Very bad service from u guys i am prime member of yours i regulary do booking from you and these time im facing the issue and there is no one to help even customer care are also ridiculous i had booked the hotel it price was showing to me rs.1311 and i had done the payment also through the paytm now i got the mail that rs.1967 is pendi g how is it possible if i make the payment so i need to make the payment 100% amount i cant have the option of partiall amount so how is it possible to pay rhe remaining amount i will not pay a single rupee to you guys

    I just booked my stay in oyo property. My stay was horrible and they don't provide what they promised. Wifi was hell and fan was running very slow... Breakfast they provided only 2 idly... Moreover my money was wasted... Room washroom wasn't upto the mark... Moreover they don't have a mobile signal is the property... I want oyo to provide me the proper solution and i want oyo to contact me immediately. Im helpless here and i have lost my money to oyo... They are just fooling the customers...

      It is my first time trying oyo, but hotel did not accepted my booking, they said oyo has took over booking and we are not responsible.

        refund hasn't been received.

        A refund of amount inr 4828.0 initiated against booking id: mcwx5769 on 10/5/19 hasn’t been received yet. Please look into it at the earliest. It’s been a week already and i will have to take other measures if it isn’t reinstated at the earliest. Oyo is a big brand and you wouldn’t want to be known for scamming people. I do hope you will look into my request and do the needful....

        This is regarding my booking i'd xdka2596. I had initially booked agarwal guddu dikling resort in lachung and accordingly made the payment.

        However later received a message that it has been cancelled and instead katau road house has been confirmed.

        As per your below mail confirmation and yesterday's and today evening's call confirmation, i had reached the hotel today and was made to stand out from 7 to 9 stating they do not have any tie up with oyo.in the mean time i had called your customer care number [protected] from mobile numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] and told the complete issue however every manager assured alternate solution and provide accommodation at nearby hotels and kept the call on hold and disconnected the call.

        I repeatedly told not to disconnect the call without a solution still calls were disconnected without a solution.

        I had to search another accommodation on my own in the night as oyo didn't provide any alternative accommodation and was disconnecting the calls inspite of paying the complete amount.

        I want to booking amount to be refunded along with compensation for all the inconvenience caused. Also need action to be taken against executive who disconnected the calls without resolution and no call back was made to check the status if i got any alternative accommodation or not.

          Team,

          I booked the hotel rumani at puri on 1st of may to 3rd

          Of may 2019. Under booking id iowa5401, for 2 nights stay purpose but due to cyclone fani purpose i checked out on 2nd of may 2019, i stay for one night but i paid to hotel full amount which rs. 5723/ and bill also attached after that i raised complains many times they told they refund rs. 2582/ but till now no money refund in my account.

          Please help me and refund the money on urgent basis. Next time i definitely go to consumer forum.

            I booked oyo hotel in geetanjali regency and paid rs 4, 099/- and after check in i find that room is not at all in good condition then i complaint to oyo executive and he has assigned another booking in hotel kings crown. Once i reached there they informed me that there is no room allocated to me however as per oyo record i have already checked in that hotel.
            Due to miss management by oyo executive whole night i was struggling for stay, finally i fed up with your services and booked another hotel on my own cost by paying higher price.

            I requested oyo executive for refund but nobody is taking seriously my request.

            Request you to kindly initiate my refund immediately and take strict action against oyo executive as well as against hotel for not providing services.

              Dear sir/madam,

              With high regret i am having to write this mail.
              Since past two days i am chasing, calling, texting oyo executives and oyo helpline regarding booking ids:

              1. Ragq5972
              2. Wmzs5890

              But no one is able to send the tax invoice of these bookings, the only reply i get is i’ll send it in a while or it isn’t possible, or sometimes you’re mailing the payment receipts which isn’t the solution.
              Please note that our organization, zamil steel has a long relationship with you which we don’t want to hamper but these kind of customer handling issues will become a problem.

              Urge you to look into this and provide me a tax invoice for the above booking ids.

                I have booked a room in goa for 03 days, but was unhappy after looking at room, it was a very bad experience after calling the call centre, they made me wait for almost 3 hrs in phone hanging me. I had to disconnect and call back again the same thing the answer was sir please wait we will call back, but the call never came that 10 to 15 mins never came... I was willing to pay extra for the booking also, no one helped.
                I have been using my this app for around 5 years but this was my worst experience.

