Oxigen wallet services are all fake promoting themselfs by giving monsoon offers of 50% cashback within 48 hours.
They are fraud once you transact with them they dont even care any more neither will they reply for your query if you ask for cashback.
Guys dont fall in trap of this fake online wallet service.
Its been over 48 hours and ive mailed them like 3-4 time they dont even care to reply back to solve my query whereas cashback lol ive lost hope.
Oxigenwallet such a fake thing.

      I usally recharge through oxy pay service
      And i never found it unsafe before
      On july 16, i tried o recharge through this service for rs 110.. But unfourtunetlly i could not get recharge of the said amount
      I waited for more than 4-5 hours and then i decided to make complaint to u
      My idea mobile number is [protected] and i have recharged for the amount of rs 110, my transaction referance is
      Igochlnxr5 on 7 july at 13:49
      My bank is showing succesful transaction of rs 110.. And not showed the refund i was expecting for non-recharge if..

        After a long argument on call with oxigenwallet associate from leadership team, i'm sending this mail on her demand to oxigenwallet.in which she asked to attach the email which was sent by me to bank to get refund of failed transaction along with my whole concern.
        So here i'm sharing the issue. i made one transaction of 4000/- rs from my credit card to oxigenwallet (mob number: [protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com). i made this transaction through oxigen wallet android app. that transaction got stuck and screen got hanged in phone for a while.in the mean while i got the message from bank regarding the confirmation of transaction successful. but that oxigenwallet android app in my phone screen was stuck and it remained like that for quite a time. it was behaving like hanged. i waited till 10 min after that i closed the app and checked wallet of my oxigenwallet account but there also it wasn't updated. so usually in this case if transaction is got stuck in mid due to server problem and customer doesn't get any confirmation from merchant money is reversed back to customer's bank account for all online merchants. so i thought is the same way and wrote a mail to sbi card customer care on 3rd july 3:47 pm regrding refund, till the time i didn't get any confirmation message from oxigen walllet. it was urgent to get the money for me so i again made one more transaction of 3000/- rs, this time through web not android app. and transaction went smoothly and money got credit to wallet instantly. after that i wrote couple of times for refund of 4000/- rs through portal but there was no response. today i directly called to customer care phone number and explained this issue but instead of accepting your app flaws she blamed on me that you would have taken the screen shot and blah blah.

            I am rajeev mishra. I have saving account in your uco bank armapur kanpur branch account number [protected].

            On sunday 19/06/2016 i have a call from number [protected] at my registered mobile number with bank. Person has said he is calling from uco bank luckhnow and this call is regarding for verification of my mobile number registered with bank.

            Suddenly i have started message come at my registered mobile number with bank that 9 transaction are making from my account. A total 31, 000.00 rs. Has been deducted from my account and the person switch off his mobile phone and i have block my account soon.


            Bank has given only below details that your money has been transfer from uco bank armapur to kotak bank through oxigen wallet when i have inform to oxigen services india private limited board of directors about this fraud they have just deny to providing the details and hiding the matters.

            I have given them all uco bank records and stamped bank details copy to them but they are not providing any fraud transfer details.

            Oxigen services india private limited is also involved in this scam so hiding the details.

            I request to please take a strict action against oxigen services india private limited to prevent fraud money transfer of costumers of banks.

            The matter is well known to board of directors of oxigen services india private limited.

            To mr. Pramod saxena, mr. P. N devarajan, mr. Brett levy, mr. Mark levy, mr. Sunil kulkarni, mr. P. N devarajan, mr. M n gopinath, mr. T. R madhavan.

            We regret the problem faced by you and would like to guide you as follows:-

            1. We don’t get the details of the Debit Card number from Bank/partner for the transaction. As a result, we cannot fetch transaction details based on Debit Card number.
            2. We are also not authorized to authenticate & share any transaction details on the basis on email request from any one, as the identity of credit card/debit card holder rests with the bank. In case of any fraudulent transaction, you need to approach the bank (issuer of Credit Card/debit card) with the transaction details.
            3. Bank will forward the suspected transaction to us based on transaction reference number (which we can identify in our system for extracting information) for further details which will provided to bank by us. Any information related to the transaction will be provided by the bank to you, since bank is the authority to identify and authenticate you as genuine owner/user of the card.

                    I have submitted the approval letter of sbi for kiosk banking to oxigen services (India) pvt. Ltd. After few days a company called me which name is oxigen india services so i didn, t care the both of company. Oxigen india services said that you have to submit the registration fee for kiosk banking 5500/-, licence fee 18500/-, cc account refundable amount 25000/-, kit (Refundable amount) 11700/- and kit insurance amount 10500/- i have submitted whole amount in company's current account.

                    Now this time company not giving me any detail like cc account, policy number, licence number of csp etc.

                        I have lodged a complaint against the oxigen services india ltd for not processing my mobile bill for the sum amount of rupees 3984 for the number [protected] and a sum amount of rupees 571 for the mobile number [protected]. But till today they have not made my payment and also they have not re-funded the amount. I kindly request you to lodge a serious complaint against the above matter and request you to make them to refund the amount with the fine and also with intrest amount for the paid amount and i request you to assure me to pay a amount of rupees 5 laks for the above matter which has made my degnity upside down due to oxigen services ltd as compensation amount. I kindly request you to consider this matter seriously and also look into this matter sriously.

                        After providing all sort of informations also still i did not receive my bill amount and i want to know when can i receive my amount and what is the compensation for this issue and also i would like to inform you that i got 3-4 fake calls for refunding the amount. Please assure me that i am going to get me back my amount and that also within 1 or 2 days...Or else can i make a further move to get my money back.

                              My mother had got a call from a women on 8th April 2016. She has stated that she is calling from SBI Chennai.

                              She has made 6 fraud transactions using my mother's SBI credit card. My mother had not revealed any of the card details during the call instead the lady herself has got the details about the card number, CVV and OTP and has cross checked that the details were correct with my mother.

                              She has done totally 6 transactions worth Rs.12, 000 ( 2000 each ) from our credit card.

                              We had called SBI regarding this issue and we received a transaction dispute email.

                              My mother explained this issue with us only after receiving the monthly SBI Credit card statement.

                              We request Oxigen wallet to kindly revert these transactions and return back our payment.
                              We had noticed that these kinds of fraud transactions were made often in the month of April and we could see that many has posted such complaints.

I have made my mobile bill payment on 21.04.2016 for the mobile number [protected] and also my wife mobile number [protected] the sum amount of rs. 3984.00 and 571.00. Till today according to vodafone care the payment made is not credited to their account. I kindly request you to give me the clarification why the payment has not been credited till date. And i also request you to refund the amount if you cannot credit to their account.

                                Due to this issue they have disconnected my out going calls and and my wives both incoming and outgoing calls they have disconnected which is resulting in communication gap between boh o[censored]s.

                                I have brought this issue to vodafone customer care also...but they informed me to speak to you peoples...i tried calling your helpline number and there was no response from the other side.


                                I will be waiting for you call till today evening 5.00 pm and after that i am going to raise a complaint to the concerned consumer court because i am help less now...

                                    On 2nd may i recharged my videocon d2h recharge with275ruppees.                                         They are giving west bengal address ...
                                        but accounts in delhi.

                                        They are not refunding all recharges,
                                        If refunded they will keep account limit.
                                        please beware of this cheaters..

                                        the amount deducted from my a/c but recharge not done vide ref. no. IH66383672 and IH66383462 on 29/4/16 for Rs. 50 & Rs. 50 respectively.
