I made the payment but didn't receive the booking confirmation or any booking ID. The payment was of 562 Rs Via my Paytm wallet and the app doesn't show any booking I'd for the same payment made.

Here lies the loophole where I am trying to contact customer care and ask for solution, but they can't provide any as they have to have a booking Id in order to proceed.

After which I had conversation with one of the customer care regarding the same and he informed me that there's a technical glitch to it and he would initiate a refund procedure, but no action has been taken till now.

I am trying to connect Oyo through mail and customer care but there is no response from their side. I even tried Paytm for the same but yet no firm response.

Requesting for instant refund.

    Booked Sai Leela - Puri on 4th March to check in for the dates from 10th to 12th mar with booking id F5AP7432. Have called customer care +[protected] to cancel room and agent confirmed that room has been cancelled and shared reference number [protected] said due to technical issues could not send cancellation confirmation to mobile.

    Till now i didn't got refund, please refund amount ASAP.

      We have booked a hotel room under OYO

      *Booking Id*: P7TD5924
      We have done the payment as well before hand through UPI.

      Later contacted the hotel team to get it confirmed on their side. We got to know that we need to pay extra to avail the room. We already told them that we have paid the amount to OYO. But the hotel ppl didn't listen and told us that we can book another hotel and cancel this.

      After so much o[censored]ps and downs I got this hotel on OYO and later I get to hear this.

      Kindly please help and support us on this matter asap
      Or please refund the the amount paid to you earlier on this booking.

        I have booked with booking M7KD2210. But, hotel denied booking after going all the way there. I requested for refund, which was never received. I will seek justice from higher authorities for this harassment, if I do not receive my refund immidiately.

          My amount worth 1210Rs. is successfully deducted, but I haven't received my booking . I paid via PhonePe on OyoRooms app, but the booking doesn't show in my app also, I also contacted the voice team. But she cut the call showing no respect to me.

          How can I give the booking I'd when I didn't receive any booking confirmation?

          There is a pic showing the hotel and the dates which is bookable for 1210rs.

          Kindly refund my money ASAP!

            I booked a room on the morning of 14th March 2023, I went there in the evening and found that the room I booked (saw on the website) did not resemble with the room I was getting. Moreover they did not provide the tv and queen size bed as promised. When I asked to shift me to another room they said that they will give it provided I pay them another Rs700. I asked them for a refund, they said that they can't do anything and to contact about this to oyo rooms. I did not check in the room they said that they will mail oyo about this, only then will i get my refund back. Later I found out that they checked me out. I did not even check in, so I request you to give me complete refund.

            I got a call from the customer care of oyo, told them about what happened. That I did not even check in and the hotel checked me out. They said they will contact the hotel and then resolve the issue regarding my refund. Now Oyo has completely refunded the booking amount. Thank you.

              This is brought to your attention, I booked my rooms yesterday via OYO and my confirmation ID is QN0C3554. As per OYO amount for stay was ~1427/= I have been asked to pay 143/= for OYO (attached bill). and the remaining pay to the hotel.

              When I visit to hotel and demanded to pay 3000/= instead of 1284/=

              I reached out to OYO customer care and he transferred the call to the hotel. But the guy is speaking in Hindi even though I asked him to speak up in English. However, there is no proper coordination by OYO customer care. I asked an OYO customer executive to speak up but there was no response from him as well.

              Again I tried to reach out to the booking office (which I booked my room) executive, I explained the scenario with him, he asked me to hold on call for 2-3 minutes and he said I will talk with the hotel person. He kept me on hold for 10 minutes but there was no response from him at all.

                I made a booking on oyo app with booking ID UDPY2639, booking was prepaid of ₹1637. Hotel called and asked to cancel as they have stopped receiving booking from Oyo. Oyo states that 100% refund amount will be transferred. Refund status shows successful. Refund should reflect in my bank account within 7-14 working days it states on the app. Now after 25 days of cancellation, the amount has still not reflected in my bank account.
                And after more than 20 attempts of trying to reach customer support on +91 [protected] which is provided in the support chat on oyo, which is also the reservation desk they say and everytime they keep the call on hold, saying that they're transferring it to customer support and then disconnect the call.
                Now is this customer support? Is this customer care?
                Seems like customer harrasment to me honestly.
                I want my refund as soon as possible

                  I have booked a hotel on 4th Feb 2023 from Oyo bookingDesk using their offical helpline number. They booked a different hotel for me for which they have given me a link for payment and I paid Rs.849. When I complaint about the wrong hotel, they have initiated the refund of Rs.849 on 4th Feb 2023 itself and told me that the refund will reflect in 7-14 days.

