My pnr is 98522367. And as per the schedule i waited for 2 hrs as the bus is extremely late.. But it does not pick me up as the operator is extremely rude and doesn't contact me properly and doesn't waited for me a single minute. Then he asked me to come at 11 kms awqy but when i reached half a way he told me that he doesnt wait for me and spend 178 for the cab
I want to take some actions against the travels and want my money back as thete is no fault of me.

I have a pick up at madiwala police station at 6.10 pm on 8 august 2019. I. E. Today but the bus arrived at 8 p. M. And operator does not contact me properly as his voice is not audible. I call him back in secs.. And he told me to come to middle of the road that is not the pick up point. And then suddenly he started bus and doesn't wait for me for a single minute [protected] operator no. When i ask him to stop. He mishaves with me and tild me to come to next pick up point which is 11 km. When i reached half way he told that he does not wait for me to come. I want my miney back as thete is no fault for me anyhow. This is totally devastating.

I'm travelling from chennai to hyderabad with bearing pnr[protected]. It's been more than 2-hours that my pickup hasn't arrived and driver is honking that there is vehicle break down. I've urged them for replacement of the vehicle but still they never care. The driver is complete jerk that he is feeding off all the passengers time and the management pays no response for such. Pathetic service and additionally they charge huge amounts but for unworthiness.

When the bus was stopped for the passengers nature needs it was observed that a few passengers bags found missing. Your representatives are saying that they have locked the door properly but when we checked there is no proper locking mechanism which was confirmed by your officials over the call. As per them the staff in the bus knew the situation but still they kept the luggage.

When checked we found that my luggage bag is missing, valuable includes laptop, 2 pair of branded red tape shoes, 6branded jean's, 4 t-shirts, 4 shirts and my pune flat keys etc.,

Lost my luggage in such a bad way that i didn’t have proper dress to go to office or other works once i get down in pune and there are a few passengers who lost their official laptops for which they are answerable in office.

But there are some points to be cleared by you

1. Why the orange travels has not provided such a kind o[censored]nfit bus despite knowing the bus condition?
2. What does orange travels is willing to prove with this do they want us to trust or ignore ott hereafter
3. Why the staff was not informed to not to put the luggage in the back dicky when he knew that the locking system is not proper?
4. Is this the way that your drivers are trained too??
5. What is the solution that you are providing to these passengers?

On behalf of all the customers who lost their luggage, we are demanding for the proper solution to this problem asap.

We were traveling from hyderabad to pune in orange tours and travels bus no. Ka 51 ac 6017 on 28th july 2019 scheduled from 10:40 pm - 10.30 am. We were all woken up early in the morning at 6 am to check our luggage in dicky as the dickey lock was broken. They driver and conductor were claiming that the lock broke last night while we were traveling. I was awake at 2am last night when the driver stopped the bus for no reason for 10-15 minutes while they claimed that it was just for a refreshment break. The driver was scolding the conductor in kannada language for his negligence, as it seemed that he already knew about the lock which was in poor condition. I have lost a kit bag along with valuable clothes and boots. We couldn't stop the bus to file an fir in the nearest station as it was delaying the schedule of the other passengers. I have lost luggage along with 4 others of whom few have lost precious jewellery and laptops. Kindly help us at the earliest.

Bus break down and it's been 2:30 hours no action taken. Drivers don't have basic information also on self start. How could they send unprofessional drivers. Its very unsafe. Don't play with our lives. We need to go to bangalore for offices so many elder people and children are there kindly take serious action. We being ladies suffered a lot driver not even actively taking any steps don't know how they will appoint in trained drivers

This jaya reddy. 7 june 2019 i ve booked a ticket useing lazypay money. But some other issues and all i ve been cancelled ticket with in 10mints. I didn't get my refund. 2 hours before when i started book a ticket u accept. With in 2hours before if cancel ticket why can't u accept. That bus it's totally full in sivarampalli. Tha lazy pay sent notification to pay money. With out travel how can i pay. No body rich hear. Plz accept my request and give refund to lazypay.

Ticket no.96034129, its from shiridi to hyderabad... We have taken u5, u6, as we wer informed by our friends to go by orange services we thought to give a try but everything here is like reverse. Wen i asked to check the ac which was dug with plastic cover and to change the movie... The response was very rude, aisa he rehtha hy daily is the only thing he said... Wats use wen u choose ur service but u people are not good at it... The journey is for 12 hrs and we have to go through this till then... And response we get is nothing isnt it?

Worst experience with orange travels... I have booked the bus from Bangalore to adilabad.
1) bus change first time at outside Bangalore city.
2) bus Change 2nd time at Hyderabad.
3) conductor was nothing to give damn about whether all the passengers shifted to the other bus or not.
4) no announcement by driver or conductor that bus will gonna change in the morning 6.30am.
5) conductor haven't come to my seat to check whether I shifted to another bus or not.( Obviously I was at my deep sleep at 6.30am, no one comes in my dream to say that boss "tumhara bus change hone vala hai sube 6 baje to uthke rehena") all the passengers got shifted to another bus.
6) Bus reached Hyderabad at 6-7am as the bus was supposed to reached at adilabad at 9.30am. i.e bus was running late almost 3.5 hrs(dist frm Hyderabad to adilabad is of almost 5hrs)
7) both driver n conductor was laughing on my situation as I left my bus to adilabad just because of only my mistake. Just imagine my situation guys they parked bus besides highway, they locked the bus n went somewhere, total bus was airtight closed AC was switched off, I was suffocating like a hell. Thank God I went to drivers cabin so I found small fan n after trying for long time I was able to open the driver side window.
8) I was totally alone outside Hyderabad at almost 20-25 km from Hyderabad totally clueless what to do.
9) I seriously blame orange travel's careless employee for my situation as he was surely not come to my seat to wake me up. I lost my whole day traveling to adilabad from Hyderabad.
10) whole day I wasted, money I wasted coz of that bastard orange travels conductor.
11) that orange travels(sleeper)from Bangalore to adilabad is having 2.5 rating on red bus still I booked n seriously got stucked in situation situation.
Now onwards seriously Big 'No' to orange travels.

