Sir jab 24 may ko Raat 10 baje hotel pahuche to pahle Hume Kaha gya ki Aapka room Kisi aur ko allotted Kar diya aur jab OYo customer care se baat ki tab kahne lage ki land sliding ki vajah se aapko dusre hotel me room de rahe hai
Dusre hotel me room Raat ko 10:30 dikhaya lekin room bhi Raat 12 se 1 baje diya aur room's bed and washroom condition is not well MERI booking bhi 3x room ki thi jab ki mujhe chota sa room de diya
Next day early morning humko phir hotel bulaya aur reception par wait Karne ke liye bol diya aur OYo app me hotel walo ne check in dikha Kar room no bhi dhikhane laga. Hotel walo se jab humne Kaha aap check in kaise dikha sakte ho ispar wo chup ho Gaye
Hotel walo ne 10 baje apne hotel me room diye and breakfast me only bread and tea dene par Mene mana Kar Diya jab hotel walo ne breakfast Ka Pura payment liya hai to breakfast menu ke hisab se Hona chahiye
Sir isi vajah breakfast bhi Mene aur my family ne nhi kiya
Is bich Mene oyo customer care se bahut bar baat ki par koi sunwai Nahi ho rahi hai
Sir mujhe 1day hotel rent aur 3 Dino Ka breakfast Ka payment wapis chahiye

    I have booked oyo room in gangtok but hotel owner denied check-in. For the compensation, oyo promised to give 25% of the payment amount to the customer post check-out.. its been 8 days and oyo team is not reverting to my emails. Oyo is now ignoring all my emails.

    The contact person name was Deepak from oyo.. he told me post checkout, withing 48-72 hours they will send me an email which will contain bank details. Till now no revert from there side.

      Oyo hotel i'd: 35562
      I've booked this property and pay rs.850 online by my credit card. But when i reached to that property they refused that no room is available and i stayed whole night with my family in my car in front of hotel. I've complained on oyo customer care but they put my call on hold then automatically disconnected. I don't get any room nor refund. What can i do now. If the problem is not sort out then i'll definitely go to consumer court.

        I booked a oyo hotel in bhopal named vijay palace. But as my friend reached there, the place was full of smoke smell. When she asked about it to the worker in the hotel, he replied very straight that he has smoked a cigarette. The place was so much smelling and the workers were very unprofessional, as a result of which my friend had to find another hotel in the night in which she faced so much difficulty. I want my complaint to be considered as it is very difficulty for a female to find another hotel in the night.

          I had made a booking on 23th may 2019 for two days at oyo 19046 hotel noratan palace

          My flight was late so i called the hotel before that i will be checkin late due toh delay in flight. But when i reached to the hotel and ask for the room he checked the amount total and denied that hotel is full no rooms are available mid of the night he totally denied to give me booked room then i called oyo customer care also but he havent said anything to him as my phone does recording i heared there all conversation. After that he said to me that we will provide you room pay 700 right now so what is hell of booking online and this behaviour is non tolerable i want stricktly action taken by oyo company to take his oyo licence back because it is fraud they are doing and seriously my trust from oyo has been finished from now so better you should unlist this hotel and make them pay penalty because by their behaviour customer is effecting and having trust issue i work as digital speacialist if action were not taken seriously i will seriously make oyo realize their mistake soon as it will seem all of you are involved in this kind of frauding. But its pathetic on reaching the hotel they informed me they cannot provide me rooms as they are having some issues with oyo rooms pricing. So this is not torelable now at mid of night where should i go. Take some action for this oyo now.

