Booking update :
With reference my booking troj7825, we had many discussions on phone and was confirmed that i will be be getting an refund.

Its been more than a month i have not seen my refund, first of all with your louzy services i had to suffer in the night in spite been booked and confirmed by your useless staff. When i reached the hotel they say their is no booking as they have no light, that # didnot even mind us to stay there for 5 min. It was raining heavily. My dispute with you guys is only when these # were aware of that they dont have any backup for power how did your executives made the bookings and kept on calling for reconfirmations, this shows that how inefficient your team is. I have taken an oath that i will never use oyo gain not recommend anyone. Will publish that your guys dont respect customers and cheat them.

Make sure that i need to see my refund in 7 days times else i will post all these in to media and consumer court.

    Last week i booked an oyo, (Hotel maharaja palace), i made the booking online and then went for checkin, firstly the receptionist denied the checkin at night 10:00, but then after so much discussion he gave me a room at 11:30, moreover the staff behaviour was so bad they were treating us like we are some beggars. After checkin we found room was so bad that it was smelling, there were cockroaches on the bed, bed sheet was torn, there was so much of hair and blood stains on the bed sheet. After that at 12:30 midnight i had to leave the oyo and then booked another oyo. Next day i get a call from customer care and i explained to the guest experience manager and then he asked for photos and i send that photos, after that no revertal was taken, again next day i get a call from another guest experience manager, then i explained her everything, she then asked me to call back at oyo next day, i called back and customer care put my call on hold for 15 min and no response, this is the way oyo treats its customers. I will soon file a pil if my refund with compensation is not provided, i need not give and explanation to anyone on call now, attached are the photos of that room.

      I booked a room in the booking id fxpo7635. The hotel owners had some issue with oyo and they didn't allow us to stay there. We were shifted to another hotel and they also had some issue with oyo. We had to find a room on our own for the group of 7 including children and elderly. You wasted our time and money (Transportation charges).

      The booking was cancelled from oyos side on 8th september 2019. It has been more than 14 working days still no refund. I had contacted your customer care several times but no clear reply. They just say that you have initiated the transfer. Today, i contacted one of your guest experience manager sarbjeetkaur_451073_ cx • [protected]@oyorooms.com and her reply was outrageous. She asked me to contact googlepay customer care team. Its a common knowledge who should be contacting the googlepay when one transaction doesn't get through.

      I am not even asking you for compensation for all the miseries that i and my family has to go through because of you. I am asking for just the refund

        I had booked two rooms in oyo 29930 lemon grass in port blair from 11 to 12 september 19. The behaviour of the owner of that hotel was very rude and misbehaved. Moreover, he lied at every step.. We had booked rooms with complimentary breakfast, however the owner declined to do so and when was asked to provide the same he didn't comply stating that market was closed...in view of above please take harsh action against the owner and delist him from oyo..

          I booked a hotel room on 26 may by paying advance money 582 inr through paytm. When i contact that hotel manager, he said that there is no room available currently but oyo app was showing two vacant rooms in it. Then i cancelled my booking. It's about 3 month ago but till now i don't get my refund money. I call oyo costumer service nearly about 30 times. Each time they said that we will call you later but they don't call me back even a single time. Please send my money back.

            Respected sir,
            I joe paul thomas had a booking at oyo17217 hide & seek resort (Booking id: nrfh9023) on september 8th, the advance was already paid in the app itself but when we reached oyo room, they told that the oyo service has been stopped and they refused to give the oyo room. After that, i contacted the customer care and they said the amount will be refunded within 10 to 14 days and i have received a mail that the refunding is initiated. Still the amount is not refunded yet.

            Yesterday night I booked Oyo for raj residency, lakkasandra, Wilson garden Bangalore . I booked that for 650. But after reach at he reception said room not available for this price.even after booked. And he literally took 1200 rps . its big fraud. Fraud fraud fraud.

              I have booked oyo 44791 varanasi on 21.9.19 for 10 days with online advance payment. On 23.9.19 when i reach destination from delhi the hotel refuse to check in me as they have some money dispute with oyo. That is not the customer problem. Hotel owner had manhandled me and i have made police complaint. On complaining oyo they simply say sorry and start refund process deducting cancellation charge on their own. At a far destination where should i go now. What is my fault for advance booking and payment. Pl suggest what stern action i can take.

              Hi this is jennyfer, Already i registered complaint about this issue before, but till now there is no response from team. I am contacting several times to Oyo complaints but they also not resolved the issue about our tour from 1St Oct to 7th Oct jammu kashmir package..please kindly solve the issue expeditiously.

