I booked a ticket from hyd to pune at 10.15 on 16 may and come to know that the bus is cancelled after i call customer care waiting for roughly 3 hrs. The travel is pathetic in it's service and doesn't have the courtesy to even inform their customers that the bus is cancelled. Lodged a complaint wid them but in vain. It's so frustrating. The two tickets booked for madurai from ecity bangalore for 30th april 2019 was told in phone call that it was cancelled due to weather damages while we were in boarding point. It was mentioned that tickets amount refund will be given in 2 days but later no response to email. Again it was told 7-10 days for refund. Today is my 3rd travel with orange travels, on all these occasions bus never arrived on time. With no information provided on late arrivals and your customer service and the number on ticket never answered any of my calls. Even now waiting for the bus, supposed to be here by 7:15 but it is almost 8:00. I missed so many of my schedules due to your messed bus service. If you dont reply or get back to me i am definitely going to consumer court....

This is very unfortunate to inform you that i am not able to use the given credit note details to do a ticket booking. I came to your office in suchitra, hyderabad, even they're also not able to book the ticket. Asked me to teach to call centre. They too didn't help me to fix the problem.

I was travelling from vijaywada to hyderabad on 05th may2019. Received very bad service at vijaywada orange bus stop from bus driver, staff and customer care people.

Bedsheets on my berth were dirty and smelling. When i asked staff for replacement of same, didn't get any support.