          I knew it just copy paste line we assure you no instances will be repeated in future but how do I trust your assurity too that hotel i have checked again listed in oyo still no penalty taken from them and you are saying we assure you I want to know how will you assure me buy not taking any action against them.
          I DIDNT GET ANY CALLS REGARDING MY COMPLAINT

            I had made a booking on 25th may 2019 at jyoti hotel at yamuna nagar, haryana. As i had an examination for naib tehsildar at dav girls sr. Secondary girls school i had decided to reach the venue a day before so that i can be on time for exam, be relaxed. But on reaching the hotel they informed me they cannot provide me rooms as they are having some issues with oyo rooms pricing. Even though the oyo rooms staff were telling the staff at the hotel that rooms are showing available on their system the hotel staff denied me accommodation. I contacted oyo rooms customer service but to no avail. I was left stranded in the middle of the night, without any dinner as my dinner was also booked along with my booking.

              I had booked 2 bhk room online before 5 days. But they dint call me or share me any information about the route or road map to the location. It took me more than 3 hours to reach this location. I spoke to a executive called fabian, he actually never told us any road map. But after reaching here with lot of difficulties, he is sending message stating we dint follow his directions. But we wer continuously following up with him. And after reaching here, the accommodation was not fit for family people, as a group of people wer drinking on the open forum on the ground floor. I suffered a lot because of their negligence that they have not given me the proper information about the location. But we never thought this would be so hectic. The road was so bad that the driver could not move it, coz it was high slope area. Me and my wife (Who was pregnant for a month) and my in laws had to get down and walk for 2 kms. This was the saddest part. The way they portrait is site is good but actually they are not. I had booked for 2 days, but i’m checking out tomorrow itself. Just asking a formal apology would not help. We have not paid to suffer like such a horrible situation.

                Respected sir/ma'am,

                I mrs. Sucharita biswas inform you that, on 22nd may 2019 i visit your site for enquiring for tour darjeeling. When i submitted your enquiry list, one of your sales agent named ankur gupta cont no is [protected] who called me and suggest me rs. 30000/- ka package. When i said i am going only with my two little sons, he said "your package charged 27000/- uske kam nahi ho ga". I agreed and he send me a link where i paid rs.10000/- for advance booking. When rec'd the amount i asked for receipt, then he send a pdf file there only wrote he rec'd my money. I called him for money receipt, he told me, "isime ho jayga, or kuch v jarurath nahi hai." i told him, no it's not possible, "mujhe aap oyo ka site se money receipt vejiye". The next day i called hotel for enquiring my booking, there was no booking at my name. I called him, he said miss priya ke nam por booking huya, booking id is #cwuy5604. I said no i will not enter if it's not my name. He told me "ho jayga". Then 23rd and 24th of may he and your customer care officers both are said "aap ke nam por ho jayga ma'am, ho jayga" but they didn't any steps for this. Today morning i called your customer care and told them for cancellations, then miss priya [protected] called me and told "mai hi hu priya, aap ko koi dikkath nahi ho ga, aap jaiye oyo ka sab hi member aap ke sath hai". When i denied for this and did for cancellations, she told me for look after this matter and cut the phone. After this ankur and priya noone received my call, i called them different nos also, but they didn't pick up my phone.
                Sir, we are belongs very poor family, whole year we collect the amount for one tour. If we faces this types of fraud "aap hi boliye keya karungi". When i transferred money, before that i checked every possible of varificaton. If ankur gupta did this types of job how could i know sir he cheated me.
                I attached here every mail and screenshot of whatsapp conversation. Please go through it and refund my money immediately.
                Oh yes, last mail he replied, no money refund possible due to your company's tearm and conditions. But said conditions only applicable for who booked 4 or more than 4 rooms. I booked only 1 room and here policy is just day before i entered hotel i can cancel my booking and refund full amount immediately

                Therefore, my request before you are a reputed company to into the matter and get back my money by tomorrow. So we can go a happy journey and make my sons smiles.