                I have booked 3 rooms at silver dollar oyo 43894 on 31 july to 1 aug 2019. But i got only 2 rooms and requested oyo to get refund for 1 room. Called them several times (Customer care) and 2 representative convinced about my issue and they told me that my request has been resolved and will get the refund within 2 weeks time. When i checked the refund status, it showing that "declined" the refund has been denied as per oyo policies. It means that they are cheating customers. So i would not recommend to book the room if any one is booking through oyo website.

                  I booked oyo hotel for 19 to 21 september in jaipur, when i reached there for check in, they deny it due low tariff, i talked to oyo care they said that they will shift it to another property, but the same issue happened there also, reason was tie up issue with oyo,
                  Then i made new booking in another property of oyo, but when i reached there, hotel manager said we are no with oyo, i called customer care, he said we will book new hotel for you, and they booked in another property, but again they said low tariff, we will not give you room with oyo. What kind of service is this, when you can't manage your hotel partners then shut down your company, i want serious action regrding this and also compensation of what i have paid extra to that hotel

                    On 31st of august 2019 i placed a prepaid booking in oyo 40684 crown plaza (Booking id:tgwd9240). My booking was made for 1st of september 2019 to 2nd of september 2019 for 1 night. When i went into the hotel, they told me couples are not allowed in this hotel but i had made this booking after reading the terms and conditions and in the terms and conditions it was clearly mentioned that it's couple friendly because i always use the filter of couple friendly hotels in oyo app so there was no chance of mistake from my side and i have proof as well that it was couple friendly hotel when i made the booking. After that i was left with nothing except of complete denial for check-in. So i tried reaching oyo customer care but they just kept on keeping me on hold. After making rigorous numbers of calls i decided to make another prepaid booking while walking on the road in the scorching heat. I made booking in hotel the oyo 3993 hotel churuwala inn (Booking id :zueo7846). So after booking, i went for the hotel churuwala inn but after reaching there the hotel denied check-in because of the tariff issue. I couldn't understand that completely but i understood that this is the problem between the hotel and the oyo but i am the one who is suffering. The hotel churuwala inn asked me that if i want the room in the hotel then i will have to pay in cash and will have to cancel through oyo, so i denied. Then after that i made the prepaid booking in oyo 41874 laxmi guest house (Booking id :luej4825) and reached there around 5 in the evening. During this booking and being denied for check-in i was being assisted by one of the oyo assistance. She helped me through check-in in laxmi guest house but apart from that she told me that she had canceled my earlier two bookings and refund has been initiated and it will reach to my account in 7-14 working days but it's 21st of september 2019 but not a single penny have been credited to my account. This is not end of the problems that oyo had made me face. After receiving the mail of refund i replied to it that why only refund is initiated have been written? Why not full refund is written? Then i got a mail from oyo that i will receive full refund and i had received this mail on 9th of september 2019. Again after that on 17th of september i replied to the mail about the refund status but i didn't received any response, so next day i made the call to oyo customer care. He told me that one of the refund is not initiated and he is initiating the refund now. So again i called the oyo customer care regarding the transaction number of the refund then he mailed me the transaction number but the twist is that when i again called the oyo customer care regarding the date of refund and why refund is taking so long then they told me that one of the refund is not initiated (Again this happened) but i don't understand that then how come i was provided with the transaction number of the refund if refund was not initiated. I have received many mails that refund have been initiated and will be credited in 7-14 working days and whenever i make calls to oyo customer they tell me either refund is initiated or not initiated and sometimes they also tell me that it has reached to my account. Seriously? How can you lie multiple number of times? I have already suffered a lot on 1st of september 2019 by paying huge cab charges on that day because of shifting in hotels and my precious 4 hours was wasted on the road and the mental and physical pressure i went through during that 4 hours is something beyond explanation. Please don't make me more suffer, i have already called oyo multiple number of times and had also mailed and had received mail with no permanent solution multiple number of times. I request to please take quick action regarding this and please refund my money.

                    I have never seen such a irresponsible company. I don't know why oyo service i getting degraded day by day. They are either confused or are intentionally doing that, i don't understand. In oyo app the 1234 is refundable amount as well as 1235, then the app is claiming that refund is processed as well it's successful. On the other hand i am getting text messages that will get confirmation after sometime that refund is approved or not. And this is not the first time it's happening. This is 3rd or 4th time in the last 25 days. It's really bad to see such a unprofessional behavior by a reputated company.

