Actual Amount : 898/-
Amount paid : 1674/-

We have booked room for 898/- for two nights in app and but at the time of check-in they asked us to pay 1674/-. As due to midnight they forced us to pay so we paid the amount to the account in hotel person in the name of V Nagendra. While we were in hotel we called CX support and taken property manager in Conference and confirmed as he is taken extra amount. But while I am sending proof for refund they are saying not valid. As already property manager accepted as he received extra amount, taking on call confirmation by property manager please initiate amount we paid extra. Hope you will solve this issue and help others as well for being not cheated and Hotel management is not at all justifying in this human society.

      I had booked 3 rooms for 7 guest through Oyo in Super Oyo Townhouse 704 Hotel Divya palace at Indore location which Booking id YQD22136 and payment also made at the same time & confirmed by Oyo Executive that the booking confirmed for check in date 18th March 2023 & Check out date 19th Mar'2023 at the hotel then we got relax as the booking confirmed.
      But when we reached the hotel and ask reception person to check in against booking id YQD22136 which we booked through OYO, Hotel person denied to check-in & stating reason that it is lower rate booking cannot provide check in and told ask Oyo Team. I had to face insulting in front of my other 6 guest. I called to oyo after long waiting it got connected and explained the whole scenario they spoke to hotel but still hotel denied and oyo executive asked us to shift other hotel which was 4-5km far from that location we denied and ask oyo to arrange stay only in this hotel they denied with apologies it was very humiliating for me and for all o[censored]s. Oyo stand our hands that we can't do now only can refund or shifting then My colleague know which stay at locally asked hotel & convince him then hotel agreed to provide 2 rooms with very difficult & strictly. How oyo can say to guest that room cannot arrange in prepaid booking on what basis oyo confirmed us what is the oyo duty & services towards customer. I had to face insulted and humiliated and spoiled my image/value in front of the other guest. i had complaint also at oyo customer care which complain id is [protected] but then can provide only 1 room refund. I want to complain here to take action against Oyo for insulting spoiling my image value in front of my guest and compensate me 30 time of the hotel booking value.

        I booked a room in Oyo for Feb 17 to 19 but they changed the booked hotel to another hotel i called customer care they said i[censored] don't want u can cancel and u will get ur full refund but it's been more than a month the didn't even respond to my call .
        booking id was WWDV9841.

          I booked a room in Capital O Hotel Soni Inn on 25th March through oyo app. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. As I had no other option, I had to pay extra charges i.e. 1035₹ apart from 365₹ which I paid while booking, so total bill was summed up to 1400. They also refused to give me bill. Even though I am sharing screenshot of payment done by me. This is totally not expected from oyo. I just want refund for extra money that I paid which is 1035₹ as soon as possible. I have contacted oyo service multiple times but it is not worth contacting. Executives are only putting calls on hold for long hours and not responding. Resolve my issue as soon as possible. Manager also asked me my mobile and said that he is applying some discount coupon, but later I got mail that he submitted positive feedback without my concern about the hotel. This is very bad service from oyo. Strict action must be taken against it.

            Address: Meghraj Lodge near laxminarayan theatre Pune

            On 6th of March 2023 i booked hotel in Pune through Oyo app. And when we reached to our destination they were charging us more 1000 rupes to check in. By Oyo it was charged rupees 1127 for 2 nights and the hotel was charging more 1000 for 2 nights that's shameful for Oyo hotels. And we complaint for refund we just got a msg about refund and now it's been more than 20 days we still getting a refund and when we call to customer services they just keep call on hold for 15min as after 15mins the call gets end automatically and then we never recieve call back

              Booked a hotel via OYO rooms in Coinbatore on 15th feb 2023 and paid amount of Rs 1390/-.
              Due to some reasons cancelled the booking but have not yet received refund amount.
              It's been a month please look into this matter. I need my money back ASAP.

                Booked for hotel in Hyderabad for 9th march. When we went to the location of hotel as shown on App, we cant find the hotel at all.
                Customer care tried contacting the hotel, and they didnt answer. Oyo agent asked to cancel the booking and to find a new accommodation on my own.

