For my booking cyro8526, i have been struggling for my refund since 20 days now, i have called oyo support like hundreds of times, they told me that my refund was initiated on 11th nov 2019, i kept calling support to track my refund status but no one helped after these many days i again called oyo support and they told me that my refund was declined and i will have to wait for another 14 working days, ghest experience manager of oyo jyoti yadav told me "sir ho gaya decline ab main to kuch ni kar sakti, kisi ki galti thodi hai", such an irresponsible behaviour and i am still not getting my refund.

    It has been 14 days since my complaint has been notified.
    I also received a mail from oyo stating that refund has been initiated but still no money has come to my debit card.

    I have mailed gunjan goyal but she has not replied.

    I also want to complain about oyo guest managers. They confirmed that refund was initiated since 3 months but gunjan goyal on 11 november stated that after my complaint on social media they have initiated the refund. This means that no action had been taken for 3 months and all the guest managers are cheats. Or else it might be that gunjan goyal is not speaking the truth.

    Gunjan goyal is not replying to my mails as well. It has been above 14 working days and i have not got my refund.

    I am highly dissappointed with the way the oyo rooms is treating customers.
    Manu chopra, smity, satyendra, vishal, anuj, surbhi, ayushi jain and many more stated that refund was initiated but from gunjan i come to know that from past 3 months no action had been taken for my complains.

      So i get notification from oyo app everyday for play and win and recently i started playing it first i won 1/- then 2/- it was transferred in my paytm and then later i won[protected] i haven’t received anything i even pinged on customer care on the app spoke to 2 people they weren’t of any help, did nothing just apologised for the inconvenience and it’s written i can win a lot more things but if i’m not getting such petty amount how can i trust i’d get anything else
      If it’s fraud i think one should remove such games from their app it isn’t mandatory.

        Dear oyo manager

        I have make a telephone booking with oyo on 21st oct. 2019 for 5days stay at aurangabad for date 26th nov.2019 to 1st dec 2019. The have make our booking for 2 rooms at hotel om sai leela at aurangabad. After few days oyo offer me a discount message for prepaid booking. And after confirmation with oyo call centre i have paid my discounted amount rs. 7350 immediately.
        Now when we reached at hotel om saileela on 26th nov. 2019 at 5 pm with our kids, they deny that they are not able to allot a rooms for us. As per discussion with them they told us that they already mail oyo that the rooms not available on 26th and 27th nov. Due to personnel reason.
        Now its not possible to me to revert back to my home town. Already we make a travels of 7-8 hrs. So we called a call centre of oyo. The person from oyo customer care told us that we are sorry for the issue and shift us to another hotel, so i request him to arrange on same budget, because already 15 days before i have paid for my stay. So he told me that we will make this booking cancel and find a new one for me. I told him first find a stay for us with the same amount then we will see because its too late to suffer with our kids, again he told me that before cancel this booking you will not get refund your amount, so we first make a cancel them. Here oyo person misguide me first time. Instead of booking cancel he can transfer, but he didn’t do.
        After that near at 8 pm he suggest me a property hotel sparkling pearl which is costly and away from my location. Again i request him to convert my booking in this with the same amount. Now i am not able suffer more with kids at night, so agree and again request him to check the prices, so he said we will see. Now at approximately 9 pm i reach to the hotel. Again there is a issue of down payment so i have arrange rs. 2000 and paid as advance. And callback to oyo for refund a payment. I have received a mail that your process is done and you will received your payment after deduction of rs. 2000. Now it is a big harassment of me instead of giving me a compensation, oyo is deducted rs. 2000. Already a oyo person cheat me instead of cancle my booking he can transfer, but for deduction of my amout he forcefully cancle my booking and make new booking.
        At late night near about 12 pm i have received a call from oyo about my problem, so told them all my history and request them to do needful with me. The communication is more than 1 hours, where so many people ask me issue and after transfer to senior which is disgusting.
        Again i have request oyo to refund my amount on urgent basis. At least 4-5 times i have called oyo and every time discussion is more that 30-40 min. They only transfer to their senior and again i have to explain my issue. And at the end they told us that we are in process of refund your amount and your refund id is generated. And it will refund to your account within 7-14 days as per policy of oyo. Here oyo forget the policy that customer suffer with our mistake and instead of giving compensation again make my harassment.
        Here where i have get a stay the manager is always ask me about payment so i have request him to wait.
        Now i request to oyo to refund my full amount with the compensation for the harassment of me on urgent basis, so i can pay where i am stay. It will be good for oyo customer that the company taking precaution of their customer.

