Hello, I have ordered combo of 5 cotton shirts but it is totally different from the shirts I have ordered for.Product I have seen and ordered is completly different than what I recieved. I have placed the 3 shirts order on onlinecluses dated on[protected]. I received the wrong color n wrong quality very worst product. Of order no. Cin324323. I ave launch complain on customer care of on onlineclues from on date 29-07-16. Even after a so my reminder on email. And nobody on customer care no picking the phone on phome [protected], [protected]. And no any single reply came from onliclues.com. Seen the below emails.

And do neeful & take necessary action on onlineclues.com. It's fraud company.

Hope u will do the needful urgently.

I ordered 3 cotton shirts when i saw the product i was disappointed. The product completely different as shown in image and colour shade is also different. Among of them one shirt is damaged. The quality is also cheap. I want my refund.

Ordered a pack of branded combo of 3 cotton premium partywear shirts. Material is quality is so cheap and size is not perfect even shirts are not same as shown in picture. I tried to call many times to customer care but no one picking phone call and not responding after fill the form as available in onlineclues website. Looking forward from your side please see this issue on priority otherwise ready for court notice.

Last week i bought this london looks pack of 3 jeans and after i received this product i found that all the jeans are of same color but while i was purchasing this product it was stated that these jeans are of 3 different color also i found that the quality of these jeans are very poor... Returned reasons:

Product cotton 5 shirts and polo 5 t-shirts is totally different in design from the show in image of your site.
Two t-shirt are same color and very local cloth
Hirts are mentioning in your site like party wear but the products are local cloths differ from you offered.
I also did not receive any separate invoice...
I want refund my money
I don't want your other products

Dear my complaint no. Is 7515, i requested u for refund of london looks branded shirts (Set of 3) more than 1 months ago. But till now i have not gotten any response from ur side. While u told me for resolve this issue within 7-8 days. Pls solve it soon otherwise i will b taken legal notice against ur compant.
While i try ur no. Which is always busy... Take it serious.
