I had booked my tickets from hyderabad to tadepalligudem. Due to some reasons i cancelled my journey and i cancelled my tickets. I cancelled my tickets week before the journey after cancellation of tickets i got message that money will be refunded but till now not refunded. I waited almost one month but till now money was not refunded....

I have travelled on september 21st from hyderabad to vellore. The bus got break down and all the passengers travelled by otheer soirces, as they didn't even responded about other alternative although we waited for more than an hour. I got a call once from customer care service stating that they will refund some amount of money but still no updates from them after that. It's like looting passengers amd making them fell more uncomfortable....

I had booked this bus for two people to travel from mumbai to pune. Firstly, it didn't arrive at the pick up location and we were asked to reach vile parle. Before we could reach, the bus left from there. We chased the bus all the way till kharghar. Every stop they said they waited for us, which is not possible because we were tracking the bus online. Service boy wake me up from while sleeping. I got last seat from the bus single bed, i vomited because of the hurdles and there is no pillow cover on my pillow. Worst ever bus service i've ever seen. Cockroaches all around inside the cabin and over pillows, slippery bedsheets, ac uncontrollable, no lights inside cabin, tv not working, curtains falling over passengers, charging points not working, torn bottle holder and what more..

Ideally the double sleeper is like a 6*4 bed, but orange bus sleepers have 2 separate mattresses where kids can't sleep properly and comfortably.

Travelling from vizag to hyderabad tonight. Bus starting from vijayanagaram. Driver unofficially made people sit in my reserved seats from vijayanagaram to vizag. Starting kakinada - 7:45 pm 08/09/2018 - 09/09/2018 (Hyderabad) bus number # aro23641.

Bus was break down at 4 m at hyderabad highway, no arrangement till 7 am.

7 am another bus came to pick the people and dropped at outskirts of hyderabad then arrange pick up van.

Pick van driver was so rude and not giving any information.

We frequently commuting to and fro bengaluru and kakinada. Earlier their services are good. That's the reason we're preferred to commute over orange travel buses. Now they are not maintaining timings as per schedule shown in the website. When tried to clarify with the staff, they are very arrogant and replying recklessly. After 7 am volvo took to hyderabad outskirts. Again another orange travels van
Took us into the city. We booked till sr nagar. The van driver refused to drop at sr nagar. Finally we have to got down at lakdi ka pool

Van drive was so rude not able to give any information....

I am traveling from orange bus bangalore to chennai morning bus. First of all the bus started from bangalore late by 30 minutes. No snackbox or water bottle was provided. At halfway they made us change the buses. Such pathetic operation.. Staff was rude. I am having last seat and all other seats are full of blankets.. Sitting in the middle of a pile of blankets... I expected better from orange for my 700 rs....

I was late for 5 mins and i called driver and informed to wait but still they didnt waited and i missed the bus from marathalli. I had to go to anand rao circle to catch the bus again and here the bus departure time was 7.50 pm but it departed at 8.10

I had been asked to report at pick up location at 5.15 am and it is 6.15 am the bus is still not here 1 hour of waiting is not less. And on calling the customer care to complain about this, he replied "aap travel hi kyu karti ho". This is what a customer expects from a tours and travels service. I had to reach somewhere urgently and was not sure if i would get buses at this time of the day i decided to book your ticket. I will never repeat...

Treating the passengers in very bad manner not allowing people to go for toilet itself for more than 3 hours and still i am in the bus only now and i am making this compliant... Also i asked him whether did you stop any places for dinner like that... He replied that he will stop at some place for only 10 min you get your food as parcel like that at time of boarding itself (8.10pm)... And he stopped 2 places for boarding only he didn’t allowed...

I am regular customer to your travels. Yesterday i purchased ticket through online to travel from hyderabad to guntur. I am supposed to get in to bus at lb nagar. I. E, bp petrol pump. I reached there by 11:25 pm. But right time is 11.45. Driver never called me simply they say we left from that place. They say we tried two times but ur phone is not reacheble. Now what is my fate....
