[Resolved] Oxigen Wallet — Recharged in wrong instead of showing in wallet | |||
Sir I have recharged my Vodafone gujarat number [protected] from oxygen wallet. the plan was shows that Get 1GB 3g in Rs. 255. but I have received 500 free minutes. while contacting oxygen they replied contact Vodafone. while contacting Vodafone they replied they had not launched plan 1GB 3g in Rs. 255. but this plan shows on oxygen wallet. I have also launched complaints in oxygen care with ticket 204913 but they are replying rudely. wallet company is responsible for providing what shows in wallet. kindly launch my complaint and give me justice. It's not over yet. everytime customer can't check with operator. and wallet shows only that plans which can be used for all. I want my money back which I lost. check with other wallets who are providing recharge facility. wallets can not run with this type of facilities and rude answer.
