I dont want to use oyo account and it doesn't allow me to do. It doesnt allow me to delete my account or my history.. This is a privacy issue. I dont want to be associated with it.. Pls delete my account. I tried multiple times to delete but was ignored.. This is a serious privacy issue and i want it resolved.. I dont want oyo to have all my details and i need to delete my account..

    I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 7th september 2019 with transaction amount of 944/- (944 from kotak mahindra bank debit card). Icancelled the booking on the same date oyo cancelled my booking due to some reason and it has been more than 20 ago days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. I asked oyo for the bank reference number so that i could confirm whether there is any issue with the bank. After confirming with the bank mentioning the transaction the bank says we have already updated your transactions but your biller has not initiated the refund. I asked oyo again for telling them that there is no issue from the bank side. Kindly initiate the refund but the response from oyo is same that your bank reference number is so and so and to talk with your bank. I am fed of calling oyo and icici again and again without any worthy results.

      I have booked a room at 8th sept.
      My booking id is qjhs1472
      I was denied check in say dat it's low tariff issue
      So refund was initiated 8th and they said it will take 7 to 14 days
      And i haven't received any amount till this day
      I hav been calling them but they r not responding and always giving so reason
      Now they r not evn responding
      They asked me for account statement
      I sent it
      Now they r not responding in any way

        Had booked 2 rooms for 4 guests in oyo app under booking i'd joge9235.
        In oyo homes 41058 peaceful studios baga for 3 nights from 4 october 2019 to 7 oct 2019.
        After payment is made in favor of the oyo rooms i talked with one of the oyo assist she asked me to send photo id card proof of all the guests to via whatsapp to [protected], and we checked in the room.
        After that i got an email from oyo that my booking has been cancelled, as per my statement of conversation with them there is no communication made regarding cancellation of the booking and also charged 1860 rs as cancellation charges.

            I booked an oyo flagshit hotel, oyo 13853 shruti resort and it was confirmed. Being it a flagship hotel it gained my trust. Now, it got confirmed and i also confirmed it with the hotel as well as oyo assign, and also got a message at 6:55am that everything is confirmed but when i opened the app it showed cancel and i didn't get any cancellation calls or email or message anything. After contacting oyo customer care i came to know that my phone number in which i have been reacing info has been changed to some illogical number ([protected]) and email address to ([protected]@gmail.com). I'm very annnoyed with this kind of theft and i'm looking forward to hear response as it was my parents travelling there and 2ndry opinion for hotel which i got i had to pay extra.

              I left oyo life room in sector 122 noida last august on the 10th and was promised to receive the security money back within 10 working days. It is october and i am yet to receive the amount.
              I have tried to communicate with the multiple email ids they have provided me and have gotten no response. It would be really kind if you let me know the status of the security amount asap.

              Almost one month since this and i am still to receive the money. I even got the email saying it will be transferred in 7 days. But nothing happened.
              Is there an issue here? I would like to know the problem as this is being dragged for three months now.

                I booked hotel nawab at karimnagar from oyo on 4th oct 19 around 7.28 pm for same day, as per policy check in date is 4th oct 19 11 am check out 5th oct 12 pm, requested customer care that i will checkin by 11.30 pm, after confirmation i went to hotel. Hotel nawab receptionist denied me with checkin due, and asking me to pay extra money. Oyo customer care unable to solve my queries and want me to change the hotel i denied for doing so and ask them to repay my amount, then after no response from oyo on my refund upto 15 days as there policies it seems. Still it's not initiated.

                  My name is sj... On 13 september 2019 i have booked five rooms in this oyo 28378#bengaluru and paid an amount of rs 1400/- online. I got confirmation from oyo that rooms are "your stay is confirmed". I was accompanied by 13 other members from kerala including 61 year old my father and mother and my relatives. When this room was confirmed, we started our journey from kemmangundi top station which was 270 km journey and it take nearly 7 hours jouney and we reached # farm at 11.55 pm on september 13 and when enquired for room, they said that room was not available for us. They spoke so rudely to us. Since there is no option i call oyo team for support, they told me to find any other oyo room nearby, at 12 o clock. They suggest another oyo rooms nearly 8 kms away. He tell me that rooms are booked in garden#no 3291 n h byepass parvathappa layout gandi nagar nelamangala. When i reached there i got three single bed room instead of five double bedroom. Me along with my senior citizen parents and relatives stayed there in that hotel for same amount rs 4400 (+ 830 for additional room) which i have booked through oyo for the three single bedroom. Since an international company oy#is the reason for the same mental agony and distress which me and other 13 people faced on that terrible night, i request your speedy action on this robbery and neccessary action against culprit...

