Hi,
I registered newly to oxigen wallet on 8th dec-2016.
I loaded money into wallet (Rs. 500).
My transaction no.[protected]

I got an sms from oxigen saying that, transaction failed.
My bank account deducted with money.
[protected] - hdfc ref. No.[protected].

I called several times to oxigen cc and sent several mails.
But neither my money returned to bank nor reflecting in oxigen wallet.

They are pathetic and says, automatically it will come back to my account in 48 hrs. But it happened one week back. Still my issue not resolved.

Never use oxigen wallet for any purpose.
They will do marketing with lot of promo codes.
Never get into trap.

I will not leave this issue, i will fight and publish in all forums till i get my amount back.

    I loaded money rs.2000 from my karur vysya bank to my oxygen wallet on 10/12/2016-11:07.the was deducted from my bank account.but payment not transfered to my wallet.i send mail they reply an ticket no.what the purpose of the ticket no.plz refund my money to bank as soon as possible.i have no balance in my wallet for my transactions.transaction ref:IBIBO-[protected]

        Before 4 day i downloaded this company app from google play and i did try to transfer my money in other account. amount has been deducted from my account and after 5 min it got transaction failed. after that i got a mail from oxygen that it will be clear in 48 hours. but now 120 hour gone but my money didn't refund yet. plz do the needful.

          5/12/16 By using oxigen wallet i did transaction it has been failed but money deducted from oxigen wallet and i got sms (mobile) as my transaction pending

          let me send you message details which i got
          hang in there ! your request of rs 3800 to bank a/c [protected]
          is pending txn id[protected]

          Afterwards i mailed and they raised ticket ( ticket no 373731)
          sir please do needful and make my transaction successful or else refund money to my account ( money which was loaded for wallet topup transfer to that account number )

            Subject : police complaint acknowledgement no. 969/16 dt. 05.11.2016 against unknown person online credit card transaction (On my icici bank standard chartered bank credit card)
            Dear sir,
            Its further to police complaint acknowledgement no. 969/16 dt. 05.11.2016 i had received a call from [protected] on 4.35pm (Dated 02.11.2016) in my mobile no. [protected], where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the cvv & otp when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. After 2 days later (4.11.2016) i checked & the amount of rs.19500 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. Comes switched off.

            Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

                Sir/mam,
                I have added 4030 rs to oxigen wallet.
                Then use it to create a virtual visa caemrd in it.
                Then for some reasons i have removed the evisa card, thenas per there rule, the money have to find in RBL balance section, for future evisa creation,
                But it showing 0 balance.
                I have called castom care 5 time, then didn't help me.
                Everytime they say to send scr shot via emai, but after sending that the didnt reply.

                  I used oxigen wallet app for a top up of rs.50 for which i used my debit card. After the deduction of 50 rupees from my account the "transaction failed due to technical issues". My money was neither refunded, nor did i get any top up which is frustrating. I don't know what to do further. Repeated calls to the customer care centre is not resulting in any solution of the problem.

                      Maha farzi online wallet. Cashback dena hi nhi tha to offer hi kyn nikala Bhai??? They giving code WHITE1000 to add money and get 200 cashback. I applied code. All done good. But they are not crediting cashback. Money added on 10 Nov 2016 and today 16 Nov 2016. Till date they are saying we are working. Are Bhai logo kitna kam wait krwaoge????

                          I was adding 300 rs from hdfc netbanking to oxigen wallet on 27-10-16.
                          Transaction failed which happens many often with this site but amount deducted.
                          Customer care has registered ticket 323967 for this, when it couldn't be solved they created another ticket 338361.
                          It has been 14 days. No resolution so far.
                          Multiple follow-up resulted in vein.

                                I was trying to load 1700rs into oxigen wallet on 28th of OCT 2016, but money got debited from BANK OF BARODA bank DEBIT card & not credited to wallet.
                                I made a call to oxigen customer care regarding this and they told it would be credited in 7 working days, but the money not yet credted to the bank.
                                Kindly refund it back to my DEBIT card or add it to wallet.

                                    I have transact on jabong on 29-sep-2016 for Rs. 1474 using oxigen wallet and Transaction ID is[protected]. I returned 2 items of (a) Rs. 291.60 (b) Rs. 550.80 which totals to Rs. 842.40.
                                    Jabong has credited amount of Rs. 842.40 to my oxigen wallet but I have not seen this amount in my oxigen wallet.
                                    Now its been atleast 2 weeks and I have not got my money.
                                    I request oxigen to look into this matter and help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

                                      Firstly, i loaded oxigen wallet with 4000 INR. Then I created virtual visa card and transferred funds into it. With virtual visa card I made a transaction into other wallet but it failed and I made some other transactions .. those also failed. I contacted customer care n asked to transfer back money to oxigen wallet they said its not possible n asked me to make another transaction. this time the transaction failed and no money was left. Oxigen says to contact other merchant (airtelmoney)and the (airtelmoney) says they havent got any money from their side and to contact Oxigen. Almost 10 emails 2 weeks of time wasted. But still issue is not resolved and no one understand what is really happening, but simply pointing fingers. Oxigen sends different emails with reference numbers saying the case is closed. How pathetic. Ticket Number is 299608.. blah blah.. thats all I get.

                                        The fraud happened on september 24, 2016

                                        On september 24, 2016 around 3 pm, i received a number of calls from [protected] with the caller identifying himself as a sbi customer care representative.

                                        I was asked to provide my sbi a/c details, sbi debit card number and cvv in order to resolve a debit card transaction problem (On september 23, 2016). The caller claimed that he will initiate the refund transaction immediately and arranged for a number of sms to my sbi registered mobile number containing otps that i shared in utmost good faith.

                                        Eventually, a total amount of inr 7876 got debited from my a/c in the name of payu oxigen wallet.

                                        Following are the transaction descriptions from my online account statement:

                                        I have already reported this case to kolkata cyber police station in lalbazar head quarters and the reference number is 1401. They have already sent a mail to you to stop the transaction.

                                        There was a transaction failed at the time of order from Jabong.com
                                        Jabong had already initiated by payment, still the amount is not reflected in my account.
