I have made booking on 10th OCt'22 (Time - 7:30AM) and cancelled it on same day at 08:12 AM, Got the cancellation confirmation email from OYO

Asked for refund to call centre team they said wait till 1-2 days
Follow up taken over the App and Call Centre support team for 1-2 months
No support from the team

After that finally Support team taken request of refund and bank details on 15th Dec'22 (Ticket No - [protected]) and given commitment over email that refund will get within 7-14 working days

Still struggling to get the Refund Amount - INR Rs 1650

    Greetings of the day!
    i have booked the oyo rooms for date 4th feb2023 to 6th feb 2023, as per the discussion over the customer care sale agent over the call.
    he suggested me to make the prepaid booking in the "oyo hotel blue sea near asalpha metro station, Ghatkopar metro station, Mumbai".As per the agent request/suggestion i made a payment of the said amount Rs.2336/-(approx .).
    After the booking made i called the hotel reception on 3rd Feb 2023 before arrival then they denied for the checkin that i will not give the room on said booking amount on the ground of low tariff. After that i have reported and complain about the same to the over the customer care of oyo.But i didn't received any resolution, shifting to other property is denied on the issues of some ratio is high.After doing several calls and complaints and gone through the waiting of so much time i got no resolution from the oyo.
    i felt cheated and the victim of false marketing. till now they havn't refunded my amount .One more interesting thing is that i haven't stayed at the hotel but they have marked successful check-in and checkout.
    till now whatever i have said, i have the evidences of all the bills and call recordings of customer care.i have the bills of the my stay on the said date in different hotel.

    so i want the my money back and proper justice with me and no any repeation of such incidents with any other custumers.
    so i appeal to the consumer forum to please look into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.

    I don't know what kind of evidence/proof Your team asking of stay, if have already submitted the hotel bill. What is the proof required other than this. if am denied check-in so, how can I stay in the same Oyo hotel, it's very much rational. second thing as i have already provided the bill of another hotel where i have stayed so it's also made it clear that the check-in is denied and i haven't checked in that hotel. I am not able to understand how the Oyo hotel is working. Even after the complain of check-in denied on low tariff over customer care, instead of resolving the matter they marked it check-in.
    Do you have any proof of mine staying in the Oyo hotel?
    I am again enclosing the hotel bill and screenshot of google location.

      We booked a room in Jaipur from 18th feb to 20th feb for Rs1873 but when we showed up at hotel, the manager asked us to pay Rs1100 for one night and hence we cancelled the booking, mentioned the reason and left the hotel. Oyo has refunded only Rs937 and deducted Rs936 cancellation charge. when we tried to reach customer care, we couldn't connect. Please refund the remaining amount and blacklist that hotel as they are charging more.

        Employee hotel is coming to work with their vehicle pounding stereo bass so loud it could wake the dead, this is not appropriate for guests who are still sleeping. We would appreciate it if someone had a talk with them and ask them to refrain from.coming to work with their stereo so loud, employee is heavy set and drives a gold color Chevy Corvette. Thank You

              My booking id is UTJT7537. I have been requesting for a GSTIN invoice for my stay and every time they are keeping me on the call for half an hour and finally sending a payment receipt. Spent one full day following up. very poor customer service.

                  We have booked hotel rooms through Oyo Rooms at one their property(property cod :BLR006) at Capital O Amethyst Business Hotel Near Ragigudda Sri Prasanna Anjaneyaswamy Temple, Banglore for 10 days from 7th Dec'22 to 17th Dec'22. While reaching hotel, even though booking through advance payment, we have been forced to complete the entire payment of Rs. 23634, which we have paid with no option during night hours. On very next day, we came to know that hotel has recently faced one fire incident & is with bad shape now for all the service like basic service of hot water while winter season in banglore. so we immediately requested for quieting the hotel & refund for the rest of the days but it took 3 days to confirm by hotel owner & Oyo helpdesk as well. And we received the written confirmation of refund of 7 days i.e. Rs. 16543.8 on mail dated 18 Dec'22 to process it withng 7-14 working days but till today we neither recieved the refund not any confirmation on the process.