                  1400 advanced ...when reached Garden gate lodge at 1.00 am on nextday morning, they said no rooms there...only 3 single bedroom given for the price of 5 double bedroom price...but i have no complaint at them, becoz they give me atleast at that time, not bcoz of OYO, but because of humanity...

                    I booked oyo room for 2 nights. When i entered in hotel, hotelier denied for check in, as per hotelier oyo room didn't pay the the pending amount. I called to customer care they transferred my call to manager they put my call on hold for 50 min minutes. Again i called then again transferred & hold. Same thing happened 4-5 times. Me & my wife was on road. After that i fed up & booked another property. My booking was prepaid & mu money stucked till now.

                    Worst & pathetic customer service by oyo.

                      I booked hotel on oyo app in delhi from 4 aug to 12 aug and paid online. When i reached at hotel they denied check-in and told me to pay in cash. After contacting oyo customer care executive they checked me in. But again on 10 aug hotel staff told me to pay in cash. Again i contacted oyo customer care, this time she told me to pay at hotel in cash and assured me that the amount i had paid online, would be refunded in 7-14 days. I paid rs.4709/- at hotel in cash, but oyo haven't refunded rs.4709/- which i paid online. I contacted again to oyo customer care on 30 aug, he promised to refund in 7-14 days, but one month has passed. I tried several times later, they transfer call to other department and are not responding.

                        I very much sorry to inform all the officials of oyorooms that i have booked 3 triple occupancy room at hotel broadway annexe (3303), darjeeling on 3rd july"19 checkin date - 7th oct'19 check out date-10the oct'19. Accordingly a booking voucher was sent to me as confirmation. Suddenly, in the month of eally sepember, mr mitlesh yadav, dm from hd qrs inform me that there is some problem with the hotel, so he will shift in the another hotel at darjeeling. I say ok. But, due to worryness i have call him in a regular interval about the confirmation. He said, no issue sir it will be done very soon in reply to my quiries. But not done. Last on 1st & 2nd oct" i have call him throught the day for want of confirmation. But most of the time he refuse to accept my call. Then i am tried and got the no. [protected] customer care and told them my problem that 3 months back i have booked hotel with fully paid, but despite several request no body caring my problems. Atleast 8 - 10 times i have call them to solve, but customer care did not solve the problem. Then by some person advise i have made the complaint to [protected]@oyorooms and tlked over phone atleast 10 time. All the executive told me yes we will call you soon, but no body call me once. Nest mr pritam call me once and told me he will talked with property and as soon he will solve the problems.in next call of pritam he told there are no rooms avaible, you please take refund. Nice solution. Now at darjeeling is full of seasons and due to durga puja heavy demand of hotel at darjeeling. What a nice suggesttion of mr. Pritam (How they are getting job?). Next 10 to 20 times i have discussed with so many executive of [protected]@oyorooms.com all executives are misguide me and make any shifting of hotels. Suddenly i have got again accomadation voucher on 2nd oct'19 at 1.43 pm that shifting was done in same hotel that is in broadway annexe. But after few hours again mitlesh yadav cal me and told that, the same confirmation was not correct, he will try for another shifting. Ok i am waiting. Finally a new confirmation voucher was sent to me that the booking was confirmed at hotel sagarika (8292). So i am happy with decession. But to day at about 3 pm again mitlesh yadav ring me and told no sir there was an problem with hotel sagarika. I have called hotel sagarika and denied my booking. So, again i have to mitlesh do another shifting, but he didnot done. Then i have booked the hotel of broadway annexe, with huge high price from yatra.com.
                        Now my question, the above all persons are really working with india's biggest hotel chain? Who has given their appointment like all bogus, incompetant person? Though it not my lookout, but in my mind it has came. Who is responsible for my huge harrasment? Who will take responsible for my extra payment to hotel?

                          I have book hotel by oyo and paid 50% advance.
                          On the day of checkin the hotel denied the entry stating that they are not associated with oyo.
                          After complaining about incidence they cancel the booking.
                          I had to pay double amount for booking in other hotel. After one month still they didn’t refund my money. They always put my phone on hold and disconnected it. Never pay in advance to these people. They never going to refund your money.