          I have all kind of evidence, that OYO is a Higher Level Fraud Company, My booking Was in Mumbai, For 9 November to 10 Nov, I was make Payment By Online, After Reach The Hotel, Hotel was Denied For Check-in because OYO and hotel starting cool fight for the reason OYO not given previous amount . i was calling OYO more than 45 times but They are not helping us properly and not provide new hotels, OYO wanting more amount for arrange new property, if we cant check in for OYO company than OYO need arranged new property for us with same amount, ,
          but after 6 hour i was demanded for refund paid by me... but OYO taken complain for refund my amount and i have also received a refund initiate details by Email, on the date 11 November but still now not yet refund any amount credited in my account...
          but OYO team was telling me that it will taken maximum 7-14 days for refund.

          And if Now i will calling to OYO and talk about my refund they are telling me that they will call back me for more details...

          what kind fraud starting in India by OYO...
          i have all kind of phone recording evidence...

          Now Think Every-one What kind of Fraud is starting in Indian by OYO.
          this company is totally fraud, .
          here many evidence availability against this OYO.

          today Indian 60% OYO customer are facing Problems.. day by day

          SO i need 1st my full refund... and take proper action against OYO, and we need shutdown this company from india..

            I have booked a hotel to check inn at Capital O tekarees Inn, at the time of check inn the hotel denied my reservation, and my booking have been done through an online web site in the name of agoda.com, my payment have been made online well in advance and there is no refund probided from Oyo Rooms, neither they are willing to provide me alternative property options, Request you take this matter Seriously with Oyo Rooms.

              I booked oyo kf residency from 27 nov to 30 nov for 3400 but manager denied for checkin due to rate issue and he asked me to book another new booking and i was having no option at late night 12:30 am so i had to book new booking again and paid 1700 rs again just for one night, 3400 + 1700 .. and no refund yet and oyo customer denied for refund and infact customer care said payment is not done successfull which was totally fake as i got successful transaction receipt and text of Oyo from on WhatsApp itself.. i dont understand what kind of service they provide.. what kind of tie up they had with hotel n fake prices on oyo apps .. i want my 3400 rs refund

                This is to bring to your notice that I had booked an OYO room in the property situated at_Golden leaf, Chakarata road, sudhowala, Dehradun from 08/11/2019 to 09/11/2019 and had paid the entire amount of Rs.1250 by online transfer.

                However to my utter shock and displeasure, when I had reached the property to check in at about 1:00 a.m on 09/11/2019, I was first made to wait for nearly two hours and then informed by the receptionist that the room for which I had made the booking was no longer available as it was allocated to someone else. At around 3:00 a.m, the hotel authorities shifted us to a nearby hostel and when we reached there what we saw was a drunkard along with a few ladies accompanied. It is also to be noted that the said hostel did not even have an OYO Board. Early in the morning, I was constrained to check for other hotel accommodation however none was available due to the last minute attempt. Facing grave inconvenience and hassle, I was forced to sleep the night in the car in which I came. I had my family along with me, which just did not cause my discomfort but all the members of my family.

                The management of OYO has promised a refund of the payment is credited, however please note that the same is not enough considering the paramount difficulty and aggravation I had to face purely due to the careless, reckless, negligent and unprofessional service met out by your management.
                Needless to say, the hotel has no right to reallocate a room for which payment has already been received and they have every duty to allocate the said room upon arrival on the day for which payment has already been made. In light of the above, you are hereby demanded to not just repay the amount of Rs 1250 received as rent, but also an amount of Rs 10, 000/- by way of compensation for gross deficiency of service you have rendered and to make good the emotional, mental and physical harassment I had to face purely due to your illegal attempt to make additional profits.
                You are hereby put to notice to credit to my account, the details of which are provided herein below, an amount of Rs.10, 000/- in total, within 15 days of receipt of this complaint..

                    Cost - Rs.1163 (Incl. of all taxes), All transactions were done on-line through net-banking; 2X room - 3 Guests

                    1) The hotel rooms felt like they are abandoned and were shabby, completely outdated.
                    2) ACs don't work, outdated.
                    3) Geysers don't work, outdated.
                    4) TVs are out of order, outdated.
                    5) Electrical socket points are completely exposed, quite dangerous.
                    6) Stained bed-sheets, pillows, and everything else.
                    7) Shabby toilet, outdated.
                    8) Victorian era furniture, which are quite rusty and damaged
                    9) False Ceiling lights are not present.

                    Altogether it felt like the whole hotel was formerly an int'l hotel which closed due to certain reasons, and thus got recently merged into OYO services.

