Overnite Express Complaints & Reviews

ICAI Cds has dispatched my Ca book on 8th april 2018 thro above awb number. Overnite website tracking shows the parcel dispatched from kochi office to palakkad office on 10th April 2018 .Till date the packet has not reached palakkad (today 24/4/2018).
I tried to contact their customer care numbers of Delhi and Kochi offices, despite my repeated attempts, nobody answered the phone.
I tried to locate their palakkad hub/office through their website and through google search .unfortunately no office address /phone no is available .
My E mail query has not been answered till now.
Since the parcel contains study materials for my exam, I am really worried .please help, durga ambika

I need to put in notice of the concerned authorities that overnite express courier staff is engaged in cheating/fraud/theft and has joined hands with some people who are into such practices.
They were supposed to deliver me a mobile phone which i was about to purchase from a seller on olx website.
These buggers asked me to pay all the money in advance without even delivering the phone at my residence. The courier staff who called...

Icai - cds courier me books of ca. I got only single notification that my order has dispached after that i didn't get any kind of further information regarding my order. And when i opend the site of courier service it was showing that my order has been deliverd but 17 days has spent i have not gotten any delivery... And the delivery service branch telling that that don't get my order and main branch telling that they sent it to delivery branch,,,...

My sister's wedding invitations had to reach oman via a friend from tamil nadu who was travelling on flight on 14th apr 2018. (We did not go for international courier because it was expensive).

I sent wedding cards on courier through overnite express limited udupi on 10th april 2018 i was promised that within 2-3 days it'l reachtamil nadu.
To my surprise it was still in bangalore on 14th. They had messed up the delivery pin code (Even after giving address and pin code correctly from my end).
The worst part is i had to follow up on the things on my own. I did not get any intimation from their end on messing up with the delivery and delay in reaching.
Also their trackers is pathetic. It does not get update at all.
When i complain them saying that the person who was supposed to collect the parcel has left to oman. Now they will have to help me to make it reach oman they bluntly say they cannot do it. And i will be charged for international delivery.
I have to pay for their mistakes? Seriously!

Now am left with no option then to send digital copy of invitation and not physical invitation.in such an important case of wedding these people just screw things. Now this will be a bad memory for me and i would never ever use their service from now on.

A consignment was booked by mrs. Gayatri dutta by over night courier vide reference no k [protected] dated 11.4.18 for delivery to mr. K. K. Juneja, govind nagar kanpur up. This consignment has not been delivered to him till date. We contacted the local office of over night courier, who provided telphone no of kanpur office. The office at kanpur informed that the consignment will be delivered as per their schedule. No commitment for its delivery was made by them

Overbite express is the slowest courier company. I have ordered my books long time back. It's been more than 12 days now. It's been in my city since 5 days but still it isn't delivered till now. I wonder why it takes so long to deliver while fedex and bluedart would have delivered within 2 or 3 days of my order. I was sent another courier. I have received that. It's been 6 days now, and the website is still showing that it is out for delivery 😂. The worst courier service company

Maruti has send me the documents through overnite express. Overnite express had told me to receive the parcel from their location as they don't have any delivery boy to send the parcel. As i was far away from the given location so i told them to deliver the parcel when ever their delivery boy come. But after some days they send my parcel to sender with noted as address not found with out any information to receiver.

There is a guy posing as alok jaitawat who is frauding people of parcelling charges, and then sending fake receipt of overnite express and aadhaar id[protected] to make people believe he is a genuine person. He is using [protected] for calls and taking payment on paytm number [protected]. I wasn't able to get his fake id as he deleted it on whatsapp but apparently there are already complaints on this website. Courier was sent from amritsar to bhiwadi on april 06, 2018 till date courier not received and from last two days status showed on website is same, however i contacted at customer care every agent tell the diff story they give me the contact no of bhiwadi i. E. [protected] and by the grace of god no is not connected yet, god knows when courier will delivered very urgent courier this is first and last time i am using this courier service. Pathetic services of overnite courier. I used first flight courier services from mumbai to delhi and with in two days i received.

The mentioned AWB was dispatched by HDFC on 27 March 2018, and it was reached to hyderabad on 30 March 2018. Even after passing 5 days the cover was not got delivered and even there is no response from any one from the contacts provided in their website. Dont know why this delay in getting the items delivered which is very important and that too the letter is from a bank which includes very important information.

Awb no [protected] and [protected]from noida to mumbai is showing as delivered as on 14 march 2018, but i have not received any parcel as such. Tried contacting the mumbai customer care no but all the numbers are out of order. The parcel contains important books for my upcoming exams. Please deliver the parcel or provide a refund.

