Hi team,

I have made booking for sep 28-29, 2019 (5+1=6 room) via booking id’s psam6190, dwlk6250.

I have cancelled these rooms because we were unable to identify your property in the location and your property manager number doesn’t work at all.

Your service really sucks as i have called your guys on the day of sep 28 at night 3 am and have asked to cancel because my family was standing at midnight searching for your property and your property manager number also doesn’t work and your customer service executive mr. Aadesh has given me a landline number of [protected] and he says he has only this number. He said he has cancelled my rooms abut for refund he wanted me to speak with his senior and has transferred my call to mr. Rakesh. Have spoken with rakesh but in between he cuts the call. After that i was struck with my wedding works and again called your team on oct 1, 2019 for refund. They again gave me the same story of transferring the call to senior executive and waited till 10 mins and the call didn’t get transferred at all.

I need my full money refund for sep[protected] booking.

Total amount: 4792/- + 1121/- = inr 5913/-

    30 days back i have booked a goa tour starting from 18th august 2019. I had cancelled the tour after two days due to some reasons. Although cancellation policy is written in invoice. You also agree that most of the people did not see the cancellation policy. Last 28 days daily contacted your customer care or support team asking for my advance money, now today they are saying that no refund is possible. I have paid nearly rs.20000.00 money to oyo. Being a senior citizen this amount is very big for me.
    My booking id is th-veoy1527.
    Please help me regarding this.
    As per oyo team no booking of hotel was done prior to cancellation.
    Also as per oyo team hotels and cab return the money without penalty.
    Please look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

      I booked a hotel collection o 18252 hotel supreme at mumbai from 03.10.19 to 05.10.19 (Booking id - crgb6981).

      When i reached hotel, i was denied checkin stating that hotel manager has not received any booking confirmation. Few minutes later manger told that he denied check in due to low tariff offered by oyo. Oyo had confirmed booking and full amount has been pre-paid but still they don’t communicate with hotel property.

      I connected to oyo and after discussion they spoke to me saying that they will shift to another property which is around 2-3kms and i have to bear additional transportation and extra hotel charges. Not agreeing their one sided t&c they said they are connecting to guest manager but after 15-20 min on hold they disconnected. Waited for almost 2hrs on road still no response received from oyo team.

      I have raised open tickets several times but oyo didn’t responded even for single time and neither refunded and compensated for all this torture.

      With all untrained professional in customer service oyo is very good in extracting margins as a third party but when something go’s wrong they don’t have courtesy to respond and close any issues. They have only escalation but no closure.

      Such a shame that oyo has downgraded their services to such level and don’t refund pre-paid amount in spite of denied check in by hotel.

      Now i need my complete amount back with compensation on high priority.

      Hi All

      I am very unhappy with Oyo and will not recommend to anyone for booking.

      I called serveral time but did not get compensation amount till now.

      Oyo customer team always tried to make me fool. I got messgae "your complaint is locked under id[protected]. Your amount INR 5808 is initiated from our side for your booking CRGB6981. You will get your refund within 7-14 working days. " But didn't get complete amount yet. I requested for compensation but not getting positive response yet

      I am requesting you to all please do needful on priority basis.

        I have booked a room in a good hotel in pondicherry for 3 days with good price, after few hours, i saw a message saying, the booking has been cancelled as per your request. But, i have never, clicked the canceled button in the app or called the customer care to cancel for it. When i checked with customer care about this problem, they say, the system shows you only have cancelled. I said, give me a proof of audit history that i requested for cancellation through the app or through your ivrs service or through your customer care. They are not able to provide that.

        Requesting all of you to be very careful with oyo, and if you don't want to spoil your vacation, stay away from oyo otherwise, you may be denied to check-in after reaching the hotel, stating your booking stands cancelled.

          Booked for hsr comforts, yeshwanthpur, bengaluru, and paid online prior check in and finally we were denied check in to the same. Worst first experience. Had the trust and had a bit of fear and the fear took over...
          The hotel guys denied check-in stating they have issues with oyo. We have all recordings of the same. Also we wasted our time in travelling to the same. Oyo should remove such hotels from the booking and not misguide the general public. Some will be travelling for fun, some for business, some for family, etc... Even during such time small amount is also important. We had use our own money again getting some better hotels and we had to face such issues...
          Even now we have not received the amount.
          Booked on 23/09 to 27/09. Stay was for just two nights. We checked in early and we paid for which we have an additional invoice. But in the evening those... Denied the check-in. If you both parties have problems why the hell you guys should behave inhospitable being in the hospitality industry...