                      My booking id is - qldy4321. I'm from west bengal,
                      I was staying at oyo 49930 hotel sahni in madhyapradesh from 18th november to 22nd november, 2019. I was there with my 3 friends and booked two room of double occupancy, room no-404, 406. We left our mobiles and other belongings in hotel room as we had works to do in site. And also left key to hotel manager.in that time one mobile phone was stolen from our hotel room. We discussed that with manager and he gave us 2000 for a mobile that costs 20000. And also said that "aur kuch nehi denge, jo karna hai kar lo, kuch nahi kar sakte ho tumlog, police complaint krne se bhi kuch faida nahi hoga". As being a politician he said that, we couldn't do anything. I complaint in oyo app, senior manager said that, "we can't do anything, you should complain this to police". As being from another state, we were afraid to do so. So, till now no proper judgement we get. Is this how oyo worked? Someone stole mobile from hotel room but no proper resolution is given. I wanted to claim refund but they also said they can't do anything.
                      I would suggest each and everyone to stop using this app if you don't want to lost your money, mobile phone or any other expensive belongings.

                        I made booking with oyo with booking id: furg4961 (Krishna guest line) in kolkata as i was travelling with my parent on a personal trip. I paid amount of rs 2694 and after i reach kolkata railway station, i contacted hotel to verify my booking. The hotel denied check in at this fare and asked to connect with oyo. I was stranded in the middle with my parents for almost 2 hours and later they resolved by shifting me to another hotel oyo flagship 19330 hotel aria mg road (Booking id: pwgh0734) and confirmed that i don't have to pay any extra amount as the order amount for this room was around 3500. After all this when i reached to the hotel, i found that i have to make saperate payment for check in which i denied and again called oyo customer care. This time i explained them again and told them about my shifting but they denied any shifting and said that another booking id is created and it is not a shifting so you have to pay. Later after 4 hours of wasting my time, i decided to move to another hotel and booked saperately. I raised complain for refund of 2694 and was told to be refunded but till today i have not recieved. I called again customer care but they kept me hold for almost 1 hour without resolving anything.

                          I have made a hotel booking on oyo app on 26th november 2019 having a booking ref no nmvl7698 the same booking was confirmed by tele calling from oyo.
                          As i reached to the hotel by taking public transport and my luggage to take some rest after whole day hectic works, hotel denyed to take the booking and asked me leave the hotel as they do not have tie up with hotel and don't know anything abt the booking and sked me to talk to oyo

                          Oyo talked with them but as hotel people already have a due payments from oyo, was not ready to give room on the agreed rent of rs. 487.00

                          This is the case of cheating and harassment to the customer.
                          I demand rs. 10, 00, 000.00 compensation from oyo for this mis leading things

                            I am receiving unwanted calls and messages on my registered number even whatsapp messages too.. I don't want to receive them as i am on and i don't want to receive any kind of further calls and messages from the oyo rooms.

                              Refer booking I'd klzb5736 I had stayed in oyo hotel Taidus premium from 18 to 20 Nov 19 in Pune for which payment was made online at the time of online booking. On 19 Nov I requested for copy of GST invoice for claiming my stay on oyo customer care no. Your rep said that GST invoice will be sent on your registered mail Id same I reconfirmed with oyo customer care on 20 Nov 19. On my request complaint was registered with oyo and conformation...

                              D 121-122, Gopalbari, near Jaipur railway Station

                              Horrifying experience. This hotel is shown as having AC rooms whereas this hotel does not have any AC installed. There is no elevator.
                              Hotel made me and another couple wait for 45 minutes before giving the NON AC room. meanwhile Hotel owner was negotiating with OYO for increase in fair.This is a OYO hotel however they refused to take any responsibility for the booking. Customer care people straightaway told that you have this booking through MakeMyTrip so contact them for resolution. They have solved the issue although it took 4.5 hours for them to resolve.
                              I want to ask OYO is this type of Fraud, persons with lack of facilities and etiquettes are passed wihout any check? What action are you going to take? Is this hotel going to be removed from OYO list?
                              One of customer care person promised that complaint status will be sent to my mail id Ravibhushan.[protected]@tuv-sud.in however I have not received any mail.

                              I have booked a room in OYO 37785 Hotel Sky View Jodhpur on 18 november 2019.But as per booking i have reached to the hotel, the hotel staff states that they are not accepting oyo bookings.Because of this inconvience i have suffered much trouble.

