Money deducted from debit card but top up failed

On 16/3/17 I received a call from +91 [protected] stating that calling from SBI credit card for redeem of my reward points. Asking OTP to upgrade my card, but they used my otp and did online transaction for an amount of Rs.4000/- at www.oxigenwallet.com. These are all fraud transactions cheating me through phone. Please try to give reversal of 4000 in my account as soon as possible.
