This is regarding ortel broadband account # 01177954.

Using this connection around 3 years now and sick and tired of regular service down problem. Every month around 15days not able to use service.

Whenever visit ortel koelnagar office they don't show any seriousness and ask me/family to log compliant in ivr and then wait for resolution. Many a time when you go to them for issues staffs over their start abusing you left & right.

One end take paid service and on other-hand face their bad/misbehaviors. Almost all staffs are rude specially ladies staffs.

This time also from 4 days connection was not there and every day i visited the office twice and every time i have been told within 1hr connection will be back but it never happed finally after 4 days connection came back.

so i have decided to discontinue the service and visited koelnagar ortel office on 13th nov 2018 and informed them about same. But i have not been provided any forms to make official request for cancellation. Rather asked to handover the device to initiate the process.

we are not using your service from 13th nov but actually from 9th nov as from 9th nov the service was not available in the name of link failure. And after running everyday finally on 12th nov got connection very late and it was giving problem. So finally in person requested cancellation on 13th nov.

i went there again on 19th nov to handover the modem & router but they are not ready to receive, nor giving me cancellation form.. Rather asking to pay for this month which i have not used

i clearly told them that i have raised the concern to ortel management and as per them i there to handover the devices but they are not ready to listen

rather all staffs came together and started misbehaving with me
even i have been threatened that my cibil score will be damaged by them
even lady staffs are not hesitated to abuse me

finally i have been forced to leave the place without any help and not sure how to officially close my account and none of them are listening

Also to bring to your notice that every month we pay full rental but connection was not available for days or longer. After repeated complain also hardly any solid action taken. Instead whenever any customer visits your center to give in person complain, the customer has to face lot of bad behavior from the staffs. As if ortel is providing free of cost service.

And this is the case when my house (Where taken service) is hardly few houses away from ortel koelnagar office, not sure about customers who are far away.

Please help me & guide me to protect customer interest.

Sony Liv channel is not provided by ortel services, please provide us the Channel.

Dear authority, after registering complain, the no signal problem is still not sorted out. I don't want to avail such callous service as it's beyond my tolerance. Hence decided to be disconnected. Please do the needful for disconnection from your end. Consumer id no.[protected].
The channels are not showing, and from 25th jan it is nonoperational, not a single channels are comming

    I have ortel Broadband connection and my Membership No. 01550000 and it is not working since last two months. In the last two months I am calling local service personnel and he is not responding. However your company is sending bills regularly. Your connections remains hardly 2 or 3 days in the month.
    You are requested to disconnect my connection permanently as I am unsatisfied with your service.

      My ortel id is 1055507/dhenkanal division. I want to state that inspite of regular submission of bill by cash, an amount of rs 717.78 is showing in your website for the month of november 2018.
      I am writing this on behalf of my father who is a senior citizen and residing in dhenkanal. He is facing problems due to this. Hope you will rectify this mistake as soon as posssible.

        My name is kalyan ratna swain. I have an ortel broadband connection with customer id - 1446266. I have no internet access from past 1 week. I have lodged several service requests, but ortel is not responding. They are keep on saying we will inform technical team but nothing ok no is happening and this is not the 1st time this is happening frequently.

        Please help me out to resolve this issue.

          I am a subscriber of ortel communication digital TV services since 2013. many a times i find no signal for 2 to 3days every month but i am paying full bill amount each month. they should charge it on pro rata basis for not being provided service for the said periods. neither they are providing service in time nor deducting the amount from monthly bill .

              Dear sir/maam,

              I'm facing serious internet issue from last four months with timely payment, because if i dealy then they will cut my net without notification. I got an internet fluctuation whole month in august then (In september nearly 20 days, in october nearly 16days, in this month november 7 days plus and today's date is[protected] whole day offline, other days with fluctuation issue.

              I'm also using high-speed internet with near to 1000 rupees/month. Because of a good internet connection. But the reality is painful as above. I'm calling customer care more than 25 days each month and the customer care is in my favorite list now by default by my mobile as it's my frequent caller. Before some months customer care answer was like as usual your complaint will be solver within 6hr to 24hrs. They said it all day and i heard it. Now, they are smart enough they are not receiving my phone i guessed somebody picking my call and there was no response/sounds. It means i am bound to disconnect the call.

              Because of getting net soon i manage my office time most of the day of the months by visiting ortel customer care office (B. D. A colony, c. S. Pur, bhubaneswar) firstly. It seems like i'm giving my finger impression on ortel office then i come to my office. And in ortel office some people are nice and some people are rude (Then don't know how to talk with customers). The nice guys give assurance that your complaint will be solved on the 1st half and sometimes when you will reach home then you have the internet.

              When i reach home i found the same net issue. It seems like i'm addicted to ortel communication as there are a lot of services provided but i'm still stuck with the provider for many years [ as people did with nokia ].

              My bad i'm writing this essay after a long time of frustration. It's not because i bear all the happening but i'm not aware of this website.
              I'm wasting money, time, energy, temper because of ortel communication.

              I'm requesting and expecting from you to take immediate action on this issue.

