Hi orange customer services,

I have booked ticket for 27th may from pune to hyderabad reference pnr number[protected] seat number l 16) at 22:45 hours hadapsar as boarding point. I have reached my boarding point at reporting time as 22: 30 hours. As waited long 2 hours 15 minutes bus came at 00:50 hours but there is no formal communication about the bus late to me. I was asked the driver about the late than got a response as bus breakdown at pune wakad. So finally i boarded at 00:45hours.

And after 200 km around from pune the actual bus i boarded was changed to and all the passengers were moved to other bus where i was not get informed to move to other bus even when there was changed in the at 02 :45 hours people should cross verify that all the passengers were shifted or not. But surprisingly before changing the bus orange travels ([protected] and [protected]) were communicated to the bus driver at 01: 28 hours and 01 : 42 hours respectively as bus drivers phone was not reachable.

I was not been intimated about the bus change during the actual change happen later i have communicated via sms at 02 :45 hours that change in the bus, but i have noticed till i wake in the morning.

When i wake this morning around 06 :45 hours i am in the bus which is coming back to pune and pune is 110 km from there i noticed.

As discussed about the bus change and all about with bus driver at that time both driver and cleaner were trying to blame each other for this miss. Finally i have no chance to continue my journey and i have returned back to pune and stayed in hotel for day and as per drivers help i have got booked another ticket for 28th may with same pnr 94476010 seat number l 09) at 21: 30 hours from hadapsar again and for this booking confirmation also i have been contacted 20 times at finally i got confirmed message at 16:32 hours.

And again i have not been communicated about the delay. So i have contacted the service centre and asked for the updates than i get the sms communication at 20:05 hours as i reached boarding point already.

And i have spoken to one of the number from the orange travels [protected] where i get this contact from bus driver and he was giving an irresponsible answer that he is giving me free ticket today and i missed the yesterday service on my own, where that should be responsibility of orange if there is a bus breakdown/late, so i just irritated and frustrated with this worst service ever.

Finally wanted to escalate this issue to consumers forum as i had lost a valuable day and important appiontments with my clients at hyderabad and i had to spend my money to stay one day in pune on 28th may.

I have every thing as proofs in my mobile to this issue legally please find attachments for some proofs.

Very bad experienceRough driving during chennai to Hyderabad travel, glass was Brocken, risk of life, very bad experience. Bus no. AR025357. No proper services, very bad experience and behavior. One of the wrost services.

    I booked a ac slepper ticket from hyderabad to vijayawada. Boarding point is esi. Boarding time is 10:40 pm. The bus was not arrived till now to boarding point till 11:53 pm. How much time should i have to wait. Raise the complaint and do the needful. Ticket details are as below:

      I had booked orange bus from bangalore to mysore on 18th may 2019. The bus was suppose to be starting 5 am from silk board. I received a call from customer care around 4 am in the morning stating the bus will be delayed by 1.5hrs and they gave me an option of cancelling the bus since it was the mistake from thier side and i was informed that my full money would be refunded in 3-5 working days. So i cancelled my bookings. I still haven't received any refund till date. Could you please look into this on priority.

        Dear orange travels,

        I booked orange travels bus from bangalore to pune (25 th may 2019.8.10 pm bus). I reached bus pick up point 7.30 pm itself. From 7.30 onwards i am trying contact bus driver and orange travels office which is given by booking time. All numbers switched off. Live tracking also not working. (They told this is new bus no gps not available). Finally without pick up bus went to pune. Then i called orange travels office marathahalli. They told my number not reachable. Pls refer attached photos. My number completely activated from 7.30 to 10.30 pm. Very poor response from orange travels manager. Please support to refund my amount.

          Hi,

          I booked around 10 tickets from pune to bangalore on 17th may. Bus got delayed almost one and half hr late. Bus got reached 8:50pm

          Because of that we started little bit late from our destination to get the bus. But some unwanted heavy traffic happened in pune we are reached at 9:15 into the boarding point. Almost two hrs before itself i tried to call customer care and bus driver about some delay to boarding the bus, but they never understand the customer concern. Finally i got the call form bus driver around 8:50pm and they informed you are not there we are unable to wait and left. I asked him to wait for 15 to 30 mints... Almost we reached... But he never understand.

          Again i made a call to customer care and arrange for alternate but no luck. Its very difficult to reach the customer care also most of the time.

