ORTEL claims they have Restored their Connections but we have NO SIGNAL from 3rd May to till Date 12th June. 42 days Is it not a WORLD RECORD ?
Every day 15 / 20 calls & 7 / 8 mails we are giving, NO RESPOND, NO ANSWER as if ORTEL is not Existing any More.
ORTEL, Customer Care (Call Center) always saying informing to Concern Dept. But what is that ? Where it is ? Who is there ? Human being or Animals ? That is not answering.

Ortel channel is subcribed in my pack list of tatasky but many times it is be unsubcribed automatically .i have added also still its a regular problem.

Plz look into it.
I reside at Jagatsinghpur after purchasing English movie channels from Ortel it is not coming, even after submitting the complaint 4 to 5 times the result is big zero...

    I don't have Ortel Cable TV connection from last one month and when i am calling the Ortel customer care they are telling that it will be resolved tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes.
    We are unable to get any information from them. One month is not a less time that these problems can't be solved. Half of the time cable was disconnected automatically. If this will be continue further then we have to think for some other service provider.

      My c. Id[protected]. I am trying complain in your customer service no. But i. E not responding my customer no. What does it mean? We are paying for the same so plz send your service guys with immediate effect in priority to resolve the issue else plz disconnect the service having informed us.

      Presently icc wc is going on but we are being unable to find the matches. Your payment collector is not coming to collect money in regularly but anyway we have already paid up-to last month. Ur payment collector mobile no. Is always not reachable so sometimes we are paying money with cards.

      Plz resolve the no signal issue at the earliest.

        I don't have Ortel Cable TV connection from last 20 days and when i am calling the Ortel customer care they don't have any shame in their face and telling that it will be resolved tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes.
        They are also taking advance money for this and are less concerned what the complain is and don't bother to listen what the customer is saying.

          Since 03.05.2019 the cable connection was disconnected due to fanny. 3 days later your jagatpur collection agent made me understand that my neighborhood houses got cable connection but mine was still disconnected. I made a complain at your customer care on last sunday, but that was not still solved rather your jagatpur collection agent was not receiving the calls.

          Please let me know what is the status of my complain and why my connection was not restored till yet while my neighborhood houses got their cable connection faster than me as they are paying more than me or credit amount lies on me. Since last sunday i am chasing before your people, noone answer me a right thing. Please answer me whether you are interested to give me the connection or else so many choices are there.

                I have a ortel connection with customer i'd 00822265. I padi for a pack of 295/per month. Which includes network capacity fee and also all taxes.. As per new trai rule they should provided free to air chanells but they not provide.. When i complained for that to their customer service they said that for these fta channels (Odia news channel like kalinga tv, kanaka tv, news 7, mbc tv etc.) u have pay to pay some extra charges which is 22/- which hidden by the ortel company... I tried to convince about the trai rule but they totally disagree... And said u have to pay extra ammount.. They are not obey the trai rules... Please dissolve my issue.

                I have already made the payments on ID 322175.But still channel are blocked.Why free channels are not coming.Especially News Channels.What is the matter?

                  3 month back my partner get electric shock when she touch television, soon after my television got display problem. I lodge a complain about this issue. They replay there is an electric short circuit due to a snake enter inside the connection box mounted at electric pole. Then after my television got dead.
                  There was no response from service people. I gave the tv for service any way it took time and charge me rupees 1600 for repair service. When i connect the tv again in this month there was no connection. I call to mr. Deepak jena who is the cash collector guy and there was no response. One day i saw there was a ortel bill on my door step and it was cost of rupees 620. The name was mention deepak jena. I called him but no answer. Today one new person came to my home asking for rupees 620. Please tell me whether i will pay the amount for the last bill. Please give justice.

                  Out of all free channels Ortel is not providing some of the free channel even if we pay for the minimum package of rupees 230 just like MBCtv and News7 these are in channel bouquet list but are unavailable to see So I request you to update that options

                    I have deposited rd 154/_ to view free channel as advised by your office.
                    . But not a single channel could be viewed. I have visited your office but not a single staff available except one dwarf boy was available who could not explain anything. Sri satya was said to be on leave sri amit has left the job for reliance. Next day onwards trying over phone none responds. U telephoned to no.[protected]. Yesterday by 5.12 pm. I am assured that it will be sorted out but not done. Tofay i tried twice nobody attended.