                However, they have not refunded the amount paid as advance payment for booking so far.

                  I have booked a room for 2 days via OYO app. The room shown on app was having TV clean room, but when I booked it and checked in the hotel the room was stinking, bed sheet were not clean, TV was not working and staff was not cooperative. I immediately logged a ticket against this to OYO helpline and checked out from there. The agents were trying to call the hotel but no one answered, they called to hotel owner he did not answered the call. I provided them all the photos and they told me that they will try to shift me to another property, I agreed to the same. One which they tried to connect with 9 properties one by one but non of the property answered their call. After all the things they said that they have registered my refund process and i will get a call in 24-48 hrs. But when I did not received any call I call the service center back and then initially after listening to all my queries without giving me the solution she said that i am not eligible for the refund. I asked her the reason because there was no issue from my side and then she disconnected the call. I am trying to reach out to there senior they are not even arranging it. At that very moment I had to find different accommodation with very high price as it was a strange city for me. Please look into this issue and ask them to refund amount.

                    I checked in to townhouse 1139 Golf luxury hotel near Aravali Biodiversity Park(643, sector-42, Gurgaon, 12201) booking id: YPZ45865.

                    the Booking amount was Rs.723/- upon arriving the manager asked me to pay Rs.2000/- as they are not providing any rooms at the given price. I made the UPI Payment transaction id:[protected] to Deepak s/0 Bhim Singh ([protected]@paytm).

                    upon reporting the incident to customer care(CC), they said that the payment proof was not valid as it did not have the hotel name on it, while being in the hotel I even asked CC to make a video call so I could show them all the thing but the asked me to wait till check out.

                    While making the checkout the Hotel declined to give the bill for the amount I have paid, and asked me to pay the GST extra, I agreed to pay the GST and then they said we don't have the bill book right now and can't give you one but you can get that on the app for the total amount.

                    The room even doesn't have the basic amenities like a mirror or Fan control, and even the geyser was shorting when switched on.

                      My Wife went for a business trip. ! OYO customer care suggested to stay in the OYO room called - OYO 77067 P N K Suites
                      She arrived on time to check in, but the manager and receptionist were very unprofessional and unpleasant. They kept her waiting for four hours while announcing that the room was still being cleaned. They provided a temporary NON-AC room after 4 hours. The main door's lock was missing when she arrived. After 30 minutes, a man (perhaps in his 40s) entered the room inexplicably, looked around the space, and then glared impolitely at my wife. Who are you? she enquired. The hotel's front desk agent arrived and led that man away.
                      she saw him enter the other room with three additional ladies and hear them conversing in Hindi, so she knew it wasn't a typical hotel. She left the place right away.
                      She was not allowed to check in until the last minute, and her information or any aadhar number was not gathered / collected either. No proper or reserved rooms were assigned, and the manager and receptionist were quite nasty, rude and intrusive. They advised us to contact the police, but we believed it would not be in her best interests and safe
                      Before granting temporary accommodations, they gathered money. I spoke with over 6 customer service representatives and provided the confirmation email after receiving a letter claiming that I will receive a refund, but nothing has transpired as of yet. More than five months had passed.
                      Because this hotel is a nuisance and there is no safety for ladies, I will bring this complaint before a civil court, if necessary. I find it really perplexing that OYO would approve such a business while doing nothing. The OYO team should also have a connection for such firms.