                  Sir/madam

                  Please refund my amount i. E. 8, 000 rupees which i have already paid as you guys are troubling me since the very first day. Whatever conversation i had done with your sales representative, i had already told him that persons may decrease and he said me that it’s ok, charges are according to per head but now you guys are denying everything and charging me so high for two persons and when i am asking to cancel this trip so that i can book another trip from oyo itself which is costing me around 11, 119 rupees per head but you guys are not even returning my money and this is the way you guys treat your customers. I am very much disappointed with oyo for the very first time.

                  These are the series of event:

                  1. Your sales representative called me and explained everything and told me per head price for nainital package as rupees 10, 667 per head. I found this package within my budget so i agreed to it.

                  2. Initially three persons were there so he told me by calculating 3*10, 667=32, 000 rupees so i said fine ok and i told him that person may decrease so he said no problem rates will be revised and you’ll have to pay according to per head only.

                  3. After that i paid rupees 2, 000 on the same day to cease the property as that representative told me to pay some token amount and then after 3 to 4 days i paid rupees 6000 more.

                  4. Then during this process one of your finance team representative called me and was threatening me to pay the amount otherwise the trip will be canceled and no money will be refunded and he was talking so rude to me.

                  5. After that i called my sales representative but he was not answering my call and not even replying to my missed calls. I was so frightened because this guy was not ready to talk to me and no one was attending calls of mine.

                  6. After few days some other representative came in touch and i told him that only two persons are going now so send me the email of revised rate, so he said ok i’ll send it within 2 or 3 days but no calls no emails for next 10 days and whenever i called that person also didn’t answer my call.

                  7. After 10 days i got an email from a different person saying the revised rate is 29, 243 rupees and i talked to some other representative saying that whatever rates you are saying are really high as what i discussed was something else.

                  8. So, he was saying to me that rates are fixed and this is final. I requested him to check past conversations, but no one is listening to me. You guys are troubling me since the very first day. Please respect your customer and please refund my money so that i can book another package from oyo which is cheaper than this, the one which is displayed on your website.

                  Please refund my 8, 000 rupees.

                  Few month ago I booked a room in Oyo I paid full amount but due to my personal reason I had to cancel my booking.but my amount not refunded by Oyo I call them again and again but my concern is not resolve until yet. Whenever I call them they say plz sir wait kijiyea. I raised my concern many times but nothing happen.
                  Very poor quality rooms at OYO 24790, IN ooty, No Fan, No AC, No TV, No proper cleaning inside the room. OYO person Mr Rhitik kumar and Mr Monojit not able to understand and solve our problems. Our booking I'd is EHNS5347. Even the OYO captain not receiving the calls of the Manager of Mr Das who had attended us when we reached the destination.

                    Hi, we stayed at oyo 29610 sanman regency, mysore on 11th of may to 12th of may 2019 and occupied 3 rooms. Booking was done under the name prasad khade, booking id sfcp6078. We were charged 2700 inr for each room for 1 night and 8100 inr in total. Looking at the conditions of the room, it should not cost more 1000 to 1500 inr per night. There was no hot water even after complaining several times, we were charged for a water bottle with 40 rupees per bottle which should have been free. We were given only one towel each room. The corridor was disgusting and had water and food spilled at places. There was no lift in the building.
                    After speaking to the hotel manager later, i got to know that oyo had asked them to increase the price of the room because of high demand.
                    We were traveling with kids and senior citizens, this stay has caused us major inconvenience and trouble. I want compensation for the trouble.

                      I am really disappointed with the oyo app service. I called to one of the executive from oyo about the confirmation but "oyo 15158 mussorie international" did not confirmed our booking as it was already paid on 10th of april and showing confirmed. I waited at the hotel for about 1 hour they didnt provide us room because of their own lease problem, and continously denied to give room because of room and leakage in bathroom it was really embarrassing and harrasment for us. It is really unethical on part of oyo. They latel assured us to shift in another oyo room without any payment but they failed to do so. Even oyo executive put a complaint on behalf of me for refund of payment and i got a message of that. Kindly do the same. Please resolve my peoblem asap.

                        This is not acceptable that i have booked a oyo room booking id :- ugyb 1564 for the today from 12:00 pm to tomorrow 11:59 am by the calling number :- [protected] and i have received the payment link which i was need to pay online. I did it the same and i did the payment for the same. Still i did not received any confirmation message for booking status.

                        I want my money back right now. Do the needful on the asap.