                      We have booked room in lonavala, hotel dean villa in name of pranav prabhu.
                      We got confirmation call from oyo and so we paid for the room and reached the place.
                      Receptionist said that if i am paying offline then he can give me room but i already paid to oyo.
                      I called customer care multiple times, but they said they will take to senior or look for another property.
                      And after waiting for sometime, they cut the call. Its happened many times and its 1am and we are still waiting for solution.
                      We came all the way frm mumbai so is this the way you give service.

                      Its 1am and neither hotel people nor oyo customer is responding.
                      Should we prefer to come next time in oyo room. You can check pranav prabhu's record, he is oyo's regular customer.
                      Seriously your service is pathetic. And i won't recommend anyone for oyo.

                        1: booked 3bhk hotel shifted to another hotel with 10 bhk due to engine problem which has killed the privacy. Later the booked houseboat seen working carrying other passengers.
                        2. As per oyo terms conditions all meals are included in booking which they accepted after repeatative complaint. This caused harrasment.
                        3. Also in shifted houseboat one room ac was not working. So some amount should be refunded.
                        4. Oyo representatives are not familiar with thier own terms and conditions
                        All these lead to worst experience and feel cheated.

                          Dear sir,
                          This is to bring to your kind notice that today i had booked a room in one of your hotels: sg comforts (# 5-9, 211, chirag ali ln, near medwin hospital, mahesh nagar, abids, hyderabad, telangana 500001), my booking id is : hsck0172. Due to change of plans i arrived early and requested for early check-in.
                          Hotel management had shortage of rooms hence arranged a room in short notice for my utilization. But room was untidy, it had many issues such as:
                          1) bathroom floor was too untidy that walking on bare foot was a scary thing
                          2) water heater wires were hanging outside and they are exactly opposite to shower, which could electrocute a person while showering leading to immediate death.
                          3) toilet seat was broken and even commode was not properly cleaned with a disinfectant
                          4) bathroom door was rotten from bottom creating unpleasant view
                          5) cockroaches all over bathroom mat
                          6) not even a single accessible mobile charging socket in room, as a matter of fact i had to unplug tv cable to charge my mobile and laptop
                          7) stained bedsheet covers and pillow covers
                          I had informed hotel manager about these issues and had requested for room change for which they agreed and promised me that they would arrange something by evening. But in evening when i called reception to ask status of my query, they simply banged the receiver and not picking up the phone after that. Now i have paid entire amount for my stay from[protected] to[protected] and cannot checkout even if i wish to and no one is ready to help me out.
                          I had been a faithful customer to oyo room since 2014 and always believed in their high standards and uncompromised service, even the pictures which were displayed in app were replica of real hotel. But after this incident i have lost my trust/faith on oyo rooms and have no confidence on app hotel pics.
                          Kindly resolve my query at the earliest and help me out from this incontinence.

                            Oyo rooms,
                            My name is sunil gupta i had worst experience with oyo on 13th of sept i made booking with oyo app for 18th sept. Once i reached to hotel they said hotel rooms are sold out even after making booking then they shifted to other one & they said we are no tied up with oyo & after that we made another booking with different no. They showed different price and once we reached they asked almost double price. From morning 3am to 6am we were just travelling here & there in jaipur in cabs to get rooms. I really dont understand why i faced that experience & even after collecting price of room they have cancel from their site & they are saying refund will take 14 working days i really don't understand why i will wait for my money when even there is no my mistake. Is oyo rooms was always like this? Are you guys seriously care for your customers? Does it matter about time & money of your customer?
                            It was seriously bad that in night i was calculating roads in jaipur because of you guys. Find my details with booking id of lvds8473 & take a action against it asap. I want apology mail as well as compensation

                              After paying advance and booking hotel in advance, oyo tied up property is dining our booking stating that recently they broke up tie up with oyo the what is my fault, why should i go to less amenities & category hotel... And after many calls & long hold i have got resolution that i got shifted in 9756 era hidden paradise & i was ok with the same and i got confirmation mail & sms all which is added below:
                              Then why i have been shifted to another 2 hotels by oyo team without my concern or my request.
                              Today after calling many a time i got answer from oyo executive ahmad & nitesh that we will refund your money. & we will not able to reshift you even in 9756 era hidden & it is future property.. What the hell i will do with money, are we fool that we will do re-booking of same type of property and will get in same rate??? Who will bear the extra bugs?? I was getting better offer with go ibibo and treebo both but i preferred oyo, and resulted i am being harassed by oyo team now.