            I had a talk with your Guest relationship manger Ms. Mithul from Chandigarh she very irritating and even don't know how to behave to a customer.. Oyo is cheating customers and making money.. Very bad experience from OYO...
            no responds from Oyo so far... would like to hear Oyo responds on above complaint.

              I had booked oyo flagship south end circle room yesterday. I had paid 787 rs for the same. Room is not at all a penny worth to stay

              Complaints
              Room was old (I checked and said ok to it as it was urgent for me). But below things are not acceptable for the money we pay
              1. Lots of cockroaches
              2. No water in hand wash, flush
              3. Tv was there but no single channel. (Not even free channels)
              4 non wokring ac
              5 no hot water in the morning
              6. No towels provided.

              Do you expect a customer to pay approx 800 rs for place to stay with fan with above problems.

                We recently had a deal with oyo total holidayas for our south india tour plan to bandipur and coorg. Package id: th-tpwq6520

                We paid 15k rupees. And it's been 4weeks. There is no update on room bookings or our tour plan. Our service contact from oyo "abhay pawar" is just dragging the plan. I hope we are not cheated. Resolve my issue its just straining us. We thought of having a happy holidays but now we are worried, because after paying money no one is responding om emails or calls or sms.

                Refund the money or what was promised with the us execute it at the earliest.

                  I Rented a Room in Gurgaon Sector 54, Suncity by Oyo life on September 12. The Room was Fully Furnished 1RK for 17800/- including everything.

                  Next Month On October They Sent me and Others Staying in property the rent of 18800 saying Add on Charges for Common area. Fyi there is No common are except Stairs which lead to Exit and entry of building.

                  When we try contacting them They say we will add 5000/- next month and if you won't pay we Will Not give the security back which is 20K

                  Every body is Being harrased badly by Oyo.

                    Please note that I have booked a Deluxe Room at Varanasi through my OYO APP in the name of my father Shri Rabindra Nath Ghosh. I have booked OYO Flagship 118 Atithi Satkar Dashashwmedh from 03rd October till 17th October ; 2019. The booking ID was UMZL8176 and the booking date was 22.06.2019. I had paid in advance a sum of Rs 29247/- which was paid in full and final much before the checkin date. To my utter displeasure when my father ( the traveller ) after getting exhausted with a 17 Hours Train journey reached the hotel ; he found that the hotel refused to accept the booking stating that the contract with OYO has been terminated. Now my old father is in shambles. I had tried OYO customer care number at least 12 times from my phone number [protected]. I need help in getting my money back asap and I am assuring that I shall not use OYO HOTEL anymore and shall not recommend anyone ( although recommended my 15 friends earlier ).

                      This is very bad experience by oyo in my case...i booked a hotel in jalhandar city in punjab .and my booking was confirmed by oyo app..but when i reached hotel they denied by room by saying that oyo rooms are not eligible here...or they can not give rooms to oyo customers...this is very bad experience in the city with which i am not very familiar.i will definately raise a complaint against in courts.

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: OYO Rooms

                        The issue that I have experienced was: I had a reservation for 5 nights and as I had seen in reviews of other guests that the accommodation did not have a front desk and had problems with the access code to enter it. So I contacted a week before my arrival to ask for the code and I was told to be patient, that they would provide it 2-3 days before my arrival. When those days arrived I still did not receive any code and when I claimed it again I was not answered by the channel previously used or by mail so I proceeded to phone the number provided to check that the number was offline.
                        In the absence of answers, the same day of arrival at the accommodation, I called a customer service number that appeared on OYO's website in which I was told to wait at 14:00 h to receive by email this code. That email never arrived. I called again and then they told me that I had to wait until I was in front of the accommodation to demand it. After expressing my surprise at the request, I did not call again until I reached my destination. Then they had me on the phone passing from one person to another until they finally told me that there had been a problem with the reservation and that I should cancel it through the agency that had made the reservation. They didn't give me any more explanations. The real problem was that this apartment was occupied by other guests as I could see by ringing the bell.

                        It occurred on: 25/06/2019

                        This meant that apart from the displeasure caused, I had to make several phone calls with a total cost of 90, 55€ (At the current exchange rate, this amount corresponds to £82.30)

                        After contacting them for a refund, they told me to send them an email with the invoice and the bank details where I wanted to receive the transfer. I have not yet received any response to several emails asking about the case.

                        I would like them to make a transfer of that amount as well as an apology. All this case would not have had with a correct communication from the first moment.