                  Dear mam/sir,
                  I booked oyo 8685 hotel stayland for staying from 24 may to 26 may, 2019
                  We didnt stay in that particular hotel
                  We checked out the hotel in just an hour for the following reason:
                  • the area was shabby with lots of garbage thrown on the entrance
                  • the room was suppose to be given at 12 pm, we reached there at 1 pm and the room wasnt cleaned by then and we got the room at 2 pm
                  • the rooms were not as per the pictures uploaded on the app
                  • they couldnot provide even a single water bottle per room

                  Things were not as per what we have expected
                  I have been calling oyo help number since last two days
                  I filed a complain
                  The complain id is: 15814187
                  I always call on the helpline number, they pick my call, i have said the same story 10 times on call to 10 different people, they always tell me that they are transfering my call to the senior department, i stay online on the call for next 9-10 mins, nobody picks up the call then and the same process continues.

                  Kindly note my request and revert for my complain as soon as possible
                  I would like to request for a refund

                    I checked in to oyo room 8222 on 18th of april. I made a payment of rs. 598 at hotel reception in cash. Room number alloted to me was 107, room was in very poor condition as the fan was not working properly and ac was also very weak. I raised complain regarding this problem but unfortunately no solution was provided. I asked for refund but customer care service provider told me that property manager has not updated your payment details so we can not initiate refund, even they told us to go to reception and ask the property manager for refund. I did the same but property manager denied the refund in a very rude manner they even said "if you want to stay, stay otherwise leave". Customer care executive told me to book another oyo and the amount of this will be refunded (I have the call recording as proof). I booked another oyo on same date and stayed over there.
                    Till date i haven't got any refund and that 598rs. Cash payment has not been updated by the property manager

                      I have booked a room at oyo hotel chirag presidency, new delhi, when i reached there after one hour of searching then they said, there are no rooms, contact oyo when i contacted them, they first cancelled my pre booking from own there own, and provide me new booking at random places, when i raise objection, then there manager said mam we can only initiative refund and it was around 4 pm, my booking was of 12pm, after 4 hours of struggle they said book on your own, when i said to revert me on mail the same thing, they said ok we will book on your behalf at very expensive price, i was on street of delhi with no cash, i again and again requested to settle it with my pre booking bt they rejected, does oyo take gurantee of my security on roads of delhi, i am still on roads, if anything happens then may be oyo will do something...
                      My booking was from no [protected] booked in the name of chanderveer (Who became victim of this oyo trap)
                      Then they own their own cancelled it (My payment was made in advance), they said my issue was only of refund, how sarcastic

                          I booked a room and it was wrongly booked by the oyo representative meenakshi saying that the room has been booked according to the preference that i asked for and then when i go to the hotel the reception informed that the room booked is not the one i told here and when i called the customer care number they said they will look into it and refund by i was only paid 15% of the amount and i the customers service is not receiving the call and theres no call back i'm gonna never recommend this to anyone

                            Have booked goa package for family holidays from mr. Rahul sharma mobile no [protected] and his team mate vaishali jain.

                            I received the travel itinerary attached and tickets details.

                            Feedback of my trip

                            Day 1 - travel to goa : no issues in air tickets fly was smooth and pick vehicle on time. Check in hotel done but the premises was filthy as lot of mosquitoes and bedbugs.

                            Day 2 - north goa sight seeing : no vehicle details shared with me i have to call customer nos they give my relationship executive nos i spoke with him after long wait they send the car afternoon the issue was guest need to call and check all its duty of rm to send the car details on time.

                            Day 3 - south goa sight seeing : no issue as i got the car details on day 2 evening and driver cald me in evening confirmed my timing so it was smooth day.

                            Day 4 - dudhsagar waterfalls : biggest issue no vehicle details send i am calling my rm he is not picking and i cald up rahul sharma who booked my holidays but he too didn't pick i have attached the wats app chat images. After long time danny or daniel cald up he said he will control but no solution i got afreen on call she said she will tk care but no solution. After long wait i got call @ 12 that today trip is not possible due to timing issue at point so afreen committed rs. 3, 500 will be refunded to me. I also requested to send my car details for tomorrow as i dnt want the same issue but as usually no update till 7 pm i cald up 10 times den they cudnt give the details all of sudden i got call at 10.58 pm from driver. I asked why so late you are calling he said he received details late so he apologised for late calling.

                            Day 5 - back to mumbai : no issues got the vehicle on time air ticket no issues.