                      As i have a connection mem no 01403847 with 1 main and 2 additional. I m ringing to office since last almost 6-7 months to disconnect my 2 additional but they were not disconnecting and now asking for balance of those 2 additional also which i informed to disconnect. I have paid my main connection subcription still they disabled it when asked in customer care they were telling i have to deposite all amount else it will not be activated.
                      So comply me why should i pay for those which i have not seen? Else disconnect it immidiately.

                        Professionally i am a doctor... For my study purpose i took wifi connection this month... Wifi network is not available since 4 days. Complaining about 20 times... The result is zero.. Technician come but nothing sorted out.. This harrased me mentally, physically.. I had to go to the office regularly.. Still not working.. Since education is our basic right.. No one have the power to disrupt it.. Kindly take aa strong action

                          After trai regulations i have selected my package. I have selected zee family pack. But the ortel is not giving zee business channel though the zee business channel is included in zee family pack. I have been complaining to ortel regarding this problem for one month but they aren't listening to my complain. Why they are not giving this channel to the customer i can't understand. Please look into my complain n take necessary action.

                              Though i have submitted the channels package well before one week still there is no sony package, colors package etc are not available till today. From feb 1 i have been complaining the above till today. Your customer care people are giving only one answer that the problem will be solved by today from 1 feb till today. Pls explain me why i am not able to see the channels which i preffered. Pls do the needful otherwise i will be forced to complain the same with trai.

                                I have an internet connetion in the name of swadesh kumar tarai bearing no.01302394. I had deposited rs.1970. Towards my bill on the 4th jan, 2019. Your office nearer to mausima square gave me assurance for providing connection on the very day. I also met your senior person named mr. Saroj. Till date your office did not provide connetion. Therefore pl ask your office to provide connection on tommorrow positively unless otherwise i will hesitate to complain through conumer forum.

                                Dear Sir, I a resident of nayabazar, paradip is facing this problem frequently. From tomorrow all English Channel stopped working. Yesterday evening all English Channel & &TV also stopped working. Will be highly obliged if this issue will be resolved soon.

                                  Since last 21 days we have been giving complaints to your customer care office Ph no.- [protected], visited your local customer care office at Dharma Vihar, Jagamara, Bhubaneswar 3 times, send mail to appellate authority . But our problem not yet resolved . Now the blue lights are showing in the modem but there is no network showing in our system . We are using your broadband connection since last 3 years . The customer service is now worst . In this situation please advise how long we will bear this ? Why should we pay the monthly rental without any service from your end .

                                  Please improve your customer service & resolve our issue immediately otherwise we will be compelled to close the connection.

                                    I want to add some channels.. Sports chnnel in particular.. I want to know the procedure for that. I have been trying this for over months now, nothing works and its quite irritating. Ortel toll free no. Are even pathetic. The just never work. Kindly change your website. Make it more user friendly, orelse be ready to face consequences. No one will be using ortel comm. Henceforth.

                                      I have taken ortel tv connection in name lipsa pagal singh having consumer no.01792495. Today, on 05/12/2018, your collection agent misbehaviour my wife's, smt lipsa pagalsingh.
                                      She paid the due upto sept., 2018 and she told that she paid to your collection agent mr srikant and she told to your today collection agent to took the due of october and nov., 2018 but the said agent, today's collection agent behaved her and told he disconnect the connection.

                                      So, i request you to solve the problem and the proper action against the said agent otherwise i will take the help of legsl authority.

                                        I have cable connection in sampark vihar bhuvaneshvar with customer id: 01687627
                                        I have paid the bill of last month but while paying this month's bill, website is showing due amount.
                                        Please find attached my transaction receipt of last month.
                                        I regularly pay bill online through the ortel website. This time previous month bill is showing as pending.
                                        Please look into it and help us resolve it.