          Finally i got a call from one of orange travels members on 17th may around 10pm and guys informed me will process for refund.

          After that i made a call to customer care on monday one of the guy akil also confirmed you will get the refund. Again i made on wednesday customer care person bharath raj and shanvarsan informed we will check and will give a call back, but no call back happened. Again i made a call on thursday sarath confirmed you will get the refund also you will get the call from our end on or before friday 5pm.

          No call back happened. Again i connected to customer care on today they are telling we will not process your refund. We cannot wait for passenger to come, because we are already late.

          My concern, if the bus got delayed then passenger to accept and wait for board, but if passenger came little bit late they are not even considering.

          Worst customer care service, not providing proper solution to the customer.

          I have recorded what ever i spoke to the customer care for the refund.

            We had booked a ticket from miyapur (Hyderabad) to boriwali (Mumbai) on orange app, dated 22nd may 2019, they gave us booking mentioning above pick up & destination. Later on when we boarded on bus driver clearily mentioned the bus last stop is sion & will not go to boriwali. Even after repeated contacting the head office they accepted its their fault but didn't actually provide any solution, just kept giving false verbal assurances (I have call recordings as proffs), we had to face immense inconvenience because of their inefficiency, pathetic & hopeless bus service ever is orange travels. Even other co-passenger had faced such unconvinced.

              I m travelling in Volvo multi axel sleeper class (2+1) from mumbai to Bangalore on 21st May .The moment bus started at expressway water continuously coming out and the bed is totally wet. When asked the attender he replied that the bus is not service in showroom even after 5 trips ( up & down). This is very pathetic condition after paying Rs 2000 per seat.
              I am not able to sleep neither relax. Orange bus need to refund the amount or else I will take it up online. I have pics also
              Pl revert me at the earliest. I have my return ticket in 28th May same bus same route.

                I had booked three tickets from hyderabad to bangalore for 18/5/2019 which departs from suchitra junction, hyderabad at 9.00 pm. Orange travels in which i was travelling met with an accident near ananthpur, before reaching ananthpur. I had an injury on my right knee for which i have to take 1 week rest. No one from orange contacted us for long. So we took another bus and came for which i had to pay 1500 rs for 3 people.in hospital i had to spend about 1000 rs. And since iam advised bedsrest for almost a week, i lose my pay too which is 14000/- kindly refund this amount which totals to 16, 500. Mental trauma is additional which was very high. The bus banged into a lorry in front. I have the discharge summary at the hospital and all other documents related to hospital. I am not able to upload as they are in pdf. If necessary is hall send them too

                  In ac sleeper bus it is quite basic thing to give a blanket, they have not provided it. And showing all amenities but coming to the bus no amenities are up to the mark. If i ask for tv he said it has some signal problem.ac is also not working well.
                  This is the bus of sleeper ac from tirupathi to nizamabad. Service is tt 88
                  Bus no ar024198. Very disappointed. I mostly use orange travels and i refer my frnds also but this situation made me dissappointed. Charged around 1500

                    Hi this is karthik. I booked around 10 tickets from pune to bangalore on May 17th... The bus arriving time 7:15 but its delayed almost 1 and half hour. After that bus came and made call to my mobile and I informed give me 30 mints. But the bus driver said I don't have time, please cancel the ticket we are leaving. I said pleae be there for 30 mints, but no response. After that we made call to customer care and arrange some alternative but they are telling you are only late. So request please get refund my ticket amount. Its almost 20+k.

                      I had booked a ticket for may 16 in bus ott 153 at 10.15 departure from paradise to pune. There was no msg or mail or call from your travels regarding the cancellation of the bus. I've been waiting at the pickup point from 9 pm.

                      At 10. 45 pm, on asking ur orange van driver, i was told that the bus ott153 is coming. How could someone just say it's going to come when it is cancelled. Why was there no intimation given to each n every customer. Haven't i paid money like the others?

                      Is this the kind of service you people provide us?
                      I lost my valuable time and the money spent for cab (₹600). I should get a complete refund of the ticket today along with the cab fares to and from the pickup point. (It wasn't my fault yet i needed to spend 600 to n fro for a bus which was cancelled. India hasn't become so free that a lone lady can stand on road till 1130. I hope u understand my concern and give me an explanation and not an apology like all ur customer care executives. Or else, i'm going to drag it to media and make sure people don't prefer orange after reading my feedback on social media and on news. I'm not threatening i mean it. This wasn't a mistake, it was sheer carelessness.