                              This is the second time i'm complaining. My booking id is tqwx7615. I was promised a refund of rs. 3484, for oyos failure to provide basic facilities for more than 10days. They mailed me 2 times asking for my account details and they haven't refunded my amount to me. My next step will be to file a civil and consumers complaint. Have some minimum responsibility towards a customer who booked 100+ rooms. Refund was promised on april 9. Not a rupee refunded.

                                Oyo naadi homestay, sundaram nagar, thanjavur.

                                Drinking is rampant here and men take numbers of women, especially north indian women and call them up at odd hours and harass them.
                                This one person who is probably staying here has been knocking at my door incessantly and calling me and messaging me.
                                I want oyo to look into the matter as i have complained to the police and would not take it lightly.

                                Oyo hotel is not good hotel one of staff here knock on my door in the middle of the night to ask about my bf, I sleep alone this hotel is not safeif your alone, asking many questions about my bf is thus hotel required to give the information about your partner? And why many questions in front desk if you have bf or not.. Am a tourist here in Malaysia but very disappointed yes its cheap hotel but not safe, I want to take back my half of my payments because I want to check out right away this hotel not safe..

                                  I want to complaint about a cab driver whose name is nikil and his cab number ka 41 c 5305, who belongs to oyo company. We have come from hyderabad to ooto for visit. The driver was very aggressive and a rash driver and always he was talking on phone. He has violated each and every rules of traffic. When we were complaining about it he abuses me and husband very badly. Please kindly take action against him and oyo company as well. Oyo company is not responding properly.

                                    Greetings from mr arunkumar govindaraj. We are completely upset with the poorest to poorest service provided to us by your team. I want to gist the events happened in order to understand the agony we had undergone yesterday.
                                    We are 19 members adult with 6 kids less than 5 years of age.
                                    Out of the 19 adult, 6 are above 55 years of age out of which 2 persons are physically handicapped.
                                    Since oyo is a esteemed organisation we want to book rooms through oyo and contacted the customer care and they provide us a number of your person on may first week.
                                    May first week
                                    Myself and mrs sangeetha coordinated with your team member mr. Ganesh and he was so kind in booking the rooms and he did his best.

                                    Our itenary are as follows.
                                    Rooms at calcutta
                                    Oyo 7326 hotel penguin
                                    Booking id - aspu7106

                                    Rooms at gangtok
                                    Oyo 6609 sikkim le green
                                    Booking id: rjnk0598

                                    Rooms at darjeeling
                                    Oyo 29777 hotel aliment
                                    Booking id: bcug7034

                                    He blocked the rooms and requested us to pay an amount of rs.95000 and we have paid it through online transfer. (Details attached)

                                    We dropped down in calcutta and the rooms we occupied had no issues.

                                    From calcutta to siliguri, we traveled in train and we reached siliguri at 11.30 in the morning. We booked a local cab and we rushed to gangtok to have sight seeing at the earliest so that our days wont be wasted.

                                    In gangtok there is a local rule that outside cabs cannot go, so our cab driver dropped us at a place called devolire car stand and we booked another cab to reach the destination. We called the room person where he shocked us by saying that the property is no longer tied up with oyo, the rooms are filled u don't come. We tried calling mr. Ganesh and he assured there is no such issues and we will confirm the occupancy shortly. The cab driver left us and we were in roads with the luggage from 6.45. We were keep on calling them and they confirmed that there are some issues with oyo so we cannot get you that room, so we will shortly find some other room. We agreed to what your team advised us. Till 8 in the extreme cold with kids and adults we were standing on road and your person confirmed us 7 rooms at hotel chitrakoot. Local taxi person closed the shed and went, and we tried to get the local people help and with their extreme support with luggage and kids we moved to hotel chitrakoot. We got down and we took all the luggages and sent the taxi drivers who came for help. We reached hotel chitrakoot around 9.30 p. M.
                                    . When we entered hotel chitrakoot again we were denied rooms. We really dont know what to do. All the rooms were closed. Our kids were crying for food and again your team members were saying wait for 10 minutes your rooms are confirmed. But the receptionist denied saying we have 48 rooms and all are booked. Even we said kindly provide us any room they again made us wait for 1 hour. We got the room only at 11.15. By the time we got our room all the hotels were closed. You people have literally made us beg for food. We requested a hotel where they provided us the foods that were not used by their customers. Again from hotel chitrakoot to tulip residency with one cab which we got. We made 6 rounds for the travel. You people have spoiled our entire mood of enjoying the trip. The rooms you have provide in tulip residency was reaaly worst, only 3 heaters were working out of 9 and rooms were very small were only a single person can accommodate.
                                    All of the above your people asking us to pay for the rooms, in which my payment if 40000 will be refunded in a week time.