                        I was promised a full refund of the booking within 14 days by the oyo guest experience manager Bably but I haven't received any amount till now and also they are not responding to my mails and complains raised by calls and oyo app

                          Dear oyo.
                          Yesterday i stayed in hotel dsr classic sec 12 noida.
                          The room was very unhygienic.
                          When i complain for this they didn't give any solution
                          As i am regular customer at that oyo property.

                          After check out i got a call from hotel manager his name is vishal kumar

                          He was threatening me and misbehave with me.
                          His voice tone very rude and unprofessional.

                          In future i will think again to book a oyo if i don't get any solution of my complaint

                          I have booked oyo 17251 Hotel Mount View at Siliguri for 12.05.19 named Madhumita, but at the time of check in they have denied me to provide room through oyo . They have told that they are not oyo provider. But I have received confirmation msg from oyo of this hotel.

                            I want report a very bad experience i had with this booking

                            Oyo home 15110 elegant studio calangute, goa
                            (Friday 10th may to monday 13th may)

                            I arrived at the hotel late at 12:15 am after a 9 hour drive from pune. I was with my wife for our anniversary weekend. I checked in, when i got to the floor of my room, there was a party going on in adjacent two rooms with doors open, around 15 college students completely drunk and dancing. Literally spilling liquor in the corridor.

                            I complained to the reception, they told me they are the guest of the owner. I called customer care at 12:30 to report it. Customer care personnel “mr shubhankar” asked the reception to control the people. But the receptionist acknowledged he had already tried thrice, but to was of no use.
                            I asked customer care to kindly shift me another oyo hotel. They took the request and said the shifting department will call me.

                            But there was no return call for 15 mins. So i called customer care 4 times later again till 2:00 am, with some interval in between. I got the same response “ the shifting department will contact me “.
                            In the mean time a oyo personnel came to the property, and saw the problem. He said that shifting was not in his hand and that shifting department will co-ordinate. But till 2 am there was no response.

                            Finally i couldn’t stay outside as my wife was with me, nor could i go into the hotel. It was almost 2:30 am.

                            So i booked another oyo hotel

                            (Friday 10th may - saturday 11th may)

                            I thought i could settle the issue in morning.in morning i called twice to the customer care. They transferred my call to shifting department but no one answered. It was check out time.

                            I had to make another booking till monday as i had no other choice

                            (Saturday 11th may to monday 13th may)

                            I requested oyo to kindly cancel and refund my money for the booking id” ocag0872 “ cause i didn’t stay there.

                            There was a serious lapse from the customer care department, i was assured i will be shifted but no one co-ordinated or even called me.

                            I was with my wife and i couldn’t take any chance with those drunk college students next door.

                            You have all the details. I have provided you with all the booking ids kindly check when i booked them. You will understand what happened.

                            I am expecting a refund for the booking id - ocag0872.
                            As i have done the booking for same dates in other oyo hotels in the hope that i will get the refund if i book oyo again.

                            I always trusted the oyo brand. I was impressed everytime in my previous bookings. But this was a horrible expirence. Please i request you to kindly take this matter seriously.

                            Oyo should maintain its standard along with its exponential expansion.

                            This was the first time i was scared for my family

                              Staffs behaved very arrogantly. Though we are oyo customers and even paid to the hotel 10 days before, they made them to wait for about 1 hour in the reception hall, ladies and children felt uneasy. Rooms are good but service is bad and also service boys didn't mind our words. Why they behave we don't know. We are not beggars and dependents of the hotel, they only need customers. There is no parking in the hotel. They provide very little food as complimentary breakfast. 3 doses or 3 pooris. We paid to the extra food. I haven't seen like this hotel. I request oyo, please don't suggest this hotel for your customers. It's our very bitter experience. We stayed in many places throughout india, but ever seen like this hotel. For driver also they even ask don't use restroom. Please as your customers we humbly request you to take neccessary steps to resolve this kind of issues in future and make the customers feel happy. With hope.

                                I am having a very bad experience with oyo on one of the booking, i request you to look in to the matter asap or direct me to the right escalation. Please find the sequence of events below:

                                1. Booking was made on oyo website on may 14th at 2:08 am - in the website i selected 17th checkin and 18th checkout, however it was selected the default date 14th and 15th. The moment i saw the pdf confirmation copy, i realized it is booked for wrong date and tried cancelling in the website, but it was showing a error message and immediately called oyo customer care.

