I purchesed oxigen mini micro atm on 22/9/2017 in 10000 rupess. The salesman of oxigen mr. Swapnil promissed me i will activate your machine in next day. And iwill send you

Today near about 3 months had gone my machine has not activate, i done recharge of 500 on internet sim i was wasted, i got so much loss with oxigen
I complaint so many time to customer care they ignore my complaint they given no. Of contacts but i didnt get any responcse

I have made two mobile recharges yesterday using sbi oxygen services on 11/12/2017 .The amount was deducted from my sbi account but recharge was not successful.First recharge was for vodafone mobile internet offer and the other was for talk time for the same provider

    My ro no. Is [protected]. I am frustrated from your ill service. Even after full payment on first day, my roe no. Has not been updated. Without any information, my ro no. Got suspended. Even after three days and lot of emails and phones my problem has not been solved. I have no fault, but i have to pay, why???. There is no person in oxigen to solve my issue. It's my last message to oxigen. Now i have to file case in consumer court with all mails and phone recordings. Oxigen has worst service. Sachin should not be brand ambassador for this brand.

        This is my 6th message that i'm sending you guys, i added 4000rs to your wallet and created the virtual card, it's been 4 days still i'm un able do transaction or debit my money, alway says bank declined transaction, 3d response error, something went wrong, i tried calling you guys, you're just charge when dialed, but disconnecting after few minutes without connecting to customer care agent, you're playing with the customer trust, please don't do this, will you stay calm if your money strucks in somewhere like this, this is terrific customer support, i just want my money back, my money not yours, how can you decline my money, i'm not going to leave this, please respond quickly, i'm already sick tired of this thing.             Respected sir/madam
            Iam harish soni, the owner of shubham electronics, sector-6, c. B. D., belapur, navi mumbai 400614, on sunday (12.11.2017), a person named shailesh arrived at my shop where he asked me for rs.25000/ in exchange of an oxygen wallet scheme where i would get 25, 000/rupees in my oxigen wallet and i pay machine which was supposed to arrive by tomorrow.
            The payment was done via my phonepay mobile app to his bank of baroda account. I also received a mail from his mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) with a subject line:welcome to oxigen your account balance rs.25000.00 cashback rs. 2250.00.
            Soon i know that i was cheated immideatly i ran to local police station and gave them an application about this fraud. And also gave application to hon'ble acp and dcp of navi mumbai. Also i reported online complaint.
            I got an email from thane online police support that my application is forwaded to cyber cell and cbd police station, til today no response from cybercell nor cbd police station. Cbd police station i went again and asked to file fir but they refused and told that they are busy will call you. Now please guide me what should i do.

            Oxigen Services does not have any email id [protected]@gmail.com, nor does it own a Bank of Baroda Account. yes, you have fallen pray to a fraud.
            we wish you luck with the investigation run by the Cyber cell.
            in case you have details of the bank account, you can also complaint to Bank of Baroda, stating that this account holder is committing a fraud.
            all Oxigen wallet schemes are in the app, no in person solicitation is ever done on ground by our employees

              I have completed a traction on online sbi.com to recharge my phone throungh your oxigen service on 15 november 2017. But til now i did not get any recharge amount in my mobile sim.                   Money transfer from my credit card to www oxigenwallet com gurgaon
                  I got a phone call thru # at 11.30 hrs 22-sep-2017 ; he introduce herself as sbi bank credit exe. And asked the credit card card no. But i refused to say my card details. And they forced me from that day onward i am unable to login my account and received otp which says 4000rs + 4000rs debited from my card. Immediately i tried to contact sbi credit card but its always waiting pool for my no nearly 30 mins. And unable to contact alter receive messages also form sbi. But they debited amount from my credit card without any information.
                  After statement received then only i came to know the amount is debited without my knowledge. That transaction is fully cheated and not initiated by me there is no relation ship with them. The same company cheated lot of people and they complaint already but even though bank not taken any action or block particular company.

                  The reported issue is not resolved.
                  SBI bank and www oxigenwallet com gurgaon cheating people through theft money from credit card without otp shared. And i dont have any relation ship or credit in oxigenwallet. then why they using my card without my knowledge. And SBI is not saying or submitting the proof what they invistagete to my compliant.

                        I got a phone call through [protected] on[protected] at 9.59 hrs... He introduced himself as icici bank credit exe... He said that the card is not working and you need to give me some information about the card... My husband's card is of icici bank no.4838××××××××3051out of which rs 4999 were cut... He was told that it will get updated and any amount cut will be refunded automatically... Then the transaction was done from my uco debit card no.4283××××××××6322 with otp 292387, 068535 and 517627... These transactions were completely fraud... The money was transferred to oxigenwallet, gurgaon... Your support to return the amount of rs 4999, rs 3999 and rs 2998 would be highly appreciated... Please help and look into the matter..

I talk to mr prasenjit dutta discuss about micro atm facility. After that surajit das, prithwis bhowmik, and omprakash choudhury contact with me and discuss about micro atm facility, after the conversation i fillup the retailer form and send to your kolkata office, concept multi service, dealer code-[protected]. Add - 4 no govt place, north, delta house, 9th floor, kolkata-700001, i made the payment 10000 through fund transfar on state bank of india, concept multi service. Account no-[protected]. Ifsc code - sbin0030146. Brabourn road branch. Dated on 31/08/2017.
                            After made this payment, i asked about my micro atm device, they did not pickup my phone, and i have not received any kind of information about yours end. I made payment on 31/08/2017 but still date i will not received any kind of information from yours end. I trying to contact this company but phone no dose not exist. I lodge a complain at oxigen customer care, they didi not respond about the matter. After that i lodge general diary against you, section 420 to ajc bose road & b. Garden police station.

