Respected Sir,
I have done transactions through online sbi anywhere app about mobile recharge ([protected]-Airtel Assam) of amount 448/- on 1st april of 2018. The amount was deducted from my bank account to oxigen services having a/c no. [protected] but recharge was not successful till now. Txn Id UH39523954 with reference id[protected]. Therefore i request you solved the issue credit the same amount to my same bank account from which the transactions was done before.

Today i recharged my mobile through instant corpnet of rs 92 and rs10. payment was made successful through my account but till now i cannot make a call. it is saying insufficient balance as it is not recharged till now.

    महोदय मैंने oxigenbc.org से ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र (Csp) के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया था, तत्पश्चात मेरी बात फोन द्वारा oxigenbc.org के एडवाइज़र साहब से हुई, उन्होंने मुझे ओर्गनइजेशन के बारे में बताया
    और मेरा आधार कार्ड दो पोसपोर्ट साइज फोटो मागा और मेरा omt id बनाया, id बनाने के बाद हमसे रेजिस्टशन के रूप में 15600 की धनराशि की मांग की और मुझे एक खाता संख्या [protected] bank name state bank of india दिया जो की madhav bediya के नाम से है, मैंने उनके द्वारा दिए गए कहते में 15600 जमा करा दिया । उसके बाद अडवाइज़र साहब ने मुझसे फोन करके करेंट खाता { o. D.} खोलने के लिए मुझसे 60000 रूपए की धनराशि की मांग की, और मुझे एक खाता संख्या [protected] bank name state bank of india दिया जो की sushil chandra के नाम से जारी है मैंने पुनः 60000 की धनराशि भेजी फिर मुजसे सॉफ्टवेर की फीस के लिए 25200 हजार मांगे जो की मेने पुन्हे जमा इस खाता [protected] bank name state bank of india दिया जो की sushil chandra के नाम से जारी है मैंने
    शुल्क उनके द्वारा दिया गए खाता संख्या में अपने खाते से जमा करा दिया, उसके बाद मैंने प्रोसेस को आगे बढ़ाने को कहा तो उन्होंने पुनः मुझसे एग्रीमेंट के रूप में 40000 रूपए की मांग की, और मुझे पुनः एक खाता संख्या [protected] bank name state bank of india दिए जो की sushil channdra के नाम से जारी है जब मैंने उनके द्वारा दिए गए खाते में 8050 रूपए की धनराशि जमा करके उनसे प्रोसेस को आगे बढ़ाने को कहा तो उन्होंने पुनः मुझसे 16000 की धनराशि एग्रीमेंट के रूप में माँगा जब मैंने देने मना किया तो उन्होंने मेरी कुल जमा राशि को वापस करने
    के लिए 30000 रुपए की मांग प्रोसेसिंग फीस के रूप में की । फिर उसके बाद उनके सभी मोबाइल नंबर बंद आने लगे
    अतः महोदय आप से विनम्र निवेदन है की कंपनी की जाँच अपने स्तर से करे और मेरी कुल जमा धनराशि वापस कराने की कृपा करे ।

      Hello sir,

      I complained about fraud transaction by unknown through my father's sbi debit card in oxigen care.

      I already log complaint against fraud transaction in police and sbi bank. I provided copy of sbi transaction dispute form to oxigen, however there is no action from oxigen to cancel the fraud transaction.

      I requested oxigen wallet to cancel all order and below transactions done using sbi debit card 5596 0100 xxxx 9214 on[protected].

      Transaction details :
      1) amount : 4000 rs
      Time : 20:03:18 on 20th march 2018
      Tax txn# 095643

      2) amount : 4000 rs
      Tax txn # 392835
      Time : 20:03:18 on 20th march 2018

      I provided sbi transaction dispute form and sbi passbook details for fraud transactions in complain to oxigen care. There is not action from oxigen services india on my request.

      Kindly cancel the transactions and refund amount.

        My father received a phone call on his mobile no: from some unknown person pretending himself to be a sbi bank employee. He asked my father to share the details of the message received on his mobile (To activate the card) to which my father responded positively. Through this information this person made 2 different transactions totalling to an amount of inr 7, 800/-. Details of the transactions along with the bank statement is as detailed below.

          I have loaded 8000 rupees in my wallet and try to bank transfer the same,
          pop up came error message like "asa license key expired"

          I have contacted customer care regarding the same he asked me to wait for day or two, now it is almost 15 days same issue persist.

          When i tried to contact customer care again repeating the same dialogue again.

          When will issue get resolved ?

                  On[protected], at about 5 pm, i received a call from mob. No.[protected]
                  Stating that i am speaking from sbi and that i have some reward points to my credit and that they are crediting my sbi credit card with the above amount and asked for the card details. I had a doubt that it is fraud. But they spoke in such a way that they made me believe that they are from sbi. Then they told me that they are sending me a otp to my registered mobile no. And to which i was forced to tell them the otp no. This phone i got from mobile no.[protected] as the previous line got disconnected. Immediately after this i got a call in my regd. Mobile no. From sbi stating that this is fraud and that you are blocking my credit card and sending me a fresh card to which i have already got it 2 days back. I[censored] can stop the payment of rs.4040/- i shall be grateful. The otp is 510832.