                      Unfortunately, orange sends promotion messages but leaves behind what is important.

                      I got a courtesy call at 4 pm on the travel date asking the facilities i need while travelling wherein i wasn't informed it was canceled at the first place.

                      I have never seen such a disgusting bus service before. It is pathetic to know that such a renowned travels cn be so reckless and leave their customers to assume that the bus would be cancelled.

                            Sub : bitter experience while travelling by orange travels bus – reg.

                            I d. Jagadeesh chand, one of the passengers, had a very bitter experience while travelling by bus service of orange travels.
                            On 11th, may, 2019 saturday, i travelled from hyderabad to vizag by bus no ap39t2272, service no – ott 165.

                            I started my journey from ecil. Pick up van came late by 20 min. Passengers waited anxiously in the rain. Because nobody is having the driver’s phone no. To make a call and getting information about the status. Customer care ph. No. Is not working. Nobody got any call or message from your services side to alert the passengers. Van came and picked up at ecil and dropped at l. B. Nagar. Bus came and started our journey. We felt that not sending any messages to passengers is lapse from services side.

                            Another biggest lapse is not paying attention towards passengers. I. E. What happened to me i am explaining below.
                            Next day morning at about 7.30 a. M., bus was stopped near a hotel after rajahmundry for natural calls and breakfast. All got down including me and taking breakfast. Another passenger d. Dinesh chand is taking breakfast along with me. All of a sudden, the bus was started and moving. On seeing, i ran towards the bus and waved my hands. But invain. Bus had moved away by leaving us at the hotel. We do not have bus driver’s ph. No. To our good luck, mr. Dinesh chand, my co - passenger had driver’s ph. No. He made a call to driver and asked him to stop it. By that time, bus had already moved two kms. Away from that place. Both we got up another bus and reached the spot.
                            Our bearth numbers are u5 and u15.
                            How the bus will be started without getting up all passengers. Is it not the responsible of driver and attendant to check wheather all passengers got up the bus or not before starting the bus.

                            We became very upset over this issue. If he does not have the driver’s ph. No. What is our fate. It shows the carelessness of the driver and attendant towards the passengers. With this, we are under impression that the services from your side is very bad.
                            The following should be implemented to improve your services.

                            1. Messages should be sent to the all passengers atleast 2 hrs., before starting of the bus service.
                            2. Provide bus driver’s phone number to all passengers to know the status of the bus and it helps to contact in case of emergency.
                            3. Training to be given to the drivers and attendants to alert the all passengers, how to behave with passengers, checking of all passengers wheather all got up the bus or not before starting the bus.
                            4. Ensure help line, customer care phone numbers are working.

                            Hope these will be implemented.

                              It was too worse taking bus or opting orange travel's in recent times. I'm a regular customer n now.. It is toooo irritating to opt this bus service. The cleaner of bus for bus no: ar024871 is the person responsible for this.. I've never thought orange travel's will keep unethical and ill-mannered guys as cleaner or a person who sits besides driver. He was too vulgar which really made my day a bitter start. I look forward to receiving your reply.

                                I have booked bus ticket for travelling rom hyderabad to mumbai on 04.05.2019. (Ticket booked on 22.04.2019) pnr number 13281030
                                I was trying to cancel the ticket from 02.05.2019 onwards since i was unable to travel due to some reasons. There web site was under renovation and i could not cancel my ticket. After stto many attempts on phone, i could connect once on 03.05.2019 and i requested them that the website problem is there and cancel my ticket on phone. They accepted the same and cancelled and informed me but there was no message from there side. Today is 15.05.2019 and since two days iam trying to contact them. After several attempts i could connect and i asked about my refund. The are still saying that it will take some time.
                                They are doing very much fraud, cheating even though they are such a reputed travels

                                  Sub : bitter experience while travelling by orange travels bus – reg.

                                  I d. Jagadeesh chand, one of the passengers, had a very bitter experience while travelling by bus service of orange travels.
                                  On 11th, may, 2019 saturday, i travelled from hyderabad to vizag by bus no ap39t2272, service no – ott 165.

