I don't know what kind of evidence/proof Your team asking of stay, if have already submitted the hotel bill. What is the proof required other than this. if am denied check-in so, how can I stay in the same Oyo hotel, it's very much rational. second thing as i have already provided the bill of another hotel where i have stayed so it's also made it clear that the check-in is denied and i haven't checked in that hotel. I am not able to understand how the Oyo hotel is working. Even after the complain of check-in denied on low tariff over customer care, instead of resolving the matter they marked it check-in.
Do you have any proof of mine staying in the Oyo hotel?
I am again enclosing the hotel bill and screenshot of google location.

i have booked the oyo rooms for date 4th feb2023 to 6th feb 2023, as per the discussion over the customer care sale agent over the call.
he suggested me to make the prepaid booking in the "oyo hotel blue sea near asalpha metro station, Ghatkopar metro station, Mumbai".As per the agent request/suggestion i made a payment of the said amount Rs.2336/-(approx .).
After the booking made i called the hotel reception on 3rd Feb 2023 before arrival then they denied for the checkin that i will not give the room on said booking amount on the ground of low tariff. After that i have reported and complain about the same to the over the customer care of oyo.But i didn't received any resolution, shifting to other property is denied on the issues of some ratio is high.After doing several calls and complaints and gone through the waiting of so much time i got no resolution from the oyo.
i felt cheated and the victim of false marketing. till now they havn't refunded my amount .One more interesting thing is that i haven't stayed at the hotel but they have marked successful check-in and checkout.
till now whatever i have said, i have the evidences of all the bills and call recordings of customer care.i have the bills of the my stay on the said date in different hotel.
so i want the my money back and proper justice with me and no any repeation of such incidents with any other custumers.
so i appeal to the consumer forum to please look into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.