                        Dear team, I have booked a hotel named OYO Airport Bnb (near to the Nagpur's Airport) from OYO's telephone booking and they have messaged me the link for the payment on which i have made payment of INR 933 via my credit card. I have booked the hotel for two days starting from 18th March 23 to 20th March 23. I had mentioned earlier that i will check in at 10 Pm and also mentioned that do the booking only if the hotel is agreed to take the booking at this price as i had earlier faced the same issues via making the booking from OYO. The OYO representative said that he had talked to the hotel and informed me that the hotel management had agreed to take the booking at this price. After reaching the hotel at 10 Pm, they said that they do not accept the bookings via OYO as the prices are much cheaper on the website while the hotel charge 2240 for the two day stay. I have legit wasted my two hours for resolving the issue through customer care but there is no resolution for this. Thereafter having no option, i had to take the stay in the same hotel for two days. On the next day i.e. 19th March 2023, i had again connected with the customer care for the refund of this booking and after wasting one to two hours again they said me to refund the amount within 24 hours. Now i have not received the refund as well when i am writing this complaint to you on 21st March 2023. Please help me out from this situation as i didn't get the service for the amount paid and have wasted my time in such a situation where i had travelled for 8 to 10 hours and thereafter want some hotel for relaxation. Kindly resolve the issue and take me out from this panic situation. I am having the recording of all the calls made to the OYO customer care for the booking as well as for the resolution of the query.
                        My booking id is HDL40201.

                        No action has been taken by the company. They just called me and wanted the original invoice that the hotel issued to me and i agreed to share but they didn't tell me the address where they need the invoice.

                        No action has been taken by the company. They just called me and wanted the original invoice that the hotel issued to me and i agreed to share but they didn't tell me the address where i can share the invoice with them.
                        Apart from this, i need the proper resolution this time as i had faced the same issue earlier and this time i had pre informed the customer care for the booking as well that this issue should not happen with me.
                        I want a proper solution in this situation as i have tolerated the issue after travelling for 10 long hours.

                          Hi Team,

                          I booked room in goa with Booking ID RBAJ8235, When I checked in, they asked extra money. So I called customer care, they transferred us to different property, after paying some amount with new Booking ID YGC51725

                          I reached second property, original payment of 906 rs was reflecting to new booking ID YGC51725. So I have paid in cash.

                          But customer care people said it will be refunded after I checked out of room. After check out customer care people send a mail as below.

                          But its not created after 25 days also. If I call customer care[protected], they are not responsible for refund and they will transfer the call to service. But there is not service team I guess, IVR response will repeatedly ask for press 1 and 2, and its end less . call will connect to no one.

                          Its totally fraud and no one takes responsibility to refund

                                Have booked Sai Leela hotel in Puri on 4th Mar with booking id F5AP7432 for the dates from 10th to 12th Mar. Have cancelled this on 9th mar during conversation with Oyo agent and he gave reference number [protected] but he didn't shared cancellation confirmation through sms. We didn't received refund amount yet, please process refund immediately.

                                  I made the payment but didn't receive the booking confirmation or any booking ID. The payment was of 562 Rs Via my Paytm wallet and the app doesn't show any booking I'd for the same payment made.

                                  Here lies the loophole where I am trying to contact customer care and ask for solution, but they can't provide any as they have to have a booking Id in order to proceed.

                                  After which I had conversation with one of the customer care regarding the same and he informed me that there's a technical glitch to it and he would initiate a refund procedure, but no action has been taken till now.

                                  I am trying to connect Oyo through mail and customer care but there is no response from their side. I even tried Paytm for the same but yet no firm response.

                                  Requesting for instant refund.

                                    Booked Sai Leela - Puri on 4th March to check in for the dates from 10th to 12th mar with booking id F5AP7432. Have called customer care +[protected] to cancel room and agent confirmed that room has been cancelled and shared reference number [protected] said due to technical issues could not send cancellation confirmation to mobile.

                                    Till now i didn't got refund, please refund amount ASAP.

                                      We have booked a hotel room under OYO

                                      *Booking Id*: P7TD5924
                                      We have done the payment as well before hand through UPI.

                                      Later contacted the hotel team to get it confirmed on their side. We got to know that we need to pay extra to avail the room. We already told them that we have paid the amount to OYO. But the hotel ppl didn't listen and told us that we can book another hotel and cancel this.

                                      After so much o[censored]ps and downs I got this hotel on OYO and later I get to hear this.

                                      Kindly please help and support us on this matter asap
                                      Or please refund the the amount paid to you earlier on this booking.

                                        I have booked with booking M7KD2210. But, hotel denied booking after going all the way there. I requested for refund, which was never received. I will seek justice from higher authorities for this harassment, if I do not receive my refund immidiately.