                  I have contacted them again on 11 Feb as there was no refund. So, they re-initiated the refund of Rs.849 saying that it was not done before.

                  Now after waiting for some days. I again contacted them on 21 Feb 2023 with the same issue as the Refund is not showing in my ICICI Credit card which i've used to make the payment. They again Reintiated the Refund saying that It is process and it will take 7-14 days again.

                  It's 15 March 2023 today, which I'm tired of their service and writing here in hope that refund will reflect in my bank account.

                    I had booked a room with OYO for my stay in Bangalore for 3 nights from 13 Jan to 16 Jan 2023 and paid the full amount online. After staying for 1 night decided to cancel the room. I was told that out of 2 unused days, 1 days will be forfeited and 1 day's rent of Rs.1652 will be refunded to me. My refund for this 1 day is pending even after several email escalations and phone calls. Every time the team promise to refund the amount and it has not happened till now. The original message was that the payment will automatically come to the same bank account that was used while booking. In spite of this, the team asked me to provide bank details. I provided and waited for 14 business days. When I contacted again they said my IFSC code was wrong and asked me to fill the form again. I refilled it and sent them a copy of a canceled cheque leaf. Again waited for 14 business days and called again. They said there is still a problem with my IFSC code. I cannot understand how will there be an error even after receiving my canceled cheque leaf. For the last several days my email escalations are not responded and the customer service number [protected] does not allow me to go into refund department. It only allows for new booking. When I connect with them and ask to connect me with refund department the call is ended. I have the entire chain of emails that I have sent for the last 2 months. OYO owes me Rs1652 being 1 days refund.

                      I booked a hotel named the premium villa located at kailash colony, delhi and payed the full amount for the same ie 699. When i went to hotel the reception told me their is no booking on my name in their server.
                      Then I called oyo customer support first they said they are processing my booking and for half an hour i waited but it was still not showing in the hotel's server then i called them again now they told me that they are cancelling my previous booking and will refund whole amount in half an hour and they told me if i want to proceed
                      with my booking again i have to pay 677{
                      and so i did they gave me the new booking id but it was still not showing in the hotel's server i called them four to five time
                      everyone said they processing it and told me to be on call and after half an they were cutting the call. All in all they are not refunding my money.

                        When you search in Google for hotels in various cities in India, the first site you will get is OyoRooms. They present themselves very professional online and even their call centre. However all that changes when you select a booking and make a payment online.

                        I made a booking through OyoRooms for Rs1234 via credit card on 3 March 2023 for 3 nights at Oyo Hungers Hotel in Kandari, Gujarat from 6-9 March ( 1st photo below is of the room as advertised on the OyoRooms website - Hungers hotel). So I immediately paid by visa card and printed out the hotel booking confirmation. I was looking forward to the religious yatra to visit the famous Trimandir and Swaminarayan temple nearby.

                        I arrived on the 6th March at lunchtime at the Hotel after tiring three hours drive. To my shock I was told that at Reception that we do not accept online bookings and that if I wanted to stay there it would cost Rs800 separate cash amount. I contacted OyoRooms and passed the call to the Hotel owner. They work together so I sensed corruption and was told that the online refund would not be possible.

                        I drove three hours and wasn't feeling well as I have high blood pressure and diabetic. I was in a state of shock at hearing this bad news. It was a new area and I was homeless. I had no choice but to book the room for one night Rs800 as I had no option whatsoever. Then next day I could find alternative accommodation elsewhere ( below photos 2, 3 and 4 are of the actual room at Hungers Hotel).

                        Photo 2 - I injured my leg as I there was not enough gap between the wall and bed). The bedsheets had bed bugs. Both Parties don't care about senior citizens.

                        Photo 3 - It was the worst room I have seen. It smelt and there were some insects.

                        Photo 4 - The bathroom was not up to standard. Tap was not working properly and there were stains on the floor.

                        As you can see there is maladministration and major misleading advertising of OyoRooms on their website. What you see is not what you get. I'm sure there is a legal law against this.

                        Based on my evidence and experience, OyoRooms has taken 3 nights amounting to Rs1234 which I did not use as I had no option but to pay Rs800 for the first night to the hotel owner. This is fraud and a scam. They know we are vulnerable and will be homeless if we don't stay there. So both Parties work together on this fraud/scam.

                        As a senior citizen of Hindustan who just wanted to visit some famous temples there, I had the worst experience of my life. I have tried numerous times speaking to the manager of OyoRooms but they just ignore my requests. I am demanding the full refund of Rs1234 and Rs800 incurred as a result of the fraud/scam.

                            I had booked a room on 16 Feb 2023 in mid night, hotel man denied giving room, so want refund, call many times to OYO rooms, no one responded, please provide me refund at earliest.

