service for return and online clues gave me the return complain no 10414 & told me that it will be picked up within 10 days from my address.
But 10 days are gone but they made no service.
They are unreachable...

I got my shirt... Two days ago and after opening the parcel... I found out that the colours of shirts were completely different from what it was there on website... And i didn't like it... So i would like to return the shirts at the earliest and get my money back...

Branded combo of 3 pure cotton shirts
Sku code-3 solid m

Products received is not as per order placed,
Size ordered was m and color ordered was yellow, navy blue and white

Parcel received size is incorrect and color mismatched
1 shirt xxl and 2 shirt l, color mismatched and all products are not branded.br...