                                  This is shrikant chanyal here, i had purchase oxigen portal on 01/10/2017. That time your oxigen wallet officer vishnath said the portal charge per 1000 is rs.6 and today my id has been activated. When i asked for per 1000 charge then customer care officer said per 1000- rs 8. Vishnath no is [protected]
                                  For kind your information, today market is per 1000 - rs 5 max but you are the one who is charging rs.8 per thousand. Do you think people are mad or what. Will they ready to pay that much amount. If they pay 8 per 1000 then what will we earn. We are not earn for organisation, we earn for himself. So why you think retailer will ready to accept your portal which is charge high to other company. I didnot use your portal in my name. I had apply with the name of anjani gawde.
                                  I am very very disappointed with your pathetic service.
                                  I dont want your portal. You just use your own portal and transfer to your own account with charge 8 per 1000.
                                  I had paid rs.2500 for portal. I dont want to use your portal. So kindly refund my money asap
                                  And go to market and see what happening over there instead of increase the charge.
                                  In the market you will get per 1000 charge - 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5 and you are the only one who is charge per 1000 - rs.8.
                                  I am really shocked that why you think that distributor and retailer are mad. And they will accept whatever you take decision. I clearly said that now word i want my rs. 2500 back asap.
                                  I give you suggestion to all of you. If employee doing false information to customers or retailers sale product or portal. So kindly deduct that amount from that employees.
                                  I called vishnath your employee. He told me that call to company i left the job and said i dont care. If company employee doing like this than who will bear the losses customer or retailer.
                                  I clearly mentioned if the vishnath has left the job so kindly deduct rs 2500 from his salary. Its a base solution of every company.

                                    I wanted to recharge my tatasky dth on 02/10/2017 but in operator list there was no option of tatasky. I thought that a option named big tv would be tatasky. So, i proceeded and entered my subscriber id-[protected] and submitted all details after all that transaction receipt was received by me in which there was written payment made successfully and bottom of it was invalid account number.
                                    I requested him to kindly verify it and please refund my money on my account but they didn, t responded.

                                      I recharged my mobile [protected] today morning, 140 is debited from my account, but my mobile is not recharged.Refno oxisbi26079003IGACBHVVL4.
                                      Please refund my amount.Date is 22/09/2017.
                                      Oxigen wallet - OTP message arrived is not mentioned with oxigen wallet transaction.

                                      I also faced the same issue and I raised a complaint in oxigen wallet. I am asking about the fraud's account details.But oxigen representatives wants a email from bank that I am the victim. But as per the bank's norms they don't mail to a private mail address. I get an official statement with reference number of fraudulent transaction from the bank itself. I can forward the mail with same attachment. Please do share the fraud's details. It can help to easily trace them and thereby protecting others from this.

                                        महोदय मैंने oxigenbc .org से ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र (csp ) के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया था, तत्पश्चात मेरी बात फोन द्वारा oxigenbc .org के एडवाइज़र साहब से हुई, उन्होंने मुझे ओर्गनइजेशन के बारे में बताया
                                        और मेरा आधार कार्ड दो पोसपोर्ट साइज फोटो मागा और मेरा OMT ID बनाया, ID बनाने के बाद हमसे रेजिस्टशन के रूप में 15600 की धनराशि की मांग की और मुझे एक खाता संख्या [protected] BANK NAME STATE BANK OF INDIA दिया जो की सगुन टुडू के नाम से है, मैंने उनके द्वारा दिए गए कहते में 15600 जमा करा दिया । उसके बाद अडवाइज़र साहब ने मुझसे फोन करके करेंट खाता { O .D .} खोलने के लिए मुझसे 100000 रूपए की धनराशि की मांग की, और मुझे एक खाता संख्या [protected] BANK NAME STATE BANK OF INDIA दिया जो की राणा कुमार के नाम से जारी है मैंने पुनः 100000 की धनराशि
                                        शुल्क उनके द्वारा दिया गए खाता संख्या में अपने खाते से जमा करा दिया, उसके बाद मैंने प्रोसेस को आगे बढ़ाने को कहा तो उन्होंने पुनः मुझसे 45200 रूपए की मांग की, और मुझे पुनः एक खाता संख्या [protected] BANK NAME STATE BANK OF INDIA दिए जो की अमित पासवान के नाम से जारी है जब मैंने उनके द्वारा दिए गए खाते में 45200 रूपए की धनराशि जमा करके उनसे प्रोसेस को आगे बढ़ाने को कहा तो उन्होंने पुनः मुझसे 40000 की धनराशि एग्रीमेंट के रूप में माँगा जब मैंने देने मना किया तो उन्होंने मेरी कुल जमा राशि को वापस करने
                                        के लिए 45000 रुपए की मांग प्रोसेसिंग फीस के रूप में की ।
                                        अतः महोदय आप से विनम्र निवेदन है की कंपनी की जाँच अपने स्तर से करे और मेरी कुल जमा धनराशि वापस कराने की कृपा करे ।
