Hi,

I have send a courier from your company on 07 sept 2018 from zirakpur to bangalore.
My courier is out for delivery on tuesday, but till now my courier is not delivered.
On thursday (11-sept-2018) i have also complaint on your customer care number. They said give us 48 hours the courier will be delivered in 48 hours.
Now more than 72 hours are gone and the status is still out of delivery.
If my courier is not delivered before lunch on monday. I will file a legal case in consumer court with al the call details and other tracking data.

I saw the ad on olx and contact the seller named somnath giri he told me he is an army officer... He sent me his adhar card and id and told me he is delivering product through overnite express i sent him 15000 rs as he showed me his id card and adhaar card but he is demanding more money now i found that he is fraud his number is [protected] and the person who is telling that he is a delivery persn... His number is [protected]

My parcel was dispatched from mayur vihar, delhi on 30th of aug for dehradun, today is 8th sep and i have no information where my courier is … bad service and equally bad response from courier company..
I was charged rs. 375 /- for my parcel promising that it will get delivered at destination within 2 days, it’s been 10 days and no response …courier service is taken by people to get things delivered fast if i would have known would have sent my parcel thru speed post same would have got delivered by now …

Docket no – [protected]

Kindly get the same delivered on priority … courier company from delhi should have chked weather they are able to deliver or not in the given address, wasted time and money.. If not delivered i want my courier back along with money.
Complaint is already registered with consumer complaint cell.

I am very disappointed with service, there guys not delivered my courier and also there is no any update from them, after long waiting i called them and they are giving me a stupid answer that we are not able to find your address, without any update to me. This was my very urgent courier and i am getting suffered due to this. Please friends this is my advice please don't use this service.

I orderd books on aug 4 2018 of icai material. Rchd kochi on aug 4 from delhi. But til nw sept 11 2018 i didn't get my books almost 1.5 month done. When i called them they picked up wen i jus strtd to speak they ended my call. Tried 3 4 times but they end my call, mailed them no reply such worst service from kochi branch, overnight express. Nvr expected from this courier service.

It's been more then 15 days and I have not received my courier yet.

It has dispatched on 25th aug'18 and still there no confirmation from overnite Express end when will I get that..

I had contacted the overnite customer care which service is very bad they answered call after 15 minutes and told asked to connect with vandor at mahipalpur as parcel is reached there on 30th and after that there is no movement.

Yesterday, I had contacted the vandor person Mr. Ali, he told that this percel is wrongly reached there bcuz they are not delivered to parcel at 110071 area..

After that there is no update I am trying to connect with overnite serive but they are not answering my call..

Very bad and pathetic service..

Vendors are reciving courier for places where the delivery is not in range and than at the delivery end customer is asked to pick up the courier.

The courier reciving was at shalimar garden, ghaziabad, uttarpradesh and need to be delivered on specified pin code i. E. 801106, bihta, patna, bihar. The delivery partner asked to recieve the courier atleast 30 km away from the specified address.
Why the commit to deliver the parcel when there is no nearby servic?

As my courier was handed over to overnight courier for shipment from haryana to hyderabad on 18 aug 18 for the eve of rakshabandhan. But even so many days the courier service not delivered my courier in time. As my eve have gone but item is not delivered to me. Now after eve this item has no use for me. Due to this company my whole money goes waste and it hurts my sentiments. I contacts to company on contact number as well as email address but not given any response. If this company was not able to deliver on my location why the taken over my courier.

I have booked one consignment of books from bhubaneswar to vssut, burla on 01/09/2018 in overnite priority services paying rs. 431/- to my son. The consignment number is [protected]. However, overnite courier of the nearby area sambalpur telephoned my son to collect the consignment from them instead of delivering it to their place stating that it is out of their service area.
Howcome they accepted this consignment if it is not in their service area? We could have given it to someone else.

I don't know how the company can survive with this kind of service. I book a courier to nasik on 14 aug 2018 and on 20 its not delivered as my client asking me for the same.. I was taking daily follow up from your team but they don't bothered to inform the details and they guys always said will call you but did not get any call from their end, they guys don't know how to speak with the client.. Courier contains (Original adhaar card). Again i called the team for the update of my courier they said it got misplaced and end the call.. Is this your service??

I ordered some books from icai, new delhi on 13th august 2018. Icai duely delivered the books to overnight courier express on 15th august. It was received in my hometown on 16th august 2018, but still not delivered to me on 23rd august 2018. Overnight courier was asking me whether i could come to take the courier in their office... Bull #!!! Then why did i pay courier charges? Overnight express is #.. You fool people.. Better shut down your company.. They take hefty charges for courier service.. Better take action against them..

This consignment has to be delivered within three days as per your branch office. But till date it was not received at the destiny. When contacted branch office it was informed that the consignment is at salem office. And when contacted today 14.8.18 at salem office it was informed that only after a week the consignment will be delivered and rudely informed that if it is urgent then collect from the salem office.
Salem is about 50kms from attur and it was not possible for the other person to pick it from there. We had belived that our parcel will reach within three to four days but it is regret to say that your service is very poor...

One of the rules of your company is that no further response is available.