                        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

                          Hello, I am Anubhab Biswas I had booked an OYO room today(2/10/2019) around 11:30pm, booking id GBHT6572 and that shows that the cost of the room is rs. 993/-(kajali guest house) (near acropolis). But when I reached here around 1.30pm the receptionist denied to give room with the designated amount mentioned in OYO app and they charged rs1500/- that was really inconvenient. As a customer it is really very harassing.As I had no option I had to check in. I'm herewith attaching of all these documents and hope that you people will look after this as soon as possible. And I'm claiming a refund and apologisation from the OYO organisation. This incident shows how disorganisted the OYO is.

                            I booked "spot on 41868 rumani2" on 10/07/2019 and the booking date was 05/10/2019 to 08/10/2019 and got confirmation on the same date and i made the payment rs - 2044. However, when i called the hotel on 02/10/2019 they told me that they can't accommodate me because they have broken their terms with oyo. My vacation will start from the next day (04/10/19) and the experience i am having is horrible. If things are not getting shorted out within 24 hours, i will go to the consumer forum to fight this. Enough is enough.
                            I have attached all the details in this mail.

                            P. S - oyo did book another hotel for me (As a sifting), but the hotel is quite expensive and oyo customer support (Ritesh kumar - ritesh_9996_fus) and (Satyapal singh, satyapal_ 453297_ tm) told me that the extra amount will be an adjust from oyo and will be complimentary stay. But now i have not to get an updated invoice for the complimentary stay form oyo. Though they are saying that they will pay the charges the hotel is saying i have to pay the fullest amount.

                              We booked four rooms in oyo 31120 hotel royale india in mcleodganj from 15 august 2019 to 18 august 2019. Before check-in, booking.com in collaboration with oyo asked to pay rs. 24, 000 for the rooms. The amount was paid and email confirmation by oyo was given. When we reached, the owner denied check-in. We applied for refund two months ago and no action has been taken. Despite contacting both oyo and booking.com, they only claimed that the refund would be provided within 7-14 business days. However, no refund has been given so far.

                                One of the pathetic service by oyo, i have 4 advanced book payment of oyo properties, in all, i am facing pending issues such as chekin denied by the hotel, money is not refunded, oyo people not answering calls, ground team cancel the booking without letting customers, illegally cut cancellation charges, call is disconnected continuously, nobody takes responsibility and ready to solve problems. And interestingly now, serious allegations now - senior management either guest exp. Manager or higher-level staff manipulating data entrees on existing booking for safe side play, beware oyo is failed here, you will lose money as customers and denied chk in - and even on the last day, they cancel they property without shifting and no resolution. Please take note oyo ceo ritesh agrawal.. Oyo failed to deliver in india now started looting customer money.. Beware all, i usually write rating and review but oyo needed becoz of worst ever pathetic service i observed in life.

                                  In oyo there no privacy for customer's. If you have any booking id and call oyo cc the agent will provide you all the details of that booking id. Even they don't ask whether he's authorized person or not. This is not a right way to ask the details. They not verifying the customer. Who ever can call oyo cc and give any booking id to them they will provide all details of that booking id, like booking date, name, invoice details. How can them give these details to any unauthorized person then what is the privacy on that. Please look this as a priority

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have booked hotel grand regency through oyo app on 2nd oct 2019 around time 12:02 am for night stay at kolar road bhopal madhya pradesh & by default date changed to 3rd oct & at same time within 10 minutes i had canceled my booking through oyo app but now oyo customer care is denied for refund without availing the services this is truly cheating & fraudulent.

                                    I have done the online payment of rs.1159/-
                                    Booking refrence number: ubrs1029
                                    Cancellation charges deducted rs.1159/-
                                    Amount refund = 0

                                      Hello,
                                      I book my room 2 oct at 9:00 pm on oyo application it's confirmed and payment at hotel.
                                      Then i was go in hotel "shivam residency" hotel owner ask me we are not ti-up the oyo.
                                      Oyo is directly accepted your booking we are not responsible.
                                      I call many times of oyo and chat also they are asking me wait ok i wait 3 h 10 pm to 1 am. But no any call from oyo side and no any resolution.
                                      We are new in this city zahirabad because we are belongs to delhi. Oyo not care about at night 10 pm to 1 am our safety and robbery of our items. Our life.
                                      Finally we are online check some hotels and then this time 1:15 am i am check in this hotel "milan hotel".
                                      It's totally disappointing.

                                        I have booked a room in jagannath puri from 13/9/19 to 16/09/19 on dated 11/09/19 in oyo 1949 hotel surya garden via booking id[protected] through agoda. My ticket was not confirmed so i call on customer care number in the evening on 11/09/2019. They provide me ref no (Req no for cancellation[protected] for cancellation and told me that u will receive a confirmation call within 24 hours and refund within 15 days. I have called so many times on customer care no. They give me same reply. But till date i have not received any call and didn't get any refund. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money.