                                2. Called customer care on may 14th at 2:12 am - spoke to the customer care agent, who informed me that the backend team is not available at the moment and i will have to call the customer care in the morning between 9 am to 9 pm for cancellation and refund. Also, rep asked me if i want him to book the hotel for 17th and 18th, i clearly told him, until i get a confirmation on refund on the first booking i would not want to proceed with the second booking. He raised a complaint and hung up

                                3. Got a call back from [protected] at 2.25 am from satyapal singh - guest experience manager - who confirmed me over phone that if i place the booking again through oyo for the correct date and if i make the payment online for the second booking, oyo will refund the entire amount of 1799, basis satyapal confirmation, i went ahead and cancelled booking pglc2614. Also, satyapal had asked me to call back to customer care post the second booking for the refund.

                                4. Called customer care on may 14th at 2:36 am and rep confirmed me that he has raised a ticket and i will have to call back next day between 9 am to 9 pm.

                                5. Got a call back from haryana number at 2:42 am and he confirmed that it need to go for approval process with the ground team and i will have to call back in the morning

                                6. Got a call back at 12:36 am from ravishankar or suvankar not sure, he confirmed me that only if both the booking pertains to same date they will refund if not they will not, he did not answer for rest of the questions on satyapal confirmation and the behaviour of the guest relationship manager was very rude.

                                7. Again called customer care to ask for the escalation matrix at 1:46 pm, however after listening to the problem sagnik mazumdar sent me an email stating refund have been initiated and will reflect within 7 to 14 days, however in the subject line i could see a different booking id xauv0381
                                A) i did not raise any query with the booking quoted
                                B) xauv0381 was active until 1 am today not sure why this was incorrectly looked into

                                8. Mr ali - please refer to the email chain - even he confirmed me that the amount will be credited but for a different booking id, which is not a successful payment at all.

                                Overall you cannot penalize the customer who reached to oyo within 10 mins of booking and i was misguided by satyapal. Considering all please refund the amount of 1799 in the original mode or else i will take a legal action against this for the misguide. Thanks for the understanding.

                                  I want full refund for the oyo hotel 9030 delhi airport plaza hotel booking for 8/5/2019. The hotel misbehaved and did not provide basic amenities like water. My goibibo booking id is htls9kwaxn. Before reaching the hotel, we had called them earlier to check if everything was already. Specifically they had confirmed that the toilets were working fine. We checked in at the hotel for a 16 hour layover at delhi. Right from the beginning there was no water in the taps. The hotel manager and stuff constantly lied to us. They said water was ther and they would start the pumps. We kept on calling them and everytime they said that it was an issue with our room only. So we could not bathe could not even go to the toilet to take a piss because there was no water. Ultimately we checked out earlier than planned because we had to go to the airport to wash up and go to the toilet. While checking one of the stuff told us actually the water tankers arrive there only at night around 11 pm. But the hotel had not taken any care to arrange for the water supplies for that day. Please refund us the full amount since we had to suffer through physical and mental harrassment.

                                    Dear team,

                                    There are so many issues in the hotel and I called the reception but they picked call once when it rings 4 times..

                                    And there were no toiletries provided..

                                    Ac was noticing tooo much, when I called reception they picked after 4th call and said that was compressor voice..

                                    We all know how the compressor voice is..

                                    But they send after 45 minutes..

                                    And I was in hotel they checked out my stay..

                                    And when i given rating to the services, hotel reception boy called me and started using very vulgar language,

                                    He said have you owned the hotel, how dare you given low rating
                                    Oyo doesn't provide services..

                                      I had a booking for OYO Capital O Cloud Mist Hotel, Mahableshwar for May 17, 2019 with 20 days prior booking with full payment paid. Yesterday, May 13th, I called up the hotel for 2nd confirmation and he announced to have no tie-up with OYO.
                                      Right in next moment, I called up OYO customer service and the customer care employees were still claiming to have confirm booking. On explaining for like 30 mins, and 2 call transfers, they agreed to have broken tie-up.
                                      I was told to select another hotel with hell degraded services because of no availability.
                                      With n number of calls from 8 PM to 2:30 PM, I didn't get any solution.
                                      Finally I made a decision to change the destination and requested to book Discover Resorts, Karjat. OYO booked the same hotel for me saying it as an so called "UPGRADE", the mail is asking me to pay more of 10k. Since today morning 6:50 AM, I have being calling customer care and I am made to wait to disconnect after 10-15 mins of hold.
                                      I am told that the Approval from Operations department is pending. It can't take 24 hours to take an Approval inside the same company even if placed Overseas.
                                      I am genuinely disappointed. My friend has flight booking from Bangalore and I have to book Tatkal tickets tomorrow morning as the destination is changed.
