I booked oyo hotel for 19 to 21 september in jaipur, when i reached there for check in, they deny it due low tariff, i talked to oyo care they said that they will shift it to another property, but the same issue happened there also, reason was tie up issue with oyo,
Then i made new booking in another property of oyo, but when i reached there, hotel manager said we are no with oyo, i called customer care, he said we will book new hotel for you, and they booked in another property, but again they said low tariff, we will not give you room with oyo. What kind of service is this, when you can't manage your hotel partners then shut down your company, i want serious action regrding this and also compensation of what i have paid extra to that hotel
