I got a phone call thru[protected] at 11.50 hrs ; she introduce herself as sbi bank credit exe. And asked the atm card no. And she forced to tell the card no to (Related rewards point & gift voucher). After 11.02 hrs i got that sms that transaction of rs 4000 and rs 4000 occurred thru detail otp respectively - pay *www oxigenwallet c gurgaon. Dated 12.09.2017
We informed the bank immediately to take the appropriate action for the refund of payment
First six digit and last four digit of debit card is as under
433588xxxxxxx6898.
Your support to return the amount is highly appreciable.

Omts oxigen said they have no wallet transaction no record but i have acount statement which i recieved from oxigen. Custmer care... Matter is money is reversed from bank. I sent them pic of refund id they r so lazy they cant find my wallet and transaction number plz refund my money to my ro id

        I added money to oxygen wallet 4000rs but it is not credited to my wallet. It is still showing 0 balance. When i contacted support on chat then they inform that it is not supported. Then let me know how to get money back.
        I need it at any cost. Doesn't matter what you do. Otherwise i ll take legal action against you people and remember i mean my words. Oxygen wallet number is [protected]

          I had transferred rs.11000 for my top up amount on saturday, but till now no action taken from your side. Till now rs.11000 not not credited in to my account. Every time i have call your office and spoke to every informing about my complaint no bu t no use. But i received your complaint is solved. This is way you guys work. Not systematic, organised and giving wrong information through sms. Can you pay mobile charges for calls which i made to your office.
          Why guys have and staff. Just close your office and do some other work.

I have paid my landline bill on[protected] the transaction is successfull from the oxigenwallet but the recharge amount was not credited till date to by bsnl number[protected] the bill lastdate is[protected] several times i have contacted via mail and phone there is no response. There is a fine from bsnl if the bill is not paid in time. But the oxigen wallet is playing. I want the bsnl bill paid by today. From oxygen end.

              I have attached the screenshot which shows the transaction was not successful. Also i have contacted customer support of BSNL through phone they said the transaction number with OXI[protected] is not available. Till date the amount was not credited to my BSNL account. So i have contacted your(Oxigen) customer support they asked me to make a new transaction to avoid the fine from bsnl and disconnection or any other issue as it is last date for my bill payment also they assured me that i will get my amount refunded within 7 days of time in my bank account.

                      My brother received new Sbi credit card 2 weeks back. Today he got call asking for Credit Card verification. They asked all the data including OTP

                        On 20/07/2017 i recharged my airtel mobile no. With rs.100 through sbi freedom mobile banking.
                        The amount is debited from my account. I had got a successful message on my registered mobile number and tid: fh[protected]Oper ref :[protected]). But the amount is not yet recharged in my mobile no.
                        Transaction messages-

                        1. Mobile number xxxxxxxxxx is recharged successfully for rs. 100.00. Tid: fh[protected]Oper ref :[protected])

                        Please resolve the problem at the earliest by refunding the money deducted.

                                I have made a transaction of money transfer from my credit card to Oxigen wallet.It got filed due to application loading issue and the money debited from my account. But the money not credited to wallet or been not refunded.As I tried reaching Oxigen customer support they are not responding and when got reached to them giving some irresponsible behaviour that the servers are upgrading and cannot solve the issue.

                                      On[protected] i tried to recharge mobile no [protected] for amount 220rs using sbi-oxipay. I used sbi onine banking method. But i received only payment completion notification from my bank. But i got "transaction failed" report (See img 1) on your side. Then i tried again for the same no to rechare. But this time too i got payment completion dialogue from my bank account and also "repeat transaction" from your side (See image 2). Plz refund my amount to my sbi account.

                                        Hello! I tried to recharge my airtel phone number yesterday using sbi anywhere personal app. The amount for which i tried to recharge my phone were deducted twice but no recharge amount was recieved on my phone. The messages containing transaction details are as given below (Phone number crossed out). Transaction messages-

                                        1. Mobile number xxxxxxxxxx is recharged successfully for rs. 300.00. Tid: uh[protected]Oper ref :[protected])

                                        2. Repeat transaction. Oxitransid payment of rs.300.00 if debited would be reversed soon.. Tid :uh13118310

                                        Please resolve the problem at the earliest by refunding the money deducted.
