Last week i booked an oyo, (Hotel maharaja palace), i made the booking online and then went for checkin, firstly the receptionist denied the checkin at night 10:00, but then after so much discussion he gave me a room at 11:30, moreover the staff behaviour was so bad they were treating us like we are some beggars. After checkin we found room was so bad that it was smelling, there were cockroaches on the bed, bed sheet was torn, there was so much of hair and blood stains on the bed sheet. After that at 12:30 midnight i had to leave the oyo and then booked another oyo. Next day i get a call from customer care and i explained to the guest experience manager and then he asked for photos and i send that photos, after that no revertal was taken, again next day i get a call from another guest experience manager, then i explained her everything, she then asked me to call back at oyo next day, i called back and customer care put my call on hold for 15 min and no response, this is the way oyo treats its customers. I will soon file a pil if my refund with compensation is not provided, i need not give and explanation to anyone on call now, attached are the photos of that room.