                          Vary vary bad service. Don’t recommend anyone..

                                I have made the booking online and paid the amount online.
                                After going to hotel, owner said that the property is blocked on oyo, he insisted to pay cash at the hotel and we paid 2914 again.
                                I have complained several times, they are saying that the refund has been initiated but it never comes. I have been complaining from 21 september and everytime they are saying that they will initiate the refund.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I have made booking for sep 28-29, 2019 (5+1=6 room) via booking id’s psam6190, dwlk6250.

                                  I have cancelled these rooms because we were unable to identify your property in the location and your property manager number doesn’t work at all.

                                  Your service really sucks as i have called your guys on the day of sep 28 at night 3 am and have asked to cancel because my family was standing at midnight searching for your property and your property manager number also doesn’t work and your customer service executive mr. Aadesh has given me a landline number of [protected] and he says he has only this number. He said he has cancelled my rooms abut for refund he wanted me to speak with his senior and has transferred my call to mr. Rakesh. Have spoken with rakesh but in between he cuts the call. After that i was struck with my wedding works and again called your team on oct 1, 2019 for refund. They again gave me the same story of transferring the call to senior executive and waited till 10 mins and the call didn’t get transferred at all.

                                  I need my full money refund for sep[protected] booking.

                                  Total amount: 4792/- + 1121/- = inr 5913/-

                                    30 days back i have booked a goa tour starting from 18th august 2019. I had cancelled the tour after two days due to some reasons. Although cancellation policy is written in invoice. You also agree that most of the people did not see the cancellation policy. Last 28 days daily contacted your customer care or support team asking for my advance money, now today they are saying that no refund is possible. I have paid nearly rs.20000.00 money to oyo. Being a senior citizen this amount is very big for me.
                                    My booking id is th-veoy1527.
                                    Please help me regarding this.
                                    As per oyo team no booking of hotel was done prior to cancellation.
                                    Also as per oyo team hotels and cab return the money without penalty.
                                    Please look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      I booked a hotel collection o 18252 hotel supreme at mumbai from 03.10.19 to 05.10.19 (Booking id - crgb6981).

                                      When i reached hotel, i was denied checkin stating that hotel manager has not received any booking confirmation. Few minutes later manger told that he denied check in due to low tariff offered by oyo. Oyo had confirmed booking and full amount has been pre-paid but still they don’t communicate with hotel property.

                                      I connected to oyo and after discussion they spoke to me saying that they will shift to another property which is around 2-3kms and i have to bear additional transportation and extra hotel charges. Not agreeing their one sided t&c they said they are connecting to guest manager but after 15-20 min on hold they disconnected. Waited for almost 2hrs on road still no response received from oyo team.

                                      I have raised open tickets several times but oyo didn’t responded even for single time and neither refunded and compensated for all this torture.

                                      With all untrained professional in customer service oyo is very good in extracting margins as a third party but when something go’s wrong they don’t have courtesy to respond and close any issues. They have only escalation but no closure.

                                      Such a shame that oyo has downgraded their services to such level and don’t refund pre-paid amount in spite of denied check in by hotel.

                                      Now i need my complete amount back with compensation on high priority.

                                      I am very unhappy with Oyo and will not recommend to anyone for booking.

                                      I called serveral time but did not get compensation amount till now.

                                      Oyo customer team always tried to make me fool. I got messgae "your complaint is locked under id[protected]. Your amount INR 5808 is initiated from our side for your booking CRGB6981. You will get your refund within 7-14 working days. " But didn't get complete amount yet. I requested for compensation but not getting positive response yet

                                      I am requesting you to all please do needful on priority basis.

                                        I have booked a room in a good hotel in pondicherry for 3 days with good price, after few hours, i saw a message saying, the booking has been cancelled as per your request. But, i have never, clicked the canceled button in the app or called the customer care to cancel for it. When i checked with customer care about this problem, they say, the system shows you only have cancelled. I said, give me a proof of audit history that i requested for cancellation through the app or through your ivrs service or through your customer care. They are not able to provide that.

                                        Requesting all of you to be very careful with oyo, and if you don't want to spoil your vacation, stay away from oyo otherwise, you may be denied to check-in after reaching the hotel, stating your booking stands cancelled.