                    I booked a room in bengaluru through oyo rooms paid 600rs
                    The recipstinist told me they will only check in after 12pm
                    So i decided to cancel i called customer service they told me to cancel and they will book to another nearby hotel for early checkin also they told me they will refund the amount of 600rs i need to pre pay 744rs to book near by another hotel so i payed 744 again and booked after i reach the hotel the hotel reciptionist told me they wont give me room i need to pay at hotel 1100rs again for room
                    So i called the costomer care agian they told me they will refund the amount to my account so i total payed 1500 rs also i gave 1100rs on at hotel and booked a room direct at hotel
                    After sometime when i look my booking status showing which is checked in
                    I already canceled the both booking and payed 1100 at again
                    I need my money back and you cant give my time back which i lost i am going to consumer court

                        I have booked OYO Rooms from the app, Due their quality issue with the rooms we cancelled the rooms.. On the app it is showing refund initiated and it was never completed.. Our Booking ID is SPC85669. I have been calling the helpdesk.. they never resolved my issue, they are keeping my call on hold and the money was never reached my account. I am attaching the screenshots showing the details like refund initiated. My booking dates are Feb11 to Feb 13.. I cancelled the rooms on 8th Feb itself.. But I never received the refund. Kindly help me in getting my money back. Thanks.. The rooms are booked on the name Suresh.

                          Dear Sir/Ma'am I'd booked a room from OYO (SOO74748 SPOT ON Hotel Om Shanti Palace) but when I reached at the room the condition of the room was very disgusting there was a seepage on walls, there was no curtain at all infact the blanket was wet I informed the hotel staff about the same then he shifted me to other room but again the condition of that room was more horrible than the previous one there was a stain of blood or something else on the bedsheet. I request him to change the bedsheet but he refused by saying "Agr rehna hai to rho nhi to cancel kar do" I also upload pics of the room on Oyo chat then I tried to call the Oyo coustomer care the property manager shout at me and asked me to leave the hotel after leaving the hotel I again call the Oyo customer care and inform about the same incident so they assure me to sort out the things and shift me to other property. For verification they put my call on hold and call multiple times to property manager but he didn't pick call so she asked me to initiate the refund of only 20% in Oyo wallet which is completely useless for me because it was my last booking from Oyo. Now I request you to kindly refund my entire amount into my original payment mode otherwise I'm going to take some legal action against the Oyo.

                            On 24.12.2022, I booked an OYO Room at Mysore for my family through OYO Customer Care No. +[protected]. BOOKING ID: R5YG2932. I have been allotted an OYO Room at 17057 Narayani Residency Hotel at Mysore. As per OYO’s verbal instruction/request, I made an online payment of Rs. 5, 560/- to OYO on 24.12.2022 at 03:47 PM through Google Pay UPI, linked with my SBI S.B. A/c. The amount was transferred to OYO’s HDFC Bank A/c. On 30.12.2022 (one day before my check-in), I contacted again with OYO customer Care for obtaining a verbal assurance regarding my booking. But, to my utter surprise it was informed that they have modified my booking to OYO 87355 SBR Residence without my consent. I, therefore, cancelled my booking on 30.12.2022 at 09:07 PM and raised a refund request along with. The OYO executive who attended my call instantly sent an e-mail with the message that 100% Refund of Rs. 5, 560/- has been initiated (Ticket ID: [protected]) and will be credited within 7 to 14 working days. Later, although I have contacted severally with OYO Customer Care through e-mail as well as over telephone and asked for the refund, every time they told me to wait for another 7-14 days for refund. Now, it is more than one and half months, but they did not initiate any refund at their end as yet. Till now, every attempt went in vain. Now when I tried to contact the customer care, I could not access the support now. I am fed up of mailing / calling OYO again and again without any worthy results. So, I would request your intervention in this matter for resolving this issue so that I can get back my money at the earliest.

                                I have booked a hotel YUGH DELUXE, PAHARGANJ, NEW DELHI and I have booked for 3 nights by paying in advance. But after reaching the hotel I could not bear the stinking smell in the hotel and I have requested the OYO to change my property but they could not help me. So I had to stay for one night and vacated it by next morning by 11 am and booked another hotel. When I spoke to the staff of OYO they promised me to reimburse my 2 days balance amount.
                                I suggest OYO to delist this HOTEL YUGH DELUXE from its maintenance.