                                Our trip was from 8/11/2019 to 13/11/19 unfortunately it was my bad luck to book my hotel through oyo. On the very first day on 8/11/2019 we approached the hotel oak ridge retreat the hotel was at an elevation of about 50 feet which was itself a very difficult task for my mother who's age is 64 years and kids with luguage to reach reception, anyhow we reached hotel, the guy on reception was very rude he told to clear all the payments in cash in advance or room will not be given, he also told that adhaar card is not accepted, if it was so it must had informed earlier that adhaar card ids not accepted. He gave us the 5 rooms on 3rd floor and 1 room at ground floor which was not upto standard of the other rooms on 3rd floor. Rooms on the 3rd floor was itself very tedious to climb without any lift for kids and senior citizen.
                                On 10/11/19 our plan was to stay in lachung i had made booking in hotel apple valley inn in september and due to some issues of kids i searched the number of the property owner and called him on phone, the owner clearly denied the rooms, then i cancelled the room and called oyo informing the issue on which customer care replied that don't worry there will be no issue, be free and complete the booking in hotel... Inspite of his assurance when we reached the hotel at lachung the property owner rudely told we had blocked oyo 3 to 4 months earlier, he didn't allow us to stand outside of the hotel it was around 7:30pm with temperatures in minus degrees and without and phone network since it was extremely remote area, somehow i called oyo after borrowing mobile, after very long delay oyo customer care told to shift our hotel, for which our driver told that was faraway and denied, we with 18 member standing helpless in the chilling cold without any network, finally we approached a local hotel as there was very limited time as we would not get any rooms in any hotel if it was late. The other hotel charged us 9 to 10 times more than our booking per rooms and that to in cash.

                                Again the next day in my interest i searched the number of property owner of hotel mangalam residency in gangtok he also denied the room, again i called oyo and after much discussions our hotel was shifted to hotel suyong, again the rooms given in this hotel were terrible with foul smell they were cottage rooms without and privacy among us, washrooms were dirty and after complaning this to hotel staff they said that sir your is shifted case kindly manage in want you have been given, the next day in the name of breakfast only and only bread pakora was provided and that to extra cost of rs 110 per plate. Anyways the next day we checked out of the hotel
                                The next day we had stay in siliguri and yet to my expectations i was informed that i had to change the hotel, as the original hotel which was booked atleast 2 months earlier had denied the rooms, i randomly selected the hotel as per oyo customer care, though the hotel staff was good, but the rooms were very small and with dirty linen. There also manager denied accepting card payment and told only cash is accepted.
                                We just managed that as that was last day of our terrible holiday trip sponsored by oyo. Oyo just ruined our holiday trip inspite of planning 2 months earlier and bulk booking with advance payments we face so much problem. There were 8kids and 2 senior citizen in our group and then also so much harrassment.

                                  I have booked a room at kf residency in bkc complex, mumbai on 13th november, 2019 via oyo portal.

                                  I also informed the hotel that i will be checking in at night around 12. The hotel staff told no problem. But once i reached there with my wife, he denied check-in saying that when you booked with oyo, late check-in is not allowed. But this he didnot tell on the phone when i called him on phone. Nevertheless, i have to roam whole mumbai in middle of the night with my wife alone to search for another property. This is how things are working in this country. Even the hotel staff didnt take the note that i am alone with my wife in the middle of night.

                                  I called oyo also at that time, but they didnot respond properly and disconnected my call.

                                    My (Confimed) booking was made at silverkey executive 39707 (An oyo hotel) on aug 24. Now, 3 months later, on nov 22, i get repeated calls from oyo saying my booking is getting changed to another location, but talking to 39707 manager reveals my booking is intact. Then, suddenly, upon my same booking reference number, oyo overwrites my booking to another far away hotel (Without my permission). Oyo kept blaming the hotel claiming (In mails) that "owner (Of hotel) denied check in" because they received a bulk booking last minute and hotel says they can't deny check in, it is oyo's responsibility. Neither was willing to take accountability. I managed to find another booking (On my own) which was still farther from my original booking. Most importantly,
                                    1. Oyo's system should have my problem written out so the customer doesn't have to repeatedly explain the problem as i get transferred around. I had to explain my entire drama to 9 people in total.

                                    2. Oyo conveniently overwrote the new hotel over my original booking, claiming that my booking does not exist in silverkey 39707. How convenient, oyo.

                                    Also, upon my complaints online, oyo is trying to compensate by paying me ₹500 fees. No, thank you. I should've received helped with my booking and should've been given back my original booking rightfully, instead of trying pacify me with mere ₹500.