                I paid internet bill online and from last month my internet is not working and its almost 20 days.
                I have given complaint lot of times in ortel office (B. D. A. Colony, chandrasekharpur,) and their customer support is not at all listing and they are behaving rude. Everyday they used to play like we will send our executive in 2 hrs. See this is happening from last 20 days.
                Witout internet forcefully they are taking monthly payment, i m paying everymonth without internet.

                My data plan is ortel premier.As mentioned which i am supposed to get 2mbps of speed but the actual speed is hardly 200kbps. even though browsing is ok with this speed.but downloading is worst. solve my problem. i should get atleast 1mbps. please solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have complained several times to your customer care as i have no internet access from last last you 2 week, but still there is no response.                     I am an ortel broadband customer. My internet has stopped working for the last 5 days. My customer id is 01368981 and located at berhampur. After titli cyclone, the internet stopped working for at least 15 days. After that i got internet for 2 days and again stopped for the last 5 days. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.                       My membership no. Is 00236228, from puri, odisha. I had complained 3 days before that our cable wire became disjointed through monkeys, & we can't watch tv. I complained it on ortel office, puri everyday & they tell me that we send our technician & solve it as soon as possible..

                      But till now there is no action. I also complained it to bbsr's ortel offfice, they also told the same thing,

                      Till now the problem can't shutout..

                      I think ortel company's moto is "to harassment the consumer".

                      If the problem is shut out on today, then i will take legally action against ur company...& i disconnect it..

                        There is no satisfactory response from local dhama vihar, bhubaneswar unit.
                        My membership no 00202210.
                        I am regularly lodging a complaint since 08/10/2018. The technical person has never responded. But after 7 - 8 hours it is set right. Once after 24 hours it was resolved and tat to after 4 hours again out of service.
                        The response of call centre is not up to mark.
                        Once i asked for emil id to escalate the issue, the call centre man disconnected call.
                        Today there is no tv signal nor internet since morning. Tried four times in the morning but complaint was auto accepted by noon or later.

                        May i get the email id for needful updation of the problem?

                        While effecting payment on line on entering the membership no, it showed that the membership no is not valid.
                        On telephone to the agent, he also confirmed the membership number
                        Why such discrepancy ?
                        Please correct the & clarify the issue
                        Very poor customer service. In every month we need to complain for more than 15 times to get a smooth internet service.

                          Regularly lodging complain since last 1 month going on vein. 43 times talked with customer care representatives but no result. Answer is we r communicating ur complain will be resolved within 6 hr to 24 hr.
                          Many times it is auto answered ur complain is rectified.
                          Playing with consumers. Daily 10x6 times avg wasted in lodging online complain.
                          Very poor service. We r suggested by our friends not to go for ortel still i choose as an oriya company. But dissatisfied.
                          Intolerable negligence in providing service.

                              We are getting no signal for the tv which will happen frequently once in a week. We really got tired by calling service people who will not resolve the problem soon. Please work on it asap. Most of the people are suffering from this connectivity issues. We are not sure why it is happening regularly not alone in my home which will be happening in all the houses in my street who are using ortel dth.

                                I am to inform you that the cable in side the home is not working due to some where disconnected. I contact with the customer care from 17.10.2018 six times, they suggested to make complaint at branch office for extension of cable, i went to branch office located at jagamara, bhubaneswar which is hardly 1.5 km form my residence and lodge complaint twice but till to day no body came to attend the complaint. Last five days there is no tv connection in my home, but i will pay full month charge to the company.

                                There fore it is requested pl rectify the above problem as soon as possible.

                                  There is no internet service from 12.10.18 to till now.Lodge complaints via customer care is game for them.Agent from customer care is telling that we have forwarded your complaint and it will be solved by today and our technician call you, but nothing..all goes in vain.After five days when I called them they told me just go to nearest office and tell them your problem.I also did it, but no result.Sir, I just want to know if this Ortel communication can't provide service then they should stop playing with customer and stop the company.Every month I have paid the bill.
                                  If they ca't provide the service for which I am paying then they must deduct the bill amount.My customer id is 01303059.Please take necessary steps so that customer will not suffer.

                                    I have been contacted customer care for no signal problem number of time but they assured me that we reach you on evening but not else one come yet. 1706455 is my customer id. So if you really want to provide service and stay in market you should do same.. Otherwise i submit your connection on monday 15 oct 2018.
                                    Many of dth providers available with best service..
                                    Ortel Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    No solutions for my complaint against I'd 00166181 no response without any reason.
                                    Please solve the problem

                                      Very pathetic services provided by ortel communications in visakhapatnam.in last 15 days i got only 3-4 days internet services. First it was down for 8 days.. And now already 4 days completed, still no internet access. Call customer care twice each day but all in vain. No technician visited to resolve the issue.

                                      I have contacted head office regarding the same issue by emails or calls but no one responded from that end.

                                      Customer care also disconnected my phone twice in one day without problem resolution of my problem.

                                      Kindly took up the matter with appropriate authorities for early rectification of the issue.

                                        Ortel take amount for some sony channels but didn't broadcast it on its network.
                                        On asking its customer care every time, they say that we will broadcast it on 5-7days and register a complain but did nothing.
                                        I am fed up with their customer service, and it is already 5months but nothing has been solved now.
                                        Please resolved the problem and take necessary action so that we would get better consumer service.
