Since 17th august 2018 i am facing no signal & no program and despite of several complain to ortel customer care but no body is there to respond or solved my problem. Though i have paid monthly bills through your collection agent but my connection has been stopped since 06.10.2018. Therefore i request you to solve my problems as early as possible since i have been prevented to watch the program for no fault of mine....

Useless reaction of the customer service. Not even picking the calls and not even responding to the complaints. It really sucks. If not resolved within 2days i would raise a consumer complaint against this sucking network. And its not working for 30days and simply placing a complaint and they are not even accepting to any of the complaint raised against them. Its really very awgul customer care....

They came and took money for 3months first and promised that we would get internet connection within 3days. But after 15 days also nobody responded. The customer care was so rude and she denied to give me the office number. The ortel people are literally looting people. They are thieves. Now I'm asking for refund but they just don't respond. Hi,
I'm using ortel broadband and digital cable tv since 9-10 months but seriously fade up with ortel.
Cable tv is having issue more than 7 days in a month. That too in very special occasions specially sunday. Many channels also do not having access.
And the condition of ortel broadband is worst. Out of 30-days i get access to internet only 3-4 days else everyday i'm facing offline issue. Even after complaining again...

no signal since 10 days

We from STATE BANK OF INDIA bbsr main br near capital police stn.3 nos of digital set box are in .seince 10 days it dose not working. we lodge many complain at ortel office. but till it is not solved.it is not for first time.many times in a month it happens. no body have taken it . if it will not solved permanent we have to surrender the connection....

And will be valid till december 2018 as per plan.
I received the service till end of july 2018.
I received 7 months service.