I am very disappointed with the service received for my consignment# [protected] in the name of amrita dhar which was delivered from hdfc bank silchar, assam branch on 08th jan 2018 to my residential address in mumbai as mentioned below. However even after so many days (Near about 3 months) i have not received it. Surprisingly when i tried to track the same in your site it shows could not be tracked. After that when i tried to reach your regional offices be it mumbai, guwahati or silchar, nobody ever picks up the phone. From the source branch i got to know that it is delivered somewhere on 13th jan, however nobody could tell me who received it and where it was delivered which is not acceptable at all.
I therefore kindly request you to do the needful on this matter at the earliest possible and revert where can i get necessary info about my consignment.

One of my most valuable client had sent my documents on 13/03/2018 through your courier service with my mentioned address but it has not reached to me and i contacted to your local office as well and they told it has sent to a wrong hub at your side .

It is a 100% fault at your side and i am trying to reach your deliver guy but they are not responding to me . it is an urgent document for me and for it i am facing a big loss. I am really unhappy with your service.

I got a contact number to contact your deliver guy and the contact number is [protected] and asked him about my status and that guy is rudely behaving with me and using slung language to me . It is one of my big mistake that i believed your service and i was not aware that both your service and your employees are low grade. If by today or tomorrow my document will not receive timely i will do a consumer complaint against your company.

Also i contacted your customer care 8-9 times but no one is picking up my phone.

Due to your mistake i have lost a big deal with one of my big client and it is a big loss to my company.

I am giving 24 hours to you guys and i need an apology call from that guy . Otherwise i will go to the court.

I hope your management team will take necessary action for it and sincerely waiting for your response.

I had purchased books from institute of chartered accountants of india. But your courier partner in bilaspur has refused to deliver the books at our one and only prestigious central university of chattisgarh named guru ghasidas vishwavidyalaya. I am also forwarding this complaint to icai so that next potential problems are solved by our prestigious institute.

The docket number is awb-[protected].
The consignment was sent on 7mar 2018 and was supposed to deliver by 9mar2018. When called today the call center made me to wait for 15 minutes a d later they say that docket is returned to origin on monday 12march 2018 since the address is shifted. The address very well exists it's an office space. It's an agreement that was sent and this delay has caused me major delay in executing the agreement since flights was booked for me to travel and complete the process post this agreement delivery.

Consignment was booked on 04-mar-2018, but date of booking is shown as 05-mar-2018, from delhi to kanpur under awb no. [protected]. Booking agent confirmed that delivery will be made in 36-48 hrs. However, 120 hrs (5 days) have elapsed but delivery has yet not been made. I have called customer care number three times, lodged two written complaints and even talked to kanpur office of overnite express.

But nothing has been done so far. Calling customer care of overnite is also takes on an average 20 mins to get connected which is too much.

Overnite express should look into the aspect of customer care and delivery services to improve them to save consumers from the harassment and mental agony they go through.

In the consignment i had sent keys which my son forgot at home when he went to kanpur. I told even this fact but still it didn't help in getting the consignment delivered.

I will be grateful if somebody can suggest a way or help me in getting the consignment.

I am posting this with an intention of making other aware of the pathetic service overnite express provides and also about indifferent attitude of customer care sept.

It is my request to all to boycott such worst companies and avoid taking services from them andvsave yourself from the harassment and mental agony i have gone through in last three days.

I have sent a courier with id no [protected] from your vazhakkala office ernakulam dist on 26.02.2018. They informed me that the courier will reach the destination by 27.02.2018. Till now it hasnt been received. I have tried calling kerala cust care number [protected] from 27th onwardsbut they are not picking up the call. Whats the quality of service you are providing. This is the first time i m approaching u guys and i m very much disapponted by your service. The courier contains a medicine and id very urgent.. Kindly update me the status of the consigment number i ve noted above.

My name is madhura gandhi and i am from pune.
I have purchased few books from icai delhi. Your delivery boy having name pravin gaikwad - [protected] had called me on friday 16th feb, 2018. I told him him that i am not at home please deliver the books at home. He told me that someone has to personally come downstairs to collect the books. How can i tell my 90 years grandfather to go and collect the books?
Books might be heavy but that is not the valid reason. We have been charged heavily to get the quality service. We expect a door delivery from you.
After waiting till tuesday when i called him, he refused to take the responsibility and said that i have deposited the books in head office. He didn't bother to call me and intimate me about the same. Very arrogant and irresponsible person. Such employees are bringing disrepute to your organisation.
We receive 10 couriers in a week but no one gives such fullish reason for non delivery.
I request you to personally look into the matter and make reasonable arrangements to deliver my books immediately.

I had order the books on icai website which sent through overnite express 06/02/2018.
The books was taken by overnite express on 07/02/2018 bearing awb no. [protected].
The minimum delivery period is 12 working days.
The books are received in goa hub on 14/02/2018.
The books are not yet delivered till today.
After constant calls on the no response on their helpline numbers.
Compliant filed in the online website, still no confirmation mail received