                      Dear sir, सर मैं पिछले 4 महीने से काफी परेशान हूँ मैंने अपनी shop के लिए oxigen wallet की 4 महीने पहेले machine ली थी जब से मैंने machine ली है तब से आज तक मैं इसको use नहीं कर पा रहा हूँ क्योकि इसमें djb और bses की सर्विस ही नहीं आ रही है इसके regarding मैंने कई बार फ़ोन पर complaint और mail लिख चुका हूँ लेकिन आज तक मेरी सर्विस activate नहीं हुई है पिछले 4 महीने में मुझे इनकी वजह से कम से कम 50, 000 रूपये का नुकसान हो चुका है तथा 12000 रुपये की machine ली है अब मुझे इनकी सर्विस और machine नहीं चाहिए तथा मुझे machine की कीमत 12000 रूपए के और 50, 000 रूपये के नुकसान के साथ हर्जाना दिलाया जाये मैं आपको mail की copy भेज रहा हूँ.

                      मेरी shop दिल्ली मैं है.मुझे oxigen wallet machine लिए हुए 4 महीने से उपर हो गए है लेकिन मैं इस मशीन को अभी तक use नहीं कर पा रहा हूँ. क्योंकि इसमें bses (Electricity bill) और djb (Delhi jal board) की service ही नहीं आ रही है.

                      इसके लिए मैंने customer care में भी फोन किया लेकिन वहां से भी मेरी problem solve नहीं हुई. मैंने जिस से मशीन ली थी अब तो वो भी फोन नहीं उठा रहा है. आखिर में gurgaon office गया फिर मेरी आपसे बात हुई और आपने मुझे अपनी email id दी और मुझसे कहा की मुझे अपनी detail mail भेजो.

                      अब मैं आपको mail लिख रहा हूँ और मेरी detail ये है. कोई detail चाहिए हो तो मुझे बता देना.

                            Loaded oxigen wallet for rs.4000 on 16.01.2018 with indian bank cobranded rupay debit card *4286. On completion of cash load process and payment successful message, the amount did not got loaded to the wallet. Just opened the account with the wallet and as a precaution loaded money after days of wallet opening. Now it is understood not to make payments with large sums and make sure of wallet credentials with small cash loads and for acceptable banks, cards etc.

                            When mailed to customer support ticket no.797266, got a reply stating would take 7-10 days for a refund. Later when no refund, said forwarded to bank with a reference number and asked to follow bank.

                            When contacted debit card customer support and the bank, got a reply that for any deductions for failed transactions with oxigen wallet it take few minutes for a refund. Say no failed transaction details available with the card and as it is a successful transaction follow wallet for the process.

                            Have few other wallets and when any incorrect transaction happen, a refund is done instantly. Payment gateway that work in-between have all the transaction related credentials to sort out issues. Irrespective of deducted successful transaction the wallet is delaying the cash load for weeks. It would be great to refund or load the amount without any further delay.

                            Spoke to debit card and bank, got a reply that for any deductions for failed transactions with oxigen wallet it take few minutes for a refund.

                            Moreover it was not failed transaction or time out. It was successful transaction with transaction id #Mob8963998 and amount deducted, did not get load to wallet. Why should contact bank and when a refund process informed later.

                            When asked oxigen customer care for first time on 17.01.2018, replied would take 5-7 days to load. Later even after 7-8 days time when amount did not get load, said "on 19.01.2018 itself informed for a refund".

                            Cash Load to wallet was done with debit card and without collecting bank account details do fund transfer done. Does it seem money got stranded nowhere.

                            Do load the wallet with the amount rs.4000 or do fund transfer with mailed bank account details earlier.

                              Oxigen wallet - otp message arrived is not mentioned with oxigen wallet transaction of rs.2990. So we shared the otp to that fraud asking that he is bank representative and going to renew atm card and it is only done from phone.

                              I raised a complaint in oxigen wallet. I am asking about the fraud's account details. But oxigen representatives wants a email from bank that i am the victim. But as per the bank's norms they don't mail to a private mail address. I get an official statement with reference number of fraudulent transaction from the bank itself. I can forward the mail with same attachment. Please do share the fraud's details. It can help to easily trace them and thereby protecting others from this.

                              I didn't want the fraud's account details as per the oxigen wallet. He must transfer his wallet money to some other bank accounts. So I need the bank account details which contains an account number and an ifsc code. It just helps to trace the person in real time. Other than this we can't do anything with info.

                                Sbi credit card debited by 4040.00 ..but money not added to wallet...
                                Customer care says it will take 48hrs..but its over..still d problem isn't solved..its annoying.. Why u will block my money ?? Problem may occur..but should b solved as soon as possible. I will take 1 more days..if not solved, I all complain to consumer forum

                                    On 24th of dec 2017 i did a transaction of rs 2940 in icici bank account but by mistake i entered wrong account no and amount got debited from my wallet since that day i am trying to get help from both companies icici bank as well as oxigen wallet

                                    Icici bank need a email from oxigen wallet on behalf of my complaint only then they can process for refund i hope you will understand and help me to get my money.
