Since 17th august 2018 i am facing no signal & no program and despite of several complain to ortel customer care but no body is there to respond or solved my problem. Though i have paid monthly bills through your collection agent but my connection has been stopped since 06.10.2018. Therefore i request you to solve my problems as early as possible since i have been prevented to watch the program for no fault of mine.

    My consumer no is 1793832. I have complaint more than 10 times during the month due to weak signal in my ortel tv connection. But still there is no improvement from your side. Very worst service by your ortel tv. Only you people charge every month without provide the good service to your customer. I just switching off to some other cable connection. And wait for 1 or 2 month, jio digital tv is coming to indian market. Then you people will close your worst business.

      Most of the channels are not working properly. The signal is not proper and there is a lot of disturbance. Maa gold is what i want to e fixed right now. I live at vim 77, sailashree vihar, bhubaneswar. Ortel id is 00055750. I have tried contacting the customer care but it is not quite reachable. Also the different websites are confusing and i am not able to decide as to which is the correct one. If something can be done about it please do and please do resolve the signal problem as quickly as possible.

        Useless reaction of the customer service. Not even picking the calls and not even responding to the complaints. It really sucks. If not resolved within 2days i would raise a consumer complaint against this sucking network. And its not working for 30days and simply placing a complaint and they are not even accepting to any of the complaint raised against them. Its really very awgul customer care.

          Dear officials there has been no internet connectivity at my house (Account id 1824017) since last 5 days despite fill payment taken by the local broadband service provider. Similar episode happened last to last week also when there was no connectivity for 4 days. Despite repeated reminders to the office there is no action by the staff. Neither do they share service engineer numbers. Please take instant action instead arrange for reimbursement of last month charges which i paid yesterday only. I have been effectively using this internet only 10-12 days in a month

          I have given a complaint about "no signal" since[protected]. Today[protected] @ 5:45 pm I am writing this as the issue not yet resolved. The behavior of the customer service staff Ms dimple was really bad. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
          No Broadband and No signal problem continues and very bad type of response from customer care service. I think ortel it self want to put a full stop to its DIGITAL WORLD...

            I have using your broadband service vide consumer no-1827415. I had no internet connection since last week. I have complained several times to your customer care as i have no internet access from last 1 week, but still there is no response. Everytime i am getting a complaint no but i have got no solution. I have no dues also till now. This is not the way of service. Please solve the issue or disconnect my broadband connection soon.

            No sir, I have checked it today..Link is coming, but internet is being browsed in very slower rate(less than 30kbps).I am supposed to get 500mb per day at higher speed rate.One of my friend in lower stair having ortel broadband getting higher speed.but meanwhile i dont.please check or send one of your technician as soon as possible.

              Ortel has become so poor in its dish tv from 3/4 months, as 1st it delisted sony pack, then from last 15 days only dome 6 to 7 free channels coming and all other are no signal, i ve complained the collection boy several times but no response, he says i ve complained about it and wii be resolved, but it never happens but he is collecting the money regularly. I am just paying 250 pm for no use from this month onward i m not going to pay for such service, no work no pay,

                From last few months we are not getting any proper signal. From last week i hv lodged complaints regarding not getting signal. We r are unable to see our tv from one week. After several complains no action is taken yet. So i would request you take your setup box immediately by sending your representative and return my security. By seeing your service from last few months we are highly dissatisfied with you. I am sure that very soon ortel communication will lose its identity.

                My customer id 350152 and its day 3 and still my internet connection is not fixed. Do your organisation dont even have the sense to work on the issue.

                    Since 10 days my broadband internet connection is offline. After repeated
                    Calls to the customer care and raising several tickets the problem is still
                    Not resolved. All i am getting false assurances but no technician has come
                    Down to fix this. No one from the ortel service seems to be concerned about
                    This. I am seriously frustrated with such kind of poor service. At the
                    Present moment i request ortel to fix this issue as soon as possible or else
                    They should notify me that they are unable to fix this. So, that i won't

                          They came and took money for 3months first and promised that we would get internet connection within 3days. But after 15 days also nobody responded. The customer care was so rude and she denied to give me the office number. The ortel people are literally looting people. They are thieves. Now I'm asking for refund but they just don't respond. I don't know what to do.

                            Hi,
                            I'm using ortel broadband and digital cable tv since 9-10 months but seriously fade up with ortel.
                            Cable tv is having issue more than 7 days in a month. That too in very special occasions specially sunday. Many channels also do not having access.
                            And the condition of ortel broadband is worst. Out of 30-days i get access to internet only 3-4 days else everyday i'm facing offline issue. Even after complaining again and again i never get any resolution.
                            Seriously i suggest others not to use ortel.

                                We from STATE BANK OF INDIA bbsr main br near capital police stn.3 nos of digital set box are in .seince 10 days it dose not working. we lodge many complain at ortel office. but till it is not solved.it is not for first time.many times in a month it happens. no body have taken it . if it will not solved permanent we have to surrender the connection.

                                  Our ortel broadband connection is down for 10 days. Even after repeated calls to the customer service and their repeated assurance to provide the net within24hours. We are still unable to access our internet. We in fact callthem every day 4 to 6 times but today when we called they astonishingly said that our problem was resolved which we could not believe. With deep regret i want to inform that the company has failed to live upto its policy and continues to trick people. So i want to ask to refund our money or kindly send technicians to sort out our problem

                                    I have paid rs 7850 as an advance to ortel comunications
                                    By cheque no 020230 (Icici bank, dtd 8/1/18)
                                    For twelve months subscriprtion on 8th january 18
                                    And will be valid till december 2018 as per plan.
                                    I received the service till end of july 2018.
                                    I received 7 months service.
                                    Please refund 5 months subscription fees rs 3271
                                    Immediately.

                                        I sri jagannath nanda, 75 years old having customer number 1542983
                                        Deposited rs.200 for reconnection & got old set up box & number in
                                        Remote which is not clearly visible.

                                        Kindly change the damaged remote which is given by mr. Subhash mohanty
                                        On dated 28/05/2018 after know that we are both lonely senior citizen
                                        & i am not able to move to your office often.
                                        Other channel including channel sab tv not showing in my tv.

                                        I requested, as i am a senior citizen (Lonely with wife), give me a
                                        Visible remote & channel sab tv without further harassment by mr.