                                  I have booked a room for 3 days at HOTEL YUGH DELUXE, PAHARGANJ, NEW DELHI paying in advance but after reaching the hotel I could not bear the stinking smell and bad condition of the rooms. It was the worst hotel I have ever seen. I suggest OYO to delist this property from their company.

                                    I had booked OYO rooms Via OYO calling booking source on 1st February 2023 at OYO townhouse 069 using online payment (₹1129.00).
                                    But when I was checking in Hotel manager asked me to pay extra amount of rs. 784. So total they took 1913 rs. When I complained oyo customer care they said that they will refund the extra amount the townhouse had taken. So on the words of costumer care of OYO i paid 784 extra irrespective of making full payment asked in advance by oyo booking agent i.e. rs1129. Afterwards customer care agents asked me for the bill of amount paid, thn I attached the bill to the link at which they sent to me on 4th feb, 2023. Then all things went perfect, they verified my bill to be valid..thn they asked for bank account details and i provided..thn at last after 6-7 days they simply cancelled my refund.
                                    Afterwards they started to manually process the refund and asked me to wait for 14 days more to get tha refund as all my proofs were valid..but after waiting for that period also..i was not provided with any refund. They jst keep on sending fake mails claiming resolved your matter. But none helped me. Its been 17days passed since i made my First complain.
                                    Please try to help ASAP. Attaching bill and screenshots as a proof.

                                      My friends and I booked a room at OYO SilverKey 77383 Oyo Silverkey Kondapur, Near Sanskrit School, Hyderabad after thorough research since it's only us girls. We booked it online on[protected] from[protected] to[protected] but decided to pay at the location. The check-in time was 12 pm but when we went to the hotel on[protected], they said all the rooms were sold out. We got a mail at 1 pm saying we had been relocated.

                                      Not only was this new room (at Familiar Inn hotel, new hafeezpet, near Mahindra spares, rex automobiles) was

                                      1. not worth the price but it also
                                      2. it was such an unsafe place for girls. We have been even catcalled one time.
                                      3. Not to mention, this location won't even show properly on the maps when booking rides or food deliveries.
                                      4. We've been dropped off somewhere else when we booked a ride to the familiar inn hotel for which we have been charged Rs. 200.

                                      The management later told us that the hotel location is not accurate on maps. If we were to book a ride to this hotel at night time who'll guarantee our safety? What if we were new to Hyderabad?

                                      We chose and booked OYO SilverKey for a reason but now we had to go through this awful experience. We couldn't even enjoy our little stay properly because we decided to trust Oyo regarding our safety. We would like a 50% of refund as compensation and please make sure no other woman goes through this.

                                        I booked two rooms from oyo app on 2nd December 2022 booking ID: EWWJ1378 (Ticket ID: [protected] mail escalations) due to overbooking and technical issues my booking has been done but rooms are not available at the hotel. customer care has been canceled my booking and initiated the refund of 2375/- (542 is oyo money and 1833 is payment from a credit card) 542/- oyo money refunded instantly but the 1833/- refund has been initiated on 2/12/2022 through mail confirmation also. They said it will be reflected in my source payment within 7-14 business days. But it has been 78 days and three months credit card statement has been generated not in one statement my refund has not been credited. Customer support is the worst support I have ever seen in my life. So many calls so many emails no response at all. Your customer is there only for the booking not for any other resolves if the customer faces issues regarding canceling/refund related to no response or no option in your customer care even in the app/ site what a worst customer support you people are providing even after telling them so many times ill file a case against your company, no response from your team at all. Its been 78 days no refund has been credited at all. I want my refund or else ill file a legal case against your company I have waited a lot no more waiting within 3 days if my refund not credited ill proceed legally.

                                        I didn't get any mail from oyo team after 2nd December 2022 regarding my refund. But yesterday on 21/02/2023 i got a mail from consumer complaints that "(Your complaint has been forwarded to OYO Rooms Pvt. Ltd. customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days.)". I didn't get any mail or call from OYO