                                  I started my journey from ecil. Pick up van came late by 20 min. Passengers waited anxiously in the rain. Because nobody is having the driver’s phone no. To make a call and getting information about the status. Customer care ph. No. Is not working. Nobody got any call or message from your services side to alert the passengers. Van came and picked up at ecil and dropped at l. B. Nagar. Bus came and started our journey. We felt that not sending any messages to passengers is lapse from services side.

                                  Another biggest lapse is not paying attention towards passengers. I. E. What happened to me i am explaining below.
                                  Next day morning at about 7.30 a. M., bus was stopped near a hotel after rajahmundry for natural calls and breakfast. All got down including me and taking breakfast. Another passenger d. Dinesh chand is taking breakfast along with me. All of a sudden, the bus was started and moving. On seeing, i ran towards the bus and waved my hands. But invain. Bus had moved away by leaving us at the hotel. We do not have bus driver’s ph. No. To our good luck, mr. Dinesh chand, my co - passenger had driver’s ph. No. He made a call to driver and asked him to stop it. By that time, bus had already moved two kms. Away from that place. Both we got up another bus and reached the spot.
                                  Our bearth numbers are u5 and u15.
                                  How the bus will be started without getting up all passengers. Is it not the responsible of driver and attendant to check wheather all passengers got up the bus or not before starting the bus.

                                  We became very upset over this issue. If he does not have the driver’s ph. No. What is our fate. It shows the carelessness of the driver and attendant towards the passengers. With this, we are under impression that the services from your side is very bad.
                                  The following should be implemented to improve your services.

                                  1. Messages should be sent to the all passengers atleast 2 hrs., before starting of the bus service.
                                  2. Provide bus driver’s phone number to all passengers to know the status of the bus and it helps to contact in case of emergency.
                                  3. Training to be given to the drivers and attendants to alert the all passengers, how to behave with passengers, checking of all passengers wheather all got up the bus or not before starting the bus.
                                  4. Ensure help line, customer care phone numbers are working.

                                  Hope these will be implemented.

                                  Orange Tours and Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  At the time of elections i have booked orange travel GNT SPL bus on Apr 10th. Due to bus breakdown they asked us to change the bus. But actually there isn't any other vehicle. They started boarding us into car who ever going to same destination as we were going. We requested for refund of 500/- but still havent received the amount

                                    The two tickets booked for madurai from ecity bangalore for 30th april 2019 was told in phone call that it was cancelled due to weather damages while we were in boarding point. It was mentioned that tickets amount refund will be given in 2 days but later no response to email. Again it was told 7-10 days for refund. Contacting for refund only can let to tell 7-10 days or cancel of bus tickets is not seen.in contact for boarding and after cancel information only there was confusion if really was cancelled or not. We requested proof of same yesterday the 12th but not got one and expecting refund.

                                      We had booked onward (10th may '19) and return (11th may'19) tickets from vanasthalipuram to rajahmundry and vice versa with orange travels. On the 10th, mother and me got text msgs stating the bus tracking couldn't be done as our numbes were unregistered, whereas we had registered both our nos. Called the customer care, who gave me the driver phone no., supposedly?? Called the no. To be told after few calls that i had to dial a different no... Called up to speak with the driver, supposedly, who shouted at me rather than empathizing.. I had two senior citizens travelling with me.. Weren't even being given the exact pickup point. The travel agency person had asked us to wait at a particular pick up point, ans we had waited for an hour only to be told by the driver/ conductor that that's a wrong pickup point. Eventually we were picked up.

                                      Return journey:

                                      Scheduled pickup time at kotipalli bus stop: 10:20pm

                                      Actually picked up at : 02:10 am

                                      I was travelling with 2 senior citizens. The travels didn't even have the minimum courtesy to keep us informed about the delay. When i first called up, was being told the delay would be for about 30 minutes, which just got renewed everytime i called up. I was being told that there was some leakage in the pipe, wherein the driver didn't want to risk our lives. There was no backup plan to handle this kind of a situation. We understand certain unexpected failures, but the lack of minimum courtesy is really shameful.. We are humans, not goods!! Would the travels have waited for us even 5 minutes, had we been late due to some reason or other??? I would want this issue.. Errr... Sorry these issues to be taken seriously, please...

                                        Hi this is suresh, actually i have sent one parcel from vijayawada to salem, but they haven’t dropped in salem. They taken that parcel to coimbatore directly, after they said that we are taking the parcel to salem again but actually they didn’t, such a worst reply i got from driver and the service mans... Plz do not select this travels. I felt very bad 😡😡
