Yesterday14/2/17 I received a call name Vaibhav no is [protected] at 2.54 pm stating that calling from SBI credit card for upgrading for my credit card limit and redeem my reward points. Asking OTP to upgrade my card, but they used my otp and did online transactions an amount of Rs.4000/- at www.oxigenwallet.com These are all fraud transactions cheating me through phone. Please stop this transactions immediately, please kindly co operate with us. And try to give reversal in my account as soon as possible.
I already called to Sbi customer care and made request to block my credit card.

    I have done a transaction of rs 2000 on fx mart using oxigen virtual visa card but my transaction was failed and when i call oxigen care they saiD money will be refunded on 31 day of transaction but after 31 day i didnot got my refund and when i am calling customer care they always said compalint has been forwarded please wait and sometimes ask give a mail confirmation from fx mart that transaction has failed and sometimes said that please wait while bank will forward us the statement i am very fed up of these things pleases refund my amount

      I was trying to place the load money in oxigen visa prepaid card, the money was not load but still the amount got debited from my account.please do help to resolve this issue, i have tried calling the customer care number, but never the call has been picked up.
      the amount is neitrher reflected in the RBL available funds as per following attached screenshot. i have sent many mail to you but getting responses from you please give me refund my amount 2000 rs otherwise i will go to consumer care.

      please do help to resolve this issue.

      i have called to oxigen Wallet customer executive and then as per his guide line i jave uninstall oxigen app and re installed and log in done, so my refund has reflected there. Thanks to complaint board.

        22 feb i recharge with 150RS to my tatadocomo from my sbi personal banking account through oxygen, i faustrated i didnt recieve my balance yet, they diduct 150Rs from my sbi account but not gave recharge balance.oxygen is fraud stay away guies from his service..i have uploaded my prof..see image below...

          I have transaction through paytm of 500 hundred rupees but transaction failed money deducted from OXIGEN prepaid visa card on 4th January at 8.10 pm. Refund not added in my OXIGEN wallet yet. I contacted with Customer Care but they not responding.its along time. Please refund my account quickly.10 days gone but refund not added in my rbl fund. They are cheating with and fraud company because they not given my refund till date.i am confused what I do now. I will case him in consumer court.

          Registered mobile number of oxigen wallet [protected].i have transaction through paytm of rupees 500 through prepaid visa card but transaction failed money deducted from prepaid visa card. 4th January 2017 8.10pm transaction failed. I contacted with Customer Care but but they not help me. Refund are not added in my rbl funds. They are cheating with me. I will case him in consumer court. 500 hundreds deducted from prepaid visa card on 4th January at 8.10 pm.

            Sir iam not get recharge of Rupees 114 to my ([protected] docomo number) mobile number & also iam not get my money back to my account also,
            Simply they deduct my money without any recharge, so please give clarification about this, i'am really not satisfied with this, becouse they did not send any information about money deduction except they said that "transaction service not supported" please give a message that when it support & when my money get back.

            Jabong has refunded my amount done for a return request.. But the amount is not reflecting in my oxigen wallet... Jabong has sent me an email stating they have processed my refund n the problem is from oxigen wallet and they have sent me this link to submit the complaint..so i request oxigen wallet to solve this issue and show my amount in wallet.

              Dear Sir/ Mam,
              I wanted to create a virtual visa 5days back, 2000 rupees deducted but virtual visa not generated but the money never reached and neither did they refund it back and seems they dont even want to.. Have written emails to them but they dont respond, neither do they reply on twitter, their CS telephone number keeps you on hold for hours but no one comes on the line ever.. I am not the only one, everyone who has used their app gives negative reviews on Google Play store but they dont respond to anyone and they purposely cheat customers so as to keep their money.. They have not received a single positive or neutral review.. Also they keep call on hold for hours to make commission from Tel operators but no one comes on the line because they dont have a call centre to address to complaints..It seems they are running this fraud business since long but are still continously cheating customers..My complaint ticket id is 415393 which generated on their app but no one responds... email id - [protected]@gmail.com