                              Plesae rebook my booking in oyo 9756 era hidden paradies in same budget or else book me with similar type of property at near by beaches only.

                                I had made a booking at oyo 11306 ss hotel, at gorakhpur from 31/08/2019 to 1/09/2019. However, after we'd reached at the hotel, the owner denied us the room claiming that, oyo had given us the room at a far lesser price than he'd agreed to.
                                After a journey of almost 24 hours, i had to argue with this person and repeatedly call your customer care executives. The person at the customer care asked me to hand the phone over to the owner and they had a lively argument. (Audio attached) the conclusion of which doesn't concern me because oyo simply cancelled my booking (I already had paid online!!), and after 3 hours of this mess i had to pay the owner a far greater amount, just to get a room.

                                I had paid oyo 974/- and i had to pay at the hotel 1200/-. The amount in the invoice that i asked, is cleverly added as 999+200 room service, so that they don't get in trouble, even thought i didn't order a thing! Luckily, i have got the audio (Attached) of the whole incident, the clear denial of room and the arguments between oyo representative and the owner.

                                The misunderstanding between oyo and hotel doesn't concern me at all, i want the difference of the amount i had paid initially and the amount i had to pay at the hotel again, and also full compensation. Otherwise i'll be forced to take legal action against both the hotel and oyo.

                                  I have booked oyo hotel id 28314 and booking id hwpg9857 almost like one month before and paid initial advanced money to confirm the booking. When i called the hotel about my booking they said it is not confirmed and they have mention oyo on the same day of booking. But still when i called oyo they said it is confirmed. I have documented all the conversation which i had with oyo and the hotel because i know there is something wrong with my booking. Because the day i reach there a came to know my booking is not confirmed a simple sorry from oyo will not anticipate my need. This needs to take serious action and need to be resolved urgent.in case if need i would like to share all over the social media with all the supportive documents.

                                    I booked hotel through oyo at ooty with registered mobile no. [protected] wef 31 aug 2019.
                                    I submitted my key at hotel reception.
                                    After checkout on 02 sep 19, after 200 km we halt for refreshments and lunch. After 2-3 hour when i try to start my car.. There is a low battery indication. When i check my battery it was replaced.
                                    I already logged complaint against hotel at oyo. But response is not upto mark. Plz help me.

                                      Oyo rooms did not provide gst details of my employer to be included in the bill, which i need to submit for reimbursement. Below is my gst details of my employer:

                                      Stay was from 21th august till 2nd september 2019.

                                      As per gst act and rules, no gst registered entity can deny for providing gstin tax invoice specifying customer gstin no and gst amount deducted. Oyo is only providing me the payment receipt, which is of no use to me, and firm where i am working is not accepting my claim since the same cannot be used for taking gst credit.

                                      I spoke to customer care several times and also updated the gst details during my booking in the app, but still the invoice with customer gst details was not be provided.

                                      I request to please help me getting the appropriate invoice.

                                        We are very much thankful to for making our tour programme for puri etc yatra.

                                        We are giving our feedback for hotel larica puri, which was under the management of said to be renowned brand oyo.
                                        We were treated there as most disrespected, disregarded and neglected so called guest.
                                        No reception at arrival at hotel.
                                        Even water was not served at reception.
                                        Rooms were not cleaned.
                                        No water provided we have paid ₹30/per bottle for water.
                                        No room service.
                                        No wifi
                                        No intercom
                                        No phone at reception
                                        Electrical points were loosened, open and were inviting for any accident.
                                        Air conditioners were not working.
                                        Behaviour of total staff wasvery very far from any degree of satisfactoion, including managermr. Bhattacharya
                                        Except the counter receptionist ms sujata.
                                        All rain water was flowing in number of rooms.
                                        No phone on the reception except one mobile which was also kept switched of & this was also tested by oyo people e. G mr. Raghav, ms. Anchal sharma, mr. Vaibhav and various other at call centre. These all complaints are recorded in oyo call centre.
                                        Anyhow, हमें रुकना था, रुके, झेलना था झेले लेकिन अब आपसे अपेक्षा कि अपने स्तर से इस झेली हुई से परेशानी से oyo को अवगत कराएं ।
                                        यदि जांच में यह तथ्य सही हों तो हमारा पैसा वापिस कराएं
                                        ऐसा न करने की दशा में हम कोई भी निर्णय लेने हेतु स्वतंत्र होंगे जिसके किसी भी परिणाम के उत्तरदायी आप अथवा oyo होंगे ।