                              I had booked one room in Nashik with OYO hotels in mid night at 17 feb 2023, but hotel denied giving an room, in the mid night around 3am I was on road with family, very bad service and connecting so many times to OYO, executives keep the call on hold and no refund provided, it has been 100 times I called for refund and yet no refund I got.

                                I have booked a room in Hotel crown tower, West Saravanampati, Sathy Road, Coimbatore, 641035 through oyo app by making advance payment of Rs: 523 through phone pay on 09.03.2023 for staying at the hotel the same night .
                                But the hotel management cancelled our booking without informing us in advance and asked us to get the refund form oyo.
                                Then i called oyo customer care and the oyo representative promised me that he will arrange another room at Coimbatore and from his end while we were on call he booked a hotel ' Vangal Nest ' Peelamedu Pudhur, Masakalipalayam, 641028 and advised us that you can check-in without any further payment.
                                But again the hotel management of vangal nest forced us to pay Rs;1, 500 and the same time i called the oyo customer care and the new guy said you have to pay the sum shown on your new booking i.e Rs:614 and the promise made my the 1st costumer care guy was not met. After these issues also the hotel management also forced us to pay Rs: 1, 500 and we paid the same since we cant get proper support from oyo even afetr asking the customer guys to contact the hotel directly or a available a representative of oyo at the hotel.
                                After my trip a tried to contact the complaint reporting department / refund department, but could connect only the new booking department .
                                Even oyo is not willing to raise a compliant and issue a ticket. Made calls more then 5 times and the booking department will promise that they will transfer the call to the higher authorities or refund department and make us wait for 10-15 minutes and disconnect my call all the time.

                                Booking id, payment details, phone calls record with customer care, UPI payment on the 2nd hotel (upi payment named the prime hospitality)all attached.

                                  A Classic AC room was booked in the name of NITIN MULLICK on OYO rooms with OYO Orchid Villa, Bhubaneshwar. Since 8th March till 13th March (booking ID-KU4D1658, BNXB9172, P9S80159, VZUF5129, LTI09456, LGI39072), total amount charged by the oyorooms was 4186. But no AC was provided and oyorooms offered 50% for 2 days in money wallet instead of refund. Or they asked to move to another location with the luggage and conveyance to be born by the customer. For booking ID-KU4D1658 from march 13th to 14th which was canceled for the same reason of non-AC, they deducted 818 Rs from total payment of 1029 instead of offering a full refund since the customer didn't even stay. The customer did another booking at other hotel OYO nayapalli with booking ID- IIMH4798, traveled to the other hotel to be told that they have no room available. The customer was shifted to a 3rd hotel and the travel expenses of 120 was born the customer. Oyorooms never refund money in bank for deficiency in services and neither they take any reasonable action against their vendor for proving the services promised on the website. We have a total claim of 5124 against for deficiency in services (having to live without a AC), inconvenience caused of traveling from one hotel to another. Disrespect by the vendor hotel people.

                                    I had booked 2 rooms for a family of 5 people in Hotel Silicon, Srinagar on 10th March, 2023 through OYO for 5-7th April. Booking done amount paid through UPI to Oyo ₹2773. After booking done, I received call from hotel manager telling that they are not taking any bookings through OYO now, and asked me to cancel the booking. I called the customer service number for cancellation. They told me they have applied for cancellation and it’s cancelled now and it will take 2-3 hours for processing and you will receive the refund. But I didn’t receive. Again next day I called the customer service Center they said your booking is still confirmed it’s not cancelled I will cancel it now. Again the same loop. Different customer service executives say different things one says it’s canceled one says it’s not. There is no uniformity. And on the app and website it’s showing canceled. While taking money from people everything goes smoothly but at the time of refund they just fool you. They put you on hold for 15-20 mins then disconnect the call, very Pathetic customer service and the company does fraudulent activities.

                                      I booked a room in hotel orient flagship 73965 on 11th march through oyo app. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. As I had no other option, I had to pay extra charges i.e. 633₹ apart from 367₹ which I paid while booking, so total bill was summed up to 1000. They also refused to give me bill. Even though I am sharing screenshot of payment done by me. This is totally not expected from oyo. I just want refund for extra money that I paid which is 633₹ as soon as possible. I have contacted oyo service multiple times but it is not worth contacting. Executives are only putting calls on hold for long hours and not responding. Resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                        I have bought oyo wizard gold membership. For payment i opted for gpay. My payment was successfull. But in oyo app its still showing pending. I don't know what's the issue. But money has been deducted from my account. I have payment receipt also of transaction done through gpay.

                                        I am getting no replies on email
                                        and the customer executive keeps cancelling the call after listening to the problem