                                    What your so called esteemed organised going to do for the agony we all had underwent.

                                    My questions to you

                                    1. I paid 40000 a week before my travel. It is your responsibility to confirm with the rooms and provided me the confirm booking id.
                                    Under what basis without getting the confirmation from the hotel u provided us the confirm booking id?

                                    2. On what basis u booked the second room and why you people made us suffer in hotel chitrakoot.

                                      Booking id :- booking no. Febj9735 - oyo flagship 35716 classic - rs. 653 /-
                                      Booking id :- booking no. Zanm1478 - oyo flagship 15191 st bus stand rs.

                                      For our holiday season this year, i have booked rooms through oyo and was expecting to receive a great customer service. However, we went through a horrible and disaster experience for the bookings febj9735 & zanm1478 at oyo nagpur city.

                                      With booking no. Febj9735 this booking id i had booked room in hotel oyo flagship 35716 classic for 19th may to 20th may 2019. Where i had done my online payment of rs. 653 /- but when i reached to the hotel they simply denied to give room by there is no electricity in hotel and we have already informed to oyo team via email and call. When i call to oyo customer service to understand the best possible solution customer care executive hold my call more than 30 min. Later i booked another hotel with booking no. Zanm1478 - oyo flagship 15191 st bus stand nagpur where i done my online payment of rs. 1352/- - and again i am facing the another issue they said there is no room available in this hotel please go to another property. When i forcefully asked the reason then they say stating that there is overbooking due to this they are unable to provide us room. When i tried calling hotel using the app it was saying "we are ready to host you" and was not forwarding the call to the hotel.

                                      If you people are unable give us service, then why you have not intimate us.in future i will never booked hotel with oyo and never recommend to anyone. I just need by money back. I have booked 2 rooms in different hotel but they denied my check in. I just need my total money back. (653 + 1352 = 2005) total rs. 2005 /-

                                      My humble request you to please process my refund as soon as possible.

                                        I want to make a complaint against booking id no. Nhpr4560.
                                        On 23rd may 2019 i booked for another hotel with booking id: xnmh4972 (Hotel divya varanasi), upon arrival to hotel they refused to give room as they had mentainence going on. After that i informed oyo customer care about issue. They suggested to shift me to other hotel g s residency with booking id nhpr4560. Upon arrival they gave me a room and asked me to hold for payment durind chekin i got call from oyo representative to pay online to get refund of previous cancellation. So i paid online, and after payment i informed hotel representative about payment. Since then this guy called himself owner (Mr. Mahesh) started yelling and forced to cancel booking and pay them directly. As i was staying with my partner i felt atmosphere dangerous so i called up oyo and cancelled that time amount was inr 1620. And stayed as per his instructions for my and my paetners safety.
                                        Due to fear i checked out early and this guy demanded for inr 2220 as hotel room tarrif. I kept cool and paid him finally inr 1920 that too by card for my side proof.
                                        I complained oyo regarding this but representative on call could not understand my issue and they generated a refund that is also still not approved.
                                        I only would like to request not keep such a cheater hotels in your booking site and please try to return my booking amount inr 1620 as i am loosing from both the side. I have put my remarks on google review also.