                  Had made a bank transfer of Rs 1600 from Oxigen wallet on 24th December.. They charged 1600 plus transfer fees of Rs. 48..The transaction failed but they are not returning the money.. A friend needed that money in emergency two days back but the money never reached and neither did they refund it back and seems they dont even want to..                     On 22/12/2016 i have added rupees 500 to my wallet with transaction id[protected] which was successful after a while i tried to transfer rupees 489.00/- with 3% surcharge to my a/c but due to some reason it shown as transaction failure with the transaction id[protected] now i din't got money back in my wallet neither my transaction got successful, i have also mailed to complain to oxigen wallet with ticket id no. 408656, the mailed me back that i could to reach on their customer care number or mail us but neither they are replying my mail nor answering the calls.
                    Please help me out get my money back.

                      Today in morning I got message of extra 10% cashback on adding money in oxigen wallet. Then I tried to add a amount of Rs.500 to oxigen wallet and applied promocode. Given my card details and finally submitted my OTP. Got SMS from bank that you made a payment of Rs.500 to oxigen.com something like that but its hard to believe that my wallet still showing zero balance.
                      I tried to contact them telephonically but no one is picking call and mailed them about this what they have done is only given me ticket number of complaint no further step is taken.
                      Please give me my money back as I am a student and have to rely on parents for everything.

                      This wallets services are really disgusting, no services at all. My money is stuck in this wallet since few months. Neither KYC can be updated nor money can be used anywhere. All transactions got failed but yet it shows transaction as either pending or success. Even mails are not replied properly nor customer calls are answered. The worst experience with this Oxigen wallet.

                            On 22 december 2016, around 11:30 a. M i received a call from an unknown number asking regarding my card details and otp. Since the person imposed to be from the sbi bank in which i hold my account i shared the otp. Rs, 4000 were immediately debited from my account to payu oxigenwallet gurgaon. On contacting payu they further reverted immediately with the details of the transaction made to you. I have attached the details of the transaction made from my account as well as the details provided to me by payu tracing the transaction to you.
                            I demand a full refund of the money as well as the details of the person on whose behalf the complaint was made for me to proceed with a legal action against him.
                            I expect an avid and immediate response since the transition was made by fraudster or someone imposing to be me. As far as the details regarding the transaction are left, all are provided for your reference.

                              the last time i'm take to a transaction in oxigen wallet. Txn. ID[protected]. but my transaction is failld..my wallet balance is redeem. why???
                              i concer with customer care there no provide me proper information and my call is drop whitout any resion...
                              so i think please block my account other than deactive oxigen wallet.refund my balance in my bank account...

                                I have loaded 2000 from my bank at 8.12.2016 still my money is not loaded in wallet or refunded back to my bank.i got message that your money will refund in 48hrs but still no refund.customer services are not attening call...Refund my money as i really dislike their services.very poor services from oxigenwallet.i did not got any update about this big scam website...

                                Problem is regarding to deduct the amount from my account but the recharge could not be succesful.my transaction id:-OXISBI24147419 kindly the amount shoud be credited in my account as soon as possible.

                                  I didn't received my payment of Rs. 950 made to me on 13 december yet by mobile no. [protected]. Transaction No.[protected] .
                                  I have written many emails, call on oxigen wallet customer care but no call pickup yet and no reply on email yet. The transaction is pending in notifications of app.
                                  I have also attached pics of transaction history of sender and my mobile and a pic showing transaction pending in notification on app.
                                  Please solve this.
                                  And tell this company to at least attend customer call and mails.

                                    5 Days back i try to load 4k into oxigent wallet.Money got deducted bt not loaded.Oxigen SMS said it ll b resolved in 48 hour.nw 5 days..i need this 4000 for medical expense...i call hundered time on CC, paid call charges...i send mails...i raised ticket .No Response no update.wt i do let me knw?...such a pathetic customer service ...i need my 4000 in may wallet asap...m making paid calls to ur customer care no response wts wrong do u hv any shame?...hw i ll pay medical expenses who is responsible?

                                        I transferred rs.300 11 dec 2016 through hdfc net banking vide transaction id:[protected] also payment deducted from hdfc bank but amount not add to oxygen wallet. Hdfc payment id is : - [protected]

                                        Kindly check this issue at very urgent.
