I was couriered some electronics home appliances microwave and mixer grender from bina to bathinda but when i received courier my microwave is totally damaged (Pics attached), mixer and some other materials are also damaged.
Kindly resolve my problem and pay my products value.

Overnight consignment note number: [protected]

This has reference to the consignment nos. [protected] and awb-[protected]. When i have tracked, it has been reached in kochi hub in 12 days back and another in 5 days back. I have tried to contact through all the mail id and phone nos. Given in their website. But no reply or response. The consignment has sent to me from surat more than 17 days back. Even though i went to home to collect the consignment, it has not reached there so far. So i have returned to my institute in palarivattom, ernakulam. To redirect it to to my institute address in ernakulam, i have mailed to most of their mail address more than 20 times. But no reply or response from anyone. Please help me to get the consignments urgently.

Normally how many days you people require to deliver the parcel in Metropolitan City of India. I am really very sorry that the Parcel/Letter being Docket No. K [protected] dated 12/07/2018 from Mumbai to Kolkata Pin Code 700006, is not delivered till today although reached kolkata on 14/07/2018.
I think the Company's Name should be changed from Overnite to Fortnight.

A cheque of Rs 8 lakh which i have deposited in my indusind bnk. Cheque was bounce nd bank of sector 15 gurgaon has send this cheque via overnight courier. Bt still i didnt recieve that cheque. Nd i really need that jst because the another person who provide me that cheque has put a case in court against me. So please i need that cheque. Cheque was dispactched on 31/05/2016. When a call came from police station then i came to know that he register case against me. Overnight POD no. Is [protected]. My contact no. Is [protected]. Nd my email [protected]@gmail.com

My shipment no [protected] was sent on 5th July 2018 to Rohtak from Gurgaon.
Its status shows delivered on their website but it hasnt been delivered yet. It has been a week.
No call was made before delivering the courier.
Nobody even receives a call on the customer support number. Tried emailing them but got no response there as well.
Highly fraudulent behaviour on their part.

Have ordered ICAI books online on 05.06.2018. Actually it should reach within 12 working days after placing the order. If I track the consignment with AWB number ([protected]), status is 'dispatched to Hyderabad' on 7th of June itself.As I dint receive the books, started calling the helpline number from 19.06.2018.. Helper told me dat I ll receive asap and it has been dispatched to Hyderabad... And in the next call - he told me it's being sent to Vijayawada... And I ll be getting in day or two... And I dint get books, have called him again... He gave me Hyderabad offc number and I have called him too... Hyderabad person told me on 30.06.2018 dat they have consigned the same to Vijayawada... and the consignment is in vjy and gave me Vijayawada offc number...

On 30.06.2018, have called them(vjy offc)- they have told me that they ll check the receipt of books and tell me in an hour's time... They dint call back.Called them again - the same repeats, dis time they have asked for 20 mins time... And they dint call back.As I have lost my hope that they ll call back... Called them again - informed dat they will check after 6 PM and ll b telling me... This was also not happened...First of all... It seems that they doesn't have the habit of responding back to customers..

On 03.07.2018, called them... They were telling dat that they dint receive the consignment... As soon as they get, they ll be calling me...

I don't know when they will be calling me...Wondered how long it ll take to reach books from Hyderabad to Vijayawada...And the thing is Hyderabad ppl have confirmed that they have sent the same on 30.06 2018 itself.

Today I have tried calling them, nobody is picking...

It's been a month.. since ordered...

It would be better atleast now u ppl resolve the problem by sending the books...

Since it was an urgent item needed i have used your service paying huge amount but to utter dismay it is taking the longest time. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. I have to inform you that one of my relatives has sent me a parcel which was booked on 28th june 2018 at overnite courier, jaipur to the undersigned which was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. But unfortunately till date i haven't received and there's no information regarding it. Kindly tell me when i m going to receive my parcel and what is the possible cause of delay.

Tirunelveli overnite express is holding my courier from last 3 days and till now i have not received my parcel. Hence i request you to take immediate action to solve the problem and unnecessary holding of my parcel.

Item not yet received but in track it says received on 9th jun 2018. To enquire about this, i tried many numbers and send mails but no one is responding. Till now its been 20 days parcel not yet received. Very worst courier service.

I am so worry about this.

Consigner) has send my study material through your courier agency that you also dispatched to hyderabad on 4th june 2018. If a parcel hardly takes 2 -3 days to reach to hyderabad from delhi, then why are you delivering in the city limits. It has been more than 15 days.

I think you guys like books, i will share the soft copy i[censored] want, please dont use mine.

Further i would have feel like reaching tip of mount everest, if you respond to the mail or call, the local office as well as head office.

I booked two items from muzaffarpur to udaipur date[protected]. Courier consignment note number-[protected], item weight-24 kg and amount -2400.
Sir when booked item then says that item delivery[protected] but my item received[protected]. My item is fully damage due to delay of delivery. I have already complained over nite area manager but there is no response from overnite staff. Please consider my complain.

This complaint is against mr. Mahendra, staff of overnite overnite express regional office jaipur. Since 4 days my parcel is in their office and they are neither delivering that at my address nor at their office which is near to my home. Today also when i asked him to deliver parcel at his office so that i can pick that from there, he refused me clearly that today he can't as its saturday. Very poor service of this company and very pathetic staff.

This is the worst courier services u can provide where i myself have to pick my order from your office. Sorry to ask, are u in delivering service industry??? And moreover customer support is worsen, in chennai branch where they talk with attitude and tell me to collect my order myself. Waste to paying money to such services and i think better understand the value of time!!! I takes 20+days to deliver a order who stays in city. And moreover my home from nandanam office is 5mins!!! And it takes 20days. Poor service.. Pls improve!!!

I have booked a courier from mussorie for delievery to dhampur distt bijnor with docket number [protected]. This package was booked for courier on 2nd of june 2018. Now till 13 june 2018, the package has not yet delievered. On enquiring and contacting the mussorie office their employee provided only the contact number of their ghaziabad office and told us to contact their regional office without making any effort to trace the packet on his own. When contacting in ghaziabad office we were told that the package could not be tracked now. Since the address contained distt bijnor (Which is the complete address pf delievery dhampur distt bijnor). As per their statement, the package was wrongly routed to bijnor while to deliever it to dhampur it has to be routed through moradabad. Due to all this mismanagement of courier service company employes, my package is now mispalced and even the ghaziabad office is unable to track the package and have no clue where the package is lying. They are asking for time to track the package though it has been nearly 2 weeks and the package is not yet delievered.
Also, on tracking the docket no. Online it is showing status delievered on 11 june 2018 but the package is not yet delievered. On complaining about the same we were told that it has been wrongly updated by the bijnnor office.
Now, this is the height of irresponsibility by the courier service company where no one is ready to take the responsibility of the misplaced packet booked through their courier service and we the customer is left in utter confusion and the package contains expensive material.

R/sir it is my heartly request that many times not every parcel in not important accordingly your services because my parcel has received at raipur 492001, 05 june . 06 days after i have to complaint.
sir i payed Rs 340/- for delay this service.

Hello, i want to inform you that some fraud in the name of indian army are misusing your courier service for shipment. On 6th june 2018, parveen kumar of indian bsf army posted an ad in olx of samsung galaxy s9 plus and when i asked him for delivery he told me to transfer ₹5000 first to his paytm and then he will do the shipment through overnite express and when i transferred the money he send me your courier receipt and again asked me to send ₹10, 000 so that he will dispatch my courier and he told me i will get it within 24hrs but it's been already 48 hours and i haven't received any phone call from the courier service and i am unable to contact the person.