I have reserved seats with orange travels with PNR number :95825785 . this bus is travelling from Hyderabad on the way to Bangalore due to the over speeding and negligence of driver he hit the other heavy vehicle and ran away without even looking back about the condition of passengers . most of the injured are admitted in nearest hospital and under going treatment. I dont understand why people are still getting in to this useless bus service of orange travels . No response even though called to customer care except we are looking in to issue or manager will call back .
cancel licence of this ruthless and reckless company . it does not even qualify to be in to travel business .
I suggest everyone one dont board this bus and get your life in to risk .

I have booked 2seats in orange travels bus (Hyderabad to Bangalore). Orange management have cancelled the bus for some reason. They told the full amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Journey date:[protected]. It means i should get the money by by May first week. Today is 18-Jun-2019. Till nowi did not get my money. Every time when i call the customer care, they are telling due to technical problem the amount not credited. It will be credited in 3 more working days.

On the way of nizambad to pune our bus driver is driving the bus like plane, we warned him so many times. And he also dosent know the proper route.. After that when he is taking turn he takes the bus in to very small road where road construction is going on and electricity pole was there and he strike the bus on that pole, after that he can not control the bus, one of the tire puncture and bus keeps going on the road. Everyone in the bus is screaming loudly. After that incident we step down from that bus. We want our ticket refund back.

I have traveled with orange travels on 11th June 2019, the cleaner of the bus saved my number and sending me indecent texts. When tried to contact customer care there is no response and when called to Mumbai orange travels office, they do not have the details of the cleaner. Its a shame on private travels, if this happens with the women passengers.

As we had booked a seat for lady and her chiled to Hyderabad and accidentally we missed our local bus to ongole. Immediately we call the driver and inform the situation. He said that he is from Coimbatore and he dont know the route to Hyderabad and that was fine and i satisfied with his genuine answer and later i contacted office at ongole and requested that stupid Mr.N.Vasu to kindly assist the driver and to make it convenient to stop the bus at well recognized place near addanki But that fell answered arrogantly that this office wouldn't have to do nothing and gave a warring to be there at boarding point in hour. As we were from village far from ongole that is about 30Km without bus facility barrow a bike and started to ongole with that lady and her child and handful of laguage. Finally i approched the boarding point and let them seat in the seats. At that time also i have asked the driver from where he is, he replied that he is from bidhar this time. The driver seem to be aged below 25. At last i approached office and demand for explanation for his behaviour earlier on phone. He and i got shouted and at last he said that do what ever you can and get lost. So i demand the authorities is this how you train your employees, is this how you choose your employees to represent your reputations towards people??

If the orange travels awards towords satisfaction of passengers are true the authorities must take action against that Nagandla Vasu. He himself stated his name with surname and shouted at me go give complaint to anyone they will do nothing and i am seeing hundreds of you daily. So lets see what action will be taken against that headweight idiot.

I booked a ticket with redbus since there was only one female seat available redbus converted my gender i tried to reach out to customer care and it was always on hold next day morning i reached orange travels and boarded the same bus and agreed to sit in cabin even after paying sleeper AC amount, after moving to some distance Agent used very abusive language over the phone and I was asked to get down bus.I struggled for 3 hours to go back missed my working day, minor accident where i got down..tweeted the same

I have booked a ticket on Orange Tours and Travels bus, with registration number AR02 5798, from Guntur to Hyderabad on 9th Sep. Bus broke down at initial stage and we have been waiting for more than 2 hours. The bus operator is saying that the repair would take 3 more hours and we have to wait for 3 hours as they do not have a backup option available. This being a Sunday we are unable to find alternate transport due to high demand on weekends. We are feeling very helpless now, and feel the need of legal action to crib this kind of mishaps from happening in future. We need a law that demands all bus service providers to promise a backup plan and stick to what they have promised during sale of tickets

I have booked and cancelled Bus ticket to and fro SHIRDI/HYDERABD. Orange travels as per their Cancellation policy deducted 15% cancellation fee and sent me a mail that the amount will be credited back to my account with in 5 to 7 working days.But even after one month they have not refunded the amount.I have sent mails and contacted their customer service several time but of no response.

Till date i have called around 200 times to orange travels call centre, every time they are saying within 2-3 days you will receive refund but i didnt receive yet. They have booked other passengers also with higher rate in place of our canelled seats but they are not giving my refund. They are harrasing a lot.
Request to please look into so that i gets my refund.

I am traveling from indore to pune. I booked ac bus from indore to pune. Your bus ac not working.. What is this as i paid for ac but its not working.. When main door open it works but as soon as the door will closed ac stops cooling.. This is the big drawback in this bus. I cannot travel like this. Refund my money as this is too irritating.
