[Resolved] OYO — booking on hold despite payment

Oyo - i have book 1 room for 2 guest. For 2 nights the total amount was approximately 3200. But at the time of payment it was partially 2300. I made the payment but then received the sms that my booking is on hold. It is not my fault that oyo app requested partial amount. These people are cheat. My booking id is XSYZ6873. I was promised wifi connection along with toiletry items at hotel nature view. None were delivered and the customer assistance was not at all helpful. I was put on hold for about 15 minutes three times. I demand a refund of the booking charges.
